Javaris Crittenton Pleads Guilty To Murder, Sentenced 23 Years Bruh just threw his life away over some shiny trinkets … Via WSB-TV Former NBA player and Georgia Tech standout Javaris Crittenton pleaded guilty in court Wednesday to the 2011 murder of a mother of four. Crittenton, an alleged gang member, was connected to the shooting death of Atlanta mother Julian Jones. Prosecutors claimed Crittenton was aiming for the man who allegedly robbed him days earlier. In court Wednesday, Crittenton made a tearful apology to the family. He told them he wishes he could change places with Jones. He called it a horrible accident. Crittenton accepted a 23-year sentence as part of the deal. Clearly this young man learned absolutely nothing from O.J. Simpson. Gucci Mane Pleads Guilty To Gun Possession And Will Be In Prison Until 2016 Via TMZ reports: Gucci Mane won’t get out of jail until late 2016 — according to a plea deal the rapper just struck in exchange for copping to a gun possession charge. Gucci pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in jail, but under Gucci’s plea deal, he’s only expected to face 39 months … minus 10 months credit for time served. Gucci will officially be sentenced in July. Gucci’s been locked up in ATL since September after cops arrested him for packing a loaded handgun (as well as kush). In addition to the jail time, Gucci also faces a fine of $250,000. You going to jail today Gucci! We can’t but to think he needs mental health counseling before being released. Didn’t he push a women from a moving vehicle (among other incidents) a few years ago?

Fat Joe Turns Himself in For Tax Evasion, Begins Prison Sentence

Fat Joe has just turned himself in to prison, reports indicate. The rapper will serve a four-month sentence for tax evasion. He is in custody at the Federal Detention Center in Miami. Fat Joe pleaded guilty back in December to not paying federal income taxes for the fiscal years 2007 and 2008, owing the U.S. more than $1 million. Yes, Joe’s income is high enough that he owes that much in taxes, and yes, Joe declined to pay the bills a la Wesley Snipes, Lauryn Hill , etc. He originally faced up two years in prison, but ultimately was sentenced to just four months and a $15,000 fine, plus a year of supervised release .

Jenelle Evans: Arrested For Failing Drug Test, All Smiles in Mug Shot!

Jenelle Evans’ latest mug shot is here, after she failed a drug test after her latest court hearing … in which she struck a plea deal to keep her out of jail. At least she was in good spirits, apparently: The Teen Mom 2 star was in court today, answering to charges of drug paraphernalia, heroin and Percocet possession , stemming from her arrest in April. Jenelle Evans agreed to a plea bargain in which she pleaded guilty paraphernalia charge, in exchange for the other, more serious charges being dropped. She was hit with 18 months’ probation, but no jail time – amazing, given that she was busted with major quantities of the drugs and assault on her husband. That charge was dropped when Courtland Rogers pleaded guilty, so all was looking up for Jenelle … until she was randomly drug tested and failed. Today. The MTV star tested positive for marijuana and the judge sent her to jail for 48 hours, her (hard-working) attorney Dustin Sullivan confirmed to TMZ. It’s unclear why she was in such a good mood at the time officers booked and processed her at the station, but … better than being suicidal, we guess? It’s also unclear what impact it will have on the probation terms she just agreed to and when, but you can guarantee there will be consequences. And that she’ll likely be back in front of the booking photo camera before long, as she hasn’t learned much of a lesson from her previous 245 arrests.

Yes, someone else was racist on Big Brother . The dishonor this time belongs to Amanda Zuckerman, who showed her true colors (so to speak) after an altercation with competitor Candice Stewart. Big Brother: Amanda Zuckerman Racist Comments Amanda, one of the most powerful people in the Big Brother house (and with the ego to go with it), had it out with Candice, one of the least powerful. Their argument was built on a foundation of ongoing drama, but culminated in Amanda yelling at Candice: “That’s the Shaniqua coming out of you, I guess!” As if the implications of that comment weren’t obvious, or in case you thought she didn’t care, Amanda followed that up with: “Am I racist now? I’m racist now.” Who would have guessed Spencer Clawson joking about child porn would have competition for most cringe-worthy moment of the week on Big Brother?

Amish Mafia Star Sentenced to Prison for Wild Car Chase

Alan Beiler is headed to prison. The 35-year old Amish Mafia star was sentenced yesterday to as much as 23 months behind bars, following his refusal to pull over last summer after Lancaster County police tried to stop him for an expired car registration. About a year ago, Beiler led cops on a wild, dangerous chase against traffic that resulted in one state trooper crashing and suffering a concussion. He pleaded guilty in May to charges of attempting to elude police, drug possession and driving with a suspended license. Amish Mafia returns for Season 2 on the Discovery Channel on August 13. The series centers on a group of Amish individuals in Pennsylvania who protect their community and maintain peace and order.

Drugs Are Bad M’Kay: Virginia Woman Jailed For A Year After Her 4-Year-Old Found And Sniffed Up Her Yayo Stash

These epitome of a bad mothers ain’t isht! Via NYDailyNews : A deadbeat Virginia mom, whose 4-year-old son found and snorted her stash of yayo, has been locked up for 12 months. Carrie Ann Billups, 26, pleaded guilty to child abuse after the toddler got high from $10 worth of the drug he discovered hidden under her bedroom lamp in Nov. 2012. Billups told cops she woke up one morning at her Chesapeake home to see her kid sniffing the white powder. Taking the drug away, she held off on taking him to hospital as she didn’t want to get into trouble. But hours later he started vomiting. She took him to Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters where a urine test confirmed he’d ingested the drug. He was treated and released the following day, reports The Virginian-Pilot. Chesapeake Circuit Judge Marjorie Arrington sentenced Billups on Monday to five years in prison, but suspended four years of the term. “I don’t think a 4-year-old would know how to snort blow unless he’s seen it done somewhere,” Arrington told the defendant. “The court is concerned about what’s going to happen to this child when you are released if you continue to use yayo.” This is terrible.
