Megan Fox turns 26 today and allow us to offer this piece of advice to anyone wanting to with her a happy birthday AND a happy pregnancy: Stick to the former. Fox can be a bit prickly when asked about the latter. Still, between you and us, the actress and Brian Austin Green are reportedly expecting their first child together and we wish them nothing but the best. Professionally, meanwhile, Fox is starting to land roles that see her as much more than a pretty face. She appeared this year in critically-acclaimed hit Friends with Kids and will next be seen in the quasi Knocked Up sequel/spinoff, This is 40 . Wish Fox (and David Boreanaz! And Janet Jackson! And Tori Spelling!) a happy birthday now and then click through this montage in her honor:

Jon Gosselin is many things: a loser. A douchebag. An attention-starved idiot with bad taste in women. But he’s not a deadbeat dad, at least not according to the former reality star himself. Following a report that claimed Gosselin owed his awful ex-wife $3,557.06 in child support , the father of eight has taken to Twitter and shot down this rumor, setting the record straight via some basic accounting. “There is no story, I pay CS,” Jon wrote. “The state site is my recurring balance, so guess what, it will always be there. Every month. Paid in full… Great digging up a story about nothing. Find something else to write a story about. I pay my water bill too, why don’t you make that a story. Morons.” Okay, fine. In this case, point Jon Gosselin. But have you seen the disaster this guy was married to for many years? And had sex with at least twice? Dude is still way behind on the scorecard. [Photo: WENN.com]
It’s finally official: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are engaged . A rep for long-time couple confirmed the news this afternoon, just a couple days after the actress was spotted with a Robert Procop-designed diamond ring on her finger. But as the Twitterverse blows up, Jennifer Aniston drowns her sorrows in boxes of wine and we send our congratulations to Brangelina, we also can’t help but wonder: will the couple last? Or will plans to walk down the aisle eventually cause one side to walk away? Each already has a divorce on his/her record, after all… Send your best wishes to Brad and Angelina now, click through our montage of photos in their honor above and then sound off: Will they make it?
Piers Morgan has banned Madonna from his show. The reason why is a mystery, but Piers tweeted to Madge on Tuesday night, “Welcome to Twitter. You’re still banned from my show. Love Piers X.” That about clears up his feelings on the singer. Madonna’s manager, Guy Oseary, replied, “Really?” and attached a letter from Morgan’s producer inviting Madonna to be a guest on his UK chat show. Piers then tweeted back: “Madonna has only been banned from my CNN show, not my UK show, which sent that invite. But I’m now banning her from that too.” According to TMZ, Madonna sources have absolutely no idea why Piers is angry at her, adding, “She doesn’t even know who he is.” Piers said in January 2011 that banned Madonna from his show for life because she’s been “an irritant in my life for 20 years.” Well, that’ll do it. The invite to Piers’ UK show is therefore baffling, however, perhaps whomever issued it wasn’t aware Piers thinks she’s a grotesque con artist .
If you go by what we learned on Monday night, Monta Ellis’ contributions to the Golden State Warriors franchise apparently trump that of Chris Mullin’s. While attempting to honor the Warriors’ most recent Hall of Fame entrant by hanging his No. 17 jersey from the rafters, team owner Joe Lacob was met with a barrage of boos from a very unhappy crowd. Why did the fans opt to boo Lacob and, in the process,… Broadcasting platform : YouTube Source : Opposing Views Discovery Date : 20/03/2012 05:28 Number of articles : 2
The latest in a series : “The Oscars have become the golden fig leaves that the industry wears to pretend it’s as committed to being in the quality business as it was in the past.” [ NYT ]
“I wanted to run Michael Parks from Red State for an Oscar this year, and I was told I’d need $250,000 minimum to do that. We thought we were eligible for SAG Awards, but it turns out that you have to actually submit to the SAG Awards, even if you’re a SAG member, which doesn’t make sense to me. And then the Golden Globe people didn’t want to give Michael Parks consideration because we didn’t screen the movie for them specifically when the movie was out in theaters, but it never was out in theaters so it was kind of ridiculous. You have to jump through these ridiculous little rings to even be considered, and then it’s a popularity contest around who has the most money to run.” [ Moviefone ]
