Teen Mom 2 Reunion: Leah Messer Announces She’s Pregnant!

Leah Messer Calvert announced on the second half of MTV’s Teen Mom 2 reunion special Monday night that she is pregnant with her third child! Or was, anyway. On last season’s Teen Mom 2 reunion, Leah promised Dr. Drew that she wouldn’t try to get pregnant with new husband Jeremy Calvert any time soon. So much for that. As a 20-year-old remarried mom of twins, Leah is the last person who should be thinking about having kids, but hey. It’s been done at this point. She had the kid. Awhile ago. These MTV reunion shows are odd in that the information being relayed is far outdated by the time it makes it air. Some concerns are universal and timeless, however. Dr. Drew is also worried about the distance between Leah and Jeremy, who works out of town six days a week, and feels that will take its toll. However, Leah Messer does have a strong co-parenting partner in ex-husband Corey Simms, who is also happily engaged to Miranda Patterson. They both agree they are better as friends and co-parents, and Jeremy and Corey genuinely get along, so if nothing else, that dynamic is working. Even Dr. Drew concedes they are all doing “remarkably” well. Meanwhile, Chelsea Houska admits she is still struggling to raise Aubree by herself as a single mom, and is so tired of all the drama with Adam Lind. She doesn’t think he puts enough effort into co-parenting, only sees Aubree when it’s convenient, yet she still hooks up with him now and then. Totally normal. Chelsea Houska’s dad, Randy, thinks she needs to move on and deserves better, and that the fighting is only going to stop if the two stop hooking up. Interesting theory. For now, she says she’s going to focus on finishing school, and will finally move on from her baby daddy. We will not hold our breath. Last week, Jenelle Evans’ heroin addiction and Kailyn Lowry’s non-stop beefing with Jo Rivera and Vee Torres were the focus of the reunion show. Which Teen Mom 2 star do you think is doing the best? The Biggest Loser Winner: Who Shed the Most?

Who lost the most on the The Biggest Loser, in order to become this season’s winner? This NBC reality competition aired its finale last night, with Danni Allen going up against Jeff Nichols and Jackson Carter. Which finalist came out on top… of the scale, with the most pounds shed? Danni Allen! This advertising account coordinator and Illinois native lost an incredible 121 pounds overall, going from 258 pounds to 121 pounds. That’s 46.9 percent of her body weight gone! Gushing over her appearance even before the final weigh-in (“At the end of the day, look at me,” she beamed), Allen hugged trainer Jillian Michaels as confetti poured down after the results were announced. Elsewhere, Carter – the first openly gay contestant in Biggest Loser history – finished third, while Gina McDonald earned $100,000 by losing a bigger percentage than any of the other eliminated contestants this season. Our congratulations all around to these impressive, persistent players!

Teen Mom 2 Recap: Jenelle Gets Two New Boobs, Dumps One

This week on Teen Mom 2, Leah Messer made things right with Jeremy Calvert, while Jenelle Evans tried out some shiny new toys and much more. Read all about it in THG’s official Teen Mom 2 recap! The troubled Jenelle Evans goes under the knife and gets some lovely fake boobs, while parting ways with that boob Kieffer Delp, again. Wash . It didn’t go smoothly. The breakup part at least. Babs worries that Kieffer might try to steal Jenelle’s pain meds to use or steal. Always a sign that your boyfriend is an upstanding character! Minus 50 . Kieffer Delp has been staying at her house, and was actually a source of support during the whole boob thing, until Gary Head reached out to her. When a dozen roses with a “get well” card came to the door, which does not sit well with Kieffer, who BLOWS UP at his recovering girlfriend over it. Jenelle Evans kicks Kieffer’s deadbeat ass out the door, and finishes recovering at her mom’s house – where she sees Jace for a change. Plus 40 . Gary Head comes over to visit, and sure enough, they talk about getting back together! He’s hesitant, sure, but those boobs … he’s gotta be a fan! Minus 50 for the fact that she can’t stay single. After Leah Messer finally realized Corey Simms wasn’t as into getting back together as she was, she turned to Jeremy Calvert and sought to mend fences. Why this was even an issue, we have no idea. We also have no idea how she feels the polar opposite of how she did DAYS ago. But all’s well that ends well? Plus 40 Leah. Jeremy Calvert, for his part, was “lonely as hell” without Leah and generally appears way too good to have to put up with what she just pulled. Hopefully he won’t have to for much longer, but Plus 20 for being a good sport and a good guy, and Plus 10 more now that the RING IS BACK ON! Even though Leah is okay taking it slow, Jeremy wants to get married sooner rather than later. Let the beach wedding planning begin! Plus 30 . Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin decide to move in together, but that if they do, he needs to chip in financially. Which should be obvious, but sadly isn’t. Given the rest of the guys on this show? Probably good to lay down the law. Plus 20 for her doing so and Javi seems like an upstanding fella. Soon enough they’re playing house and talking about taking things a step further – marriage! She’s got the wedding fever … and there may be no cure. Plus 20 for finding a good one, at least. Chelsea Houska’s mom has agreed to take her in. That’s the good news. The bad news is that she was used to being on her own and sees this as regressing. She’s also falling behind on beauty school because of drama with Adam Lind, but somehow, earns a 90 percent score! Plus 30 , girl, you earned it. Minus 60 for even thinking about Adam, though. As she goes looking for a new place to live, she realizes she doesn’t like South Dakota much at all, and that she wants to move somewhere. Anywhere. Randy Houska, good luck to you with this one. EPISODE TOTAL: +50! SEASON TOTAL: -1,660!

Teen Mom 2 Recap: Jeremy Calvert Debuts, Jordan Wenner Gets Dumped

Teen Mom 2 was back with another new episode last night, one that featured Jeremy Calvert’s first appearance and apparently Jordan Wenner’s last. How did it all go down? Find out in THG’s official +/- recap! Kailyn Lowry meets up with the friend she meets up with for obligatory, forced conversations about her relationships, and debates cutting Jordan loose. Later she tells him he’s overbearing and doesn’t trust her. He says he does trust her, she’s just kind of shady. No points ? We don’t know how to score that. Out with friends again, she notes that she doesn’t really miss Jordan at all, so that was probably a good move … except he was really good with Isaac. She decides to meet up with him to discuss things, but Jordan is nowhere to be found … and already “hanging out with someone else.” BURN Kails. Minus 20 . Jenelle Evans prepares to spend 45 days in jail, per her lawyer’s suggestion, despite missing Jace‘s second birthday and the lack of Ke$ha that jail time entails. She points out to BFF Tori that Jace’s dad Andrew hasn’t contacted her or Jace. We forgot who the dad even was. Not a good sign, most likely. Minus 80 . Jenelle Evans and Tori make a pact to not smoke weed anymore, and writes a heartfelt letter to her probation officer as well. Plus only 50 , because come ON. She writes that she was “screaming” all night for someone to let her out of her cell, and this was the wakeup call she needed. Ah, the life of Jenelly. “So are you going to stay off the weed?” – Bahbrah. Plus 50 . Jace turns two and Jenelle gets him a slip-and-slide at least, then spends like an entire day in the little guy’s honor … who is this girl and where is Jenelle Evans ? Plus 200 . Lawyer Dustin reports that her probation officer “surprisingly” liked the letter, and believes she will change. That should keep her out of jail … BUT FOR HOW LONG?! Plus 50 for making it an entire episode without a meltdown. Leah Messer is totes getting serious about a friendship with a guy on Facebook. “I get really serious, really fast,” she confesses, and ain’t that the truth. No points, because it has its positives and negatives, especially for Ali and Aleeah. She’s also got college to worry about apparently. Yes, college! Plus 100 . Later, Leah does reach out to Jeremy Calvert, and they go on a date and have tons of fun. He even passes the interrogation of tough questions. Plus 50 . Family friend Kathy watches the girls as Leah goes off to school, which she finds much harder than she thought. Hopefully she sticks with it more than a week. OMG, Leah Messer gets a surprise bouquet of flowers from Jeremy! Plus 50 , because we have a feeling things are going to last between these two. Chelsea Houska , as always, is trying to deal with the men in her life. After taking a few practice GED tests, she’s gonna take the exam for real. The stress of not talking to Adam is, like, wicked stressful though. OMFG. Minus 90 . Naturally, this being Chelsea Houska and all, she goes over to her dad‘s, and blames him for her breakup with Adam, shouting “You got too involved!” Minus 110 . Randy, as always, runs down the laundry list of reasons why Adam sucks and he hates him, and notes that Chelsea is just being used. No sugar coating here. Plus 100 . Meanwhile, Adam tells his tattoo artist that being single is “bomb.” Good to know Adam’s priorities are in line. Deadbeat Dad 4 Lyfe. Word. Minus 300 . Chelsea decides to get a puppy. No points , because it is sweet and all, and a lot less of a b!tch than Adam, but she clearly can’t handle more responsibility. Will she ever take that GED and/or get over this guy? Teen Mom 2 Cast Previews Season 3, Baby Daddy Drama

Teen Mom 2 never lacks for drama, but this season, expect things to hit a new level. While no longer teen moms, Leah Messer Calvert , 20, Jenelle Evans, 20, Kailyn Lowry, 20, and Chelsea Houska, 21, aren’t finding life any easier. “You’ll see me and Corey really confused about whether we want to make our family work,” Leah says of the ongoing conflict with her ex-husband, Corey Simms. “It’s a lot of mixed feelings.” Complicating matters, of course, is the fact that Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert got married in June and she is expecting the couple’s first child this winter. That’s on top of her twins Aleeah and Ali, 2, with Corey. “I’m with Jeremy starting our life,” she says, “and Corey’s so undecided about what he wants.” When it comes to the twins, however, they’re on the same page. “We get along for the sake of the girls,” Leah says. “Normally when kids go through a split home, they feel like they’re in the middle of the two parents.” “We don’t want them to feel like it’s a tug-of-war. Anytime they want Daddy, they can have Daddy; anytime they want Mommy, they have Mommy.” “They have us both there, all the time.” Kailyn Lowry, mom to 2-year-old Isaac (and new wife of Javi Marroquin ), says she and her ex-boyfriend, Jo Rivera, are trying to keep it together too. “Jo and I are doing pretty well right now. We don’t really see much of each other, but we’re at a point where we can be cordial for Isaac’s sake,” she says. Jenelle Evans ‘ son Jace, is doing well … thank goodness. “He talks and talks and talks,” she says of the 3-year-old, noting that he loves Spiderman and Toy Story . “It’s all about, ‘Why this?’ ‘Why that?’ ‘Why is the sky blue?’ He’s at that cute stage.” Except Jenelle’s turbulent love life and legal drama to take center stage, as well. Single mom Chelsea Houska, on the other hand, hit a “swearing off boys” stage. “After what I went through with [ex-BF] Adam, I’m really picky now,” the mother to 3-year-old Aubree says “I do not see any dating in the near future at all.” Teen Mom 2 Season 3 kicks off tomorrow night, November 12, on MTV.

Leah Messer: Fed Up With Critics

Getting pregnant and married as a teenager certainly has its challenges, and Teen Mom 2’s Leah Messer is apparently fed up with some of her critics. Leah has received backlash for getting knocked up, getting married, getting divorced and now getting married again. She even got jumped recently. “People are ignorant,” the newly-hitched 19-year-old tweeted recently, lashing out and explaining why she no longer looks at her mentions on Twitter. Leah Messer married Jeremy Calvert last week at the Catlettsburg Wedding Chapel in Ashland, Kentucky. It’s the second marriage for the youngster. She has twin daughters, Aleeah and Aliannah, with Corey Simms. Not everyone is thrilled for Leah, however and some fans have chastised the reality star not just for her actions, but for not responding to messages. She’s had just about enough in any case. “So many immature and inconsiderate people out yhrtr. If you’re one of those please #growup,” she tweeted from her @TM2LeahDawn account. Leah has more than 450,000 Twitter fans, some of whom presumably don’t hate her, so there might be some supporters in there too. Just saying.

Ashley Judd Denies Plastic Surgery, Assails Critics For "Nasty, Misogynistic" Puffy Face Rumors

Ashley Judd says medication caused her face to appear puffy lately, not plastic surgery as many assumed – and she’s far from pleased that people assumed that. The Missing star wrote in The Daily Beast: “The Conversation about women’s bodies exists largely outside of all of us, while it is also directed at (and marketed to) us, and used to define and control us.” “The Conversation about women happens everywhere. We are described and detailed, our faces and bodies analyzed and picked apart, our worth ascertained and ascribed based on the reduction of personhood to simple physical objectification .” Judd continues to explain that as a general rule, she has refused to read media articles related to herself, because, “I do not want to give my power, my self-esteem, or my autonomy, to any person, place, or thing outside myself.” “I thus abstain from all media about myself.” When it came to the controversy over her unusually puffy face while promoting her new series, however, the actress got wind of it – and felt that there were underlying issues critically important to her and impossible to overlook. Judd lamented the “pointedly nasty, gendered, and misogynistic” rumors that embodies what “all girls and women in our culture endure every day.” “We are unable at times to identify ourselves as our own denigrating abusers, or as abusing other girls and women. A case in point is that this conversation was initially promulgated largely by women; a sad and disturbing fact.” “If this conversation is going to be had, I will do my part to insist that it is a feminist one, because it has been misogynistic from the start. Who makes a fantastic leap from being sick, or gaining some weight over the winter, to a conclusion of plastic surgery?” “Our entire culture, that’s who. Jenna Talackova: I Was Born in the Wrong Body

Transgender Miss Universe Canada contestant Jenna Talackova says in a new interview that even at four years old, she knew she was “in the wrong body.” Talackova, who was booted from Miss Universe Canada for not being a “naturally born female,” then allowed back in after all, sat down with ABC’s 20/20 . Accompanied by her mother and her lawyer, Gloria Allred, the beauty revealed to Barbara Walters that at birth, she was actually named “Walter.” Jenna Talackova Interview Talackova, 23, who was called “tranny” and “it” by bullies at school, started hormone therapy at 14. Later, she underwent gender reassignment surgery. That converted her male genitalia to female and made her the woman she is now. “It was terribly painful,” Talackova told Walters of the procedure, “but seeing something on your body for that long and not even being able to look at myself in the mirror because I couldn’t stand seeing the other part, it was very rewarding, too.” To complete her physical transformation, Jenna Talackova said, she also received breast implants and had her Adam’s apple removed in the following years. Her legal transformation became complete as she changed her Canadian driver’s license, passport and birth certificate to reflect her gender reassignment. She is now recognized as female by the Canadian government, and lives a full life as a heterosexual woman. She says she has a boyfriend, a man she says is near her age. He is “very supportive … just an amazing man.” And she’s taken the beauty pageant controversy and turned it into an opportunity to help pave the way for other transgendered men and women. “I feel like the universe, the creator just put me in this position as an advocate,” she told Walters. “And now it’s like this, and I’ll take that position. If it’s helping anybody else, by sharing my story and with my actions, then I feel great about it.” The Miss Universe Canada pageant takes place May 19. Barbie Battle: Katniss vs. Kate!

These young women are markedly different, but both are such dolls. Like Kate Middleton before her, The Hunger Games’ Katniss Everdeen, as embodied by Jennifer Lawrence, has just been immortalized as a Barbie doll. Barbie Katniss has more of a casual, rugged look – fitting, considering the maimed and bludgeoned tweens left in her wake as she fights for survival. No point in getting blood stains on an Alexander McQueen dress, which Kate’s likeness wears to perfection. Middleton wields a tiara, Katniss a bow and arrow! Which Barbie would you rather own?
