Lindsay Lohan and her big beautiful breasts had to make an appearance at the county courtroom again yesterday to defend themselves against accusations of grand theft or some crap like that. I don’t really care and I don’t normally follow celebrity court cases, but Lindsay’s breasts are just too amazing not to keep track of this crap. I can’t look away. I don’t really care what the outcome is to be honest, but I don’t want to see any harm come to those beauties. Free Lindsay’s Boobs! No really, let them out.

It’s nice to see that all of Lindsay Lohan’ s latest legal troubles haven’t affected her hotness in the least, here she is looking absolutely amazing in some photoshoot for something nobody gives a crap about. The chick is just sexy, I’d like to scramble her eggs. I don’t really know what that means, but I think it’s appropriate for this situation. Anyhow, I’m a big fan of this Lindsay, she photographs well, I can’t wait to see her in Playboy some day. You know it’s going to have to happen eventually.

Lindsay Lohan Theft Case: About That Probation …

Is Lindsay Lohan doubly screwed after being busted for grand theft? That’s a possibility, given that she was on probation anyway for her DUI, and that her probation standing was shaky even before her recent felony arrest. Lohan may avoid jail , but it’s far from a lock. Even if the grand theft charges were dropped completely, a judge could revoke Lindsay’s DUI probation. FUR REAL : LiLo could go to jail either way. [Photo: Pacific Coast News] The judge in the probation case can hold a hearing, sans jury, and has the sole power to decide if Lindsay ran afoul of her probation and take it away. In a criminal case, the D.A. must prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. In a probation violation case, the judge has all the power and more leeway. Sources connected with the D.A.’s office say prosecutors could ask for a year in jail if the judge decides Lindsay violated the terms of her probation. Chances are, there’s a case to be made that she has done so. Judge Elden Fox in Beverly Hills, who’s lost patience with Lohan and revoked her probation before, would be the one making the call too. Not good.

Oh, for Christ’s sake: A few hours after David Letterman’s head writers tweeted in stereo that Lindsay Lohan would deliver Thursday’s Late Show Top 10 list, Lohan herself tweeted a denial : “I am NOT going to be doing David Letterman, I’m not sure how this happened, but I am sorry for the confusion…” Aren’t we all — particularly, this morning, CBS.

Hmmmm….sounds like somebody was feenin for some lezzbunn lovin’: Lindsay Lohan was caught sneaking out of Samantha Ronson’s home in Venice Beach, CA. on (drum roll please!) VALENTINE’S DAY! The on-again-off-again ( or are they ‘on-again?’) couple have adjoining town homes, which Lindsay has previously maintained is just a coincidence. Instead of using the sidewalk, Lindsay opted to sneak through the bushes after leaving Sam’s pad Monday. This was the first time we’ve seen the Mean Girls star, 24, since her much-publicized court appearance last Wednesday after being charged with felony grand theft for allegedly swiping a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store. Rihanna Lessens The Restraining Order On Chris Brown So They Can Have Contact

This is “interesting”: In a surprising move, singer Rihanna is allowing the restraining order placed against ex-boyfriend Chris Brown to be lifted , RadarOnline.com has learned. The Grammy’s mark one of the most publicized celebrity assaults of all time and this weekend it will be two years since Brown’s vicious attack on the singer in which she sustained significant facial bruising and lacerations. The 22-year-old songstress has requested that the order be dropped to a level one, so the two can have contact as long as Brown doesn’t harass or molest her. Although the order has not be officially modified by the judge, both Rihanna and Brown’s attorney’s have been made aware of the impending change. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Brown appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom two weeks ago where his attorney, Mark Geragos, requested the restraining order against his client be lifted. Judge Schnegg did not immediately grant his request but did suggest a modification with the approval of Rihanna’s attorney, David Etra – which is what transpired recently. After being left battered and bruised by Brown, Rihanna is determined to prove she isn’t afraid of him any longer. Source

Lindsay Lohan is clearly delusional, still snorting the yay, or just plain dumb: A day after pleading not guilty to stealing a necklace, Lindsay Lohan took to Twitter to declare she’s no thief. “i would never steal, in case people are wondering,” she wrote in a Facebook message pasted Thursday night on her Twitter page. “I was not raised to lie, cheat, or steal.” Lohan, 24, also took offense to the attention given to the tight white minidress she wore to Los Angeles Superior Court, where she appeared on a felony grand theft charge. “what i wear to court shouldnt be front page news. it’s just absurd,” she writes. As for her plans, the actress – free on $40,000 bail and recently out of court-ordered rehab in another case – says, “i just want to be on set again, and left alone to just work!” Word, Lindsay?? See, people, helping those less fortunate does pay off… Sources confirm to Us Weekly that jaw-dropping beauty Scarlett Johansson is dating legendary actor Sean Penn, with the initial spark between the pair going off due to the latter’s humanitarian efforts in Haiti. “Scarlett first reached out to Sean when she was planning to visit Haiti with Oxfam,” says a source . “She knew Sean was living there in a tent and turned to him for advice.” Describing the actress as “smitten” with the Oscar winner, this insider says the pair – who are 24 years apart in age – first hooked up last month when Johansson was staying at the Chateau Marmont and filming We Bought a Zoo . Both stars split from their spouses over the last year. Penn called it quits with Robin Wright in August, while Scarlett and Ryan Reynolds divorced in December .

Lindsay Lohan Scared of Jail, Seeking Plea Deal

Lindsay Lohan is scared of prison. Most of us are. Most of us also steer clear of theft, DUI and other brushes with the law on a daily basis as a result, but most of us aren’t Lindsay Lohan. While insisting she’s innocent in the great necklace heist of 2011, she wants to plea bargain her felony grand theft case ASAP to avoid being locked up. After berating Lohan in court yesterday, Judge Keith Schwartz scheduled a hearing for February 23, so the lawyers can talk about plea bargaining the case. Will Lindsay weasel out of another legal jam? [Photo: Pacific Coast News] Lindsay is willing to plead guilty to make the case go away, provided she does not get jail or prison time. The prosecutor, however, wants jail time. She may also be able to cut a deal with the judge, cutting the D.A. out of the picture. In exchange for a guilty plea, the judge may be receptive. It’s also common in cases such as this for the judge to reduce the offense to a misdemeanor if Lindsay Lohan stays out of trouble for 12 months. LOL. As if that’s happening. In any case, it will be interesting to see if she cuts a deal or proceeds with a trial in a bid to prove her “innocence.” Thoughts, based on what you know of the case and Lohan?
