Kelly Clarkson… Alicia Keys… Christina Aguilera… … Renée Fleming?!? The folks behind Super Bowl XLVIII thought outside the pop music box this year for its national anthem performer, choosing one of America’s most respected opera singers to honor this nation prior to kickoff between the Seahawks and Broncos. Yes, opera and football. How did the two worlds mesh? Very well, thanks to the soprano skills of Fleming, who belted out one of the more memorable renditions in recent memory. Maybe this is why Wendy goes in on everybody …she says her own flesh and blood hates her. Wendy Williams Cries About Her Son Hating Her Somewhere Porsha is saying “karma is a beyotch.” According to Radar Online: Wendy Williams is jealous of Madonna‘s relationship with her 13-year-old son and the talk show host broke down, sobbing on her show Monday morning that her own teenage son hates her. Recapping the controversy last week when Madonna posted a photo of Rocco boxing with the caption “Mama said knock you out! #disn*gga,” Wendy got emotional, opening up about her own relationship with her 13-year-old son, Kevin Hunter Jr. “Rocco’s 13-years-old and Rocco is a real fan of his mother,” Wendy says, suddenly melting down into tears. “What I discovered this weekend is that my son doesn’t like me anymore. You know how it is, I know what it is… Kevin, I discovered this a while ago, but the ball just got smacked home this weekend.” The distraught mother continues, “You know, he’s all into his father, you know how 13-year-olds are, I was the same way when I was 13, but it is breaking my heart. “He’s the one who’s 13 and I get it… But it is breaking my heart. And he doesn’t care about Wendy on TV, he doesn’t care about any of that. Anyways, she’s lucky that he likes her.” Wendy says her son and husband, Kevin Hunter, are close at the moment, leaving her alone. “At this time, I can’t understand men who disappear from their kids lives. Thank God he has his buddy, and father,” she says. “He’s a father, he’s a buddy, they talk sneakers, they go for hair cuts, they speed off in the cars and I’m just left there like, ‘Why you so pissed?’ I’m not pissed, I’m a mom!” We hope they can patch things up. There is nothing like a mother’s love.

It’s baby dolls and tea parties for Kelly. Kelly Clarkson And Husband Expecting Baby Girl Blue Ivy and North West might have some competition for cutest celebrity baby girl soon. According to US Weekly: It’s a girl for Kelly Clarkson and husband Brandon Blackstock! The couple married in October 2013 and announced their first pregnancy soon after. Clarkson, 31, is currently 4 months along, and took to Twitter on Jan. 20 to reveal the gender of her baby. “We just found out we’re having a girl officially! I knew it! Only a girl could cause this much drama with all this vomiting ha!” she tweeted. The “Tie It Up” singer has been publicly predicting her baby’s gender even before she announced she was expecting. In a November 2013 issue of Parade Magazine, the American Idol alum said, “I’m totally gonna have a girl. I’m manifesting it! And when I have a girl, you’re gonna be like, ‘That chick knew it!’” We’re sure Kelly will make a great mom. Congrats again to the happy couple.

Oh, the hilarious humanity. With all due respect to this Kelly Clarkson Christmas card and this Mena Suvari Christmas card , the Bocks have won the 2013 holiday season. This family has sent out a video card for the occasion, remixing Miley Cyrus’ ” We Can’t Stop ” with lyrics about drinking eggnog and other late-year traditions, all while swaying awkwardly and wearing hideous sweaters. Kelly Clarkson: Super Excited Over Pregnancy, Anxious for Second Trimester

Kelly Clarkson is super, duper excited. She’s also super, duper sick and anxious to move along with her pregnancy, which the singer announced via Twitter last week. “I don’t know why they call it morning sickness because it’s like all day and all night,” the singer told Savannah Guthrie on Today this morning. “I’m super excited about being pregnant. I’m just looking forward to the second trimester. They say it’s better.” Clarkson said she and husband Brandon Blackstock were going to keep the impending child a secret for awhile longer… but she just couldn’t help herself. “I was just dying to tell people, but we were trying to wait until the end of my first trimester,” Kelly gushed. “But everybody kept talking about it and I had to cancel something because I’ve been so ill. I didn’t want people to think that I’m canceling because I’m lazy or something. So, we just told people.” Kelly Clarkson on Today Clarkson is yet to find out the gender of the baby, but she reiterated her gut feeling that it will be a girl . As for potential names? “We’re not saying because I don’t want someone to steal my baby’s name,” Clarkson said with a laugh.

Justin Bieber on Critics: I Don’t Give a F-ck!

Justin Bieber has come under fire for a run of strange, pretty terrible behavior. He allegedly spit in his neighbor’s face last year. He definitely peed in a mop bucket . And he likely had sex this month with a porn star named Tati Neves . Bieber is aware of the criticism, but he makes his opinion on the haters very well known in the latest issue of The Hollywood Reporter. “I don’t give a f-ck,” he tells the publication. “I don’t give a f-ck what they say.” The artist isn’t lacking for self-confidence, either. “I know who I am and what I’m doing in my life and what I’ve accomplished and continue to accomplish as a performer, as a writer, as an artist, as a person, as a human being,” he says. “I’m happy with the man I’m becoming.” Manager and close friend Scooter Braun is featured alongside Bieber in the issue and says no one in the team’s entourage is worried about the star. “Say whatever the f-ck you want,” Braun tells critics. “Justin’s not going to go crazy. He’s not going to end up in rehab. He’s not going to end up a statistic. Nine months ago, they said he lost his mind – he hasn’t missed a show since. So we’re just going to shut up.” Bieber adds that he’s grown to have a number of trust issues due to stories leaking out and is only really leaning on Braun and his parents these days. As for his professional role models? “I’m very influenced by black culture, but I don’t think of it as black or white,” says Bieber. “It’s not me trying to act or pose in a certain way. It’s a lifestyle – like a suaveness or a swag, per se. But I don’t really like to say the word [‘swag’] anymore. It’s kind of played out.” Does Bieber feel any kind of pressure when it comes to his career? Not at all. The guy is only 19 years old, remember. “Michael Jackson didn’t do Off the Wall until he was about 23,” Justin says of late performer’s 1979 breakout album. “Bad, not until he was, like, 25 [Jackson was 29]. I have all the time in the world.”

Elsa Pataky: Pregnant with Baby #2!

Elsa Pataky is joining the pregnancy parade in Hollywood. With Kelly Clarkson confirming she’s expecting her first child, and Ginnifer Goodwin doing the same , sources now confirm that Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth will welcome their second kid in a few months. A rep for the Thor: The Dark Work star confirmed the news to People today. Pataky and Hemsworth are already parents to an 18-month old named India Rose. Hemsworth is clearly smitten with the tyke, telling the magazine this month that “she’s the best” and “she makes it harder and harder to leave and go to work. “I enjoy being at home a lot more than I ever have.” Yes, ladies. He looks like this AND he’s that sensitive. How does the couple find time together, considering their busy schedules? “You have to make an effort and try to stay together as much as you can,” Pataky told People in May. “If we start splitting and doing other things it’s not going to last. We try and keep it as normal as much as we can – like a typical family.” We send Elsa and Chris out very best wishes!

This is very fortuitous. Kelly Clarkson announced last night that she’s pregnant with her first child … and the singer just happens to be featured in this weekend’s new issue of Parade . Talking about a potential baby! Kelly Clarkson Pregnant News “I’m totally gonna have a girl,” Clarkson gushes to Parade . “I’m manifesting it! And when I have a girl, you’re gonna be like, ‘That chick knew it!’” It’s not shocking, of course, that Kelly would have talked to the magazine about this topic prior to knowing for certain if she’s going to be a mother any time soon. Ever since getting married in Tennessee last month, the first American Idol has been open about her desire to have a baby. She recently told Jay Leno that she and husband Brandon Blackstock were trying like rabbits to get the job done. Clarkson’s parents split when she was five years old, so she doubted for awhile whether or not she could “properly” do the job herself. But she has been acting as the stepmother to Blackstock’s two kids – a 12-year old girl and seven-year old boy – and it’s given her a lot of confidence. “I’m gonna rock at being a mom! I’m almost looking at it like making a record, like, ‘I’m going to nail this!’” she says, adding: “People say money doesn’t solve everything but it solves a whole lot, so it’s nice to have the financial stability to be there [for my child], whether I’m able to fly home after shows or take her with me. See how I’m calling her ‘her’? I’m putting it out there!”

Big news for Kelly Clarkson. Kelly Clarkson Pregnant With First Child The Clarkson family just got a little bigger. According to US Weekly reports: Guess all that “practice” paid off! Kelly Clarkson is pregnant and expecting her first child with husband Brandon Blackstock, she announced via Twitter on Tuesday, Nov. 19. The 31-year-old American Idol alum, who married Blackstock on Oct. 20, has been very vocal in recent weeks about wanting to have a baby. “More than anything, next I want a baby. Lots of them!” she gushed to Us Weekly before her wedding. “My record label is freaking out because all I can talk about now are babies. We’re really excited and want to get our family started.” “I’m 31 and we’d like to do it the natural way. My eggs aren’t getting any younger!” she quipped. “So we’re really excited.” And they’re not the only ones. “[Brandon] has two kids that I love and they are cool with it,” she added, referring to her husband’s children, Savannah, 11, and Seth, 7, from a previous relationship. “We got the A-okay from them so we are ready to go. That’s definitely the next big project we’re going to start on.” She wasn’t kidding. On Monday, Nov. 11, she played coy when asked by Jay Leno if she was pregnant, telling him only that they weren’t “announcing anything right now” but were having sex “like rabbits” in the meantime. “[We want a baby] like now! Practice makes perfect!” she told Leno, laughing. “We do, we do. We’re trying, trying, trying. We have two kids, and they’re so great. And I never wanted kids before, but now I want, like, five.” Hopefully, the baby inherits mommy’s talent. Congrats again.
