Don’t laugh (okay, laugh a little bit)… the rapper actually said he was running for the Oval Office during his rambling 12-minute speech at the MTV Video Music Awards last night. But before Kanye truly thinks about whether or not to seek the United States Presidency in 2020, MTV executives reportedly want him to consider a slightly less important gig: 2016 Video Music Awards host! According to TMZ insiders, producers were thrilled with West’s diatribe upon accepting this year’s Video Vanguard Award. Despite only allotting Kanye two minutes for his speech at first (two minutes? Had they ever heard Kanye West speak before?!?), those in the control room were told to stand down and let him ramble once he started… because West was just so darn entertaining. Woman Finds Racist Message Written On Her Order Of Chicken Wings Dicken wings ? Naw. Via MirrorUK A woman was stunned to find a takeaway had written instructions to fry her chicken wings “hard like a black d***”. Loretta Smith Layne, from New Jersey in the United States, ordered the fast food from Danny’s Pizza Pizzazz last month, according to WCAU-TV. She was left shocked by the racist term when she examined the receipt. “I was very offended and upset and disrespected to get those words on a receipt,” Layne said. Store owner Danny Sommeling told WCAU-TV to get off his property when approached by a reporter but admitted in a text message to Ms Layne that it was the fault of his son – a manager at the pizzeria. Danny Sommeling said his son’s behaviour was “definitely not professional” but said he was “a really good boy”. He then later backtracked again to the TV station and said he was unaware of who had written the receipt. For the record, chicken is tasty and delicious. The Yazidis are a religious minority in Syria and Iraq and are oppressed and terrorised by the terror group- a total of 5,270 Yazidis were abducted last year, and more than 3,000 are still in their grip, according to figures within the community. A 12-year-old girl who escaped the group told the New York Times that the man who abused her explained to her that the sickening act he was about to commit was not a sin because she was not Muslim. In fact, he claimed her faith not only gave him the right to rape her – but encouraged it. After tying her up and gagging her bound her, he knelt beside the bed and prayed. Afterwards, he prayed again. The girl, who was interviewed in a refugee camp, said: “I kept telling him it hurts – please stop. “He told me that according to Islam he is allowed to rape an unbeliever. He said that by raping me, he is drawing closer to God.” Zainab Bangura, the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General on Sexual Violence in Conflict, say sexual violence in the lands controlled by ISIS is widespread and used as a weapon of terror. “Girls are literally being stripped naked and examined in slave bazaars,” she said, describing how they were “categorized and shipped naked off to Dohuk or Mosul or other locations to be distributed among ISIL leadership and fighters.” These stories are absolutely heartbreaking. Lindsey Swift is our new hero. This United Kingdom native was out for a run with her boyfriend last week when some total loser rolled down his car window and galled at Swift about her weight. Similar to the mother of five who stood up to a bully by showing off her stretch marks , though, Swift did not sit back and let this moron bring her down. Instead, Lindsey took to Facebook and fired back an open letter to the “idiot who thought it was ok to heckle me with fat jokes.” It reads: Your comment was a clear indication of both your incredibly witty repartee and a feat of observational comedy. I am indeed a big girl, and I am indeed beautiful. Thanks for noticing. I’m not sure who you were telling I was fat, you clearly have eyes, and the only other people present were me and my boyfriend. I assure you that despite your concern I do own a mirror, and my boyfriend has seen my fat body as he too has eyes. Don’t tell anyone but I think he might even like it. Swift went on to say that “idiots are idiots” are typically she lets these kinds of comments slide right off her. But what about victims with less self-confidence than she possesses? Let me make one thing very clear, I am not ashamed of my body. It has never stopped me from doing anything I want. My fat body has done things that you, hanging out of the window of your babe-magnet white van could only ever dream of. Going on to say she plans to run a 10K and that it “baffles” her why anyone would try to discourage that kind of effort, Swift concludes in powerful fashion: I feel sorry for you. Your behaviour is not normal, and your manners are well below par. Most importantly though, I forgive you. Here’s hoping that anyone with a goal, fat or thin, isn’t put off by this kind of thing. He is reeling over her tragic death, telling friends he could have prevented it and is beating himself up over not fighting harder for her life. ‘Bobby has so much guilt that it is eating him up every day,’ a close family friend explained to Daily Mail Online exclusively. ‘He told me he should have insisted Krissy get help for her drug addiction and he should have forced Nick Gordon to move out of her townhouse and leave her alone — legally, if necessary.’ ‘Bobby says he was her father no matter what age she was and he should have fought her or anyone else who stopped her from saving her from herself,’ says the friend. He realizes his daughter saw a lot of drugs and domestic abuse growing up in the house with him and her mother, Whitney, who basically lived in a drug-infested den. But he says he should have tried harder to make it right after Whitney died. ‘Bobby told me “I should have gone to court to get a judge to make Bobbi Kristina go to rehab and then become her guardian — like Britney Spears’ father did to save her,”‘ the friend said. So sad. There’s no need in placing or accepting blame now that she’s gone…he’ll just torture himself that way.
Study Finds That White Americans Commit Most Acts Of Terror Despite the image that is constantly pumped out of what a terrorist looks like , facts and stats have proven that white Americans, particularly those from right-wing groups , are the most likely to commit an act of terrorism on US soil. Via GlobalPost : White Americans are the biggest terror threat in the United States, according to a study by the New America Foundation. The Washington-based research organization did a review of “terror” attacks on US soil since Sept. 11, 2001 and found that most of them were carried out by radical anti-government groups or white supremacists. Almost twice as many people have died in attacks by right-wing groups in America than have died in attacks by Muslim extremists. Of the 26 attacks since 9/11 that the group defined as terror, 19 were carried out by non-Muslims. Yet there are no white Americans languishing inside the prison camp at Guantanamo Bay. And there are no drones dropping bombs on gatherings of military-age males in the country’s lawless border regions. Attacks by right-wing groups get comparatively little coverage in the news media. Most people will struggle to remember the shooting at a Sikh temple in Wisconsin that killed six people in 2012. A man who associated with neo-Nazi groups carried out that shooting. There was also the married couple in Las Vegas who walked into a pizza shop and murdered two police officers. They left a swastika on one of the bodies before killing a third person in a Wal-Mart parking lot. Such attacks are not limited to one part of the country. In 2011, two white supremacists went on a shooting spree in the Pacific Northwest, killing four people. Is this stat really all that shocking to you?

Katy Perry, who recently split from John Mayer , found herself at the center of an unexpected threesome over the weekend, posing for a photo in between George W. Bush and Bill Clinton. Yes, former Presidents of the United States George W. Bush and Bill Clinton! The unexpected photo op went down on Sunday after the artist took the stage during the Starkey Hearing Foundation’s So the World May Hear Gala at the St. Paul River Centre in Minnesota. Featured at the event, Perry dedicated “Roar” to the foundation’s co-founders, William F. Austin and Tani Austin. “If @StarkeyHearCEO & @TaniAustin can do it, we all can do it!” she said, according @StarkeyCares’ Twitter account. Katy then found herself smiling ear-to-ear alongside the aforementioned Commanders-in-Chief, joking on social media that she may contemplate an Oval Office run at some point. “42, 43, 46?!” Perry wrote in an Instagram caption. Hey, if her platform includes large boobs, a lot of hair dye and plenty of fake-horse riding during halftime shows… she has our vote!
