The custody battle between Camille and Kelsey Grammer continues to grow uglier than Snooki after a night at the club. Here is the latest: The ex-couple faced off in court today because Kelsey wanted to spend six days with his children in Los Angeles. Camille did not want this to happen because she feared her former husband would not take the kids to their usual activities, such as dancing, sports and, according to TMZ, therapy. A family court judge ruled in the actor’s favor… but added that he can only be in charge of the children if they DO attend said activities. Kelsey’s response? Okay, I’ll go… if Camille does not! Seriously, these people are less mature than their offspring. Camille, however, is a regular attendee at these events and, sources say, has every intention of keeping her schedule. Stay tuned to see how this gets resolved! If you can stomach it. [Photo: WENN.com]
As your ninth grade English teacher once explained to you with an air of fake intrigue, William Shakespeare may not have written all of his works. Scandal! In the trailer for Roland Emmerich’s new Anonymous , that theory plays out in a full period-piece drama. And like you in ninth grade, Anonymous is not aware of how overwrought it is.

‘If the show’s popular, people will hopefully know when the schedule changes and they’ll still watch it,’ ‘X Factor’ creator says. By Jocelyn Vena The “X Factor” judge Simon Cowell Photo: Ray Mickshaw/ FOX On Tuesday night during the MLB All-Star Game , viewers got a sneak peek of the upcoming season of “X Factor.” In it, fans were reacquainted with Simon Cowell — both the good and the bad — and Paula Abdul and got to meet new judges Nicole Scherzinger and L.A. Reid. This marks the first time, but not the last time, that “X Factor” and baseball will cross paths. When MTV News spoke to show creator Simon Cowell earlier this year, he weighed in on how Fox and the show were planning on scheduling the reality competition during the tail end of baseball season, which may affect “X Factor” airings. “Well, Fox shows baseball, so I mean it’s not 100 percent ideal and it does affect a couple of weeks, but we’ve got some ideas, which we’re talking to the network about, which are slightly different to what other shows have done,” Cowell explained. The show kicks off on September 21 and the 2011 baseball season still has a long way to go, but Cowell insists fans won’t have a hard time balancing the two. “So it might work in our favor, and my gut feeling is if the show’s popular, people will hopefully know when the schedule changes and they’ll still watch it,” he added. While the show isn’t that different from his former gig at “American Idol,” Cowell said that he’s excited to try out something new. “When you do something new, it’s definitely more fun, otherwise you get into a routine and it’s like that movie ‘Groundhog Day,’ ” he said. “And this reminds me of when we were launching ‘Idol’ 10 years ago. I didn’t know what was going to happen or if anyone was going to watch it and it was exciting. “And this is sort of the same because nobody knows what this show is really going to look like. And if it’s anything like I hope it’s going to be, it’s going to be a lot of fun,” he said.

Putting her hit talk show on hiatus in order to do so, Wendy Williams will attempt to showcase her ballroom skills this spring on Dancing With the Stars. Williams has been critical of other contestants on the program in the past, especially that stiff Kate Gosselin , who she said “dances awkward, horrible.” We’ll see how Wendy herself does now that she’s in the spotlight. Will Wendy Williams be fab or fail on DWTS? One thing’s for sure. At 5 feet, 11 inches, Williams will need a powerful partner to whirl and twirl her. Hope you’re up for it, Maksim C. It’s all you, man. Her rep told the New York Post , “We have no confirmation on that. Production hasn’t added any last-minute or unplanned hiatus days to the schedule.”
