Cop Files Federal Lawsuit Against DeRay McKesson For Black Lives Matter Rally An officer choosing to remain nameless is suing DeRay McKesson for organizing a BLM rally for the police shooting death of Alton Sterling, claiming he was severely injured by a riotous crowd which DeRay incited. “John Doe” says the July 9th rally was blocking streets, causing need for police to come control the crowd. According to court docs, this is where things went left. Via TMZ : The anonymous cop says he and his fellow officers were first pelted by full bottles, looted from a Circle K — and when the water ran out, someone picked up a piece of concrete … or a rock … and chucked it. He says he was struck in the face and went down hard. He says he lost teeth, and injured his jaw and brain. In the suit, he blames McKesson for inciting the violence. He points out tensions were already high because the Dallas PD ambush happened just 2 days earlier — and Alton Sterling had been shot by Baton Rouge cops on July 5. He’s suing for his medical bills and damages. SMH. Isn’t part of being a riot cop assuming these types of risks in the first place? And how can you blame someone who arranged a PEACEFUL protest for the reckless actions of a crowd — IF this is even what transpired??

Donald Trump is a disgusting human being. There, we said it. He’s overbearing, ignorant, cocky as hell, and just all-around terrible. He’s proved it time and time again throughout the years, and especially throughout this year as he’s somehow managed to work his way into the presidential race. He proved it when he admitted he doesn’t pay taxes and hasn’t for nearly two decades, he proved it when he told Billy Bush that he could go up to women and “grab them by the pussy.” To be clear, when Donald told Billy that he’s “a star” and he can “do anything” to women, even “grab them by the pussy,” he’s describing sexual assault. That’s not an opinion, that’s a fact. And it’s a fact worth mentioning, considering that Trump’s been accused of sexual assault by twelve different women. In one particularly disturbing case, a woman filed a lawsuit against him for raping her when she was just 13 years old. The suit was filed in June by a woman known only as Jane Doe, and she claimed that Donald, along with his pal and convicted child molester Jeffrey Epstein, “sexually and physically abused” her by making her “their sex slave.” A good amount of time has passed since this incident allegedly took place, but the woman has said that she was unable to file any charges or lawsuits earlier because she was threatened. “Immediately following this rape,” she claimed in court documents, “Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed.” And on Wednesday, she was scheduled to come forward for the first time at a press conference to discuss her story. The conference was canceled because she’d received death threats. And now it looks like she’ll never come forward: she’s dropped all charges against Trump. Her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, explained things in a couple of messages on Twitter last night “Jane Doe instructed us to dismiss her lawsuit against Trump and Epstein today,” she wrote. “Tough week for her. We wish her well.” Donald Trump Apologizes for Words About Women “Every woman makes her own choice about what is best for her,” Bloom continued. “Life’s a journey. You know what they say: when it rains, it pours. And for Tori Spelling, it’s been a veritable monsoon season for years now. She and her husband, Dean McDermott, went through the hardest of times after he cheated on her with a woman named Emily Goodhand . They had several screaming matches and emotional breakdowns over the affair, and we got to see it all on the worst reality show of all time, True Tori. And relationship issues aside, Tori has struggled with her finances for a very long time. Last year, Tori was so broke that she was begging her friends for money so that she could pay the bills for her children’s private schools and some storage units — you know, the necessities. Then in January, Tori’s mother, Candy Spelling, revealed that she’d begun paying the bills for Tori and her family . Just for things like their house and their food, not for any “extras.” Those “extras” that Candy was referring to apparently include nearly $260,000 that Tori and Dean owe in back taxes , and also their outstanding credit card debt. About that credit card debt: just last month, Tori was ordered to pay nearly $38,000 to American Express to cover her overdue balance. And now, American Express is suing Tori AGAIN. See what we mean about the rain? This time around, Tori’s being sued for $87,594.55, the amount that Tori owed when she canceled the card in April. It seems like Tori must have had multiple AmEx cards, but right now, there’s no word on whether or not this lawsuit is connected with the other one. Oh, and these feels like a good time to bring up the fact that, while Tori’s in all this debt, she’s also trying to raise four young children, and she’s also got a fifth baby on the way . Tori has said that this pregnancy was “a total surprise,” but you’d think that a woman with hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt would be a little more careful about this kind of thing — kids are hella expensive, don’t know if you heard. But Tori and Dean are bad at everything else, it just makes sense that they’d be bad at family planning, too. What a mess.
