Jill Scott Says You Can’t Smash Her THICKALICIOUS Cakes Until After The 5th Date

Ms.Scott recently spoke on her rules for any of you fellas planning on taking a long walk with her after dark in her park… Now the minimum is until the fifth date. The whole celibacy thing, you could throw that out the window. That’s over. But I don’t have physical intimacy until at least the fifth date. So I can get to know who I’m dealing with and they can get to know me. And with my schedule, five dates can take three or four months! It just gives me a chance to get to know the person. So we talk on the phone pretty much every day or maybe we Skype or have a date and we have fun. I’m getting to know someone so I know if they’re crazy or not. I just don’t want to waste my time. I’m just trying to look at the mistakes that I made. I got so caught up in the flesh and I’m not even allowing someone to get to know the best parts of me. I’m a single girl in the world, but if I don’t have some standards then I can be making the same mistakes that I made in the past. I do want love. Genuine love. And sometimes sex can get in the way Preach it Jill! Nothing wrong with waiting on knocking the boots. Riiiight? SOURCE

Casey Abrams Is ‘So Innovative’ On ‘American Idol,’ Melinda Doolittle Says

‘He has a lock on that jazz thing,’ she tells Jim Cantiello on ‘Idol Party Live.’ By Kara Warner, with reporting by Jim Cantiello Melinda Doolittle on “Idol Party Live’ via Skype Photo: MTV News If you haven’t been watching MTV News’ “Idol Party Live” with “American Idol” expert Jim Cantiello, you are missing out. Every Thursday at noon ET, tune in to MTV.com for a fun-filled post-“Idol” chat show full of fresh, lively and interactive analysis of Wednesday night’s performance episode and predictions for Thursday night’s results show. On Thursday’s (April 14) installment of “Idol Party Live,” Cantiello and guest co-host Eric Ditzian were joined via Skype by season-six standout Melinda Doolittle. When Cantiello asked Doolittle to name a few favorites from the current season, she surprised her host by calling out jazz enthusiast Casey Abrams. “I hear that Casey is a little bit polarizing right now,” Doolittle said. “I love him. I absolutely adore him. I think he’s so innovative. The end of that song made me get up off my couch and throw my blanket at him.” Cantiello, who has expressed far less enthusiasm for Abrams, then brought up the fact that Doolittle was the first one to introduce jazz on the show, not Abrams, and asked the soulful singer if she felt affronted by the judges making such a fuss over Abrams’ jazz “introduction.” “No not in the least,” she said. “I want to make sure that when the show is over we can go on tour together. I need to work with Casey. I think he’s fabulous and he is bringing something new to the show.” Doolittle said she didn’t come into “Idol” as a jazz singer as Abrams has. “I love jazz music and love to do it, but I came in as a soul singer. He has a lock on that jazz thing,” she said of Abrams. “I love it. Maybe [season-six contestant] Paris Bennett before then, but he’s really doing his thing.” Don’t miss “Idol Party Live” every Thursday at noon on MTV.com for analysis, celebrity guests and even some karaoke — get in the conversation by tweeting with the hashtag #idolparty! Brad Womack and Emily Maynard: Is It Over?

Are The Bachelor’s Brad Womack and Emily Maynard over already? If OK! Magazine says so, it must be true, right? Mmmyeah not so much. This fine publication has had Jen Aniston pregnant or adopting about 18 times. You have to take with a boulder of salt their report that Emily’s engagement ring , conspicuously still on last week, is now NO LONGER on. Scandal! The magazine goes on to say that the “romantic version of Brad and Emily” is all for the cameras, and they’re “pretending for the sake of The Bachelor brand.” What nonsense. That brand has less credibility than this magazine. Sure, it’s a fun show and we love it too, but let’s be real. One marriage. 15 seasons. In real life, a staffer from the show, who may or may not actually exist, has revealed exclusively to OK! that Emily has broken up with Brad – for GOOD! “There have been so many breakups and make ups – mostly over the phone or Skype,” a source said. “Finally, Emily told him she can’t do this anymore.” Well, consider us convinced … or not at all. Don’t get us wrong, it wouldn’t shock us if they broke up, we’re just not buying this account for one second. Brad and Emily: Will it last?

‘Hold It Against Me’ Video Is ‘Inspiring,’ Britney Spears Superfan Says

‘She took it to the next level … and kicked ass in the process,’ BreatheHeavy.com’s Jordan Miller says on MTV News’ live stream. Britney Spears’ Manager Breaks Down ‘Hold It Against Me’ Fight Scene

‘There’s a public Britney and there’s a private Britney, and they’re very different,’ Larry Rudolph tells MTV News of Britney-on-Britney battle. By James Dinh, with reporting by Jim Cantiello Britney Spears in her “Hold It Against Me” video Photo: Jive Even with the fashion , dancing and technology elements of Britney Spears’ just-premiered video for “Hold It Against Me,” the pop singer’s one-on-one battle with herself seems to be the most talked-about scene. Larry Rudolph, the pop princess’ longtime manager spoke to MTV News via Skype after the video premiere about the climactic fight sequence and further clarified earlier reports that indicated that Britney had used a body double for the clip’s dance scenes. “It was good,” Rudolph said of combat scene. “Of course, there was a body double in there that she was fighting most of the time, which is where some confusion came in. … I heard some rumors that she used a body double. The reality is, she used a body double for the fight scene, ’cause it’s all the fight herself.” So what does the epic battle scene mean to him? While he hopes fans draw their own conclusions, he shared his theories with MTV News. “There are really two different Britneys,” he said. “There’s a public Britney and there’s a private Britney, and they’re very different. Maybe the world doesn’t really know that, maybe those of us who do know her really well understand that, but there really are two different Britneys. Maybe at some times the two Britneys are at odds with each other; most of the time they’re not. There’s some of that going on. I think it’s also about Britney just being strong and still on top after all these years. … But there’s a few different ways to look at it.” What meaning did you get from the Britney-on-Britney fight scene? Share your theories in the comments!
