Sources say that Gonzalez directed the hit last June during roll call at the 72nd Precinct when Fif was scheduled to attend an NYPD boxing match in the Bronx. New York Daily news reports: Gonzalez said, “Shoot him on sight.” Adding weight to the IAB investigation is that the alleged threat came at a time Gonzalez had an ongoing beef with the rapper, whose given name is Curtis Jackson. A month before the roll call, Gonzalez filed an aggravated harassment complaint, claiming 50 Cent threatened him on Instagram. [50 accused] Gonzalez of shaking down the owner of the Sunset Park club Love and Lust — one of 50 Cent’s favorite haunts — when he wrote “Get the strap,” a slang term for “get a gun.” Gonzalez, a 30-year veteran of the police force, insisted that he was just joking, but higher ups are currently investigating the situation. As for 50, his reps tell TMZ that “Mr. Jackson takes this threat very seriously and is consulting with his legal counsel regarding his options going forward.” Uh oh.

Look, nobody likes Derick Dillard, right? Well, like we’re sure Jill thinks he’s OK, and he has family and friends and all that. And then there are the people who are obsessed with the Duggars, who think they are a beautiful, wholesome family and all that stuff with Josh was no big deal because hey, everybody makes mistakes. But when it comes to the casual observers of this family, the people who are familiar with them and actually have some common sense? Yeah, Derick is the worst. And this is for many reasons. Of course Derick holds the same conservative beliefs as the rest of the Duggars, that’s no surprise. The difference is that Derick is just super, super outspoken about it. You probably know where this is going — remember when he thought it was a good idea to go after Jazz Jennings, a transgender teenager who also has a show on TLC? He’s done this several times, actually, but it’s always the same. He misgenders her on purpose, referring to her as “him” and “he” when Jazz has made it abundantly clear that she’s a “she,” and he believes that that her parents are abusing her by allowing her to transition. These kinds of comments got him, along with Jill, fired from Counting On. On top of that, there’s all the begging for money. Derick has asked fans for donations many, many times for their missionary trips, even though they were reality stars for most of that. Jill’s dad owns several private jets, you’d think they could afford to go to Central America, you know? Lots of people thought Derick was taking advantage of his wife’s fame to get money and to avoid getting a real job, and that’s because he was. These days, Derick is going to law school , which is cool, but he’s still not working. And that leads us (kind of) into the next thing … Which is that Derick really just seems to be a not-so-great husband. He’s taken Jill with him to class or to the library several times and called it “date night,” which is just sad. Obviously he’s busy with school, but lots of Duggar fans seem to think that he’s putting in minimal effort in his marriage. They also think he’s not putting in effort for their two sons, either. Last month, he called them a “curse” in a tweet , so that should show you how he feels about that. Derick just has lots of bad qualities, and there’s no way around that. But was he characteristically awful for Valentine’s Day, too? He actually wasn’t! As Jill explained on Instagram, “He ordered flowers last week to be sent to our house today with a note that told me to look in the trumpet on the piano.” “It had a handwritten note rolled up and placed in the end of it that he had placed there this morning!” “So very thoughtful!” she gushed. “Love my hubby!” “Ok, so funny story though,” she continued. “He hoped they would be delivered while he was at school … but when he got home this evening, the UPS truck was just pulling away and some of our neighbor’s packages were on our doorstop.” She said that their packages and their neighbor’s packages are “continually getting mixed up,” but that “when he took them over to her place, my flowers with my name were on her doorstep!” “I was distracted giving the boys baths when Derick came in,” she wrote, “so in the end it still worked out great.” “He got the flowers all fixed up and then called me in … I just love that he put so much thought into it all … so great!” She finished up her story with a sweet “Love you babe!” It’s hard to make out the note Derick wrote for her, but it begins with “When I think of all the ways the lord has blessed me, you’re at the top of my list.” Honestly, this really was sweet of Derick, right? Flowers, a handwritten note expressing love and appreciation for your spouse — it’s basically what Valentine’s Day is all about. Here’s hoping that he can keep up this same energy for a while instead of going back to the same old terrible Derick. It would be neat if he had a redeeming quality, wouldn’t it? Days of Summer is set to take place once again this year, and this time around, he’ll be bringing Cardi B and Post Malone along for the ride. Full details have not been revealed yet, but Khaled himself is expected to play a number of DJ sets during the cruise, which will set sail from Miami to the Bahamas on June 28, returning to Florida on July 1. Further acts are set to be announced shortly and they’re sure to be impressive; When Khaled hosted his first at-sea festival back in 2017, he brought along some huge names including Future and Lil Wayne. “The cruise will offer fans to get up-close-and-personal with their favorite artists, and will offer a variety of parties and activities, including meet-n-greets, comedy shows, panels, and nightlife,” the organizers said about the upcoming event. Cardi B is going to play a string of European days right after her Days of Summer 2019 performance, kicking off her tour with a show in Belgium on June 30. When the comedian’s team got word of a couple who were scammed out of tickets to his show in Charlotte, North Carolina, he acted quickly to make everything right. Deidra Dickens and her husband, Eddie, were excited to buy some tickets to Chappelle’s stand-up show at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center on Valentine’s Day, according to reports from WBTV . Deidra bought the tickets for her husband–because he’s such a big fan–through a seller on Craigslist. She also ended up purchasing two additional tickets for another couple so they could all go together. After she transferred $500 to the seller–surprise, surprise–she never actually received the tickets. She filed a police report with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department regarding the incident, but of course, that still wouldn’t get her and her husband to Dave Chappelle’s show. Representatives for the comedian got word of the incident and ended up reaching out to WBTV following their report on the couple and offered to help them out with some tickets. What’s even better: Dave Chappelle himself even ended up being the one to hand-deliver the tickets to the couple and chatted with them before the show. The comedian offered them some sound advice regarding future purchases: “Always get your tickets from reliable sources.”

According to Variety , Nickelodeon will be reviving the variety show with an all-new cast, and Thompson will serve as executive producer. Thompson, who is currently the longest running cast member on Saturday Night Live , got his start on All That when the show premiered in 1994. Other cast members are expected to make appearances on the upcoming revival. “It means everything to me,” Thompson told Variety . “It was my first job that I ever had. It gave me an opportunity.” President of Nickelodeon, Brian Robbins , is also excited for the revival, saying the show “stayed in the zeitgeist for many years.” “People are really fond of it,” Robbins continued. Robbins was the co-creator and an executive producer on the original show, which featured stars like Thompson, Kel Mitchell, Amanda Bynes, Nick Cannon and Jamie Spears during its run. Various spin-offs and similar shows followed the success of All That , such as The Amanda Show , Kenan and Kel and Drake and Josh. “We think there’s a great opportunity to find the next pool of stars,” Robbins said. “We want to bring the show back in a real fun way. This summer, we are going to bring back a lot of the original cast and the cast through the years and let them introduce the new cast of All That to the world.” Robbins assured the show would be “a sort of mash-up of some of the old sketches and a lot of new sketches.” The idea pitched by Robbins was a “no-brainer” to Thompson. He said he and Robbins have “always remained close. He is one of my second fathers.” Thompson won’t be giving up his other job on SNL either, so he’s now making room for the many projects he has lined up. “If I’m not at the table read, I’ll be on the phone during the table read,’ he said. “I’ll be around.”
As the star of The Bachelor, Colton Underwood really hopes to be touched enough by one of his suitors to propose marriage and to live happily ever after. But the reality star has now made news for claiming he was touched in a very dfferent manner by someone at an event in San Diego. Via Instagram Story on Thursday, the 27-year old told fans that he had to leave a benefit for his Legacy Foundation – which helps people with cystic fibrosis – early because he was “grabbed and touched inappropriately.” The alleged incident took place on Wednesday. “San Diego. I’m sorry if you didn’t get a picture at the event last night,” wrote the former football player, elaborating on what he claims transpired: “But at one point during the event, I was grabbed and touched inappropriately while people were throwing cameras in my face. It’s always upsetting to hear that someone is foolish enough to not vaccinate their children . But the wife of a White House aide is taking things further than decrying vaccines. In a pair of tweets that went viral in the worst way, she claims that having the measles keeps you healthy and fights cancer . Bill Shine is an aide to Donald Trump. His wife is Darla Shine. It turns out that, just as Trump struggles to understand climate science, Darla is unable to grasp medical science. “Here we go LOL #measlesoutbreak on #CNN,” Darla tweeted. She then tagged her tweet: “#Fake #Hysteria.” “The entire Baby Boom population alive today had the #Measles as kids,” she claims. This, as we will address later, is known as survivor bias . Darla does more than merely express doubt at the necessity of vaccinations. She actually welcomes the return of easily preventable diseases. “Bring back our #ChildhoodDisease,” she writes eagerly. With regard to those once-defeated ailments, Darla claims: “they keep you healthy & fight cancer.” That is, just to clarify, completely untrue. In fact, there was a recent case in which a small child beat leukemia only to die from exposure to measles. “I had the # Measles # Mumps # ChickenPox as a child and so did every kid I knew,” Darla writes. Sure. These preventable diseases were once acceptad as an unpleasant and sometimes fatal fact of life. “Sadly my kids had # MMR,” she writes. ” So they will never have the life long natural immunity I have.” She concludes her contrarian nonsense, writing: “come breathe on me.” Darla is unfortunately not the only famous person proud of her ignorance on medical science. As we continue, we will include photos of some other famous people who should really, really know better. (Jenny McCarthy is possibly the celebrity most synonymous with anti-vaccine ideology, though she does not quite embrace that title) While we don’t object to Darla Shine’s invitation for people to expose her to airborne illnesses, her tweets are nothing short of absurd. First of all, as we mentioned, “everyone who’s alive survived it” is called survivor bias . Similarly, everyone who has been shot and lived survived a gunshot. That doesn’t mean that gunshots are safe, or not deadly. Measels can also cause lifelong problems even for those who survive. Also, just as vaccines do not cause autism, measels do not bestow some special protection against cancer. But, you heard the lady. By all means, go breathe on her. (Kailyn Lowry of Teen Mom 2 fame recently revealed that she no longer vaccinates her children, which is disappointing fo fans who thought she was a good mom) “My friend’s daughter is deaf because of LOL measles,” responded one tweeter, mocking Shine’s tone. “LOL childhood diseases contracted during pregnancy cause serious birth defects,” the tweet continues. That same tweeter then wondered: “Does this LOL at preventable misery reflect the WH press office position.” We should note that there are unfortunately anti-vaxx people on both sides of the political aisle. We hope that this does not impact Stormi) Fortunately, the CDC’s literal entire job is controlling disease, so they are not ambiguous about the importance of vaccines. “Children should get two doses of MMR vaccine,” the CDC states. “Starting with the first dose at 12 to 15 months of age.” “And,” the recommendations continue. “The second dose at 4 through 6 years of age.” “In the decade before 1963 when a vaccine became available, nearly all children got measles by the time they were 15 years of age,” the CDC notes. “Also each year, among reported cases, an estimated 400 to 500 people died,” the CDC reminds the public. (Jim Carrey has unfortunately expressed some troubling views that lead people to believe that he is opposed to vaccinations) The World Health Organization has noted a 30% uptick in measles cases worldwide, though vaccine hesitancy is only one of the factors. Some of those opposed to vaccines believe that they may cause autism. This is false, but it is deeply troubling to hear people imply that they would rather see their child dead than autistic. Some people, such as those who are immuno-compromised, cannot be vaccinated. They rely upon herd immunity to avoid potentially fatal ailments. Sadly, anti-vaxx parents do not seem to care.
