Justin Bieber ran into trouble today on his way home from Tokyo: the singer was detailed by U.S. Customs officials at LAX. According to TMZ insiders, Bieber touched down this afternoon – but his party van, entourage and baggage waited outside for about an hour while Justin was asked a number of questions. No, Bieber was not arrested. Nor is he in further legal trouble. Instead, this sort of questioning by authorities is typical procedure for someone with a track record such as Bieber’s. Over Super Bowl weekend in February, Bieber went through a similar experience at the airport in New Jersey. In other scandalous news, there’s been chatter that Bieber cheated on Selena Gomez with Kylie Jenner. We know: Crazy, right?!?

California, knows how to party The Toxic Day Party returned to Hollyweird this past weekend and L.A.’s finest were all in attendance to party to the sounds of DJ Drama and DJ Don Cannon. In addition to Rihanna and ubiquitous BFF Melissa Forde, rapper The Game, E! host Terrence J, Trey Songz, baller Desean Jackson, Flo Rida, and rumored couple Tae Heckard and Brandon Jennings were there alongside promoter Miss Diddy to enjoy the festivities. Bryan Singer is firing back at sexual assault accuser Michael Egan, saying he was not even in the same state during the period he allegedly raped him. Bryan Singer Accused of Sexual Abuse Michael Egan claims in a new lawsuit that the X-Men director anally raped him and forced hard drugs on him during two separate trips to Hawaii in 1999. Singer will reportedly file credit card bills and various other documents proving he was in Toronto during the time frame in question, shooting the first X-Men . The 31-year-old man accusing Bryan Singer of sexual assault claims he didn’t remember the incident until recently, which Singer also says should clear him. Egan filed a lawsuit over a series of L.A. pool parties alleging sexual abuse against three other men in 2000, with a clear memory of what they alleged did. Singer was not named in that lawsuit, despite Egan’s claim that at one of these parties, Singer forced Egan to perform oral sex on him when he was just 15. He’s very graphic, comparing himself to a piece of meat and saying that Singer held his head underwater and forced him to orally copulate the director. Michael Egan, Bryan Singer Accuser In the 2000 lawsuit, however, he accuses Marc Collins-Rector, who owned the party house, and two other men. Singer was NOT named or even referenced . Egan ended up getting a default judgment of more than $2 million, but Collins-Rector and the others left the country so Egan was paid virtually nothing. Not unlike Wade Robson’s molestation accusation against Michael Jackson, Egan now said he blocked the incident out and numbed himself with alcohol. Recently, he got sober and started therapy, which unleashed a flood of bad memories involving Singer. The director claims this is all totally bogus. Sources connected to Singer says it’s absurd that Egan remembered the party in such vivid detail as to three other men but repressed memories of Singer.

But as Brandi Glanville is learning – one sharp downside of living life in front of the camera is that all your enemies know when you’re effing up. Brandi has been having a very public hard time lately with reports circulating that she gets drunk on the Celebrity Apprentice set to cope with the pressure of feuding with her co-stars. Brandi’s feud with Kenya Moore is said to have triggered an epic meltdown and her longtime rival LeAnn Rimes is reportedly loving her view of the trainwreck. “Brandi has gone out of her way to bring LeAnn down in the past,” says a source close to Rimes. “So it’s no exaggeration to say LeAnn loves hearing that she’s self-destructing so spectacularly.” The feud between the two ladies of course dates back to Rimes’ 2009 affair with Glanville’s then-husband Eddie Cibrian. The ensuing years haven’t cooled these two down at all and they were reportedly back at it just last week when LeAnn threw a birthday party for Brandi’s son without inviting the Real Housewife. Jason Derulo lit up the audience last night at the iHeartRadio Theater in Burbank, CA for his “Talk Dirty” iHeartRadio Album Release Party. The party, hosted by 102.7 KIIS-FM’s Nessa, was broadcast live on-air as a 30-minute special on all Clear Channel Radio Stations with a 60-minute live video stream online across station websites and iHeartRadio.com. Jason opened up the party discussing his neck injury and how writing the “Talk Dirty” album brought him out of the darkness and saved his life. He stated that this album explains who Jason Derulo really is. The hands featured on the album cover were a hand models, however the image for the cover of the original single were Jordin’s (Sparks) hands, but she was unavailable the day of the album shoot. He performed eight songs off the album including: “Talk Dirty,” “The Other Side (acoustic and original versions),” “Marry Me,” and “Wiggle.” (For full set list, see below) He dedicated his performance of “Vertigo,” to a special lady and brought out his special guest for the evening, Jordin Sparks. Before Jordin left the stage, Nessa asked her how many kids she wanted to have. Jordin giggly responded that since Jason comes from a large family, they’d start with just one for now. She also said Jason’s the better vocal gymnast but Jason countered that she hits the high notes better, especially in the morning! Republican Congressman Ted Yoho Suggests Unconstitutionality Of Civil Rights Act Via ThinkProgress Last week, former presidents and dignitaries celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act, which bans many forms of employment discrimination and whites-only lunch counters, among other things. This week, a Republican congressman declared that he’s not sure if the Civil Rights Act is even constitutional. Rep. Ted Yoho (R-FL), a freshman congressman aligned with the Tea Party, held a town hall Monday evening in Gainesville where he fielded a wide range of questions from constituents. One such voter was Melvin Flournoy, a 57-year-old African American from Gainesville, who asked Yoho whether he believes the Civil Rights Act is constitutional. The easy answer in this case — “yes” — has the benefit of also being correct. But Yoho found the question surprisingly difficult. “Is it constitutional, the Civil Rights Act?” Yoho repeated before giving his reply: “I wish I could answer that 100 percent.” The Florida Republican then went on to strongly imply it may be unconstitutional: “I know a lot of things that were passed are not constitutional, but I know it’s the law of the land.” Hear the racist undertones spill from horse’s mouth below SMH… Image via YouTube
