Just a few months ago, it was Shawn Southwick facing such allegations with a little league coach and D-list actor who admits “mistakes” were made.” Hector Penate, who coached the Kings’ two sons when he wasn’t trying to make it as an actor, cryptically said “one thing led to another” with Shawn. According to the celebrity gossip tabloid, Shawn King had been carrying on a steamy, year-long extramarital affair right under Larry’s nose with Hector. King supposedly carried on an affair for five years with her sister Shannon Engemann , but she was returning the favor and then some … on his desk! Shawn and Hector were so brazen in their adulterous tryst, they did the nasty where King works. We can’t decide if that’s hot, hilarious or nauseating. Sources say the illicit affair unraveled when Shawn’ dependence on the painkiller Vicodin deepened, but didn’t end until livid Larry confronted Hector. No clue how those things are related at all, but this is getting nastier by the minute. A King source insists, “Larry is no doubt the victim in all of this.” We’ll see how the courts – and public – rule on that.
