Bachelorette Castoff: Ali Seriously Might Pick No One

This week on The Bachelorette, Hunter Wagner was unnerved by cameras, choked hard core on his big date with Ali Fedotowsky and did not receive a rose. Of course, Justin Rego hijacking some of his one-on-one time was partially to blame. Hunter dished on that incident and more in an interview with People . Here’s what he had to say about being betrayed by Rated R, as well as whether Ali will ultimately choose no one as some Bachelorette spoilers suggest … Stage fright : “People say the cameras disappear after awhile, but I was shutting down and unable to be myself. I was disappointed I couldn’t open up.” On Rated R swooping in : “I was pretty shocked. I had no idea. He was gone for a couple of hours and I asked where he was. He said he was sleeping.” “I tried to get to know him and was one of the few that didn’t give him a hard time for being a wrestler. So for him to do that, I felt upset and betrayed.” All those roses and none for Hunter. So sad . “It took the fire away from our date. Ali wasn’t fully into it because Justin spent time with her. Do I blame her? No. Justin was the one who trekked over.” “[Justin’s] entire personality changed with cameras around. He got more cheesy. He talked about how he was looking at the same mountains as Ali was.” On loyalty between the guys : “We all had an agreement at first that we wouldn’t step on each other’s toes or talk bad about each other to Ali.” “But that has started breaking apart and it has become more of a cutthroat game. I didn’t know the weatherman went to Ali and ratted on Craig M.” On the early frontrunners : “I love [ Roberto Martinez ]. There’s a handful of guys that would be perfect for Ali like Kirk, Roberto, Chris L., Jesse.” On whether she will end up single : “If she didn’t find the person she saw herself with for the rest of her life, then I can see her not picking anyone.” “I don’t think she’d pick someone just to pick someone. She let me go because there wasn’t anything there. She would do the same with the final two.”

Why aren’t these Katy Perry Upskirt Pictures of the Day

I don’t like Katy Perry. I don’t think she’s hot. I don’t think she even has a decent body. I actually find her and her FARTS pretty fucking disgusting….along witht he rest of her sloppy pig self… I just figure since Lady Gaga was in her underwear at a Baseball Game , Katy Perry would have stepped up her fucking game and intentionally flashed some panty, you know since Lady Gaga is her biggest rival and she does everything she can to stay as noticed and relevant as she can…it’s on some catty competitive level only teenage girls probably care about…since most adult men like to ignore ugly chicks makin’ noise and whining about each other…unless those ugly girls are Jello wrestling at a dive bar…in which case two ugly girls equal one hot girl and it is ok to get turned on. Simple Maths… I don’t actually want to see what is going on up her skirt…actually who am I kidding…of course I wanna see her cunt…and her her tits….I wanna see every girl’s cunt and tits and I am working on getting pictures of Katy Perry’s cause apparently, Katy Perry was a bad girl when she was rebelling against the church she was raised in and that shit is circulating the internet hard…but until that happens…someone needs to email me these pics from a better angle…cuz I guess my instinct to hunt and gather pussy pics outweighs my hatred for the person the pussy is attached to. Police: Joran van der Sloot Says He Knows Location Of Holloway’s Body

Joran van der Sloot told police investigators that he knows the location of the body of missing U.S. teen Natalee Holloway, the chief of Peru's criminal police said. “He let slip that he knew the place where this person was buried,” Gen. Cesar Guardia told The Associated Press. Guardia said, however, that the 22-year-old Dutchman told investigators “he would only testify (on the matter) before Aruba authorities.” Guardia said that he didn't know how seriously to take Van der Sloot's statement given his history of dubious statements about the 2005 disappearance in Aruba of the Alabama teen. Van der Sloot remains the lone suspect in the case, which came up in front of Peruvian police as the Dutchman confessed to killing Stephany Flores, a 21-year-old woman from Lima, Guardia told the AP. added by: TimALoftis

‘Glee’ Yearbook Superlatives: We Name The Best Of The Season

The best Rachel solos to the most ridiculous story lines, we’re honoring the show’s breakout moments and stars. The cast of “Glee” Photo: FOX New Directions may not have won regionals on the season finale of “Glee,” but the misfits of McKinley High certainly gave their rivals a run for their money. And since they didn’t actually take the trophy, we’ve come up with our own way of honoring the hard-working Gleeks: Some yearbook-style superlatives that we feel perfectly sum up the first season. Best Music We’ve known Rachel could sing from the first note of “Les Miz,” but with so many numbers to choose from, it’s hard to decide which was her best. Mercedes also got a lot of solo time, but her greatest moment wasn’t the show-stopping “Dreamgirls” number you’d expect.

MSNBC’s Matthews Openly Roots for Birther Candidate Taitz to ‘Bring Down’ California Republicans, ‘I Would Tie Her Up Like a Wit

Appearing on the 10:00 p.m. edition of MSNBC’s Countdown show on Tuesday to discuss the day’s primary election results, Chris Matthews expressed his delight that Orly Taitz – a prominent member of the birther movement that pushes the bizarre theory that President Obama was not really born in America – won the Republican nomination for secretary of state in California, and expressed his hope that the fringe candidate would drag down the Republican ticket in the state. Matthews celebrated what he termed a “malignancy” within the Republican party as he openly rooted for Taitz to hurt the GOP: Keith, we`ve got good news tonight. And that`s the probable nomination of Orly Taitz in California for secretary of state. This is a true malignancy on the Republican party. She will bring down the other two candidates for high office out there. She`ll probably bring down Carly Fiorina, and may well bring down Meg Whitman because she is unacceptable to any reasonable voter. Matthews went on to advise that California Democrats “tie her up like a witch at the stake”: It is tribalist, it`s malignant, and I believe if I were a Democratic officeholder out there or had anything to do with the Democratic party with Jerry Brown`s campaign, I would tie her to them like a fencepost. I would tie her up, I should say, like a witch at the stake. This is a malignancy. Matthews went on to reiterate that he thought that Taitz’s current success in California’s Republican party was “wonderful news”: CHRIS MATTHEWS: I think that`s wonderful news that she`s been included in the inner sanctum of the Republican ticket out there. KEITH OLBERMANN: Yes. MATTHEWS: She`s been attending their events. OLBERMANN: Karl Rove did not get up and walk out. Let me ask you about Arkansas. MATTHEWS: He should have.

Shocking New Report: The CIA Performed Human Experiments on Prisoners Under Bush

Over the last year there have been an increasing number of accounts suggesting that, along with the CIA's “enhanced interrogation” torture program, there was a related program experimenting with and researching the application of the torture. For example, in the seven paragraphs released by a British court summarizing observations by British counterintelligence agents of the treatment of Binyan Mohamed by the CIA, the first two of these paragraphs these paragraphs stated: It was reported that a new series of interviews was conducted by the United States authorities prior to 17 May 2002 as part of a new strategy designed by an expert interviewer…. BM had been intentionally subjected to continuous sleep deprivation. The effects of the sleep deprivation were carefully observed. [emphasis added] The suggestion was that a new strategy was being tested and the results carefully examined. Several detainees have provided similar accounts, expressing their belief that their interrogations were being carefully studied, apparently so that the techniques could be modified based on the results. Such research would violate established laws and ethical rules governing research. Since Nazi doctors who experimented upon prisoners in the concentration camps were put on trial at Nuremberg, the U.S. and other countries have moved toward a high ethical standard for research on people. All but the most innocuous research requires the informed consent of those studied. Further, all research on people is subject to review by independent research ethics committees, known as Institutional Review Boards or IRBs. In the U.S., there was a major push toward more stringent research ethics when the existence of the Tuskegee Syphilis Study was publicly revealed in the early 1970s. In that study nearly 400 poor rural African-American men were denied existing treatment for their syphilis, and indeed, were never told they had syphilis by participating doctors. The study by the U.S. Public Health Service was intended to continue until the last of these men died of syphilis. When the study became public the resulting outcry helped cement evolving ethical standards mandating informed consent for any research with even a possibility of causing harm. These rules were codified in what has become known as the Common Rule, which applies to nearly all federally-funded research, including all research by the CIA. Experiments in Torture A new report of which I am a coauthor, Experiments in Torture: Evidence of Human Subject Research and Experimentation in the “Enhanced” Interrogation Program, just released by Physicians for Human Rights (PHR) confirms previous suspicions and provides the first strong evidence that the CIA was indeed engaged in illegal and unethical research on detainees in its custody. The report, the result of six months of detailed work, analyzes now-public documents, including the “torture memos” from the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel and the CIA's Inspector General Report and the accompanying CIA Office of Medical Services (OMS) guidelines for monitoring of detainees. The report points to several instances where medical personnel — physicians and psychologists — monitored the detailed administration of torture techniques and the effects upon those being abused. The resultant knowledge was then used both as a legal rationale for the use of the techniques and to refine these abusive techniques, allegedly in order to make them safer. For example, the OMS guidelines contain this note emphasizing how important it is “that every application of the waterboard be thoroughly documented” by medical personnel, and clarifying the nature of this documentation: “how long each application (and the entire procedure) lasted, how much water was applied (realizing that much splashes off), how exactly the water was applied, if a seal was achieved, if the naso- or oropharynx was filled, what sort of volume was expelled, how long was the break between applications, and how the subject looked between each treatment.” This type of documentation was not part of routine medical care as it was not being done in the interests of the person being waterboarded. Rather, the OMS made clear that this was being done “[i]n order to best inform future medical judgments and recommendations” [regarding how to torture people.] The purpose of this systematic monitoring was to modify how these techniques were implemented, that is, to develop generalizable knowledge to be utilized in the future. Man convicted of masturbating on trampoline

A UK woman was horrified the moment she caught her male neighbor masturbating on a trampoline, a court heard. According to reports, the victim says she was able to see her neighbor, 55-year-old James Burden, masturbating in full view of her bathroom window at 5 a.m. on a trampoline in the back garden of their apartment building. She says he had his genitals in one hand, and a cigarette in the other. He was “as bold as brass …and purposeful,” she told police. When the defendant approached the back door of the apartment building, the victim rushed to her living room to call the authorities. After deputies questioned the Burden, he admitted to the public sex act and says it was “just for the thrill of it.” He added: “I did not intend anyone to see me.” He pleaded guilty to publicly exposing his person in a shameless and indecent manner, and approaching his neighbor’s house and placing the occupant in a state of fear and alarm. http://www.tabloidprodigy.com/?p=14643 added by: knowandtell

Theres A New Community Organizer In Town!

First of all I would like to thank The Fully Informed Jury Association for choosing me for the position of Community Organizer, Campaign Leader in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Advocating freedom is a great passion of mine and we can only do this through educating individuals freely, and that is why I accepted this position. For those of you that do not know me, I support the rights of the Individual, and that each individual owns their own life. To deny this right is to imply that another person has a higher claim on your life than you have. No other person, or group of persons, owns your life nor do you own the lives of others. It is my mission to try and make sure that every individual in Fort Lauderdale is armed with the information, and educational resources needed to be a Fully Informed Juror. When you sit on a jury in a criminal trial, you have the right to vote according to your conscience, no matter what the judge says about the law. As a juror, you are the final safeguard for justice. My tasks will also include setting up community and college groups, holding meetings and will consi added by: shanklinmike

A HOWARDSHRINE EXCLUSIVE: CAPTAIN JANKS RESPONDS

The Howardshrine news team is continuing to follow the news story of Rev. Bob Levy’s rant against the Stern show. Recently Captain Janks responded to the Levy situation and to Artie Lange’s problems in general: “I can’t thank Artie enough for the help he gave me when I was in trouble. It was WAY above any beyond. I consider Artie a VERY big part of my sobriety, because he helped me see that no matter how bad people, and things get, there are still good, kind decent people willing to help. I will never be able to pay him back for that even more than the funds he raised for me. But if someone is using drugs, they will not stop till they are ready. RIGHT BOB? As a friend, I will give my full support to Artie. Anything he needs, he can call me. ANYTHING. The bottom line is that no one is responsible for someone using but the person that is using. Once that person accepts responsibility, then they can deal with the problem thru rehab, 12 step programs, and whatever else helps them stay sober. But I’m sure Artie would agree that Howard, nor any other person is responsible for his drug issues. I’m also sure that he knows that. Your issue Bob, is that you didn’t get your way, and you are throwing a temper tantrum. So don’t use Artie’s situation as a deflector to your own childish issues. I wish Artie all the best, and hope to see you back on the show again. Bob, I wish you the best in your recovery when YOU finally come out and admit your own drug issues. Thatis what this is all about. Not Artie. He’s well on his way on the road of recovery.” source: http://savebabygorilla.com/2010/04/23/bob-levy-blames-howard-for-artie/#comments
