Despite stunning court costs and debts that have left Lindsay Lohan broke or close to it, she’s turned down a HUGE offer from Dancing With the Stars . She needs money. She could desperately use an image makeover. DWTS could provide both in a heartbeat. But she doesn’t wanna do reality shows. The actress was made several offers to join DWTS this spring. The final offer was $550,000, or 4-5 times what most DWTS cast members make. Given the IRS seizing her accounts , one would think she’d snatch that up in a second, but no, she says she’ll NEVER do reality TV. Only movies. The irony/stupidity of that statement is that after Liz & Dick and The Canyons , her film stock is going down faster than a drunk Lindsay on Max George. Good luck, LiLo.

Lindsay Lohan’s trial date has been set for February 27. The star’s alleged lie to cops investigating a car crash last June could send her back to jail, and confusion is running rampant over who represents Lohan. Lindsay fired lawyer Shawn Holley , who has repped her for years, earlier this week – only to have Holley show up and enter a plea of not guilty for her. “Do you still represent Ms. Lohan?” Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioner Jane Godfrey, confused, asked Holley in a hearing Tuesday. “Yes, at this point, yes,” said Holley. “We’ve got to get the representation issue nailed down,” Godfrey told the attorney “The representation issue will be nailed down,” Holley affirmed. A letter firing Holley came from an attorney in New York. Lohan, who was not required to attend Tuesday’s arraignment, must be in court January 30. At that point, the judge and lawyers will nail down any pretrial motions. She faces four misdemeanor charges relating to the accident, but the most serious threat to LiLo’s freedom is the probation revocation that the arrest triggered. She could be jailed for up to 245 days for violating her probation for a shoplifting conviction – one of the terms of her probation is simply obeying all laws. Lohan was put on probation after being convicted in 2011 on charges related to the theft of a necklace. All was well until August 2012, when she crashed her car. Authorities said not only was she driving recklessly in Santa Monica, she also gave false information to a police officer and then resisted a police officer. The city attorney filed four misdemeanor charges against her, prompting an L.A. County Superior Court commissioner to revoke Lohan’s probation. In November, she was also charged with an unrelated misdemeanor assault after allegedly punching a fortune teller at a Manhattan nightclub. Tiffany Mitchell apparently was flirting with LiLo’s BF Max George. In all, Lindsay’s downward spiral has seen her bounce in and out of court at least 19 times and to five different rehabilitation facilities since 2007. The latest issue of Esquire features a number of ridiculous hot Megan Fox photos . Seriously… WOW . But the magazine also features a quote in which Fox explains that she removed her Marilyn Monroe tattoo because she realized that late actress wasn’t “reliable” and had “squandered” a lot of potential – just like Lindsay Lohan . But now Fox has taken to Facebook and issued a clarification, detailing how she never meant to offend the often-troubled star. “[T]here is a reference that is made to Lindsay Lohan that I would like to clarify before it snowballs into something sily,” Fox writes. “I attempted to draw parallels between Lindsay and Marilyn in order to illustrate my point that while Marilyn may be an icon now, sadly she was not respected and taken seriously while she was still living. “Both women were gifted actresses, whose natural talent was lost amongst the chaos and incessant media scrutiny surrounding their lifestyles and their difficulties adhering to studio schedules etc… It was most definitely not my intention to criticize or degrade Lindsay. “I would never want her to feel bullied, as she does not deserve that.. this miscommunication is my fault.” It’s an admirable move by Fox, considering Lohan has enough problems on her own at the moment. Her father did recently say she’s a high-class call girl , after all.

Looks like the Britney split rumors were true all along. The pop megastar’s breakup with Jason Trawick was a long time coming – and it actually went down quietly and privately weeks before their public statement. Britney once foresaw in a fairy-tale ending for herself and Trawick, who popped the question in December 2011. But by late 2012, she was no longer wearing her ring. “Britney spent Christmas with [sons] Preston and Jayden. Jason was around for parts of it, but it was very obvious that they were not together anymore,” a source says. “They were not affectionate and instead just seemed to keep appearances going for the boys’ sake. Britney looked a bit gloomy and tense throughout the holidays.” Jason Trawick, 41, moved out after Christmas. The couple announced their split last Friday. As recently as last summer, Britney talked frequently about their wedding, “but lately she acted like she knew it would not happen … she hadn’t talked about [plans] in months.” That was quite a change from the early months of their engagement, when Spears “would spend hours online looking at wedding dresses and dreaming,” says the source. They never set a date, however. “Britney wanted to rush in, but there were things that needed to improve before they got to that place,” the source says. “They love each other, but like any relationship, and especially this one, there were some major challenges and hurdles.” “There was constant work that needed to be done. At the end of the day, it just wasn’t working, and things were’t going to change, so it was time to let go.”
