Cold world… Morton’s Under Fire For Kicking Out Cancer Patient For Wearing Beanie Via NYDailyNews Morton’s Steakhouse will donate thousands of dollars to a Tennessee children’s hospital after staff at the restaurant’s Nashville location kicked out a large group when a cancer-ridden diner covered his head with a wool beanie. There was immediate social media backlash after the 16-person Christmas party at the restaurant rang up a $2,500 bill at the chain steakhouse Friday and were then booted from the upscale eatery after Robert Chambers put on his beanie. A waitress even told Chambers he needed a doctor’s note or to call ahead of his dinner so the party could be placed in a private room, several witnesses recounted on Facebook, Twitter and Yelp. Chambers and his family stormed out, while the rest of the party was in stunned disbelief. “After the rest of us complained – get this – MORTON’S CALLED THE POLICE ON US,” wrote reviewer Jason M. on Yelp. “We were not unruly, and quite civil given the absolute rudeness of the management. I was told by a manager that the police officer was just casually patrolling the area and came in, but I was told later that was a total lie. “It would be one thing if we were just a couple of guys, splitting an appetizer and causing a commotion. However, we were a table of 16 with a $2,000+ tab and being treated like criminals.” Says Mr. Chambers: “I have been in treatment for 10 months fighting for my life,” he wrote Monday. “I don’t need or want another battle. My family and friends are highly protective of me because of this situation. All hail, Queen B. Beyonce dropped a new album on iTunes yesterday, stunning the music world and causing an insane uproar on Twitter . The self-titled, self-described “visual” CD is comprised of 14 fresh tracks and 17 videos (one of which features daughter Blue Ivy) and it managed to actually crash iTunes temporarily yesterday due to the mad rush of fans to download. Beyonce Album Shocks Music World According to Billboard sources, meanwhile, it also sold over 80,000 copies in just three hours after the closing sales window ended Friday at midnight PST. That’s just nutty. Beyonce’s fifth studio album will likely compete with Garth Brooks’ ninth studio album for the top spot next week, with Billboard adding that many members of Sony Records itself were kept in the dark about the release of “BEYONCE.” That’s how top secret this endeavor was. The album includes collaborations with Jay Z, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Drake, Frank Ocean, Pharrell Williams and Justin Timberlake. “I see music as more than just what I hear,” Bey said in a Facebook video. “When I’m connected to something, I immediately see a visual or a series of images that are tied to a feeling or an emotion, a memory from my childhood, thoughts about life, my dreams or my fantasies and they’re all connected to the music. And I think that’s one of the reasons why I wanted to do a visual album.”

As previously reported, former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham is going on Couples Therapy … solo. That’s ridiculous enough, but it isn’t the whole story. She was supposed to go on the VH1 show with her boyfriend Brian Dawe only he didn’t show up to be with her and didn’t bother returning her calls or texts. This all plays out on the first episode of the season, no less! The Season 4 premiere, which airs January 2, highlighted Farrah Abraham ‘s devastation as she becomes estranged from her boyfriend. With cameras rolling. The clueless porn star walks into the house without a partner, which obviously raises the question of her validity for being on a show about Couples Therapy . When the show’s therapist, Dr. Jenn Berman, asked Abraham about what went down between Brian and herself, the single mom had no concrete answer. She says Brian Dawe spoke with her the day before, telling her that he was taking his flight and would see her the next day at the Couples Therapy house. However, he failed to show up and she was supposedly blindsided. On the season premiere, Abraham also talks about her infamous past, particularly the sex tape she made with James Deen and her line of sex toys. Don’t call her a porn star, though, ’cause that rumor is outrageous . “I was involved with somebody who worked in the porn industry, yes I made a sex tape but I am not a porn star,” she said, unaware of what a porn star is. “Yes, I ventured out. I got an offer by a manufacturer to do a sex toy line, that was lucrative and as a business person you take advantage of that time.” “You make products and you run a business, but me, I am not involved in porn, and if anybody is confused about that, then I am sorry for you.” Apology accepted. Other notables include Ghostface Killah and Kelsey Nykole, and Whitney Mixter and Sada Bettencourt ( The Real L Word ) … should be quite the season. Farrah said she almost broke down talking to her fellow cast members. “I am like a little embarrassed by it and I am like a little sad,” she said, fighting back tears. “I was under the impression that I was coming with a boyfriend.” “I don’t know where he is and why he doesn’t care, I am in shock.” Somehow she lacks credibility to us. And in celebration of the fact, the Biggest Pop Star on the planet spent time with friends yesterday at a “Melbourne garden party,” as she deemed the occasion on Instagram. Swift posted multiple pictures to the image-sharing service of the shindig, including shots of her hanging out with Lorde … holding a sparkler… and smelling a flower. Apparently it was the American Country Awards last night, and normally I wouldn’t care about that since I don’t drive a pickup truck, but I’m willing to make an exception since Jewel brought along her massive jewels to the party. It’s been a while since we’ve seen them, but I’m pretty sure that we owe Jewel’s recent hotness comeback to some new reality competition show called The Sing-Off that she’s hosting. Which I’m sure will do just as well as all those other lame American Idol imitators, but not nearly as well as the idea I originally pitched NBC. For starters, I would love to say that I didn’t think that I would be blessed enough with the chance to meet Justin. I have looked up to him since I was 10 years old and I’ve been trying super hard to meet him. It all started in early December 2012. I had been to only one concert in my life and that was Justin’s first show in Dallas on the Believe Tour. I did not attend the My World Tour, so this concert made up for it. My best friend told me that Justin announced 30 additional North American Believe Tour dates, and at first I didn’t believe her, until she sent me the link to get tickets. All week I begged my parents to let me go see Justin, just one more time. They would not budge at all and I finally resorted to calling every radio station hundreds of times a day to win tickets. I called 102.9, 106.1 and 93.3 to try and win tickets. I was extremely devastated and wanted to give up, but I kept trying. On December 14th, 2012, my parents called me into their room and told me to read a letter that they received from my high school. I went on to read the paper to see that the paper simply was a receipt and it said, ‘Justin Bieber VIP Meet and Greet Experience.’ I dropped the paper and buried my head into their bed and cried my eyes out. I was finally meeting my idol Justin Drew Bieber. July 3rd, 2013 rolled around and I was extremely nervous to meet Justin. I curled my new purple and blue dip dyed hair, sprayed my Someday perfume and I was ready to go. My friend and I went to lunch and arrived at the venue. My father picked up our tickets and left us in the line to go to the VIP Party. Right at the beginning of the party, we took a couple of pictures and we sat at a table near the back window. We listened closely and heard basketballs bouncing and feet on the floor. We soon checked the Twitter accounts of the crew and they were all playing basketball in the Dallas Maverick’s practice gym! We didn’t do much at the party, but when the raffle came around, the very first number called to receive Justin’s towel was my friend! We cried and took pictures with the towel and everything, then it was time to line up. My nerves were at the highest they have ever been in my entire life and I started to get dizzy. Soon enough, people were walking in and out crying their eyes out. The first line went by in about 5 minutes and then came my line. My friend went in ahead of me and I watched as she talked to Justin. While she was talking, I was just looking at every detail of Justin. I took in the moment and then I looked into Justin’s eyes and he had his arms open smiling at me. I slowly walked into his arms and he smiled down at me and said, “Hey!” I smiled up at him and said a quiet, “Hi!” I smiled for the pictures and tried to hold back my tears and then I felt Justin’s arm slide from my waist and brush my lower back. I turned to face him and he did the same and stared in my eyes for a split second before security pulled me aside. I quickly said, “Justin can I have a hug?” and he smiled and said, “Of course sweetheart!” Security had their arms in between me and Justin and Justin looked down and moved their arms aside and wrapped me in his arms. I cried into his shoulder and I heard him chuckle softly. I felt his silky smooth hair in my fingers as my arms were wrapped around his neck in the hug. We let go after about 5 seconds and I said, “Thank you so much! I love you Justin!” Justin waved to me and said, “I love you more sweetie!” I was about to fall on the floor and cry right there. I grabbed my bag and my autograph and walked to my seat in complete shock. I ran into Kenny along the way and he gave me a huge bear hug to try and get me to stop crying. That night was the best night in my life and nothing will ever change that. I also got thousands of views on my video of the wonderful OLLG! She also followed and tweeted me. I can’t explain how much this is a blessing to me. All I can say is that dreams really do come true if you believe. How can he protect and serve while taking freaky kiddie pics? Cop Charged With Taking Nekkid Pics Of Girl The children can’t even trust the police. According to Dcist: A D.C. police officer was arrested and charged with production of child freaky pics this week. The Metropolitan Police Department became aware of an allegation against Officer Marc Washington that he produced nekkid images of a juvenile on Monday, according to a release. After an investigation, Washington was arrested by the Youth Investigations Division and the Internal Affairs Bureau. “We invest a great amount of time and effort to ensure that we are hiring the right people and we continue to proactively monitor integrity across the department,” Police Chief Cathy L. Lanier said in a statement. “But to learn of an allegation of this kind against a person who is sworn to protect our children, it is both shocking and disturbing. We are fortunate that someone came forward to alert us of this behavior to ensure that we prevent future victims.” Update: According to charging documents, uploaded by WUSA9, Washington responded to the apartment of a missing 15-year-old girl on December 1 to take a report from her mother. The victim returned home later that day, and her mother called 911 to take her off the missing persons’ list. Washington then allegedly returned to the home without being called and asked to speak to the victim privately. The officer asked the victim where she was when she was reported missing then asked her to remove her top and bra. When asked why he wanted her to do this, he responded that he needed to take photos of any injuries. The victim explained that she did not have any injuries. The officer allegedly took photos of her breasts and upper body before asking her to show him her hip tattoos for identification purposes. The victim was instructed to pull down her boxer shorts and underwear, and Washington then photographed her “unclothed vajajay area.” After Washington left, the mother and daughter called 911. The officer was searched and a camera was found on his person. Images of the victim had been deleted, according to the charging document, but were recovered by law enforcement.
