Heidi Montag’s Plastic Surgeon Dies

Dr. Frank Ryan, better known in MTV circles as the man who performed ten plastic surgery procedures on Heidi Montag earlier this year, was tragically killed in a car accident yesterday in Los Angeles. “He was the most amazing person I have ever known.” Montag wrote on Twitter earlier today. “He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met.
