Kendrick Lamar, Imagine Dragons Own Grammys With "Radioactive" Remix: Watch Now!

He lost out to Macklemore & Ryan Lewis in a number of key categories, but Kendrick Lamar still took the Grammys stage by storm on Sunday evening. Performing with Imagine Dragons, the rapper performed a mashup of the band’s hit “Radioactive” with “M.A.A.D City” from his album, Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City . Watch the show-stopping live collaboration below: Imagine Dragons and Kendrick Lamar Grammy Awards Performance Lamar’s record was nominated for the Album of the Year and Best Rap Album, and the up-and-comer was up for five more awards at the annual event. Should he have been among the 2014 Grammy Awards winners ? Maybe believe so. But any perceived snub should only fuel the talented youngster. Lamar’s debut studio album, which ranked second on the Billboard 200, has already earned him extensive critical acclaim as well as wide  popularity. GQ named him Rapper of the Year for 2013. For the performance, the band and rapper dressed in all white and rocked out on the smoke-filled stage, strobe lights blazing and sound pulsating. The sound cut out multiple times during Lamar’s explicit rhymes, while Jay Z, Beyonce, Lorde , Katy Perry, Robin Thicke and Steven Tyler danced in approval. Soon after the energetic performance generated major buzz, Imagine Dragons debuted the remix to “Radioactive,” featuring Kendrick Lamar, on iTunes. Jon Gosselin Slams Kate Gosselin, Feuds with Liz Jannetta, Scratches Himself on Couples Therapy

Jon Gosselin tore his ex-wife Kate a new one on VH1’s Couples Therapy, which he’s starring on this season, on its most recent episode last night. The reality star, who has been on the warpath against his infamous former spouse, is now in a relationship with Liz Jannetta. At least for the short term. Viewers of the most recent episode not only saw Jon rail against Kate, but Liz appearing to be the new Kate, baiting and belittling her man. Awkward. During a group therapy session with host and TV therapist Dr. Jenn Berman, Jon said of living with Kate Gosselin , “My marriage was very non-affectionate.” “It was like 10 years of a business transaction. So many kids, you’re like, ‘We don’t have time to work on our marriage.’ There was always an emptiness.” Jon denied that he wrecked the marriage by having an affair, or multiple as he was accused of back in the day, implying it was broken in the first place. “The biggest misconception is the reason for the divorce is that I cheated on my wife,” he says.” But I didn’t. I mean, I knew [my marriage] was over January 17, 2009.” “That was the definitive day. I just knew.” Why? “I always felt like I did Kate’s task list. ‘Here’s the post-it note. This is what you have to do, this is how you’re a good husband, this is how you’re going to behave.'” “Okay, [I thought], ‘I’m going to complete these tasks and she’ll love me because I do these things.’ January 16, 2009 was when I did all my stuff.” “I went out to a bar and stayed out ’til 4 o’clock in the morning. When I came home that morning, she said nothing. So I did it the next night.” Jon got divorced in December of that year, and says that his insecurity issues from being married to Kate Gosselin haunt him now with Liz Jannetta . Jannetta, for her part, said that bothered her. As did the fact that, “We took a little break and within a couple weeks, he had someone else living with him.” Addressing Jon directly, she said she lost a lot of trust over that, and, “You slept with a couple people and then you had someone move in with you.” Jon pointed out to her she’d had sex with someone else while they were broken up, too, but Janetta was unmoved, proceeding to lay into him some more: “I question a lot. If he says he’s on his way and he shows up an hour and a half later I’ll ask him what he was doing. He immediately gets defensive.” Later, Liz accused Jon of masturbating. Seriously. Jon was lying in bed and when Jannetta walked into the room, she shouted, “You f–king pussy! “Your legs are wide open and your hands are down your pants: It’s humiliating,” she huffed on camera as Gosselin protested, “I wasn’t doing anything!” “I’m lying there scratching myself and Liz thinks I’m masturbating,” he told the VH1 cameras, while his outraged partner huffed, “You are such a jerk.” “You want to ‘get off’? You ask me! I’m ready to throw up, actually.” Later, Gosselin said he was sad that she didn’t believe him. Jon Gosselin Wants Custody of Kids Jon then said in a confessional segment, “I was hurt she didn’t believe me, didn’t want to be intimate with me, and then was making a joke about it.” “When Liz laughs at me, I feel devalued as a human being because my word and my voice doesn’t matter, like a child. That reminds me of my marriage.” For her part, Liz laughed to the camera at that comment by Jon, responding, “Please don’t play the victim all the time. Man, say something, you f–king p–sy!” These two are starting to make Farrah Abraham look downright normal … and she’s the one who went on a show called Couples Therapy solo, people.

Young Jeezy: Arrested Again, Accused of Harassing Cops

Young Jeezy has been arrested, again. The rapper was busted outside Atlanta and booked for obstructing police officers, according to multiple reports. Jeezy was arrested in Alpharetta, Ga., after officers responded to an alarm call at his girlfriend’s home. It is not clear who or what triggered the alarm. However, Jeezy was uncooperative with officers , refusing to identify himself, and allegedly cursing them out, which led to an ugly situation and an arrest. TMZ says that when asked for his name and ID, he replied, “F–k you, I ain’t telling you.” Always ends well. Then he attempted to pull away from the handcuffs. Another traditionally smart move, without a doubt. Jeezy was arrested earlier this month for battery, false imprisonment and making terroristic threats after a blowout fight with his son, so this is not new for him. He is currently in Fulton County Jail.

Loraine Allison, Titanic Survivor, Exposed as Fraud By DNA Test

Loraine Allison, who came forward decades after the Titanic sank and claimed to be a young girl reported dead in the disaster, has been proven to be a fraud. Helen Kramer, who passed away in 1992, mounted a campaign for the surviving members of the affluent, Canadian family to accept her as Loraine Allison. That baby girl was killed aboard the doomed RMS Titanic in 1912. However, recent DNA tests by the Loraine Allison Identification Project show no genetic link between the Kramer and Allison family’s descendants. At all. DNA Test Proves Titanic Survivor Was Fraud “We have received the results of mtDNA testing,” the Loraine Allison Identification Project wrote, referring to a type of DNA passed down through the female line. “The results confirm that Mrs. Kramer was NOT Loraine Allison .” If true, this means Loraine Allison was in fact the only child to die from the first or second class on the iconic vessel. Sixty other children died aboard the Titanic. The Telegraph reported on the new DNA tests yesterday and spoke about the bombshell results with David Allison, grandson of Loraine’s uncle Percy Allison: “The Allisons never accepted Mrs. Kramer’s claim, but the stress it caused was real. It forced my ancestors to relive painful memories … immeasurable sorrow and unending grief.” His sister Nancy Bergman, added that the findings “uncovered a colossal fraud that has haunted my family for years. It was all about the money.” “Debrina wants to write a book and no doubt there are others out there who want to profit from our story. It is our story. Leave us in peace.” The whole identification fiasco stems from the fact that little Loraine’s body was never recovered, despite early news reports saying that she perished. In 1940, Kramer went public with the claim that she was saved. She said that at the last monute, Hudson Allison, Loraine’s father, placed her in a lifeboat with a man she grew up believing was her biological father. Her adoptive father, she said, told her about her true identify and history. He also said he was Thomas Andrews, the naval architect who designed the Titanic. These claims could not be verified, of course, because the man died shortly after telling her, according to the Loraine Allison Identification Project. None of Kramer’s immediate family believed her, but others did. In 2012, Debrina Woods, a woman saying she is Kramer’s granddaughter, said that she found a suitcase filled with letters between Kramer and her lawyer. This “proved” she was Loraine, to the chagrin of the Allisons. “What Ms. Woods doesn’t have yet is forensically certifiable proof of anything,” the Loraine Allison Identification Project said on its website this week. “Despite numerous inquiries from Titanic researchers and interested people from all over the world, Ms. Woods has never released her alleged DNA results.”

When The Checks Stop Coming In: Parents Of Olympic Swimmer Ryan Lochte Lose Home To Foreclosure

Ryan couldn’t call K.Michelle to help him out? SMH. Just goes to show you that times are hard even when your son is making big money athlete checks. According to RadarOnline reports : Ryan Lochte was a money-making machine after the 2012 London Olympics, even landing his own reality TV show — but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned he was unable to help save his parents’ home, which they lost to foreclosure. According to court documents obtained by Radar, the final judgement on the foreclosure of Steven and Ileana Lochte‘s Port Orange, Fla. home was handed down on Oct. 31, 2013. The Lochtes were first sued in 2012 by CitiMortgage claiming the couple took out a loan for $258,000 in 2007, requiring $1,609.58 payments per month. But the bank then claimed the Lochtes stopped making their payments in Feb. 2011 and owed more than $242,239! The Olympic swimmer’s parents were sued in Volusia County, Fla. for foreclosure over the money owed and lost last October. The judge signed a judgement in favor of the bank to the tune of $304,219.95. Although the bank hasn’t listed the house for public auction yet, it’s only a matter of time before they do as they were issued the Certificate of Title on Dec. 18, 2013. Interestingly, just before the Lochtes stopped making payments on their home Steven was arrested and charged with a DUI on April 11, 2010 blowing a .207 and .217 on the scene. Steven lost his driver’s license for one year. Dang. They stopped paying their mortgage even before Ryan won his medals. Looks like somebody gave no fawks about keeping that house!

Via ShriverReport I am honored to participate in a project that is trying to help single mothers who are struggling to make a living and raise their kids, because that perfectly describes my mother when I was growing up. You think LeBron James is a champion? Gloria James is a champion too. She’s my champion. My mother really struggled. She had me, her only child, when she was just 16 years old. She was on her own, so we lived in her mom’s great big house in Akron, Ohio. But on Christmas Day when I was 3 years old, my grandmother suddenly died of a heart attack, and everything changed. With my mom being so young and lacking any support and the skills and education necessary to get ahead, it was really hard for us. We lost the house. We moved around from place to place—a dozen times in three years. It was scary. It was catch as catch can, scraping to get by. My mom worked anywhere and everywhere, trying to make ends meet. But through all of that, I knew one thing for sure: I had my mother to blanket me and to give me security. She was my mother, my father, my everything. She put me first. I knew that no matter what happened, nothing and nobody was more important to her than I was. I went without a lot of things, but never for one second did I feel unimportant or unloved. Finally, when I was 9 years old, my mother made a supreme sacrifice. She decided that while she was figuring out how to get on her feet, I needed some stability in my life. I needed to stay in one place and experience the support and security that she had felt growing up in a big family. So she sent me to live with my pee-wee football team coach, “Big Frankie” Walker, and his family. She later said to me, “It was hard, but I knew it was not about me. It was about you. I had to put you first.” I stayed with the Walkers for a year, and what a gift that was! I was in the same school all year, slept in the same bed all year, played on the same football team all year, and Big Frankie put me on my first basketball team. I saw my mom every weekend. In a time when bad mothers and ain’t isht daddies are runnin’ rampant, it’s good to read stories of single parents who bust their azz and make tough sacrifices for the the betterment of their children.
