Lady Gaga, Kesha Trash Katy Perry in Leaked Texts: She’s So Mean!

Back in 2016,  Kesha alleged that she was raped by famed record music producer Dr. Luke. Luke has worked with some of the biggest names in pop over the course of his career, and Kesha insisted that she was not his only victim. In court documents that were unsealed last year, Kesha accused Luke of raping Katy Perry, and to the surprise of many, Perry remained silent on the matter. But while she never spoke out on social media, Perry did respond to the allegations in court. And it seems the singer was not happy to be dragged into a legal battle she wanted no part in. In a 2017 deposition unsealed today and obtained by Radar Online, Katy makes her feelings on the situation very clear: “Annoyed, pissed off that she would bring me into it in this way, annoyed at both Luke and Kesha,” Perry replied when asked how she felt about Kesha’s claims. Perry stated that she was never assaulted by Luke, but declined to support him publicly, as she knew her fans would be “very angry” if she were to defend an accused rapist. “I would be attacked, I would be the one woman that is against women and I’m not against women, but I believe in innocent until proven guilty and I believe in justice,” she told the court. “I want to stay out of it because I know them both and I empathize with both of them and obviously it’s a horrible situation for both of them,” she added. “And the only two people that know what really went on are those two people.” Today’s unsealed files also contain a transcript of a 2016 text message conversation between Kesha and Lady Gaga on the subject of Perry: “Was crying a lot today and needed my mom,” Kesha told her fellow pop star. “I’m really upset with Katy Perry … She could bring the whole thing to a head…She was raped by the same man. She is probably really afraid to lose everything.” “U are really strong standing up to him, she’s not as strong as u yet,” Gaga assured her friend, adding: “Have you talked to her?” “[You’re] right. I need to find sympathy and empathy for her. She’s so mean. It’s hard,” Kesha responded. “Do you want me to see if I can talk to her?” Gaga said. “I know she’s mean.” Kesha was definitive in response, texting, “OMG, NO!” in response to Gaga’s offer to intervene. While no criminal charges have been filed against Luke, he and Kesha have both filed civil suits against one another. Their legal battle remains ongoing. Judges Love Sosa: Chief Keef Avoids Jail Time For His DUI Arrest

Photo by Tim Mosenfelder/Getty Images Chief Keef Is Catching A Huge Break After Felony DUI Charge Chief Keef  is a lucky man, and he’s proving exactly that by dodging another jail bid. On Tuesday, TMZ reported that the Chicago rapper caught a serious break after his felony DUI charge, which he got when police pulled him over in his green Lamborghini driving through Miami. The DUI charge has been knocked down to a reckless driving charge after Keef pleaded no contest in the year-long legal battle. Keef has now been sentenced to six months of probation, and he’s also been ordered to submit at least 50 hours of community service–which is obviously a huge improvement from being behind bars. Even though Sosa got lucky in the case of avoiding a DUI charge, his legal trouble doesn’t quite stop there. Just last month, a Second Circuit Court judge in South Dakota denied a motion to dismiss a drug charge the rapper is still facing after his June 2017 arrest. In that particular instance, Keef was charged with marijuana possession of between two ounces and a half-pound along with possession of drug paraphernalia after  Sioux Falls security reportedly found drugs in his carry-on bag. For his Sioux Falls case, Chief Keef’s legal team argued that the THC-infused edibles he was carrying are not considered marijuana under South Dakota law, because they contained no plant material. Unfortunately for Keef, though, the judge didn’t quite buy the excuse. Keef is absolutely no stranger to legal troubles, and the latest chapter of his never-ending legal saga comes just a couple of weeks after the release of the rapper’s  Back From The Dead 3  mixtape. Hopefully for his fans, Keef will be able to stay clear of any trouble while touring and performing all of his new music around the world.

Megyn Kelly: I’ll Spill All the Tea on NBC, Unless…

Megyn Kelly is off the air. But she is not yet out of the building. Not yet, at least. Not officially, that is. The embattled reported is no longer appearing on NBC, as we’re sure most of our readers know quite well by now. She has been relieved of her duties as host of Megyn Kelly Today after anchoring a segment about controversial Halloween costumes… … which somehow devolved into Kelly wondering why blackface is considered racist . Despite a written apology and an on-air apology the day after this segment aired, Kelly was essentially fired by NBC not long after her initial comments went public and severe backlash quickly followed. However, while Kelly has no job to attend to this morning, she is still technically a network employee. The star and her legal team continue to negotiate a buyout, with many sources indicating that Kelly will be paid about $38 million to walk away. This is the approximate amount remaining on her contract. Now, though, TMZ cites another obstacle on the path to the full dissolution of this partnership. Insiders tell the website that NBC wants Kelly to sign a confidentiality agreement. This is standard operating procedure for this sort of situation — and executives are especially afraid of what Kelly might tell the world after she parts ways because she was unafraid to air NBC’s dirty laundry even while working for the company. Remember: Kelly interviewed one of Matt Lauer’s alleged sexual assault victims last year. She has also admitted that she knows about all of Lauer’s skeletons , which likely means she also has dirt of some higher-ups who may have covered up for these skeletons over the years. It makes sense for NBC to try and make sure Kelly cannot spill such damaging tea to the world after she signs a new deal with Fox News or whomever. Kelly’s lawyer, meanwhile, says his client is happy to sign this sort of nondisclosure agreement. For an additional $10 million. It’s also worth noting that Kelly wrote a book, “Settle for More,” in which she targeted Fox News Channel; and she has been very critical of that cable network since her departure in 2016. It’s certainly not beneath her to attempt to damage NBC after she settles her employment with the organization. The Today Show, for its part, is trying to move on. On Monday, Al Roker, Hoda Kotb and Craig Melvin greeted viewers during Kelly’s former timeslot, with Kotb opening the hour by saying : Today, as you know, we are starting a new chapter in the third hour of our show as it evolves. We want you to know that the entire TODAY family will continue to bring you informative and important stories, just as we always have. That’s great and all. Confusing businesswoman using cell phone and laptop in office Viral Dr. Phil Guest Exposed By Woman Claiming To Be Her Sister By now, you’ve surely seen those viral clips of Dr. Phil’s latest teen disaster guest — this time a blatantly Black 16-year-old girl named Treasure who supposedly believes herself to be white and has a general distaste for African Americans. Well, a woman claiming to be her older sister has stepped out of the woodwork and is exposing her mom and sis for what she claims is a complete fraud. Perhaps they’re looking to make Treasure into the next Danielle Bregoli/Bhad Bhabie off of one virally tragic appearance on Dr. Phil’s chair?? A woman named Nina Kimberly has presented photos on her Instagram account, proving that she is indeed a relative to Treasure, and recently went on Instagram Live claiming that her entire appearance on Dr. Phil was a scam concocted by Treasure and their mother for attention and a free trip. When asked by a user if Treasure truly hated Black people as much as she claimed on the show, Nina responded: “All Treasure knows is Black, all her life. All Treasure’s friends are Black. She further exposed Treasure as a delinquent without much going for her at age 16. “I was asking them and asking them when they told us they were going to go [On Dr. Phil] ‘What is it going to be about?’ I thought it was going to be about some real sh*t, because Treasure is banned from every CVS in America. She’s a middle school dropout. Such a hoodrat. She used to sell fake hair online for high prices, delivered fake weaves to people’s homes that was like bullsh*t quality dollar store hair for like $50. People have been looking for her ever since then.” And as for why her mother would agree to help her daughter make a fool out of herself on national television… “She wanted to go on an all expenses paid trip to California. My mom is used to living a certain lifestyle, and she hasn’t lived that lifestyle in years. She lost all of her money, is broke, so you know, she just wanted to get this last hurrah in.” She further exposes that Treasure has only started exhibiting this strange behavior once her mother began to neglect her, as “she does all her children.” She explains that her mother actually does not have custody of Treasure, and she should technically be in the care of CPS, but it appears that she is currently on the run. Nina claims she plans to call CPS and notify them of the situation with Treasure and her brother making a sham appearance on the Dr. Phil show with their mother ASAP. SMH! A lot to unpack here. We honestly thought something was fishy with this one…especially when she claimed to have “naturally straight hair” despite the OBVIOUS evidence of relaxer burns and heat damage on her tresses. Pharrell Puts A Legal Stop To Trump Playing His Music At Rallies Pharrell is not having it with Trumpito using his music to fire up his fellow “nationalists” at his rallies…ESPECIALLY after a tragic low point like this weekend’s mass shooting at a Pittsburgh synagogue . Donald Trump decided to fire up Pharrell’s 2013 foot-tapper “Happy,” during a rally in the Midwest. However, it’s not too clear what he was so damn “happy” about, when it took place just a few short hours after the Tree of Life congregation shooting. Either way, Pharrell wasn’t here for it and had his attorney Howard King send a cease and desist letter the president’s way. Via The Hollywood Reporter : “On the day of the mass murder of 11 human beings at the hands of a deranged ‘nationalist,’ you played his song ‘Happy’ to a crowd at a political event in Indiana. There was nothing ‘happy’ about the tragedy inflicted upon our country on Saturday and no permission was granted for your use of this song for this purpose.” WELP. Luckily enough for everyone looking to imitate the undeniable drip of the Atlanta rappers this year, the trio is out here helping their fans replicate their style and matching outfits by offering an official costume. Available on their official website , a costume inspired by the one-of-a-kind reflective jumpsuits worn on their currently underway Aubrey and the Three Migos Tour can be purchased for the not-so low price $125. The red suit is made of cotton and features intricate details like the reflective ink and the group’s logo. The Compton MC got his arrest warrant was dropped yesterday, October 25, according to reports from  TMZ . Three weeks ago, the California native was asked by the federal judge in his sexual assault lawsuit to hand over financial documents. The judge initially gave the rapper 48 hours to hand over the documents, but unfortunately for him and this case, he didn’t turn them in. After The Game didn’t hand over the records, he was then issued an arrest warrant. Now, the warrant has officially been dismissed, because the documents have been turned in. This lawsuit involves Priscilla Rainey, who was a contestant on Game’s reality show  She’s Got Game.  The result of the suit is that Game has been ordered to pay Rainey $7 million. Unfortunately for Jayceon, this isn’t the only trouble he has been caught up in this year. Not only does he owe Viacom a hefty $35,000 in legal fees, the rapper also recently had a break-in at his home. Following the breach, The Game shared in an Instagram post that he is not one to be messed with and warned the robbers that if they return, he would be there waiting for them. It’s nice to know that in the midst of all this legal and personal trouble, at least The Game’s arrest warrant has been dropped–but he’s still got some pretty big fines to pay.
