Caleb Williams: Jana Duggar’s Alleged Ex Responds to Sexual Assault Allegations

On Tuesday, we reported on news that Jana Duggar’s longtime friend Caleb Williams has been accused of sexual assault . Earlier this year, there were rumors that Jana and Caleb were dating , but neither party ever confirmed those reports. A source close to the Duggar family exclusively informed The Hollywood Gossip that Caleb had been arrested for having sex with an underage girl. “Caleb has been arrested for Criminal Sex with a minor [in] Logan County Illinois,” the insider wrote in an email to THG. “Duggar family better check their little ones! This is a dangerous fella. Williams are trying their best to cover it up.” The tipster went on to inform us that Caleb’s brother was recently arrested for child abuse. And apparently, the well-heeled Williams family has been working hard to ensure that both men avoid prison sentences: “Both boys were avoiding arrest warrants by changing address and hiding in their homes when paper were trying to be served,” says the source. Obviously, that didn’t work. For many, the situation brings to mind the infamous Josh Duggar sex scandals of 2015, during which, it was revealed that Jana’s older brother had molested five young girls. (It is not currently known if Jana was one of his victims.) One important difference, however, is that Caleb might not find it quite so easy to avoid jail. According to Radar Online, Caleb has a court date coming up in January, and prosecutors aren’t taking any chances. Williams was indicted on two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault in November. He is currently on probation and is not permitted to leave the state of Illinois or have contact with anyone under the age of 18. According to court documents obtained by Radar, Caleb stands accused of “placing his finger and his penis inside of a minor who was between the ages of 13 to 17.” The crimes allegedly occurred “on or between May 29, 2015 through August 1, 2016,” and “on or between August 1, 2016 through May 31, 2018.” Caleb spent one night in jail when he was first arrested, but he was reportedly bailed out by his mother. Tamery Mowry & Adam Housley Say Their Final Goodbyes To Late Niece, Alaina

Tamery Mowry & Adam Housley Bury Late Niece Alaina Tamera Mowry and husband Adam Housley  are in our thoughts as they buried their late niece on Thursday, November 15. 18-year-old Alaina Housley was a victim in the Thousand Oaks shooting that left 12 dead at the Borderline Bar & Grill after a Marine Corps veteran opened fire . After catching wind of the mass shooting, Tamera went on Twitter to respond to a tweet from Alaina’s roommate, as the young woman said Alaina was missing. Soon after, Alaina’s family confirmed her untimely death, saying in a statement : “Our hearts are broken. We just learned that our niece Alaina was one of the victims of last night’s shooting at Borderline bar in Thousand Oaks. Alaina was an incredible young woman with so much life ahead of her and we are devastated that her life was cut short in this manner. We thank everyone for your prayers and ask for privacy at this time.” Now, Tamera and Adam have laid their beautiful niece to rest. Tamera wrote on Instagram yesterday: “Today we lay you to rest sweet angel. I’ll miss you forever and your sweet smile. Until we meet again This quote was sent to me by my friend David. When I am having a challenging day, I cling to it.” Adam previously wrote on his own account: He was so excited to give you these flowers and as today as we celebrate his 6th birthday he says you are in his heart Alaina. We miss you so..but I know you are here and you are with him. Please be his guardian angel and Arian’s. Happy birthday Aden, as sad as we are, we are so blessed you have a heart like your cousin and we know you will carry her spirit for the rest of your life and make this world a better place. #thehousleys #adensbirrhday #alainasvoice#enough So sad…we are keeping the Housley family in our prayers at this time.

Usher Herpes Accuser Blasts Singer’s Gag Order Bid – Wants Truth Out In The Open (Exclusive)

Getty Images and Instagram Laura Helm Said She Contracted Herpes From Usher Following Two Intimate Encounters The woman who is suing  Usher for knowingly gave her the herpes virus has pleaded with a judge not to OK the singer’s motion to seal evidence in the case. Laura Helm said Usher’s belief that he needs an all-encompassing gag order because he’s such a big star that revelations about his sex life, partners and health coming to light could ruin his rep, are full of hot air. Helm said she has already had to endure embarrassment and humiliation from her herpes diagnosis and from having to publicly accuse Usher over it. “Unfortunately, trials are public and often the contents of a trial are embarrassing, but just because the Defendant is a celebrity does not entitle to him to private confidential trials while the rest of society must display their most embarrassing damages publicly, like the Plaintiff had to do to bring this action for the embarrassing damages caused by the Defendant,” Helm wrote in court docs obtained by BOSSIP. Helm said Usher’s legal bid to put a gag order on her herpes transmission case against him not only violates her and the media’s first amendment rights but the courts legal right to a public record. “It is ironic the Defendant, whose lawyer in this matter makes public statements, now asks this Court to gag the Plaintiff. The Defendant, with his power, money and popularity, requests this Court to silence his victims in the time of #metoo.” The alleged victim is adamant that evidence including both of their “content of medical reports or billing records regarding STDs and herpes or third-party claims for the same” be made public once the case heads to trial. A judge has not yet ruled on Usher’s gag order motion.

‘LHHHS5’ Recap: A1 x Lyrica Look Forward To Starting Over

Source: Gabriel Olsen / Getty It’s another season finale of Love and Hip-Hop Hollywood, and we start at Ray J and Princess’s Sip and See for Melody. Issa celebration and everyone is feeling the love (at first). A1 and Ray J make peace after all the drama between them (caused by Ray J). A1 also mentions that Safaree hit him up on IG and they’re due for a chat soon. Let’s fast forward to that chat. Safaree tells A1 straight up that he never had sex with Lyrica and we’re thinking about how this really didn’t have to be dragged out so long. But you know, reality TV. Anyway, A1 realizes that the conversations that Safaree has had with Ray got misconstrued. The thing is, Safaree never really answered the questions directly and Ray J just went ham based on assumption and Safaree’s shifty behavior alone. Straight. Outta. Context. Typical. Anyway, A1 asks about whether Safaree sent her a nude photo or not and Safaree says he didn’t send her anything. Then says he doesn’t know if he accidentally sent her something or that he doesn’t remember or whatever. Mind you, he’s fidgeting and acting super shifty. Safaree does apologize for this thing he may or may not have done (but we think he at least sent some sext messages), but A1 isn’t buying it and says he still can’t mess with him right now. Later on, A1 tells Lyrica about their conversation. In the end, he asks her for a DNA test. We know by now, thanks to social media and #TheBlogs, that the baby is A1’s. Ray J, RoccStar and Safaree link up and Ray J is still being messy because as soon as Safaree shows up, Ray J makes a shady comment about how RoccStar and A1 have the same thing in common — smashing Lyrica.   Safaree explains what was said during his sit down with A1. Ray J says Safaree told him that he “did it” (still vague smh). Safaree explains he was talking about the sexting situation and Ray J misconstrued what he said then took it and ran with it like it was the gospel truth. Basically, this is really stupid and could have been nipped in the bud sooner. Ray J tells Safaree that he had him looking stupid. And we’re all just looking at him like: That’s why you should mind your business and in other, not-related but kind of related news, stop talking about Kim Kardashian too. The hell? Just talk too dang much! Meanwhile, Apple officially discovers that her dad actually isn’t her dad. But guess what, her dad said he knew this 33 years ago and is just not telling Apple. Her mom got a DNA test and when she turned out to not be his baby he decided not to deal with her. So, all this hurt and pain was for naught and Shun Love was right, her fake dad is an opportunist. Apple is hurt, but happy to move on and Shun is there to comfort and support her. Hopefully, she’ll be back next season. We like her. A1 and Lyrica have their vow renewal ceremony and exchange dramatic tearful vows about how they love to each other, yatta yatta. But then Moniece pulls up toward the end of this joyous event and asks Princess what she wants to do. Princess is quite clear when she replies that she wants to fight. Moniece replies that she never throws the first punch. Princess starts throwing drinks and glasses at her. Moniece throws a cake, etc and they never get to fight because we all know that Love and Hip-Hop security is thorough. This is probably what Moniece was banking on. She knew she didn’t really want to fight. Then Boobie pulls up and he and Marcus go at it over Brooke. Boobie says wasn’t there to fight, but to talk about moving forward with someone he cares about. It’s super random, b ut Marcus had time to throw hands. His attempts were unsuccessful, though, because, security. Give those gentlemen raises, please!  Finally, the episode ends with the usual wrap up montage about it being a new day and we go through each person’s progress or whatever but we all know we’ll be right back here next week watching them devolve again during the reunion. ‘LHHHS5’ Recap: Brooke Valentine Catfishes Amber Diamond, Chaos Ensues

Source: Maury Phillips / Getty Tonight’s episode of Love and Hip-Hop Hollywood really just builds up to the end, when Bridget, Brooke, Shun Love, and Amber Diamond get into to a scuffle at a showcase (the usual). Speaking of Shun Love, she and Apple are getting along swimmingly. Shun Love got some bomb lawyers on Apple’s case and her 30-day prison sentence ends up getting shortened to a few days. Shun also moves Apple into a nice house in Hollywood (and her kids are coming to stay with her too). Their business relationship is poppin’ but Shun warns Apple that her Johnny Come Lately dad cannot be trusted. Apple agrees that he definitely has opportunist tendencies. Thanks, Captain Obvious. Next, we’re at A1 and Lyrica’s party. They’re just celebrating the baby and being back in love and Lyrica asks A1 to marry her again. Amber Diamond is present and she informs Apple and Lyrica that she and Marcus go back. Back back . Catch the insinuation? According to Amber, they’ve been well acquainted pretty much up until not too long ago. Amber Diamond and Marcus have a moment to talk here and Amber mentions that she saw Brooke recently at RoccStar’s release party. Remember, this is the event that Marcus didn’t want her to go to. You know what happens next right? Marcus confronts Brooke about defying his wishes and Brooke mentions that she noticed Marcus has been liking a lot of Amber’s pics on IG. She obviously doesn’t appreciate that. She also wrote a song inspired by him called “F–k Boy Tendencies.” This goes over well. Marcus’ response is basically that Brooke is on punishment. He doesn’t say it in those words but he tells her that she’s cut off financially and they won’t be going on any dates, etc. Yeah, this is dumb. They obviously have no trust in their relationship and probably need to leave each other alone. Anyway, we Brooke’s crazy arse tells Bridget what’s been happening with Marcus and that she found an app where you can text somebody using someone else phone number so she decides to play games. She texts Amber pretending to be Marcus and they have a flirty exchange. Amber even calls Marcus “Zaddy.” Brooke invites Amber to her upcoming showcase (as Marcus), and this is where the episode winds down. Shun and Amber arrive just as Brooke finishes performing and you already know Brooke starts taunting them. This goes predictably south. Shun and Amber pop off on Brooke, but this is a verbal assault because Brooke is still on stage. However, Bridget is standing right next to them and ends up getting dragged into the exchange by popping off at the mouth. Bridget, being in close proximity to the hostile parties, gets bopped right in the head by Shun Love. Check this out, Shun Love snatches Amber’s wig off and uses that as a weapon. Never have we ever seen someone yank off someone else’s wig to hit someone else with. We’ve seen Cardi B snatching off her own wig to fight, but this is leveling up the petty. Source: Douglas Sacha / Getty Two people are dead and a suspect is in custody after a gunman opened fired at a Kentucky Kroger supermarket in a town just outside of the city of Louisville. The son of the bystander said his father, who was armed, confronted the gunman who reportedly said “whites don’t kill whites” to the man before he was later apprehended.  The Courier-Journal reports : Eric Deacon was paying for his groceries Wednesday afternoon at Kroger just off Hurstbourne Parkway when he heard “a loud bang.” It sounded like a wood pallet slamming to the floor. That’s when he saw a man in a neon sweatshirt racing past him, firing a gun back toward another man who was chasing him. Deacon hit the ground, and soon the men were shooting back and forth at each other in the parking lot. “About that time, a lady came around the corner and got hit,” said Deacon, an EMT who shielded himself from gunfire in the front of the store behind a wall as he spoke to 911. After police arrived, Deacon went over to administer CPR to the woman. “When I looked at her, she was gone,” he said. “There was nothing I could do.” The violence that unfolded on Wednesday at a Kroger grocery store in a busy Jeffersontown shopping center left two people dead, a suspect in custody and police searching for a motive. In an interview with local outlet Wave3 , Steve Zinninger said that his father confronted the gunman by drawing his own weapon. Zinninger said that the man told his father, “don’t shoot me and I won’t shoot you. Bill Cosby Impresses Fellow Inmates, Earns Prison Nickname

Well, folks, it’s been about 24 hours since Bill Cosby was sentenced to prison and taken into custody. It’s a positive development for just about everyone in the world, with the exceptions of Cosby himself and maybe a handful of wacky sweater enthusiasts. Considering he appears to have raped scores of women over the course of several decades, Cosby’s 3-10 year sentence is appallingly light, but on the plus side, he’s 81, so there’s a good chance he’s tasted the sweet pudding pop of freedom for the last time. Anyway, millions are rightly celebrating Cosby’s incarceration today, and we salute his victims for their bravery in coming forward and their persistence in seeing that this monster was brought to justice. Another group that’s rightly jazzed (Get it? Because he likes jazz?) about the Cos being locked away are his fellow inmates. Despite what Orange Is the New Black might have led you to believe, minimum security prisons are actually rather boring places where amusingly topical monologues are few and far between. So the arrival of a celebrity inmate — particularly one as famous as Bill Cosby — is highly anticipated occasion. “Prisoners are excited that Cosby is there,” a source close to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections tells Radar Online. “Even the toughest cellblocks showed respect for him.” And it seems they’ve even done the disgraced comic the honor of granting him a prison nickname. “They’re calling him the ‘OG’ — lingo for ‘original gangster,’” the insider claims. We’re hoping that nickname is delivered with a healthy dose of irony, as Cosby spent the past 50 years chiding black men for the way they dress by day and drugging and raping women by night. There’s nothing remotely gangster about either of those activities. Earlier today, we reported that Cosby is trying to beg his way out of prison  by claiming that he’s in danger due to his celebrity status. Fortunately, prison authorities anticipated that argument, and they essentially shot it down with a statement issued moments ago: “We are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure Mr. Cosby’s safety and general welfare in our institution,” Corrections Secretary John Wetzel said. “The long-term goal is for him to be placed in the general population to receive the programming required during his incarceration.” Sounds like you may want to get comfortable, Mr. Cosby. Veronica Mars Revival: It’s Happening, Marshmallows!

Kristen Bell currently stars on The Good Place. And it may be the best show on network television. But the beloved actress is about to head back to a wonderful place, a place where she truly became a popular household name. That place is the city of Neptune, California. Following a few weeks of rumors that seemed too amazing to be true, Hulu has now confirmed that Veronica Mars really is returning to the air. The former UPN/The CW drama will air eight brand new episodes on this streaming service in 2019. Series creator Rob Thomas will write the first episode of the revival and serve as an executive producer; while Bell, of course, will reprise her title role in the series. At this point, we need to stop with the official background information and quickly add: EEEEK! YES! WE CAN’T BELIEVE THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING!!!!!! Veronica Mars ran for three seasons and was canceled way back in 2007. The series starred Bell as a high school student who suffered a major personal trauma and then worked alongside her father (or often in defiance of her father) as a private investigator, uncovering various crimes and secrets in her posh home town. The show had such a rabid fan base that a Veronica Mars movie was released in 2014. Along with this incredible revival news, we can confirm the following: – All past episodes of the original Veronica Mars will also be headed to Hulu. Fans can stream seasons 1-3 (as well as the 2014 fan-funded feature film) starting in summer 2019. – A synopsis for the return in general has been released! This is the Hulu logline for the right installments on tap: Spring breakers are getting murdered in Neptune, thereby decimating the seaside town’s lifeblood tourist industry. After Mars Investigations is hired by the parents of one of the victims to find their son’s killer, Veronica is drawn into an epic eight-episode mystery that pits the enclave’s wealthy elites, who would rather put an end to the month-long bacchanalia, against a working class that relies on the cash influx that comes with being the West Coast’s answer to Daytona Beach. It’s unclear right now who else from the original cast will be returning. But Bell is pretty stoked about everything, writing today on Instagram in response to the news: Attention all Marshmallows: BREAKING NEWS!!!!! We are OFFICIALLY back in business!!! A new #veronicamars series is coming back, on @hulu !!!! Veronica has always been a super hero without a Cape. And I think shes exactly what the world needs right now. Revivals and returns are all the TV rage these days, of course. Kim Kardashian: I Was Naked When I Talked to Trump!

Kim Kardashian has been a divisive figure throughout her career, but she recently earned some much-deserved, near-universal praise for using her fame and influence for good. Though generally left-leaning in her politics, Kim reached across the aisle back in June and contacted Donald Trump. Her goal was to secure the release of Alice Johnson , a grandmother who had already served 22 years of a life sentence she received as a result of a non-violent, first offense drug conviction. Whether or not you're a fan of either Kim or the president, most folks seem to agree that the decision to release Johnson after more than two decades behind bars was an unqualified good. Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, Kim spoke of her dealings with the Donald and revealed that she was au naturel at the time she received her first phone call from Trump. “Did the president know that you were in just like a robe and nothing else because he probably would have released the whole prison if you'd told him that,” Kimmel quipped. Ah, yes, Trump is a pervert . That joke never gets old … unless you're one of his victims. Kimmel didn't go easy on Kim, but to her credit, she refused to allow herself to be backed into a corner. Asked about Kanye West's love of Trump , the mother of three refused to defend her husband's controversial polticial views, and even threw what could be interpreted as mild shade: “He's not political so he doesn't really dig deep into what's going on,” she said of Kanye. “He likes kind of just his personality and how he made it to be president when everyone really underestimated him.” Yes, as many predicted, West's love of Trump has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with the fact that he sees in the president a fellow egotisitical blowhard. As for her own views on 45 … well, Kim was a bit more cagey in that regard. “I have nothing bad to say about the president,” she told Kimmel, leading the host to reply: “Right, because you've still got people on the list.” “I'm very focused,” Kardashian replied. Hey, if Kim wants to keep her views on Trump to herself for a good cause, we're all for it. Stay focused, girl.
