In the face of ongoing infidelity and drug rumors, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom remain married. But a friend of the former’s tells People Magazine in a new interview: the couple might as well not be. “They’re separated for the moment,” says this insider. ” Khloé is spending many nights at her mom’s house and Lamar is at his place [in] downtown [L.A.]” Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Separated Everyday seems to bring with it worse and worse news for the formerly in-love twosome. Most recently, a report claimed Khloe has cut Lamar off and the basketball star has been forced to pawn jewelry to feed his crack habit. Polina Polonsky, meanwhile, alleges that Odom totally built crack pipes in her home. “The whole situation is so sad,” the People source adds. “She wants to save her marriage, but Lamar doesn’t and he’s not in his right mind to do so. So what can Khloé do?” Not a great deal, unfortunately. Kardashian continues to film scenes for Keeping Up with the Kardashians and has been trying to put on a brave Instagram face, but another family friend says the relationship is doomed. “I believe Lamar is the one who wants out [of the marriage],” this mole says. “It’s not looking good.”

Polina Polonsky: Lamar Odom Totally Made Crack Pipes at My Place

Lamar Odom’s mistress “roommate” Polina Polonsky says the athlete definitely fashioned crack pipes at her place during the six weeks they lived together. Recent photos of Odom purchasing Chore Boy scrubbing pads led us to believe he wasn’t cleaning pots and pans, but making homemade crack pipes . Now Polina Polonsky has basically confirmed as much. Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian and Polina Polonsky Polina, as people who have followed Lamar’s saga know, hooked up with Odom in June and July after meeting him at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. He essentially moved into her apartment for six weeks after that, right around when reports of his estrangement from wife Khloe Kardashian began surfacing. During that time, Polina says he was doing crack. Chore Boy scrubbing pads were always laying around the apartment when the NBA star was there, she says, and not for the products’ designed use. She said she saw him multiple times using the pads to fashion homemade crack pipes, and that the place was “littered” with copper pad scraps. Chore Boy boxes were a regular presence, too. Polonsky, an attorney, says Odom’s crack problem has gotten worse since Khloe confronted her and he peaced out, but he was on drugs then for sure. Not a good sign for Lamar, whose whereabouts are currently unknown and who refuses to accept help for his obvious issue from Khloe or anyone else.

Matt gives his two cents on the rumors surrounding his former teammate Matt Barnes Speaks Out On Lamar Odom Crack Addiction Allegations Troubled NBA baller and husband of Khloe Kardashian Lamar Odom could very possibly be having the worst year ever. From messy cheating and divorce rumors , to alleged struggles with drug addiction and even a DUI, he’s definitely in the midst of the storm. But despite all of the rumors, one person who still has Lamar’s back is his former teammate and L.A. Clippers player Matt Barnes, who recently told The YBF that he thinks his homie will be just fine. Matt Barnes is Lamar Odom’s good friend and former teammate. And he says he never saw the alleged drug abuse Lamar has been accused of for weeks now. At this weekend’s Hollywood premiere party of “Boardwalk Empire”, Matt Barnes had some kind words for his embroiled former teammate Lamar Odom. And he hinted that this whole crack cocaine abuse fiasco could just be blown out of proportion. “Obviously, things in L.A. get a little blown out of proportion,” Matt tells TheYBF.com. “I know Lamar well and I just want to wish him the best. Not only in his basketball career but in his personal [life]. He knows we’re here for him and he should be fine.” And as for whether he saw any drug abuse by Lamar after playing on two NBA teams (Lakers & Clippers) with him, “No. I’ve been around him this whole time, never saw it.” Hopefully Matt is right about Lamar and he can pull it together because right now, things definitely don’t seem to be working in his favor .

Charlie Hunnam on Fifty Shades of Grey: "Tangible Chemistry" With Dakota Johnson!

Fifty Shades of Grey star Charlie Hunnam says he’s ready to embrace the role of Christian Grey, and that there’s tangible chemistry with his co-star. At the FX premiere of Sons of Anarchy Season 6 , Hunnam, 33, discussed for the first time how he landed the role of Christian, and why he wanted it. “As soon as we got in the room and started reading with Dakota, I knew that I definitely wanted to do it, because there was a tangible chemistry between us.” “It felt kind of exciting and fun and weird and compelling, and so that was it.” That would be his co-star Dakota Johnson, 23, who will portray Anastasia Steele, Christian’s lover in the much-anticipated Fifty Shades of Grey movie . Eminem stopped by the ESPN broadcast booth during halftime of last night’s Michigan-Notre Dame game, talking with broadcasters Kirk Herbstreit and Brent Musberger and promoting the video for his new single, ” Berzerk .” Sort of. The appearance has gone viral due to the rapper’s zoned-out state, as the artist responded to Musberger’s first inquiry with: “Sorry, live TV. Live TV freaks me out a little bit. What was the question?” It only went downhill from there, much to the amused confusion of Herbstreit. Bruno Mars to Perform at Super Bowl XLVIII Halftime Show

Grammy-winning singer Bruno Mars will perform at halftime of Super Bowl XLVIII in 2014, a person familiar with the NFL’s entertainment plans told the AP. The season-ending event is set for February 2 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. Yes, an outdoor stadium minutes from New York City. In February. The potential for bad weather, marketing tie-ins and a deluge of media, advertising and branding giants may make this Big Game the biggest yet. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell recently noted that there’s “already more buzz around this Super Bowl this year than any Super Bowl in its history.” The halftime performance will be a major stage for Mars, as the telecast has drawn over 100 million viewers in the United States alone in recent years. Football season kicks off in earnest today.

Texas Company Promotes Business Via Phony Abduction Decal: The Worst Thing Ever?

A sign company in Texas created quite a stir this week via its new marketing campaign. As reported by KWTX in Waco, Hornet Signs had a female employee pose for a decal that shows her bound and seemingly abducted in the back of a pickup truck, proving to motorists just how realistic its decals can be. Of course, the stunt has been met with a bevy of criticism, with many Internet users aghast that the company would exploit violence against women in such a manner. “I wasn’t expecting the reactions that we got, nor was it really anything we certainly condone or anything else,” Hornet Signs owner Brad Kolb told KWTX. “But it was just something…we had to put out there to see who notices it.” The answer? Lamar Odom: Upbeat, Looking Normal, Acting Healthy?

For a man allegedly in the throes of hardcore drug addiction, Lamar Odom is at least putting on a good front, according to people who have recently seen him. Lamar Odom Resurfaces, Looks Healthy After Leaving Rehab Khloe Kardashian’s estranged husband was spotted having miso soup and hot tea with an unknown man at Japanese restaurant Octopus in L.A. Clad in a T-shirt and shorts and wearing sunglasses and his wedding ring, Odom seemed in good spirits, always “smiling” and “very nice and polite.” Lamar cordially held the door for a guest on his way out of the Roosevelt Lofts, which is next to Octopus, and “seemed upbeat” the source reports. “He was in a good mood and did not seem down at all. In fact, he even stopped to sign a fan’s autograph. He was his normal self, nice and polite.” This is a man who was supposedly cut off by his crack dealer . And who used to get high with “crack head” mistress Polina Polonsky . And who got arrested for DUI and had his license yanked a week ago. And who refused interventions three separate times, left rehab after one day last week because he couldn’t handle it, then kept his wife in the dark. Lamar Odom Watch: Where is He Now? Whatever’s going on with Lamar, he’s never had a bad word to say about anyone, and vice versa. People close to him just want to see him get help. “He had a big heart, and really wanted to help people. Just seeing how he loved to help people,” former NBA teammate Josh Powell told E! News . “He was just such a great energy to be around. When you come across people like that, you kind of carry that with you as you mature and grow.” L.A. Lakers guard Jordan Farmar also reached out via social media, posting a Throwback Thursday pic of him and Odom captioned, “My big homie LO!” “One of the most incredible human beings you’ll ever meet! Nobody is immune to tough times. I love you dog and am always here if you need me! #tbt #family.” Long story short, everyone loves Lamar. Except maybe Lamar. Even Khloe Kardashian kicking him out of the house (twice) was her ultimatum for him to get clean and save himself from a potentially perilous spiral. A court hearing in his DUI case is scheduled for September 27. What will happen between now and then is anyone’s guess.

Lamar Odom Update: Out of Rehab, Binging on Crack

We have an update on the confusing Lamar Odom situation. With outlets offering conflicting coverage on the reality star’s status – Is he in rehab or not – we can now confirm that both sides were right at various points this week. Yes, Odom checked into a treatment facility on Wednesday morning. But he then checked out Thursday afternoon, according to a pair of People sources. Lamar Odom: NOT in Rehab? The 33-year-old has since been seen in Los Angeles. It’s unclear what Lamar’s intentions now are, but TMZ has posted a story in which it details a summer of major drug use for the troubled NBA star. According to unnamed insiders, Odom holed up at Hollywood’s Roosevelt Hotel in late May after being kicked out of his house by Khloe Kardashian . He then treated then hotel like a “flop house,” the site says, partying there with multiple users at a time and spending as much as $800 per day on his habit. This insider also confirms that crack was among Odom’s drugs of choice. Khloe supposedly knew about Lamar’s drug issues for two years, keeping them secret until this spring when she simply could not do it any longer. She told her husband to seek help or she would end their marriage. Now that he’s seemingly ignored that advice, what will become of the couple known as Khlomar? Heck, more importantly, what will become of Lamar Odom?

Lamar Odom Enters Rehab for Substance Abuse

Lamar Odom has finally admitted that he has a problem. Following weeks of downward spiraling that included being kicked out of the home he shares with Khloe Kardashian and being arrested for DUI, the basketball star has reportedly checked into a rehab facility. Details on the location and/or specialty of the treatment center have not been disclosed. “He realized he needs help,” a source tells People of Lamar’s decision , which Khloe and other loved ones have been pushing for since mid-summer. Earlier this week, an unnamed individual gave an interview in which he claimed to be Odom’s drug dealer and detailed the celebrity’s ongoing cocaine addiction . Other reports have indicated that Odom has been excessively taking Ambien and Oxycontin. The 32-year old also violated the NBA’s drug policies twice in 2001 and admitted to serious marijuana use in a 2003 interview. “I just couldn’t control myself in L.A…. the lifestyle that I was living and the things I had access to,” he said at the time. Let’s all hope this is the final step Lamar needs to get better.
