Gay Paradise Officially to Be Ruled by Triumvirate

It was just announce that most of the business spaces in the Fire Island Pines will be purchased by FIP Ventures , a group consisting of Seth Weissman , former CBS journo Andrew Kirtzman , and real estate developer Matthew Blesso . Seems like we got most of the details right about Weissman, who is 26, and founded his own real-estate investment firm Weissman Equities. Blesso, 36, one of Gotham magazines top 100 bachelors is the founder of Blesso Properties and has a beautiful, eco-friendly apartment in lower Manhattan (who is the hottie in the outdoor shower?) that cost $1 million to renovate.

IRS hires "hundreds" for new wealth unit

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A new Internal Revenue Service unit set up to catch rich tax cheats hiding their wealth in complex business entities is rapidly taking shape with the hiring of hundreds of employees. The IRS high wealth unit, part of a broader effort to combat international tax evasion, is focusing on “the entire web of business entities controlled by a high wealth individual,” IRS Commissioner Doug Shulman told a tax conference this week. Another IRS official told Reuters “hundreds” of people have already been hired to staff the new unit, including some from within the agency.

A Horse, Of Course, For Madonna

Madonna is shelling out $10 million on a 30-acre horse farm in the Hamptons. The singer is reportedly buying Wild Ocean Farm in Bridgehampton, New York, from fashion designer Calvin Klein’s ex-wife, Kelly Klein, who used the farm’s indoor and outdoor rings to train show horses. Madge has been going hog wild with real estate lately.
