Woman shouts at man for pulling out his penis on the subway

Groping is already on everyone's mind this week with all the TSA pat-down business, so we wanted to take a moment to salute this anonymous New Yorker who took a stand against a subway perv. The unidentified redhead was on the train when a creep approached her with his condom-covered junk out, and instead of turning away or quietly being squicked out, the woman made a big scene and her fellow passengers started filming. The video posted over on Jezebel, and the rest is history. Our favorite part? When she tells the perp, “My plans are done for the night. I'm escorting you to the police station. Oh yes!” Lady, if you tell us who you are, the first round is on us. We salute you for doing what so many of us are afraid to do. Watch the slightly-NSFW (for language) video after the jump. Mark Wahlberg Gives Thanks For ‘The Fighter,’ ‘The Other Guys’ In 2010

He’s also thankful for ‘Boardwalk Empire’ — and we’re thankful for him. By Kara Warner, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Mark Wahlberg Photo: MTV News Next up on our short list of people for whom we’re most thankful this year: Mark Wahlberg . Certain generations will always remember him as Marky Mark from his days of “Good Vibrations” and Calvin Klein underwear ads. But in the last decade, Wahlberg has emerged as one of the industry’s most savvy and bankable players. In 2010, we were introduced to a new side of Wahlberg — his comedic timing — which he showcased by way of “Date Night,” “The Other Guys” and MTV’s own “The Knife Show.” Behind the screen, Wahlberg teamed up with heavyweights Martin Scorsese and Terrence Winter (“The Sopranos”) to bring “Boardwalk Empire” to HBO. He also produced and stars in “The Fighter.” The man has been busy, and we’re happy about it. MTV : You’re one of the people we’re most thankful for. Has this year been particularly better than others? Mark Wahlberg : It has. Every year above ground was a special year. Professionally, things couldn’t be better. Personally, my kids are healthy — aside from my youngest having a double ear infection. My wife is healthy and happy and everything is good, so really I’m so blessed and so fortunate. We’ve had a chance to talk and play around, but I’m not one of these guys who feels, like, entitled to be in this position. I feel so grateful and so humble. I’ve obviously worked very hard, it’s been an amazing journey, but if it ended today, I would be happy because I was on the ride. MTV : Is there a highlight from this year? Wahlberg : I would have to say between the movie stuff and the television stuff — with “Boardwalk Empire” premiering, “The Other Guys” did so well. Getting to go do a comedy at the beginning of this year with Seth McFarlane, his directorial debut. I’m so excited, it’s off-the-charts funny. MTV : Tell me about “Teddy Bear,” because it sounds absurd and amazing at the same time. Wahlberg : I don’t know how much he wants me to tell, but it’s about this kid who gets a bear for Christmas, it’s in the ’70s, it’s one of those Teddy Ruxpin-ish bears where you squeeze it and it says, “I love you!” The kid wishes and dreams that the bear would come alive, and a Christmas wish must be granted and it does. And Seth McFarlane is voicing the bear, but the bear is going to look like a little teddy bear, but it’s motion-capture, like “Avatar.” It’s never been done before. It’s insane. What the bear does is just … MTV : An R-rated comedy? I assume when Seth McFarlane is involved … Wahlberg : Yeah. The bear becomes famous, and then that’s my ticket to getting things and living a life of privilege. MTV : How satisfying was it for you to finally make “The Fighter”? Wahlberg : Just to be able to get the movie made was such an uphill battle. I was so happy we got it made, and then the fact that we were able to make a great movie and, I think, the best possible version of the movie. There were so many times where I thought I would make the movie just to get it done, but it happened for the right reasons. MTV : Do you have plans to direct? Wahlberg : I want to direct, but I don’t want to direct myself in a movie, because then it becomes about directing my performance. I don’t have the ability to be that kind of multitasker. Producing was tough enough. But in the future, I’d like to take a crack at it. MTV : What’s next? You’ve talked about “Cocaine Cowboys.” Wahlberg : Yeah, probably right now. And then there’s this other thing, “Broken City,” that I want to do at the end of next year with Allen Hughes directing, which is on the Black List. [ Editor’s note: The Black List is a compendium of unproduced screenplays that different studios/readers have given high marks to. ] It’s one of the best unproduced screenplays, an amazing piece of material that should attract amazing talent. … Hopefully “Fighter” will make it a little easier to get some of these passion projects off the ground. MTV : What kind of film is “Broken City”? Wahlberg : Crime, mystery. It’s in the vein of those old classics, “Chinatown,” even “L.A. Confidential.” Thanksgiving is a time for taking stock, expressing gratitude and, most importantly, overeating. We at MTV News have been gorging all year at movie theaters, so it’s about time we looked back and gave thanks to our favorite actors and filmmakers of 2010. Enjoy exclusive interviews with our winners all week long. Charlie Sheen Text Messages Reveal Plans to "Get Ball Rollin" on Payments to Capri Anderson

Advantage Team Capri? While Charlie Sheen and Capri Anderson wrestle back and forth in the media and in the courtroom – the latest development in the battle between this sitcom and porn star revolves around the former suing the latter for extortion – TMZ has uncovered a slew of text messages that back up at least two of Anderson’s claims. In an interview with ABC that aired yesterday, Capri said Sheen contacted her the day after he allegedly went berzerk inside a NYC hotel room and offered her $20,000 to not tell her side of the story. She’s also cited an expensive purse the actor destroyed during his rampage on the night of October 25. If the following text messages are to believed, exchanges between these two soon after this incident took place do at least confirm these aspects of Anderson’s story. As first published by TMZ , we present a series of texts between Anderson and Sheen from the day after their infamous first day together: Sheen : “All I need is an Acct number etc and I will wire u 20k if u think that will cover everything … I really feel bad, u are as cool and sexy and as sweet and fun and friendly as they get!” Anderson : “u trashed my brand new prada purse dude not cool – how u managed to rip the strap off and put 2 holes in it is beyond me.” Sheen : “Don’t worry about our mutual friends, deal with me directly and I promise u kind lady, all will be restored and set straight.” Anderson : “Yes u can call me.

Lady Gaga ’60 Minutes’ Interview Details Revealed

‘She’s obviously a fascinating person,’ Anderson Cooper says about time he spent with the pop star. By Jocelyn Vena Lady Gaga Photo: Stephen Lovekin/ Getty Images For those wondering when that “60 Minutes” interview with Lady Gaga and Anderson Cooper will air, the news anchor announced that it will air in February 2011, around the time of the Grammy Awards. He also revealed why he wanted to interview the “Bad Romance” singer so badly. “I was really interested to meet Lady Gaga … she’s obviously a fascinating person,” he said in a sit-down with “The Insider.” “What’s great about ’60 Minutes’ is you spend a lot of time with the person you’re profiling.” Cooper recounted just how much time he got to spend with the singer, who is going to release her new album in early 2011. “So to be able to spend a couple weekends with her in various places over the course of several months, it’s really cool,” he added. “And it’s really interesting and I’m learning stuff about her I never saw before.” Photos and some grainy YouTube footage of the two filming the interview in October found its way online soon after they were spotted in London on the South Bank of the Thames River chatting for the episode. Gaga was wearing a lacy bustier, platform ankle-high boots, fishnet stockings and sunglasses, with her long hair loose and down. Gaga recently tweeted that her album Born This Way is nearly complete, and Akon, her label boss, shared that he thinks Gaga is really stepping up her game with this album. “If I was going to compare it to her previous work, I would definitely say it’s a notch up,” Akon said. “It’s like she’s slowly taking you on to this journey down this road. If she were to just drastically do it, she probably would have lost everybody from the first album, but once the sound was created and established, now we can use that as a tool to grab all the monsters and walk them down this graveyard. It’s crazy. It’s amazing.” Related Photos The Evolution Of: Lady Gaga Related Artists Lady Gaga

Justin Bieber And Manager Study Cautionary Tales Of Teen Stars

Scooter Braun says the secret to Bieber’s longevity will be his personal life. By Eric Ditzian Justin Bieber and Scooter Braun Photo: Frazer Harrison/Getty Images After picking up four trophies at the American Music Awards, Justin Bieber was back in Canada on Monday night, playing a sold-out show at Montreal’s Centre Bell. The 16-year-old hasn’t been back in his native country much since his latest tour kicked off this summer. And, according to Bieber’s manager, that constant traveling is hard on his family. “I think his dad misses him a lot because he doesn’t get to see Justin as much,” Scooter Braun told The Hollywood Reporter of his client, who was recently announced as one of Barbara Walters’ “10 Most Fascinating People of 2010.” “I think his mother — she and I have talked about this — at times, she struggles with how protective we have to be of him.” At the same time, though, Bieber’s mom is thankful that she can be protective of him while they’re on the road. “[S]he feels safer with him living this life because it’s structured, and we know where he is all the time,” Braun said. “She feels that if they were still in Stratford, Ontario, he’d be getting himself into a lot of trouble.” Instead, the Biebs is in the midst of 90-show international tour that weaves through North America before jumping over to the U.K. next year. And he has no plans to slow down any time soon. Pop-culture history is littered with epic flameouts, artists who rose to fame and quickly disappeared. But Bieber is so committed to avoiding such a fate, Braun said, he researches folks who fall into the “Where are they now?” category. “Justin doesn’t study the people who made it,” Braun said. “He studies the people who haven’t. He hears all the naysayers about how he’s going to disappear, so he likes to look up people who used to be the so-called Justin Biebers before him and didn’t go anywhere. He wants to see why they didn’t go anywhere. The general feeling we get is that it had nothing to do with their talent and everything to do with their personal life. Like the kids fall into drugs and destroy their own trajectory.” Related Photos Justin Bieber Takes Over The Bodies Of Other Teen Idols Justin Bieber’s AMA Night Related Artists Justin Bieber

‘Cowboys & Aliens’ Director Jon Favreau Offers Trailer Play-By-Play

Favreau sits down with MTV News to talk about opening scene, villainous Harrison Ford and a ‘mistake’ fans found in the sneak peek. By Kara Warner, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Jon Favreau Photo: MTV News “Iron Man” director Jon Favreau sure knows how to cut a trailer. Going back to his sneak peek for the first “Iron Man” — which brought down the house at that year’s San Diego Comic-Con — to the debut of the highly anticipated “Cowboys & Aliens” trailer last week, Favreau seems to be an expert at getting fans into a frenzy. Due in large part to the response from the trailer, and our own excitement for Favreau’s upcoming flick, MTV News caught up with the man himself at his editing bay in Santa Monica, California, for a play-by-play look at his titillating teaser. “This is new for me,” Favreau said of commenting on his trailer. “I’m already doing a commentary track on a [trailer]. I’m in the middle of [editing] my director’s cut.” Beginning with the first shot — in which a rough-and-tumble Daniel Craig wakes with a start to discover a mysterious metal band on his arm — Favreau addressed the challenge of melding two genres: western and sci-fi. “When you’re doing a mash-up of two genres, if you play with either of them tongue-in-cheek, the combo is not going to be what’s special,” he said. “It allowed us to play western pretty dead straight.” Also, that opening shot will likely be the film’s opening sequence too. “It’s the first shot — I’m in my director’s cut, but right now, this is essentially how the movie starts,” Favreau revealed, adding that the credit for that opening goes to executive producer Steven Spielberg. “The writers told me when Spielberg was developing the script, this was one of his big ideas, this [opening] image.” Another arresting image in the teaser is iconic actor Harrison Ford looking not-so-Harrison-Ford-like but rather grizzly and villainous. Favreau explained that he wants fans to see another side of their favorite actor, with shades of Han Solo and Indiana Jones. “When Harrison comes into the movie, how do you separate him from everything he’s done? How do you present him in a way that I, as a fan, would want to see him?” Favreau said of the challenge in having Ford portray a seemingly villainous character. “He was always this bastard with a big heart; that’s the archetype I like for him. “Everybody’s got kind of a rough edge,” Favreau added. “This is a genre film.” One more aspect to touch on, via hundreds of comments on the Internet, is a certain shot in which fans claimed that they could see a wire pulling an actor into the air; Favreau said that was no accident. “When you see more about the way the aliens work, there is a device that they abduct people with that that is a practical element of,” he explained. “It’s not a mistake — we didn’t miss the paint-out — but thanks to the people playing at home. If you could catch that, I’m very proud.” Favreau ended his first trailer play-by-play with a good-natured “thank you” to all the fans. “We’re working hard. Thanks to all of you for putting wind in our sails,” he said. “I’m glad you liked what we put out there.” Check out everything we’ve got on “Cowboys & Aliens.” For breaking news and previews of the latest comic book movies — updated around the clock — visit SplashPage.MTV.com . That’s why I want them to see it first.” When MTV News caught up with Bieber at the American Music Awards on Sunday night, he revealed what fans can expect from the flick. “They’ll be surprised just to see I’m a regular person,” he said. “I’m a regular teenage boy. I like girls and I like to hang out with my friends. It’s gonna be taking them into my world, but also like it’s their world cause it’s just normal.” These recent comments about the flick mirror ones Bieber shared with us last month . “I want to let people know there’s a lot of people that are discouraging in life and that will tell you you can’t do something, but you just got to remember that the sky’s the limit,” he told us. “You’re able to do whatever you set your mind to as long as you remember to keep God first and stay grounded. So I think the movie really explains that, and it’s really inspiring.” Do you plan to get tickets to the advance screenings of Justin’s 3D film? Let us know in the comments.
