Pay Yo Bills!!! American Express Sues Wesley Snipes For And $30,000 Unpaid Credit Card Tab!

All that “Blade” money and you still ain’t paid you bills bruh??? According to TMZ reports : Wesley Snipes never left home without his American Express card — problem is, he never paid his $30,000 bill before he went to prison … this according to a new lawsuit. The credit card company filed legal docs in Florida last week, insisting the imprisoned actor racked up a massive credit card bill as a free man, totaling $29,343.03 … and now AmEx is out for payback, plus interest. But it doesn’t end there — AmEx also wants Snipes to cover their attorney fees for the legal shakedown. As we previously reported, Snipes is currently serving a 3-year sentence for tax evasion — after allegedly failing to file tax returns for millions of dollars worth of income. He’s expected to be released in 2013. Hilarious sidenote: Snipes famously promoted AMEX in a commercial featured in “Major League” — when his character, Willie Mays Hayes, reminded fans “Don’t steal home without it.” How ironic… More On Bossip! AMAs Ruled By Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj, More Ladies

Jennifer Lopez and Katy Perry also get AMA love, while Justin Bieber and Chris Brown rep for the fellas with their performances. By Jocelyn Vena Taylor Swift at the 2011 AMAs on Sunday Photo: Jeff Kravitz/ AMA2011/ FilmMagic On Sunday night (November 20), the music industry’s A-listers gathered inside Los Angeles’ Nokia Theatre to celebrate some of 2011’s most memorable musical moments. It was a night dominated by chart-toppers like Taylor Swift , Nicki Minaj and Jennifer Lopez . Minaj and David Guetta were the first to electrify the stage. The two stars joined forces to get the room jumping with their track “Turn Me On,” which transitioned into Nicki’s breakthrough hit “Super Bass.” Maroon 5 were the first big winners, taking home Favorite Pop/Rock Band, Duo or Group. “This is our first one. This is crazy. I think in order to get one of these, you have to have loyal fans,” lead singer Adam Levine said. Next up, Swift nabbed a trophy for Favorite Country Female Artist. After hugging pal Selena Gomez, Taylor excitedly accepted her award wearing a glittering gown. “I want to thank my band and my crew and the fans for filling up stadiums,” she said. “And my mom and my dad and my brother who came with me tonight, and my fans who continue to amaze me.” Sean Kingston was onstage to welcome his “true friend” Justin Bieber, whom he noted kept in touch with him continually during his recovery earlier this year. Bieber brought a little Christmas to the stage, performing his Under the Mistletoe song “Mistletoe.” The flurry of performances continued, including one from the Band Perry (who appear on Bieber’s UTM ) singing their crossover track “If I Die Young.” Then 50 Cent took the stage to proclaim the following about Chris Brown: “You haven’t seen this guy till you’ve seen him perform onstage. It’s the main event.” Brown gave the room a little medley , slowing it down with “All Back” then transitioning into “Say It With Me.” Nicki Minaj took home her first award for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Artist. She was the only girl up against Yeezy and Weezy. “I didn’t think I was going to win it,” she told the room. “I have to thank God … and Taylor Swift, wherever you are. I want to thank my Barbz. There’s power in your peace. Hold your peace.” Kelly Clarkson performed a big-band-inspired version of her song “Mr. Know It All” before Favorite Soul/R&B Album was handed out to Rihanna for Loud. In a pre-taped message, Rihanna said, “This means a lot to me. I love you guys. Thanks to all my fans.” Enrique Iglesias took the stage with a little help from a marching band to perform his feel-good track “I Like How It Feels” then recalled his performance last year when he once again performed “Tonight.” Jennifer Lopez followed up her fellow Latin superstar, kicking off her performance in a very diva way, complete with a flowing gown and wind machine, before kicking into high gear with “Papi,” for which she changed into a sparkly, body-hugging outfit. For her third costume change, Pitbull took the stage with her for “On the Floor.” Lady Antebellum locked in the prize for Favorite Country Band, Duo or Group. Leading lady Hillary Scott said, “We just want to say thank you to the fans. It starts and ends with you.” Adam Lambert made his return to the AMA stage two years after his memorable (and divisive ) debut performance, welcoming OneRepublic, who performed “Good Life” and had Bieber bopping his head from the audience. Then, Minaj was back again, winning Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Album for Pink Friday. Swift handed it off to her before Minaj said, “This one can actually make me cry. I can’t believe this is happening … just chase your dreams,” she told her fans. “Shout out to all the female rappers, past, present and future.” Pitbull was joined by hypeman Lil Jon and Marc Anthony for “Rain Over Me” before Katy Perry took the stage . All decked out in pink, she embraced the sadness of her track “The One That Got Away” by keeping it simple and acoustic. Immediately after performing, Perry was surprised with a special award of achievement for being the first woman in the history of pop music to have five #1 singles from one album . “Can I just say, thank you so much for letting me be a chameleon this year. I love you so much, and I also love my fans. I want to thank my band and all of the people who came out to see me.” Hot Chelle Rae won for New Artist of the Year before J.Lo took it home for Favorite Latin Artist. “I’m shaking,” she said. “I didn’t expect to win. It’s been a really amazing year in so many ways. It’s been up and down. It’s been exciting and overwhelming. I’m just grateful for all my blessings.” Mary J. Blige brought some swagger to the stage for “Mr. Wrong” before paying homage to late MC Heavy D . “Rest in peace to my dear friend, the lovable, the great Heavy D. I miss you so much, brother.” The Favorite Soul R&B Female Artist went to Beyonc

Comeback??? Oprah Winfrey Makes One Last Desperate Attempt To Gain Viewers For Her OWN Network

Oprah just can’t seem to get right with this OWN thing. Oprah Winfrey is taking another crack at getting her OWN TV project off of life support. She’s now headed back on the air with a new show called Oprah’s Next Chapter that will premiere in January. When Winfrey shut down her iconic chat show after 25 years, she said at the time her role going forward would be strictly behind the cameras for her new network. But the results at OWN have been so disappointing, she had to try something new. Oprah’s Next Chapter will have Winfrey visit Steven Tyler at his New Hampshire home, travel to Haiti with Sean Penn nearly two years after the earthquake, and have a slumber party at Paula Deen’s Georgia estate. Nothing has yet been announced about what to do with Rosie O’Donnell’s struggling show on OWN. Introduced with great fanfare, the series had 497,000 viewers when it premiered October 10. It is now under 200,000. No wonder even Oprah’s best friend Gayle King has jumped ship! She’s shuttered her OWN talk show and is moving to CBS where she’s co-host The Early Show. We’re not sold that this lil’ stunt will work, but we don’t wish any evil on ol’ Harpo. via RadarOnline More On Bossip! The first time I met Justin was September 13, 2009 when he was presenting at the VMAs in NYC. He came out of Radio City after rehearsals. My friend and I chased after his car and they parked his car on the side of the street, rolled down his window and took pictures with us ! I met him at the z100 Jingle Ball 2009. I camped out for 18 hours and my friend and I were the first ones there. The people from z100 knew we camped out so they gave us meet and greets. We had to take a group picture so Justin was like 2 girls away from me. The next time I met Justin was when he did David Letterman in 2010 . When he arrived, he just signed autographs but when he came back out, he took pictures with everyone, including me. I camped out for Jingle Ball again and I won meet and greets with him, this time I got a picture right next to him. The next time I got a picture with Justin was couple days ago. My friend and I went to his hotel and there was no one there. We were waiting for a few hours, then a lot of people were coming out of the hotel. I don’t know who they were, I think there was a party and people were leaving. Then I saw Justin. He was all dressed up because he was on his way to the POP event and we asked, “Justin can we get a picture” and he was like “Yeah sure”. I took the picture for my friend and then she was going to take mine, we were using my phone to take the picture because my friends camera died. Then he went into the car and I saw Carin and Scooter. I told Carin her dress was pretty and she said thank you. They drove off and me and my friend were so happy, we couldn’t stop smiling and laughing. We were the only two girls there and it was just one of the best days of my life! -@itscharissex3 Continue reading here: The first time I met Justin was September 13, 2009 when he was…

I’ve had many Bieber experiences but I’m just…

I’ve had many Bieber experiences but I’m just going to talk about three. Meeting him at the Izod Center on November 17th, 2010, at the Today Show & Christmas Special on November 4th, 2011 and exactly a year after the first time meeting him on November 17th, 2011 outside of Z100. I’ve seen him plenty of more times, like at The Seven, 106&Park and etc, but didn’t meet him any of those times. But anyways… the Izod Center. A month before the concert, I spent so much of my time taking screenshots and sending in emails to  bieberfever.com . The night before the concert I got the email saying congratulations and that I was going to meet Justin the next day. I got up early, did my hair and what not, and left for the Izod Center early to try to have luck outside meeting anyone from the team. But I didn’t haha. After waiting outside for a few hours, it was finally time to get on the meet and greet line. Finally it was our time to go in and I walked in first, unless I would have been really shy. I was like, “Heyyy” and Justin was like, “Hey how are you?” And I was like, “Goood, how are you?” He said “Good” and he put his arm out for me to go next to him. He looked amazing and I was shaking so bad. After we took the picture, I just looked at him and was like “Can I get a hug?” And he grabbed me and said “Of course” and gave me like the BEST hug ever. I said “Nice to meet you” and he said “Nice meeting you too” and that was it. The concert afterwards was soo amazing. The next time meeting him was on November 4th, 2011 at the Today Show . I got into the city about 11:30 the night before. When they let us in the barricades at about 6:30, we went right in front of the doors where he came out. He was so nice going around meeting all the fans. When he first came out, he started about two people after me and I thought I was screwed. But he came back and asked where he started, and that’s when I like told Alfredo he started over by me and Justin came over to us. He wasn’t really taking any pictures so I just asked him to sign my poster. After that, I had won tickets to see him at the Michael Buble Christmas Special , and so I took my friend Brie with me. We got ready in the bathroom at the mall in Columbus Circle for like an hour! And then we had such a hard time getting into Brooklyn for the special. The trains were all running weird due to track work. And the first taxi cab driver we got didn’t know anything so we got out and I didn’t even know where in the city I was so I was like panicking, especially since Brie’s iphone died that had the directions and my blackberry wasn’t really much help. We saw a Starbucks and ran in. We were like 10 minutes from the place. We were worrying that we were going to be late and they weren’t going to let us in. We then decided her phone was charged enough so we got another cab and the driver was amazing! He told us that he’d get us there for Biebs! Haha! We told him everything we’ve been through and I wish all NYC taxi drivers were as nice as this guy! Long story short, we got there and got our wristbands! Our seats were a bit back, but still really close since it was a small place. We were sitting on the edge where everyone walked in and out. Justin didn’t come out that way, they had him in the back corner while everyone went back into the room where they were filming, we had to go out while he soundchecked. Anyways, Alfredo & Kenny were standing like right in front of us. Kenny remembered us from outside the hotel the last time they were in NYC and getting us pizza . He said hi and like kept looking back. And then Alfredo is just the best. We saw him tweeting and so I was like, “Yo fredo, I see you tweeting over there” and he looked back laughing. Justin’s performance was amazing. We each got a picture with Alfredo afterwards outside the place . My mom picked me up, and we were behind Justin and them for the longest time, they must have thought I was following them and being a creep, but I really was just going home the same way they were going. Finally, I skipped school on November 17th, 2011 and met Justin outside out Z100! Before going inside, he took the time out to meet all of us outside since there weren’t so many people and we were really calm. When he got to me, I was shaking and took our picture. I was like, “Uh, can I hug you?” He was like yeah and hugged me. I saw that my picture was blurry since I was shaking so bad, and so after he was done taking pictures with my friends, I asked if I could get another one since it was blurry and he was like, “Yeah sure” and my friend took the picture for me. It was an amazing experience. He was so nice! Kenny knows who I am so when I said hi, he was like hi how are you? And when Alfredo came back out, I called his name and he came right over and hugged me so I got a picture with him but I look so bad so I didn’t put it up. Well, this was really long. Justin’s amazing and I’m so happy and grateful for the times that I met him and seen him. -Megan (@MeganSullyyxo) More: I’ve had many Bieber experiences but I’m just…

The private homegoing celebration for rapper Heavy D. is being held today at Grace Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, NY. The event, which is currently taking place was reportedly so heavily attended that fire marshalls were unable to allow everyone to enter, but numerous celebrities, including Diddy, Flavor Flav and Chris Rock were in attendance at a public wake for the rapper which was held Thursday afternoon and evening. Despite the cold weather a line of fans wishing to pay their respects formed outside the church, wrapping around the building. Heavy D, real name Dwight Arrington Myers, died of a suspected heart attack last week after the 44-year-old reportedly collapsed after walking up stairs at his Beverly Hills apartment building. Eminem And Yelawolf Cover Vibe: Are White People Ruling Hip-Hop?!

Eminem and his little homie Yelawolf are shaking up the world! Listen to how they make fun of each other’s Whiteness. Eminem and Yela are the reigning golden boys of Hip-Hop, which makes Vibe and the rest of us wonder: is Hip-Hop colorblind? Have white boys finally taken over? And, if so, is that a problem? Anyway, here’s what the two had to say about each other: Eminem and Yelawolf on poking fun at their race: Eminem, what advice do you offer, if any, on being scrutinized for being a white rapper. Do you guys ever talk about race in that way? Eminem: We make jokes about it, but I don’t think we talk about it in depth. As I was listening to his music, I am not even thinking about any of that sh*t. It’s just the music. That’s one of the things that’s great about it. I’m not even thinking about it when I hear the music. Yelawolf: We do poke fun of it because it’s funny. Like, he calls me White Dog. Oh, you called him that on the BET Awards Cypher. I didn’t realize it was an ongoing joke? EM: Yeah, or Beige Sheep. [Laughs] YW: Cracker Nuts. Whatever, I think it’s kinda unspoken. EM: We deal with it enough as it is. So now, let’s make music. YW: Let’s make great records. At the end of the day, that’s all there is to do. Yelawolf’s thoughts on White Rappers using the N-Word: When Yelawolf heard the presumptuous white female rapper V-Nasty was peppering her sarcastic raps with the N- word, he called it embarrassing, telling VladTV that an N-bomb-dropping white rapper might find themselves “slapped up, and it might be by a white boy.” While he admits to using the word as a child, he says the word term is off limits for any white person, rapper or otherwise. “[In Alabama] we have a dark history concerning the relationship be- tween Black and white people. I’m not a role model by any means, but if I said it around the house I got popped in the mouth,” he says, noting that his Black friends used the word as a term of endearment for him as well. Eminem and Yelawolf talk about their past history with drugs: You mentioned getting yourself right. Are you completely clean these days as far as alcohol and drugs? EM: Except for the heroin I shot up this morning. Except for that, I’m clean. [Laughs] While you’re clean, Yelawolf here smokes weed and— Yelawolf: No, I don’t. I hear that in your music a lot. YW: I started smoking weed at 11. By 12, I was smoking dust. Thirteen, acid, Freon, special k, mushrooms; 16 years old, I was selling X pills at school. Not even because I was a good dope boy, but because I was a scumbag. It was called chocolate chip, and it had heroin in it. I used to take that shit and go to class. I went so heavy into drugs that I had a bad trip one time that lasted for months. More On Bossip! ‘We Are Winning’: ‘Bat Signal’ Projection Appears on NYC Skyscraper During Mass Nighttime ‘Occupy’ March

Holding Justin’s hand, being at the Today show, and an…

Holding Justin’s hand, being at the Today show, and an appearance on TMZ… No I’m not a celebrity, I’m just another Belieber with a dream.  My Bieber Experience consisted of 42 whole hours of various amazing Bieber adventures. I wish I had more pictures but I was just living in the moment with Bieber, Bieber and more Bieber. I can’t believe I am sitting here writing my SECOND Bieber experience I truly believe in never say never after these to experiences! Here is the link to my first experience with Justin ,  it just goes to show if you are determined, it WILL happen, Never give up! This last experience all started when I found out that Justin was going to be on the Today show in NYC and I knew immediately I had to be there. The day finally came, I took the train from Jersey and I found myself in NYC and the waiting game began. I printed out my picture of Justin and I in LA because I wanted to see if he would sign it and maybe, just maybe he would remember me. I was about 15 th  in line and was so excited. We set up camp and were ready to wait in the cold for the opportunity to meet Justin. The Mistletoe van arrived and we all knew it was getting close to show time. At around 6:00AM we started to get ready. We filled in the barricades outside the Today Show. I was across from the doors where Justin would come out! Finally I saw Scooter, Alfredo and Kenny inside and I knew this was it. Then I saw Justin , looking incredible as always. I was standing across from the doors but when we came out he went to the right, in the opposite direction of me! Little did I know that waiting for him to come to my side would all pay off in the end. He went back inside and the anticipation just kept growing. My hands were numb from the cold but once I saw him coming back out I grabbed my picture and phone and I was ready. I held my picture out, said hi to Kenny and Alfredo and then there was Justin. Pretty much the whole time, he was walking with his head down going fast signing things. When he came to my picture, I asked, “Justin! Do you remember me from Compton!?” As he was signing, I saw him pause then look close at my picture, then looked he looked up, his eyes met mine  and he gave me a smile like he was so proud he had remembered. Then he said “HEYYYY nice to see you again”. I about died!!! Just the way he looked at me, like hey I know you! I knew then he remembered me!!!  His smile was so precious. I still can’t get it out of my mind. I was so excited and wanted to give him a HUGE hug, it was freezing and I would have no problem with Justin warming me up. Here is a video I found of some clips from the Today Show.  After Justin’s interview we waited for him to leave. When his car pulled out, my adrenaline kicked in! I just started booking it ha-ha. His car stopped, he rolled down his window, and there I was again for the second time that day inches from Justin’s face. He was smiling and talking to the group of us until a paparazzi guy, later I found out he was a TMZ guy. ( You can see me on the video here ). He brought up the baby mama drama.  The look on Justin’s face just went from total happiness because he was with his fans to disappointment. We all started yelling at him and I screamed, “Are you Kidding Me???” Justin said, “Sorry guys”, rolled up the window and drove away. A couple hours later it was time to go to the  Michael  Buble’s Christmas Special where Justin was going to perform. My friend had won tickets through BieberFever.com!!  At this point I had not slept or left the city for over 20hrs. I found a bathroom and tried to make myself look half way decent (hence why my picture with Alfredo I look half asleep). We had to get to Brooklyn by 1:15PM so we decided to take the subways. This turned out to be a disaster. Some of the trains weren’t running! We thought we weren’t going to make it, the panic set in. We made the last minute decision to get a taxi. When we got in the driver explained he had no idea where he was going and had no GPS. Well, just our luck we thought. So I start to look up directions on my phone… IT DIES!! How wonderful. We got out of the taxi and looked like 2 little lost children on the side of the road. We had about given up all hope at this point and figured that we would be late and they wouldn’t let us in. Then out of nowhere I spot a Starbucks!! What a lifesaver! We ran in, plugged in my phone and to our amazement we found out we were only about 8 minutes away. So with the little battery I had, we found another taxi cab driver who was AMAZING! We told him our whole ordeal and he said he “Would get us to Justin no matter what”.  Just in time, we found the studio where they were taping. It was such a relief to see everyone still standing outside. We got our wristbands and then found our seats. Our seats were on the side were the performers entered and exited. Micheal Buble came out joked around and sang some songs with various artists. Then there was a little intermission for Justin to set up. As we were leaving to go outside during the intermission, I saw Dan Kanter and said “Hey Dan”, he turned back and looked surprised that someone said Hi, but how could you not say Hi to Dan? We stood out in the FREEZING cold again for like 45mins which sucked but again the waiting was worth it. We came back in, went to our seats and it wasn’t long until Kenny and Alfredo came walking up right next to us. We were the only Bieber fans in our section of 30 people and the guy next to me was like “How do you know his whole team?” He was so shocked how loyal Justin’s fans are. As we were yelling I had a lot of awkward eye contact with Kenny and Alfredo, they kept looking back at us laughing because we were having such a good time. When Justin came out he it was just another surreal moment. He was so close! Justin and Michael did little monologue with each other. We caught Alfredo tweeting and yelled at him saying, “Hey we see you tweeting over there Fredo!” Then Kenny looked back up to us again, and I said “Hey Kenny where’s our Pizza?? Do you remember us??” (long story short, Kenny bought us pizza one night when we were waiting for Justin) He points, smiles and goes “YEAH!! HEY!” I freaked, not only did Justin remember me but Kenny too. Is this real life?? There was this lady there that was sort of running the show, telling jokes in between performers and she goes, “Who is excited Justin touched their hand??” Well without even thinking I yell, “I wanna be touched by Justin”… Alfredo sure found that amusing. So then after Justin did a little dialogue with Michael, he sang Mistletoe. If I thought it sounded phenomenal before, it sounds even better live. I am so proud to be a fan of an artist that is so talented and caring towards his fans. The first time he sang, only the Bieber fans stood up and were dancing and singing. When the song ended Justin goes, “Ok guys it’s the Christmas season you are supposed to be excited. I want to see everyone standing and dancing enjoying themselves this time. Let’s do it again.” Kenny came over to our sections and was yeah listen to him. I said “Yeah get up!! Have fun!! It’s Justin Bieber” , Kenny and Alfredo both looked at me like Good Job!! We got everyone in our sections to stand and dance along with Justin. Alfredo and Kenny were getting down too and kept turning around. I love them! After the second performance it was time for Justin to go because he was catching a flight to the EMA’s. I knew he was going to walk right by me to exit the building! As he walked past, I held my hand out and said “Justin!!” He walked past my hand and I thought to myself oh well I tried. To my amazement I saw he turned around, he reached up looked at me, held my hand tight and said “HEY” like he remembered me again!! Are you kidding me?? Is this really happening again?? I smiled and he walked off. We thought we could catch him as he was leaving in his car so we rushed outside and luckily saw that all the cars were still there. Then we spotted Alfredo! I had always wanted a picture with him and he was talking to fans, taking pictures so I knew I had a chance, but then security started yelling at us saying we had to leave and go across the street. Alfredo goes, “Okay guys lets go over there and make these pictures happen!!” He is so sweet. He is so down to earth and just seems like such a fun person to hang out with. I got my picture and thanked him. He walked to the cars and we waited for Justin. They started pulling out and we spotted Justin in the car, again I ran for the car looking like a nut. He stopped, rolled down the window and took some pictures with fans. Since I had seen him so many times that day, I stood towards the back to let others have a chance but I was still very close to him. He seemed in a rush so it was short but he was all smiles, laughing and then he said he had to go and they drove off. Overall I couldn’t be more thankful for everything that happened. With all the rumors and crap going around it’s nice to see Justin and his team in person and it puts it in perspective of why I love them so much. He didn’t have to stop so many times but he did. I am so grateful for both my Bieber experiences and believe that everyone deserves and WILL have a shot at meeting him. Never give up and hard work will pay off!
