A Milwaukee bus driver, Denise Wilson, turned out to be a hero after rescuing a child walking the streets in the middle of the night without shoes on or a parent in sight.
Dej Loaf Dealing With Pregnancy And Sextape Rumors Rumor has it that Dej Loaf is dealing with a new man in her life by the name of Marlon and that the pair have a sextape that will be leaking in the coming days… Oh and the rumor mill is also saying the rapper is expecting a baby with her new boo. She’s only supposed to be in the first trimester of pregnancy but the tipster who sent the story to BOSSIP says she’s beginning to show in her body already. This is her most recent photo so… Yeah obviously we can’t tell if she’s toting anything. As for this sextape rumor, our source says Dej wasn’t even aware she was being recorded, but that the tape will leak soon unless she pays the person who has it in their possession. The snitch says the tape is 37 minutes long and all kinds of freaky. BUT we have good reason to believe Dej can rest easy. BOSSIP spoke with Dej’s management who say both these rumors are “100% false.” “It’s bogus,” Dej’s rep told BOSSIP exclusively. Welp. There you have it. Guess that one is nipped in the bud before it even got out of control.
It’s shocking to many, but it remains true: Anna Duggar is pregnant with her fifth child with husband Josh Duggar. On Friday night, the controversial couple used their family’s official blog to deliver the following announcement: “For nearly the last two years, we have quietly worked to save our marriage, focus on our children, and rebuild our lives as a family. “Doing so is never easy after a breach of trust.” From there, Josh and Anna focused on the future… and who it will include. “As we continue our journey as a family and rebuild our lives, we are delighted to share with you that we are expecting a new baby boy later this year.” “Beauty comes from ashes and we cannot wait to see and kiss the face of this sweet new boy!” This will be the fifth child for this pair of Duggars, who are already parents to Mackynzie, 7, Michael, 5, Marcus, 3, and Meredith, 19 months. But it’s one that very few fans saw coming. Considering that less than two years ago, Josh was admitting to the world that he molested multiple young girls when he was a teenager, it’s a bit of a shocker. At least two of these victims were his sisters, Jessa and Jill Duggar; Jinger and Joy-Anna are rumored, but not confirmed, to have been victims. A few months after that, Josh confessed that he was addicted to porn and had cheated on Anna after being exposed in the Ashley Madison hacking. Why didn’t Anna divorce him, more than a few fans wondered? Because such an action is antithetical to their religious beliefs. That said, how did the couple move past this scandal and get to a place where they’ll excited to welcome another baby to their already-packed household? It wasn’t easy, that’s for sure. A week after Josh issued a lengthy statement over his infidelity, he sought treatment at a faith-based rehabilitation center in Rockford, Illinois. Said saddened parents Jim Bob and Michelle at the time, reeling from the shocking actions of the first of their 19 children: “We pray that in this he comes to complete repentance and sincere change.” “In the meantime, we will be offering our love, care and devoted support to Anna and our grandchildren as she also receives counsel and help for her own heart and future.” “During this time we continue to look to God. He is our rock and comfort. We ask for your continued prayers for our entire family.” From there, in January of 2016, Anna released a statement of her own, speaking out about her experience with Josh in a rare moment of openness. Anna Duggar referred to his rehab stint as “an important step on a long difficult road” to repairing their relationship and added: “Please continue to pray for me, Josh and our children.” In March of last year, Josh quietly finished his six-month stay in the facility and returned to Arkansas, staying under the radar since. Once back home, he continued to receive “professional counseling and focus on rebuilding relationships with his family.” It was then off to marriage counseling in May. “As we enter into a long family weekend together, we want to thank each of you for the prayers, love and encouragement you’ve sent our way,” these Duggars said last year . The couple explained that they had “working with a professional marriage and family counselor to take important steps toward healing” since Josh had left rehab. Josh, now 29, and Anna, 28 continued at the time: “It isn’t easy and some days are very difficult. It is a long road to rebuild trust and a truly healthy relationship. “We are very thankful for God’s forgiveness, grace and help, as it is our strength and guide to rebuilding our lives. “As the future unfolds, we are taking one day at a time and we are grateful for your continued prayers for both of us and our sweet children.” We heard very little from Josh and Anna after that. In September, Josh was seen at a family gathering for a close friend’s birthday, at which he posed for a group picture alongside his wife. The reality stars then celebrated their eight-year wedding anniversary a few weeks later, receiving some well wishes from their relatives. “Happy Anniversary, Josh and Anna,” the Duggar family wrote alongside a photo of the couple, whose appearances online have been sparse. “We are so thankful for God’s redemptive love in your lives.” In November, Anna and Josh enjoyed an evening out with the former’s sister, Priscilla, and her husband, David Waller, after Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo’s wedding. “Thank you, Josh & Anna, for a wonderful weekend together topped off with a fun #doubledate this evening!” the Wallers captioned a social media photo soon after the double date, adding: “You’ll are doing great! #sistertime #familytime.” Of course, Josh is still so radioactive to Duggar fans that he was scrubbed out of all TLC footage of the wedding, as seen in the gallery below. View Slideshow: Josh Duggar: Scrubbed From Jinger’s Wedding with Reshoots, Fake Sun Glare, Kid in Front of Face Then, just two weeks ago, the Duggars posted a rare family photo of Josh and Anna with their quartet of kids (above) in honor of their Josh turning 29 years old. “Happy birthday, Josh. We love you, your amazing wife and sweet children,” the parents wrote as an affiliated message. “We pray that you diligently follow and serve the Lord with your whole heart all the days of your life and that this year is a wonderful year for you and your family.” So… yeah. It has been QUITE the journey for Anna and Josh Duggar. Many people have many feelings about the couple. But with a baby on the way, even the harshest Josh Duggar critics must now be in his corner. For the sake of this impending child, and the four who have come before him, we must all hope Josh and Anna are able to maintain a safe, happy and healthy home environment. Eventually, you’ll be familiar with El Chapo from the inevitable Netflix series based on his exploits, but in case you can’t wait that long, here’s a run-down: Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman was digging tunnels in Mexico long before the Donald hatched his cartoon supervillain plan to build a border wall. The infamous drug lord escaped from prison twice before being recaptured and extradited to the United States. As if that’s not Hollywood enough, it was actor Sean Penn who inadvertently led police to El Chapo after interviewing the head of the Sinaloa Cartel for a piece in Rolling Stone. These days, Guzman’s life is considerably less glamorous. The 62-year-old is currently being held in solitary confinement in New York’s Metropolitan Correctional Complex. Sources say Guzman is confined to a “closet-sized” cell 23 hours a day, five days a week. He’s permitted to leave the cell for one hour each weekday so that he can work out on a treadmill or stationary bike to prevent his muscles from atrophying. Chapo’s lawyers are in court this week arguing that the treatment is inhumane, and petitioning for their client to be relocated to the facility’s general population wing. It’s a tough sell for a couple of reasons: 1. Chapo is a two-time escapee, and if prison officials are no doubt concerned that he’ll try again. 2. Chapo is an A-list celebrity in the crime world, a fact that could make him an esay target for inmates with something to prove. Interestingly, insiders tell TMZ that Guzman isn’t all that concerned with the upcoming trial that will likely land him behind bars for the rest of his life. Instead, he’s reportedly more focused on his celebrity status . “He regularly asks his lawyers, ‘What are they saying about me?’ He’s very concerned about his image,” says a source inside the prison. Of course, he needn’t worry too much, as a story like his probably won’t go too much longer without being adapted for the screen. View Slideshow: 19 Celebrities Who May Have Killed People It’s a thorny issue, because on one hand, El Chapo is a murderous gangster who’s devastated whole communities, and thus, probably doesn’t deserve to be celebrated. But on the other hand, the guy had to spend two days hanging out with Sean Penn. So when you think about it, he’s really already suffered enough.
Amy Krouse Rosenthal, a popular’s children’s book author whose recent New York Times essay about her husband went viral, died Monday morning from ovarian cancer. She was 51 years old. Rosenthal’s passing was confirmed by her longtime literary agent and friend, Amy Rennert, who told The Associated press of Amy: “Everything Amy did was life and love affirming. “She was such a bright light with a great sense of wonder. Amy loved her family. She loved words, ideas, connections.” Earlier this month, Rosenthal (who was diagnosed with the disease that would take her life in 2015) made headlines for encouraging other women to date her husband, Jason, after she passed away. We’re serious. She penned a beautiful, emotional story for The New York Times’ “Modern Love” column titled ” You May Want to Marry My Husband .” In the piece, Rosenthal created a poignant “dating profile” for her husband, whom she said she fell in love with in “one day.” The author felt so strongly about Jason that she wanted to share him with others; both in her essay and, in theory, with another woman some day down the line. “He is a sharp dresser. Our young adult sons, Justin and Miles, often borrow his clothes,” Amy wrote in one section of the article. “Those who know him – or just happen to glance down at the gap between his dress slacks and dress shoes – know that he has a flair for fabulous socks. He is fit and enjoys keeping in shape.” Rosenthal made millions of people tear up by outlining various specific details about her husband, going on about all the ways he’s made her happy over the years. And admitting that she knows she doesn’t have much time left with him or with her three kids, Paris, Justin and Miles. “I want more time with Jason. I want more time with my children. I want more time sipping martinis at the Green Mill Jazz Club on Thursday nights,” she wrote, adding: “But that is not going to happen. I probably have only a few days left being a person on this planet.” WMAQ-TV reported on Monday that Rosenthal was in hospice. Last month, she wrote about her health on Instagram, making it clear in her final post that things were taking a downward turn. “This cancer – oh, did I mention I have cancer? – has increasingly (and rudely) robbed me of my normal energy and focus,” she wrote on February 1, explaining that she had to stop her latest project because of her condition. “There are other things I need to be tending to, creating, and focusing on with my limited time.” In the essay that went viral, Amy called Jason “an easy man to fall in love with.” She described him as an “absolutely wonderful father” to their three children and she added: “Did I mention that he is incredibly handsome? I’m going to miss looking at that face of his.” Jason and Amy were married for 26 years. “I didn’t know exactly what she was composing,” Jason said in a statement released regarding The New York Times article. “But I was with her as she labored through this process and I can tell you that writing the story was no easy task. “When I read her words for the first time, I was shocked at the beauty, slightly surprised at the incredible prose given her condition and, of course, emotionally ripped apart. ” In a nod to his late wife and the marriage they shared, Jason concluded: “I don’t have the same aptitude for the written word. But if I did, I can assure you that my tale would be about the most epic love story… ours.” View Slideshow: Celebrities Who Died in 2017: In Memoriam Amazing, heartwrenching stuff all around. These past several months have been nothing but drama for the Kardashians. And not the fun kind of drama either — the life-threatening, family-destroying, totally heartbreaking kind of drama. Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in October, then her husband, Kanye West, had a huge mental breakdown . Shortly after, Scott Disick seemed to relapse, and all the while Rob Kardashian's relationship with Blac Chyna was falling apart. If it sounds like a mess, that's because it was — and we know that because we're seeing it all on the new season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. In this new promo, we see Kim crying to Khloe and Kourtney about her robbery, and we also see her sobbing during a phone call about Kanye's breakdown. While the world has previously found so much joy in the face Kim makes when she cries, she's just too sad here. To pile on the sadness, we hear Scott telling someone that Kourtney is the love of his life, but then we cut to a scene from their recent Costa Rica vacation, the one where Scott brought some girl along and hid her in a nearby hotel. “You're just like a f-cking whore,” Kim tells him, to which he replies “I'm a sex addict!” Unfortunately, Kourtney tells him that “It's never going to work out” between them. In yet another scene, Khloe tells Rob that Blac Chyna doesn't want anything to do with him, and Rob says that Khloe's “a hater and a liar.” See all that drama and more in the promo below:

Last week, graduate students at the University of Southern California petitioned the university for enhanced mental health services. They requested these services for “Muslim, refugee, immigrant, international and other marginalized student groups” in response to the president’s immigration ban and other executive orders that affect the student population. Is this a reasonable ask? In a word, yes. The primary motive behind the immigration ban and the emotion it evokes are the same: fear — fear of being deported; fear of being permanently separated from family members; fear of going back to a country where the threat of persecution and even death are present. And that fear has a huge impact on mental health. Fear is the body’s response to uncertainty and adversity. It has well-known physical components like sweating, rapid heartbeat, and nausea. Longer term effects of fear include stress, difficulty concentrating, and sleep disturbances. Research indicates up to 20% of women (8% of men) who experience a traumatic event — like the enacting of the immigration ban — are likely to develop serious emotional problems. This could mean an increase in the number of students seeking psychological services for relief. In an attempt to excel in one area, usually our professional careers, many of us take for granted the other aspects of our life that require tender love and care. It’s one thing to know you’re slacking in such a way, it’s another to actually acknowledge, apologize to and celebrate those who’ve been put on the backburner. LeBron James is doing just that. While speaking with teammates Richard Jefferson and Channing Frye, who have the podcast Road Trippin, he James stated that his drive to be the greatest to play in the NBA has caused him to, at times, sacrifice being with his family so that he can train, practice and play. It’s something he decided to apologize to wife Savannah for. “I am addicted to the process. I’m addicted to the process,” he said. “It’s so funny. I just told my wife the other day, I apologized to her. She was like ‘What are you apologizing for?’ I said ‘Because the journey that I’m on to want to be the greatest to ever play this game or to the point where no one ever forgets what I accomplished, I’ve at times lost the fact of how important you are to this whole thing.’” [ madamenoire ] Diddy Announces Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop: The Bad Boy Story Documentary Finally, we are getting a documentary about one of Hip-Hop’s most storied record labels and crews, Bad Boy.
