My name is Gina. My Bieber experience started on 6/17/11 when I had found out about Justin’s launch for Someday at Macy’s. I knew I had to go. But first I had to do some research. I had called Macy’s about 5 times to check. I almost even spent all my bank account money on $3,500 tickets, but my parents wouldn’t let me. So I must have cried hysterically until my mom had agreed to bring me to Macy’s after school. So on Tuesday 6/21/11 we drove from NJ down to Herald Square. I figured the line would already be down the block when i got there at 3pm. However it wasn’t. I didn’t think it was that bad until I realized my mom and I were right under birds! All of them kept pooping on us throughout the night. It was crazy but only for Justin would I do that. I was literally shaking when the store finally opened at 10am the next morning (6/22/11). I had been there about 18 hours and only slept for 5 of them. But along the way I made some friends. So camping out wasn’t too bad. My mom and I the next day took the train to meet Justin at Macy’s, we got there around 12pm. We waited 4 hours to finally meet him. It was so crazy there. When I did meet him, I made a total fool of myself! I went up to him and put my arms around him and he did the same. I was in shock so after the picture I stared at him like a creep and then said, “I love you soooooo much!” and he just smiled. Then I quickly walked away and started bawling. But that wasn’t all. I knew he were taping Late Night with Jimmy Fallon almost immediately after so I was gonna head over there but after I ate it was too late. I headed over to Lincoln Square for the premiere of Monte Carlo. I was walking over and the police officer said you can’t stand here so I started to walk forward. Then the cop said, “Miss get back here where are you going?” just as Justin pulled up! I was so close to meeting him again, but I did get a video of Justin entering the theater. Officials say Dunn did not appear intoxicated when he left Barnaby’s of America pub in Pennsylvania. By Gil Kaufman Ryan Dunn Photo: Jon Furniss/ WireImage Even though authorities revealed on Wednesday that “Jackass” star Ryan Dunn had a blood alcohol level that was more than twice the legal limit in Pennsylvania when he got behind the wheel of his Porsche and crashed it early Monday morning, the bar where Dunn and passenger Zachary D. Hartwell were drinking before the high-speed accident will not be charged in the case. According to The Associated Press , Sgt. William La Torre of the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Enforcement said on Wednesday that the agency has investigated the incident and determined that no charges will be filed against the Barnaby’s of America pub. The bureau determined that Dunn did not “appear” intoxicated during the time he was served two beers and six shots by bar employees over four hours. The bar’s general manger said that surveillance video given to police supported the observation of bar employees that Dunn did not seem to have been overserved. When MTV News visited Barnaby’s on Tuesday, a reporter noted that a sign is prominently displayed above the bar that reads “If you appear to be intoxicated, we cannot serve you any alcohol.” An employee also told MTV earlier this week that Dunn didn’t “seem intoxicated” when he was at the bar. “He spoke clearly. He walked clearly. He came in hop, skip, jumping. He left hop, skip, jumping,” Barnaby’s general manager Frank Herron told the AP. “If these results are true, I’m shocked at it. We were very confident that he had not had that much.” La Torre also noted that Dunn didn’t appear to eat anything as he drank and that the last few drinks he consumed were given to him by fans at a back table in the bar and are likely the ones that put him over the edge. A toxicology report released Wednesday said that Dunn’s blood alcohol level was 0.196 at the time of the crash; the legal limit for drivers in Pennsylvania is 0.08. Police also said that the stuntman’s Porsche could have been traveling as fast as 140 mph in a 55 mph zone when it jumped a guardrail, struck a tree and burst into flames, killing Dunn, 34, and Hartwell, 30. The report said Dunn did not have any “drugs of abuse” in his system at the time of the accident. The coroner’s office is awaiting the results of tests that could indicate the presence of prescription medications; those tests could take up to eight weeks. Hours before the crash, Dunn tweeted a since-deleted photo from the bar of the pair drinking along with another friend. The AP also reported that Dunn was charged in April 2005 with driving under the influence after crashing his car about 2 miles from Monday’s deadly scene. Court documents show that he successfully completed a program designed for first-time nonviolent offenders that allowed the charges to be dismissed. Fellow “Jackass” castmembers and close friends Bam Margera and Johnny Knoxville were among the people who gathered at a suburban Philadelphia funeral home on Wednesday for a private memorial service in Dunn’s honor . Dunn will reportedly be buried in Ohio, where he was born, and a public memorial service will be announced at a later date. Dunn’s obituary requests contributions be sent to Garth Brooks Teammates for Kids , a foundation the country singer started in 1999 to raise funding for children’s charities. Some extremely shady sounding random who apparently used to be friends with Shaquille O’Neal is now claiming that gang members threatened him to keep him from extorting Shaq like he had planned. His story, as reported by TMZ, is so full of twists and turns that we can’t begin to understand how a real life criminal case is coming out of the situation. But it all starts with a sex tape and a beatdown. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Ladell Rowles — a member of the Main Street Mafia Crip Gang in L.A. who is friends with Shaq — along with 6 other members went on a search and destroy mission in L.A. on February 11, 2008. They believed a man named Robert Ross had the sex tape and they tried getting it back with the help of a gun or two. According to the police report, the 7 gang members met up with Ross at a convenience store — Pink Dot — on the Sunset Strip. The men allegedly surrounded Ross’ Rolls Royce Phantom with guns drawn, jumped into Ross’ car and ordered him to drive to Rowles’ house in South Central L.A. Once there, Rowles allegedly pistol whipped Ross and demanded that he turn over the sex tape. Ross said he would get the tape and bring it back to them. The 7 men then allegedly took Ross’ Rolex, diamond chain and earrings, along with $15,000 in cash — then let Ross go. The 7 men have been arrested and charged with robbery, kidnapping and other crimes. They are currently in the middle of a preliminary hearing and being held in jail. We’ve learned LAPD detectives interviewed Shaq to determine what, if any, involvement he had in the alleged crimes. When the case file went to the D.A. Shaq was not listed as a suspect. Now here’s the interesting backstory. Ross has a history with Shaq. Shaq and his business manager, Mark Stevens, have a record label and allegedly told Ross they would give him a 50% cut in any artists he brought to them. Ross claims he delivered Ray J to Shaq but got cut out of the deal. Ross told cops after his falling out, he threatened Shaq by telling him about the sex tape, threatening to release it unless Shaq paid up. As for the tape, Ross claims Shaq brought women to Ross’ home and had sex with them while he was married to Shaunie. Ross told Shaq a “security camera” captured the action and it was all on tape. But Ross told cops the security camera recycles periodically and the video no longer exists. And there’s another twist. Around the time Shaq and Ross had their falling out, Shaunie separated from Shaq and Ross claims he began having an affair with her. Ross claims Shaq hired a private investigator to tail Shaunie and the P.I. caught the two together. We told you the whole thing sounded suspect!
According to Cleveland Police Chief Michael McGrath, there is nothing to hide when it comes to a controversial police video of Jalil Anderson’s arrest back in January. “There was no cover-up whatsoever. We are completely transparent in the police department,” said Chief McGrath. vAccording to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, Anderson was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under suspension. Officer Martin Lentz says Anderson assaulted him by hitting him in the face with his belt buckle, but the jailhouse video suggests otherwise. During Anderson’s pretrial, prosecutor’s subpoenaed the footage, only to be told it no longer existed. That led to Anderson pleading guilty of a lesser charge of resisting arrest. However, due to a media inquiry, the video was recently released. Surveillance video shows Anderson tossing his belt onto the counter and it appears to graze Officer Lentz. Lentz then walks around the counter, pushes Anderson to the counter, and Anderson is seen resisting the cuffs. Five other officers then assist Lentz in tackling Anderson to the ground. So, what really happened to the video? According to Police Chief Michael McGrath, it never got past the House of Corrections. “The House only stores footage for 30 days, so someone there told prosecutors that it no longer existed there,” said Chief McGrath. The prosecutor’s office says a complete review into what happened is currently underway. “They are more than welcome to do a thorough investigation, this was just a cliche in the system,” added Chief McGrath.
This is how my MBE (Braun works too ;D) went. I had to move in December 2010 from Brisbane, Australia to California so I missed Justin’s concerts in both places! I gave up all hope on seeing everyone from the crew and Justin because he finished his whole tour and now was on vacation. I heard about the Saratoga concert and I was like “I HAVE to go to that concert no matter what” but I couldn’t because the tickets were so expensive.. but as Justin says NEVER SAY NEVER. He even followed me on 9 th June, so 2 days before the concert which just made me even more excited because I waited 1 year and 33 days for him to follow me. It was the day 11 th June, I decided to meet up with some girls on Twitter who had no tickets like me and two of them had camped out as well. There was 7 of us girls from the morning standing on the road with “HONK FOR BIEBER”, “FREE SCOOTER” and several other posters. Then more and more girls came by and we were about a group of 15. We must’ve gotten about 1000 or more honks. But nothing happened for hours. Then we saw the police cars going up and down, patrolling. We approached one of them and asked about the Bieber crew and he said that they will be coming in a couple of hours and you guys are in the right spot. We were so pumped. As soon as we saw 2 black mini tour buses in a row, we knew it was the Bieber Crew : Anthony was in front in the 1 st bus and other dancers in the back but all we saw was Michael showing off his Estovar hoodie because the windows were really tinted, TC was in the front in the 2 nd bus but we couldn’t see clearly to make out who were in the back but we assumed it was the rest of the crew like Legaci (because I asked Chris and he replied today we sure saw you guys). We were so excited so we ran and I tripped when the buses turned the corner, so embarrassing. Then we were back to our spot still standing up with our posters and there was a blue car right in front of us and I was the closest one to it and guess who I see leaning on the winow? RYAN GOOD!! No one noticed him except me and then I pointed and was like “THAT’S RYAN GOOD” and everyone screamed and Ryan smiled at me. We were too excited to see him so we didn’t notice who was driving or who was in the back but some girls thought that Allison was driving and I have to say it was for sure a lady driving. We were all tired and exhausted but Justin hadn’t driven past yet so we still kept going with more honks. Then after an hour or so there appeared a black car with really tinted windows so we were sure that was Justin and yes we were right! We saw another bodyguard in the front seat and I then I saw KENNY in the middle. I didn’t see Justin but majority of the girls saw him or the back of his head. They said he was in the very back and that he waved and they could see his sunnies and his hair was short. I was kinda mad that I didn’t see him. None of them stopped for us, but we still kept saying NEVER SAY NEVER and that someone is going to come down. We checked everyone’s Twitter and they said soundcheck was starting but we didn’t lose hope and stood there. Soon after a police officer came by and told us that neighbours have complained about the sound and amount of distraction caused by us to the drivers because of all the honking and said he can just tell us to go home or call our parents now as it is not legal to honk in California without a specific reason but he told us very nicely to stop with all the honking and screaming and asked us to move further on the sidewalk because he thought we were very dedicated. We saw Scooter’s tweet, “in route to the show. @jonmchu see u soon brother ” and that pumped us all up and we decided that we have to get Scooter’s attention. We all stood in a line on the sidewalk with all our posters on the road and only three posters up and one of them said “FREE SCOOTER” and yes our plan was successful! He saw the poster and stopped the car, rolled down the window and told us to calm down so we did. Our group was really cooperative because we all followed what he said and gave everyone a chance to talk. He said nice poster and pointed at Katie, the girl holding the poster and then we started talking to him and he said “I have no idea what’s going on. I just got here” and suddenly I realised no one said hi to Carin so I was like “Is that Carin? Hi Carin” in the middle of Scooter talking and she waved at me. Then we told him how Sami and Anastasia had camped out last night and had been there since Friday morning. He replied with “I don’t even have tickets, it was all done by College Track and they didn’t even give me tickets” So I was like “Yeah College Track gave away the unsold tickets to their kids for free”, Scooter was like “REALLY?!?!” I was like “Yeah” and then he said “Look guys if I find any tickets up there I’ll come back” and then he left. We were all so shocked that we just talked to Scooter Braun and then I’m not sure why, but I started crying, it was all happy tears. Then we were all calming down and we were all sure that Scooter was gonna come back. We sat down and decided that if he comes back with tickets, then the 1 st choice is Sami and Anastasia because they worked hard for them. After an hour and a half, two police cars came by and said, “You guys are about to get very lucky”. Scooter came back and he was like, “Who made that “FREE SCOOTER” sign?” Sami and Ana went up and told him, while on the phone with her mom. Scooter took her phone and started talking to Beka’s mum and told her that Beka is a wonderful young lady and thanks for all the support. After the phone call he gave Sami and Ana two tickets to Justin Bieber concert and he said, “These are my tickets but I wanted to give it to you guys”. He asked us if we were happy that he gave them the tickets and we all screamed YES! He was gonna say bye but I interrupted asking if we can we get a picture with him and he was like, “You know what, I’m gonna come out and take pictures with everyone”. I went up next and after the picture he hugged and he softly caressed my arm. Being the kind person he is, he took pictures with everyone there and by then some other girls had also joined us because they heard about how Scooter was there. After that he told us how everyone on Twitter talks about how Justin is changing and said, “ I am with the kid everyday and he is not changing at all, he’s as dedicated as ever and I am not just saying it ”. Scooter wanted us to let everyone on Twitter know that. He even asked Justin’s driver what he thinks about Justin, honest opinion and the driver said, “ He is a very kind kid ”. So everyone who hates on Justin or spreads rumours and thinks that they don’t see it, you are wrong because they do and yet they respect your opinions but opinion is one thing and clearly hating or judging someone you don’t even know personally is something else . STOP saying he is changing or spreading other lame rumours and you know who you are. It’s ridiculous that most of the times people saying stuff or making up lies are “beliebers”, seriously you are here to support him not judge him on his personal life or spread rumours. Then we took a group shot with the “FREE SCOOTER” poster. Then he told us all that we shouldn’t camp out or wait anymore because there are already too many people up there and Justin is going to be under tight security so we should all go home and be safe. We all took the picture and then he took Sami and Anastasia with him in his car to the concert! After that I cried again and we all hugged I met the most awesome beliebers that day and I met the SCOOTER BRAUN and CARIN! The whole Bieber crew saw us including Justin. The southern state just passed the most stringent immigration laws in American history to date. – The bill requires public schools to determine the citizenship status of students, which means that illegal immigrants will not be educated in the state. – Police must detain someone they suspect of being in the country illegally if the person cannot produce proper documentation when stopped for any reason. – It also will be a crime to knowingly transport or harbor someone who is in the country illegally. The law imposes penalties on businesses that knowingly employ someone without legal resident status. A company’s business license could be suspended or revoked. Geez. Alabama isn’t playing around. Illegal immigrants can’t get a job or go to school in the state. What do you think? Fair or unfair?
Nicolas Cage’s son, Weston Cage, was taken to the hospital by ambulance after he flipped out at a restaurant in Hollywood yesterday afternoon. Reports say his trainer told him he couldn’t eat something on the menu. For some reason, Weston simply went off, pushing the trainer violently. The trainer took Weston Cage down, and someone else tried calming Nic’s son down, to no avail. Weston got up and continued freaking out. When the police arrived, they told Weston that if he didn’t get on ground they would tase him. Weston then complied, but was cuffed and strapped to a gurney. Police say they it’s unclear if Weston was under the influence of drugs or alcohol but they were clearly concerned that he was unstable and needed restraint. Weston was taken to a local hospital where he is being evaluated. One source says that Weston got into a nuclear argument with his new wife, Nikki Williams , that morning and she stormed out of their house.
