Day Care Owner Arrested After Toddler Tests Positive For Drugs According to The NY Daily News A Californian woman’s mice-dropping infested day care center was shut down after a toddler in her care was hospitalized for sticky icky use, authorities said. Roubena Hartounian, 50, was arrested Wednesday for child neglect and endangerment at Bina’s Family Child Care. The building was determined uninhabitable and contained sticky icky pipes, said Sgt. Tom Lorenz of the Glendale Police Department. “We are still trying to determine whether the marijuana was consumed there … if we can make that connection,” Lorenz told the Daily News. The 2-year-old girl’s parents dropped her off at the day care in La Crescenta on Tuesday morning. But when they picked her up later that day she was unresponsive, police said. The parents took their daughter to a nearby hospital about midnight where she tested positive for THC, the active ingredient in cannabis that produces psychoactive effects. “They learned that the last person to have the kid in their care, aside from the parents, was at the day care facility,” Lorenz said. The following day, police went to the center and waited for Hartounian to show up so they could serve a search warrant. She arrived about 6:30 a.m. “Code enforcement officials came out to the property, and yellow tagged it as uninhabitable,” Lorenz said. He said the building did not have functioning toilets or electricity and that the shabby kitchen was littered with dirty dishes and improperly stored knives. “Food was not properly cared for and there were knives on the counter that kids could get to,” he said. According to Radar Online Scott Disick was just proved to be the father of Kourtney Kardashian‘s son, but the man who claims Mason Disick could be his child doesn’t buy the results, exclusively telling RadarOnline.com he believes the paternity test “could have been fixed.” “We don’t trust the results and believe it could have been fixed,” a spokesperson for male model Michael Girgenti told Radar. “Still going to court to fight for court ordered results.” On Thursday lab results were released showing that Scott is indeed Mason’s father — but Michael plans to follow through with the paternity lawsuit he filed earlier this month in which he claims he had “unprotected vaginal sex” with the reality TV star in March 2009 at his Glendale, Calif. apartment — at the climax of which he “ejaculated inside [her] vagina” — the court docs state. However, Kourtney had hoped the recent paternity test would put the case to rest. “After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason’s father,” she told E! News on Thursday. “While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies—especially when the truth was never in doubt—this story must be put to rest.” Hopefully, this guy will accept the results and keep it moving…..he doesn’t want it with the Kardashian clan.

Heidi Fleiss is getting that sticky icky scrilla. Heidi Fleiss Charged With Growing Illegal Plants Heidi Fleiss can’t sell young box anymore so she has to make up the difference some way. She took the show “Weeds” a little bit too seriously. According to TMZ Heidi Fleiss is a Mary Jane baron … so say authorities in Nevada who charged the former Hollywood madam with sticky icky possession after finding nearly 400 plants on her property, TMZ has learned. According to law enforcement, officials pulled up to Heidi’s home in Pahrump on August 7 looking for another woman … when they stumbled upon a gigantic drug farm. Eventually, officers made contact with Heidi … who admitted to owning the plants and said she was growing the mean green for a “cooperative in Las Vegas.” Problem is … Heidi doesn’t have a license to grow. Cops say … in total, they found 392 suspected Mary Jane plants — which were all collected as evidence. Fleiss was charged with several crimes — including possession of sticky icky with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a home where drugs are sold/used. However, cops say Fleiss was NOT arrested … “due to the fact that she has approximately $200,000 worth of exotic birds in the residence plus she gave us consent to search without a warrant and was very cooperative throughout the investigation.” Heidi needs to study real drug dealers and learn how not to get caught. Man Pretends To Be Ex-Girlfriend And Posts Ads On Craigslist According to Mail Online A former Library of Congress employee accused of using a work computer to post fake sex ads on Craigslist has pleaded guilty to stalking and identification fraud. Kenneth Edward Kuban, 61, of Reva entered his plea Monday in U.S. District Court in Charlottesville. Kuban also pleaded guilty to violating a protective order. Kuban admitted during the plea hearing that he posed online as his ex-girlfriend and posted more than 160 false ads on Craigslist directing men to her home with the promise of sex. Kuban was arrested in March in connection with a protracted stalking campaign of a 64-year-old woman who had dated him for about six months before ending the relationship in February 2011. According to the affidavit, after the break-up Kuban began stalking the woman. She took out an order against him which prohibited any further contact, but Kuban continued to harass the woman, calling her five or six times daily. The woman changed to an unlisted number, after which Kuban called her service provider, Verizon, and told them she had died. Her phone, internet and television services were cut off and it was a month before she could restore them. Other pranks followed, including calling a meeting the woman was in to tell her that her property was on fire when it wasn’t, before he began posting ads posing as the woman in the Casual Encounters section of Craigslist. According to the affidavit acquired by The Smoking Gun, Kuban posed as ‘a senior lady’ who was looking for a ‘hung’ man who could ‘give me some pleasuring.’ FBI agents responding to the ad were given the woman’s personal home address and instructed to ignore the locked gate and come right to the front door. Some of the ads posted included a photograph of the woman. Kuban’s ads were so effective that men turned up at all hours of the day to the woman’s house, some even flying in from out of state. According to the Culpeper Times, the woman had to install a locked gate and security cameras. She put up signs telling potential suitors the ads were a hoax, but they were often ignored. Local law enforcement was called to chase men seeking sex away, sometimes several times a day, according the the Times. Between January 1 and March 20 of this year, Fauquier sheriff’s deputies had 46 calls at the woman’s home, Lieutenant James Hartman, spokesman for the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office, told the Culpeper Times. ‘They would pull up to the gate, find it was locked, climb over the gate and walk up the driveway,’ Hartman said. Kuban’s sentencing is set for November 15. He faces up to 15 years in prison. He could have seriously sent a serial killer to her front door. It’s phucked up he for posted the ads, but how dumb were the men to actually believe they were real?

Girl Arrested For Having Forced Sex With Student According to The NY Post A 10-year-old girl was arrested for the alleged forced sex of a 4-year-old boy in Houston, but the mother of girl says the incident was innocent. “She was just being a child, having fun and playing,” the mom told KHOU. “She didn’t know she was doing anything wrong.” The girl has been charged with having forced sex with the boy in their apartment complex, the mother said. Houston police confirmed the incident was reported in April and an arrest was made last week. “Me and my mom were crying and then she took me to the police car,” the 10-year-old girl said. “I didn’t want to get in.” Added her mom: “Just to see her looking through those bars screaming for me to get her out was a nightmare.” The girl was transported to a downtown juvenile justice complex, where she was fingerprinted, issued a jumpsuit and locked in a cell. She was there for four days before being released. With no attorney, activist Quanell X, the head of the New Black Panther party in Houston, has stepped in to defend her. “This was nothing more than inappropriate horseplay,” Quanell X said. “That’s what this was. That’s gone a little bit too far and criminalizing a 10-year-old child.” The girl’s mother would not say whether her daughter did actually commit a crime. If convicted, she would have to register as a sex offender. “I’m not saying that she didn’t,” the mom said. “I’m not saying she did, but she’s still a child.” Children do experiment and play. Good to see some people have their priorities straight. Man Saves Dog Then Wife From Sinking Yacht Via HuffPo reports: South African couple Graham and Sheryl Anley were on a three-month sailing trip to Madagascar when they hit a reef Aug. 4 and their yacht started to sink. Graham Anley, who is a volunteer with South Africa’s National Sea Rescue Institute, decided to save the couple’s 9-year-old Jack Russell terrier, Rosie, before coming back to the yacht to save his wife. According to a statement issued NSRI spokesman Geoff McGregor obtained by South Africa’s News 24, Sheryl Anley’s “safety line had snagged on the steering gear,” so even though it seems insensitive, it’s not like she was going anywhere… except down…. with the ship. As Gawker observed, Anley’s decision “will likely put him in the Dog House for some time.” According to News24, Rosie was outfitted in her own “specially tailored dog life-jacket which has its own emergency strobe light attached to it.” According to a NSRI news release, the couple will try to salvage what they can of their yacht, the Boundless, which can be seen run aground below.
