Mel Gibson’s Legal Bid Is For The Record

We just obtained the document submitted to the California superior court on behalf of Mel Gibson as part of the Aussie actor’s bid to have his infamous 2006 DUI arrest wiped from his record. The Lethal Weapon star’s lawyer will go to court next week to ask a judge to remove the DUI because Gibson has successfully completed all the terms of his three-year probation. Oksana Grigorieva is a mother-to-be, thanks to devout Catholic Mel Gibson knocking her up despite being married to and having seven kids with someone else. Suffice it to say, while Oksana, 39, and Mel, 53, are dating and expecting their first child together, the lovers have no plans to get married, at least for now. “Actually we have no plans to marry whatsoever,” Grigorieva told the British morning show GMTV.

Joan Rivers has reignited her feud with Mel Gibson saying she won’t talk to him in a kitchen “because there’s an oven in it [and] I’m afraid of what he might do.” The razor-tongued comedienne makes her comments in reference to the alleged anti-Semitic rant the actor made when arrested for drunk driving in Malibu in 2006.
