Newlywed Couple Arrested For Having Sex In Public According to Mail Online A newlywed couple was so eager to consummate their marriage on Tuesday that they snuck away from their friends and family at the public park where they wedded and did the deed behind a nearby tree. But their risky romp swiftly ended when a police officer arrived and arrested the bride, Miaya Smith, 31, and her groom, Saint Ramirez Jr., 23. They both pleaded guilty to public indecency Wednesday and now will spend the first 30 days of their marriage behind bars. The officer stated in the arrest report that he was alerted to the tryst by three teenagers, who pointed him to a pine tree about 10 yards from a playground in Gering, Nebraska’s Oregon Trail Park and squeeled, ‘They’re having sex!’ It was around 8 p.m., but the officer noted that it was still daylight and a number of children were playing in the area. Swimmers at a nearby pool were also in plain view of the romp, he stated. The officer spotted the gyrating couple under a pine tree and drove toward them in his patrol car, then parked three feet from them. He noted that the couple ignored his presence and kept going at it. ‘Miaya had her pants off and her buttocks exposed [and she] was moving in an up-and-down motion on Saint,’ the police report reads, noting that Saint’s pants were around his ankles. The officer ordered them to stop having sex twice before they finally separated. As he directed them to get dressed, the couple laughed and told the officer they were having sex because they had just wedded. The bride also revealed that her 5-year-old daughter was nearby with family and friends. She said the girl could be left in the care of a friend while she was hancuffed and taken to jail with her new husband. The couple’s wedding ceremony, which was held at the Oregon Trail Park just before their arrest, was videotaped and posted to Facebook Tuesday evening. ICE Arrests 255 In International Sexaual Predator Sting Operation Via DailyMail Immigration and Customs Enforcement says it has arrested 255 alleged child predators, including a 49-year-old middle school teacher, and identified 61 underage victims in an international sting operation. The five-week operation, which ended June 30, targeted sexual predators who use the Internet to exploit children and disseminate child freak flicks. Twenty people were charged with online sexual enticement of a minor, which investigators are calling ‘sextorting.’ The crime involves coercing children into producing nekkid or sexual photos by threatening them with blackmail or violence. The remaining suspects were charged with child freak flick production, possession or distribution of child freak flicks, traveling with the intent to have sex with a minor and other offenses including sex assault. More than one third of the victims identified during the sting operation were engaging online with strangers who sexually exploited them. The ages of those victims ranged from seven to 17 years old and the majority were between 13 and 15 years old. Overall, 20 of the victims are under the age of nine, including seven who are younger than six years old. Among those arrested was John David Boyle, a 49-year-old Los Angeles-area middle school teacher who has been charged with molesting a 14-year-old boy, advertising child porn on the Internet and several other crimes. Boyle, of Glendora, California, was arrested last month after he set up a meeting in his classroom to watch child porn with a man that he met online.Unbeknownst to him, the man was actually an an undercover agent. Further investigation revealed a 14-year-old boy who was allegedly molested by Boyle, a teacher at Royal Oak Middle School in Covina. B-b-but wait it gets worse! In a separate case, authorities tracked down and charged Jimmy Caraballo-Colon, a former high school cheerleading coach, for allegedly blackmailing a 17-year-old girl from Colorado. Caraballo-Colon, 25, reportedly met the girl in an anonymous Internet video chat website. According to court documents, Caraballo-Colon persuaded the minor to remove her clothes during a video chat and then threatened to publish a recording of the act unless she provided him with her personal information, such as her phone number and email address. He then forced her to perform more explicit acts during video chats that he recorded. If she didn’t comply, he would threaten to post the videos online. NYPD Cop Charged With Attempted Forced Sex According to Mail Online A veteran police officer has been arrested for statutory forced sex after he allegedly plied a 16-year-old girl with alcohol and sexually assaulted her before his wife found them in bed together. Peter Ciollo, a 29-year-old New York Police Department officer, has been charged with attempted forced sex, giving alcohol to a child, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse. Ciollo, who is married and lives in Staten Island with his wife of four years, was off duty when he allegedly assaulted the 16-year-old girl on July 4. The victim is his sister-in-law’s sister or another immediate relative on his wife’s side of the family. He allegedly gave her alcohol before letting her drive his car in the parking lot of the Staten Island Mall and around the neighborhood, police sources told the New York Post. They then returned to his home and he showed her a freaky flick before kissing her and urging her to remove her shirt, the New York Daily News reported. He then allegedly took her to bed and began touching her, sources said. The girl said she doesn’t remember what happened next, but she told police that when she woke up, she was in the bed and Ciollo’s wife had walked in on them. Sources told the Post that the encounter may have started out as consensual but ‘eventually went too far’. The age of consent in New York is 17. Ciollo was taken into custody on Wednesday afternoon and is expected to be arraigned on Thursday. He has been suspended from his position with the 120th Precinct of the NYPD, where he has worked for seven years. The suspension is without pay. It was not immediately known if Ciollo has retained an attorney. Ciollo could not be immediately reached for comment. He married his wife in Staten Island in July 2009.
