There went the bride! Following rumors that Chelsea Houska would exchange vows this weekend with longtime boyfriend Cole DeBoer, the Teen Mom 2 star has gone ahead and done just that: SHE’S MARRIED! The couple, who is expecting its very first child together, tied the knot in front of friends and family on Saturday afternoon. Among those in attendance was Houska’s seven-year daughter, Aubrey, whose father is the bride’s ex-boyfriend Adam Lind. Houska kept the announcement of her marriage relatively quiet and simple, sharing a picture on Instagram today that depicted the newlyweds with Aubree. “Mr and Mrs DeBoer,” she captioned the romantic photo. Here it is: Two days prior to the wedding, the 25-year old MTV personality posted a pic on Instagram of two large bunches of her favorite flowers, sunflowers and proteas. She wrote at the time: “I don’t know what I did to deserve this man, but I am thankful every single day. @coledeboer beyond proud to be able to call you my husband soon!” It was this post and this message that prompted wedding chatter around the Internet. Houska met DeBoer at a gas station and the two started dating back in August 2014. Yup, they’ve been together for over two years, which is a lifetime for most couples featured on Teen Mom, Teen Mom 2 or Teen Mom OG. The two got engaged in November 2015, with the reality star confirming the joyous news in an Instagram post. “He’s stuck now!” she captioned an image that showed her flashing her engagement ring alongside her new fiancé. Jacob Hall, the six-year-old boy who was wounded in Wednesday’s elementary school shooting in Greenville, South Carolina, has died. The toddler’s parents confirmed this tragic news to People Magazine, saying via statement: “Our son, Jacob Hall, who was shot at Townville Elementary School on Wednesday, died today surrounded by family at Greenville Health System Children’s Hospital.” Continued the statement: “Jacob came into our lives six years and four months ago and changed it completely. He showed us how to love, laugh and smile even on days we did not want to. “God gave him to us and he was taken away from us by a senseless act.” A kindergarten student, Hall was allegedly shot in the leg by a 14-year-old suspect. The suspect was later captured by authorities and has been charged as a juvenile with one count of murder in the death of his father and three counts of attempted murder. The bullet struck Jacob’s femoral artery, resulting in massive blood loss that lead to cardiopulmonary arrest, his family says. The six-year old had been on life support due to suffering a severe brain injury, along with the amount of blood he lost in the incident. “Jacob was a tremendous fighter but was unable to overcome the catastrophic blood loss and resulting cardiopulmonary arrest caused when the bullet hit his femoral artery,” Dr. Keith Webb with GHS Children’s Hospital told People . “We grieve for the loss of this little boy and pray for his family as they work through this extraordinarily difficult time.” As part of their statement, Jacob’s parents thanked the physicians and nurses of GHS Children’s Hospital “who did everything in their power to try to save Jacob.” They also passed along their appreciation to Preacher Blizzard and the staff of Oakdale Baptist Church, the Townville Rescue Squad, Townville Fire Department, Fire Chief Billy McAdams and all of the first responders. “We know that Jacob has already forgiven this child for what he did to him and his family because that’s the kind of child he was,” the statement read. “Jacob was sent to this earth for this short a period of time to show us that there is such a thing as pure love. Jacob is in heaven with God now and everyone who loves him. “Words cannot express how much we will miss him.” Gerald Gambrell, Jacob’s brother, penned a touching tribute to his sibling on Facebook Saturday. Read the message: “God took his strongest soldier. Jacob will be with us forever and always in our hearts. I love you little brother and I can’t wait till the day we meet again. “Your my hero buddy. I love you so much watch over your family son.” Jacob, another kindergarten student and a teacher named Meghan Hollingsworth were all shot last Wednesday; the latter two victims were released from doctor’s care later that same night. The suspect’s father was found dead near the school in what officials have determined to have been a related incident. Police have said the 14-year-old shooter drove the family truck to the school… crashed into a fence outside the playground… got out of the vehicle… and then started shooting. It’s been a rough few weeks for the swimming world’s most lovable dumbass, Ryan Lochte. Shortly after he was caught lying about being robbed at gunpoint at the Rio Olympics , Lochte made an unexpected career choice that’s done little to help mend his battered reputation. When rumors first began to circulate that Lochte would join the cast of Dancing With the Stars for the show’s 23rd season, many took it as a joke. Then the cast was officially announced, and Lochte confirmed that yet again, what seemed to ridiculous to be true was in fact a serious life decision that he made, presumably after careful consideration. Now, Lochte is proving his critics right and demonstrating that like the Little Mermaid and so many millions of hooked fish before him, Ryan was really better off in the water. On his very first episode, Lochte was rushed by protesters , who are now facing jail time. That’s hardly Lochte’s fault, but it’s the kind of idiocy you invite when you decide to weather the storm of an international scandal by doing competitive cha-cha’s on ABC. Anyway, it turns out Lochte is only slightly better at dancing than he is at lying his way out of tight spots. On tonight’s elimination show, he and Cheryl Burke are on the chopping block along with several other couples who all failed to earn immunity during last night’s competition . Marilu Henner and Derek Hough, Amber Rose and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and Allison Holker, or Terra Jolé and Sasha Farber could all be sent packing. Of course, a bad attitude is often a deal-breaker on DWTS and thus far, two stars have allegedly been caught speaking ill about their show and their experiences in the race for the Mirrored Ball. Last week, sources claimed that Amber Rose griped that the show is “rigged.” Now, it seems Lochte is echoing her complaint . According to Radar Online, the Olympian is not happy about facing elimination, and he feels that the judges knew he would never win the competition before he ever set foot on the floor. “Ryan and Cheryl are pretty sure that they are going to be eliminated tonight,” a source tells the website. “Ryan was actually telling people that he thought the show was rigged and that everyone was out to sabotage him.” The 32-year-old also took issue with last night’s unorthodox head-to-head format: “He also said that it was unfair of them to put him and Cheryl up against James Hinchcliffe and his partner Sharna Burgess, because he said that they are both ‘really strong dancers.’” The insider adds that Lochte was visibly upset after Hinchcliffe and Burgess emerged victorious: “After they lost last night, Ryan was not even trying to hide his emotions,” the source says. “He was super upset and Cheryl was trying to console him, but he was not having any of it.” So could Lochte be facing yet another public humiliation? Joe Giduice is currently serving a 41-month sentence in prison for at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey. He has been in the inside since March and it’s becoming increasingly apparent that he is not having the best time of it. Then again, would anyone actually enjoy prison? Giudice is away from his wife and children. That’s got to sting a little. Missing your kids growing up is a horrible punishment for anyone, but it’s his own fault for breaking the law. “It’s worse than anyone expected,” an insider revealed to Us Weekly. Teresa got out of prison in December last year, returning to her family just in time for the Christmas. This also meant she could resume her duties on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Another source claimed that Joe “misses his kids so badly,” adds another insider. The source even alleged that Joe grew closer than ever to daughters, Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana while Teresa was holed up in prison. “He got so close with them when he was with them alone.” That much was all but a given. Going from a two parent family to a one parent one would not have been an easy task, but it sure sounds like he went above and beyond to make sure his daughters were okay. “He’s having difficulty being away from them.” Joe “sits alone much of the time and is falling into a depression,” says the friend. However, it’s not all doom and gloom for the reality TV star. “Joe has two friends he plays cards with,” says the source. “They gamble with commissary items.” Being in prison, Joe couldn’t quite keep eating junk food. Instead, he’s been turning his attention to keeping fit and shedding some weight. If you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online , you’ll know there was a lot of tension between Joe and Teresa before he entered prison. Well, that’s what the producers would like you to believe. The scene was so obviously doctored that we’re surprised it made it to the broadcast of the episode.
