Rihanna Not Dating Ashton Kutcher

‘I’m happy and I’m single,’ singer tells reporters at a press conference in London. By Jocelyn Vena Rihanna Photo: Jon Furniss/ WireImage Rihanna had been romantically linked to Ashton Kutcher last week, when a report surfaced that she had headed over to the actor’s house late one night and stayed there for several hours. At a London press conference for “Battleship,” a reporter used her one question with the pop star to ask about the alleged rendezvous. After meandering around about Ri’s fans and their love for her, she eventually got to her point: Would she get any visits from Kutcher while out promoting the film? The singer’s response? Well, she wasn’t amused. “Wow, how disappointing was that question,” she said in a video posted on the

Kim Kardashian Gets Flour-Bombed On Red Carpet

‘That probably is the craziest, unexpected, weird thing that’s happened to me,’ she says about flour-tossing incident in L.A. By Jocelyn Vena Kim Kardashian is covered in flour at her True Reflection fragrance launch on Thursday. Photo: Frazer Harrison/ Getty Images Kim Kardashian is making headlines again. At a fragrance launch event in Los Angeles on Thursday for her new perfume, True Reflection, the reality starlet was assaulted with a bag of flour. Kardashian was walking the red carpet at the London Hotel in West Hollywood when someone flour-bombed her. According to the Los Angeles Times, police and authorities were called to the scene. The assailant — who may or may not be the same person who shouted “fur hag” at the E! star — was taken into custody but later released after Kardashian decided not to press charges. Instead of making a big fuss over the incident, Kardashian went back to the carpet, where she continued to do interviews. “That probably is the craziest, unexpected, weird thing that’s happened to me,” Kim told E! News afterward. “Like I said to my makeup artist, I wanted more powder and that’s a whole lot of translucent powder right there.” The site also reported that it was Kardashian’s publicist who held down the suspect until authorities arrived. Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner, laughed off the incident, telling E! News, “If anybody comes at me with something, call security.” In the end, Kim apparently wasn’t too upset by any of it. On Twitter , she posted a lighthearted message: “Thx everyone who came last nite 2 support my new perfume True Reflection & the amazing women from Dress 4 Success! Last nite was eventful.” What do you think of Kim getting flour-bombed on the red carpet? Tell us in the comments!

Kristen Stewart To Make ‘Micro-Cameo’ In’K-11′

Stewart will have a ‘small’ voice-over role in the transgendered prison film, which is her mother’s directorial debut. By Jocelyn Vena Kristen Stewart It seems that “K-11” is once again a family affair. The film’s director, Jules Stewart, has managed to find a role for her superstar daughter, Kristen Stewart , who had previously exited the film. Her brother, Cameron, will also be in the film. Jules told E! News that even though shooting on the film is complete, KStew really wanted to lend her support to the film, noting that Stewart’s part is all done in voice-over. “Kristen has always been supportive of ‘K-11,’ but you’ll have to look very hard to find her. It’s a micro-cameo,” her mom told the website. “We’d already finished shooting the movie, but Kristen still wanted to be a part of it in some way.” The news of the cameo first broke on Jules’ page, when she wrote, “”Excited to say that a final stage addition to @K11OfficialFilm is Kristen playing a small role. #K11” So, who will K-Stew be playing? She’ll play Goran Visnjic’s secretary. The story follows his character, a record producer who binges on drugs and alcohol. He eventually finds himself in Los Angeles County Jail and in the section of the jail occupied by gay and transsexual inmates, run by one of the inmates named, Mousey. Stewart had been attached to the film before dropping out last year . Her “Twilight” co-star Nikki Reed had also been attached to the film at one point. This film, which marks the directorial debut for Jules, also stars D.B. Sweeney (“Hard Ball”) and Portia Doubleday (“Youth in Revolt”). There’s no release date for the film yet, but it may be premiering at the Berlin Film Festival. Madonna Owns ‘Girl Gone Wild’ Title In New Video

Queen of Pop pays homage to her Erotica days with saucy black-and-white clip for second MDNA single. By Jocelyn Vena Madonna in her “Girl Gone Wild” video Photo: Warner Bros While Madonna favored vintage, kitschy, colorful images for her “Give Me All Your Luvin” video , the Queen of Pop opted for black-and-white sex for her just-released “Girl Gone Wild” clip . Shot by fashion photographers Mert and Marcus (who also did the album’s more multihued artwork), the video was the perfect homage to the singer’s foxy “Sex” book and Erotica days of the ’90s. Crunchy, sexy and edgy, the “GGW” clip is certainly the perfect response for anyone yearning for that Madge of yesteryear. Twenty years after Madonna had conservative-minded folks worried about her sexy influence over pop culture, the singer can still make us want her and whatever brand of sex she’s selling. Pleather, whips, chains and same-sex action define the images in the saucy clip. While “Give Me” featured pals Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., the only “Girl” in this video is Madge, who gets raunchy with a number of male dancers. The video opens with Madonna in full glamour mode (big hair and diva makeup) declaring how she wants to be good but just can’t fight the bad. We mean, who could blame her with all that eye candy around? Spastic shots of her doing yoga are intercut with ones of her dancing around and sexy male dancers posing with one another (and sharing an apple in a way we haven’t seen before). The video also features an electrifying dance sequence, with men in tights and heels, really calling attention to Madonna’s never-ending need to create memorable images. It’s clear this girl wants to have fun and she wants to be licked, kissed and grinded on by hot dudes. This is Madonna, so fans shouldn’t be surprised that she’s favoring erotic scenes in which she mugs for the camera with beefy guys all over her. Eventually, Madge proves she’s still got the moves when she joins the dancers for another choreographed sequence. As the video continues to show the singer and her dancers just being attractive with one another, the final shot is a close-up of Madonna, crying thick, black tears, proving that wild girls are saddest when the party is over. Mert and Marcus are best known for their work as fashion photographers, and that influence is certainly felt in this video. It plays out as if it’s a series of shots in a fashion magazine. MDNA, the singer’s 12th studio album, is set for release on Monday. “GGW” is the second single from it. What did you think of Madonna’s new video? Let us know in the comments! Justin Bieber Takes A Few Punches For Complex

‘I feel like it’s my responsibility to be the greatest I can be,’ he says in the magazine’s April/May issue. By Jocelyn Vena Justin Bieber on the cover of Complex magazine Photo: Complex Justin Bieber appears bloodied and beat up on the cover of Complex magazine, and it’s a far cry from the Biebs’ well-groomed image. Inside the April/May issue, the 18-year-old opens up about his childhood and his very public relationship with girlfriend Selena Gomez. He also discusses his upcoming album, Believe, pledging that it’s “go big or go home” once it drops later this year. “I feel like it’s my responsibility to be the greatest I can be,” the magazine cover boy says. “If I start making terrible music, I don’t expect people to like me. If I’m making great music and there’s no reason for people to dislike me, that’s when it’s going to make me upset. People just need to take a chance and listen. If they don’t want to take a chance, then I don’t know. That’s going to be the biggest problem: to make them feel like it’s cool for them to like my music.” Bieber hopes the new album will show his growth. It will include a number of collaborators, including Mike Posner, who produced lead single “Boyfriend,” set for release on March 26. “I just rap for fun; it’s nothing to take seriously,” he admits. “On my new album, I’m going to do a little bit of rapping,” he adds before giving a preview of a few lines from “Boyfriend.” “Tell me what you like, dear/ Tell me what you don’t/ I could be your Buzz Lightyear/ Fly across the globe/ You don’t even need to fight, dear/ You already know/ I can make you shine bright/ Like you’re laying in the snow, burr,” he raps. The superstar also goes into detail about his work ethic, saying that he sets the bar high for himself. “When I release something, I want it to be the best,” he says. “When I release my fragrance, I want it to be the #1 fragrance — I don’t want it to be the ninth-best-selling fragrance. My Christmas album went double-platinum worldwide. Christmas albums don’t do that, and that still wasn’t good enough for me.” What do you think of Justin’s new magazine cover? Kim Kardashian And Jon Hamm In A War Of Words

‘Stupidity is certainly celebrated,’ ‘Mad Men’ actor says of E! starlet. By Jocelyn Vena Kim Kardashian Photo: Getty Images Kim Kardashian probably won’t be tuning in to the new season of “Mad Men” when it kicks off March 25. The small-screen reality siren has fired back at Don Draper himself, Jon Hamm, after comments he made about her in an interview. The “Friends With Kids” actor recently opened up about the Kardashian sister and her predecessor, Paris Hilton, in an interview with Elle UK , according to UsMagazine.com. . Noting that their success “doesn’t make any sense,” he continued, “Whether it’s Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian or whoever, stupidity is certainly celebrated. Being a f—ing idiot is a valuable commodity in this culture because you’re rewarded significantly.” Well, Kardashian isn’t taking the jab in stride. On Monday, she took to Twitter to address his criticism. “I respect Jon and I am a firm believer that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and that not everyone takes the same path in life,” she wrote. “We’re all working hard and we all have to respect one another. Calling someone who runs their own businesses, is a part of a successful TV show, produces, writes, designs, and creates, ‘stupid,’ is in my opinion careless.” For her part, Hilton has not addressed his comments, but instead has been busy tweeting about the new art studio she just built in her house. This is not the first time that Kardashian has been criticized by a Hollywood A-lister who seemed perplexed by her rise to fame. In December, Daniel Craig expressed sentiments similar to Hamm’s. “Look at the Kardashians, they’re worth millions,” he said. “I don’t think they were that badly off [financially] to begin with but now look at them. You see that and you think, ‘What, you mean all I have to do is behave like a f—ing idiot on television and then you’ll pay me millions?’ “I’m not judging it — well, I am, obviously,” he said. “I think there’s a lot to be said for keeping your own counsel. … It’s not about being afraid to be public with your emotions or about who you are and what you stand for. But if you sell it off, it’s gone. You can’t buy it back — you can’t buy your privacy back. ‘Ooh I want to be alone.’ F— you. We’ve been in your living room. We were at your birth. You filmed it for us and showed us the placenta and now you want some privacy?” Sound off on this story in the comments below!

Leonardo DiCaprio, Martin Scorsese Wall Street Flick Is A Go

‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ will be the DiCaprio and Scorsese’s fifth project together. By Jocelyn Vena Leonardo DiCaprio Photo: Kiyoshi Ota/ Getty Images After some stops and starts, it seems that Martin Scorsese ‘s “The Wolf of Wall Street” is in full “go” mode with his longtime leading man, Leonardo DiCaprio , locked in to star. According to Deadline , the film has yet to nail down a timeline for when it will shoot and get distribution, but DiCaprio and Scorsese felt that now was the right time to get cracking on the flick. The two have been trying to get it into production since 2007, but they separated to work on their own high-profile projects before deciding to work together again. At one point, Ridley Scott had been attached to direct the film, but that later shifted back to Scorsese . The film is based on the tell-all memoir written by Jordan Belfort, a drug-, sex- and alcohol-addicted stockbroker who landed in prison for refusing to cooperate in a 1990s securities fraud case. It’s a steamy story of his fall from a 20-something multimillionaire to a 30-something federal convict banned from the securities business for life. The film would focus on Belfort’s relationship with an FBI agent and his attempt to make him into an informant. In addition to their roles as director and actor, Scorsese and DiCaprio will also serve as producers on the film. Writer Terence Winter, known for his work with “The Sopranos” and “Boardwalk Empire,” is reportedly cleaning up the script before the film goes to production. This marks the fifth collaboration for Scorsese and DiCaprio, who have worked together in the past on “Gangs of New York,” “The Aviator,” “The Departed” and “Shutter Island.” For breaking news, celebrity columns, humor and more — updated around the clock — visit MTVMoviesBlog.com . ‘Degrassi’ Stars Look To Drake, Nina Dobrev For Career Models

New cast tells MTV News which ‘Degrassi’ alums they look up to most. By Jocelyn Vena The cast of “Degrassi” “Degrassi” has become quite the starting-off point for some of the biggest stars on the planet. It launched this little-known rapper who goes by Drake and two of the CW’s biggest stars, “Vampire Diaries” actress Nina Dobrev and “90210” star Shenae Grimes. So, when several of the classic franchise’s new class stopped by MTV News, we wondered just which alum’s career path they’d love to follow. “I’d love to do this, all the time. I just love to do acting,” Munro Chambers told us just as the new season of the show was hitting TeenNick, before joking, “I’d love to be Nina. I’d love to do more stuff in this industry and keep doing it.” He added that while he hasn’t met all those famous alums, when he has crossed paths with someone from the show’s past, they’ve always had pleasant memories of their “Degrassi” days. “I’ve never met Drake, or Aubrey [Graham] as we know him. I’ve never met Shenae,” he said. “And, I’ve met Nina once or twice and she’s a sweetheart.” Chambers’ co-star Annie Clark would also love to take a play from the Dobrev handbook. ” Nina and Shenae have what I would like [to follow] for the future,” she shared. “[Nina] always remembers everyone too. The set is very homey and friendly, so it’s kind of like going back to your actual high school.” “I’d love to like try and stay in school,” Alex Steele shared. “But I’d also really love to do shows, like Nina Dobrev, [who] has her own show basically.” While Nina seems to be the gold standard in terms of post-“Degrassi” careers, Jordan Todosey suggested she wouldn’t mind going the Drake route. “I love acting, so I’d love to stay in acting,” she said. “But music is such a passion of mine and I write songs and sing, so I think it’d be so much fun to break into the music industry too.”

Ashley Olsen Quits Acting

‘I don’t like to be the center of attention anymore,’ she tells Elle U.K. By Jocelyn Vena Ashley Olsen on the April issue of Elle U.K. Photo: Elle UK/Alexei Hay While her little sister Elizabeth Olsen is currently Hollywood’s “It” girl, one half of the Olsen twins, Ashley, has announced that she no longer has plans to act. “We worked non-stop until we were 18,” the fashion mogul said in an interview with Elle U.K. “Then we decided to take a break and go to school — and that was when we decided to question whether we would carry on in entertainment. It was time to step behind the process. I wanted to work on other things. It doesn’t mean I’m not interested in Hollywood, I like the way it operates and the people who are involved and the sense of possibility. But if I ever do get back in, it’s not going to be as an actress. It just felt right to move away.” It seems her focus will be on her three fashion lines with Mary-Kate, and perhaps a move behind the camera. “I don’t have to be a pretty face,” she said, reports E! News . “I’ve done that, but now it’s important and liberating to be on the other side of the lens. I don’t like to be the center of attention anymore. “We are perfectionists,” she added about her work as a fashion designer. “We’ve always wanted to be closely involved with everything, totally hands on — that’s why it works. If we step away, it stops working. I know it sounds controlling, but that’s how it has to be.” At the end of the day, MK and Ash still seem to share a similar work ethic. “We’re attracted to different things, but we arrive at the same place,” she said. “I think we’re probably unaware of how intuitive it might seem from the outside. It’s basically one thought process shared between two people.” What do you think of Ashley Olsen’s decision to quit acting? Leave your comment below!

Madonna Drops New Single ‘Girl Gone Wild’

Pop icon’s inner dance-floor vixen comes out on second MDNA single. By Jocelyn Vena Madonna’s “Girl Gone Wild” Photo: Interscope Madonna kicked the party off with “Give Me All Your Luvin’, ” and she’s keeping it going with her second MDNA single, “Girl Gone Wild.” The thumping song, released Monday (February 27), proves that this era of Madonna will certainly be focused on pumping out dance-floor anthems. ” Girl Gone Wild ” is all about the heat of letting loose and dancing, certainly themes that Madge fans will find familiar. Produced by Benny Benassi, the track, though fun and funky, is a bit darker than her first single, which seemed to pay homage to the ’80s version of the pop icon in its bright nature. “I got that burnin’ hot desire/ And no one can put out my fire/ It’s coming right down through the wire/ Here it comes/ When I hear them 808 drums/ It’s got me singing,” she proclaims on the catchy, sing-along chorus. “Hey, ey, ey, ey/ Like a girl gone wild/ A good girl gone wild/ I’m like, hey, ey, ey, ey/ Like a girl gone wild/ A good girl gone wild.” The song chugs along thanks to more dance-floor confessions from the singer, which include, “The room is spinning/ It must be the Tanqueray/ I’m about to go astray/ My inhibition’s gone away/ I feel like sinning/ You got me in the zone/ DJ play my favorite song/ Turn me on.” The video was shot earlier this month and was directed by fashion photographers Mert and Marcus, who also shot the colorful artwork for the album . It had been rumored that Britney Spears would be featured on the track, but that rumor was shot down by Madonna herself. MDNA will drop on March 26. It features production from collaborators like Martin Solveig and William Orbit, Demolition Crew, Alessandro “Alle” Benassi, Hardy “Indiigo” Muanza and Michael Malih.
