Farrah Abraham, Teen Mom and walking, talking cautionary tale, isn’t exactly known for making sense. Really, she’s known for the exact opposite of making sense. She’s rude, offensive, she struggles with communicating even the simplest of ideas. Her body may be a plastic, porn-tastic wonderland , but her brain? There aren’t even words for that nightmarish hellscape. And so when you check out this new interview Farrah just gave in which she discusses all the gifts she’s giving to her poor daughter, seven-year-old Sophia, for Christmas … Well, it’s not a surprise that it’s so awful, not exactly, but it’s still kind of jarring. You never get used to this level of insanity. In the interview, Farrah says that “On her wish list was a jacuzzi, golf cart, her Apple computer that she wanted, and a miniature horse.” Reminder: Sophia is 7. What kid her age asks for a jacuzzi and a golf cart, and what kid asks for a miniature horse and actually gets one? This kid! “It’s been a lot to prep for each gift,” Farrah explains. “As a mom, I checked off all of that and some stuff from her store.” … Seriously? What is a seven-year-old going to do with a golf cart? Or, to be more accurate, what is a seven-year-old going to do with a golf cart that isn’t terrifying and dangerous? And why does the kid need “her Apple computer that she wanted”? At her age, she’s just going to be googling Barbies and watching Justin Bieber videos on YouTube, a cheaper computer would suffice. That’s not even touching on the bit about the miniature horse. Does Farrah understand that the horse is a living, feeling being and not a toy? Farrah has shown time and time again on Teen Mom that she can’t even take care of a dog , how is she supposed to manage a horse? But, according to Farrah, it’s not all about the gifts. “We love the tradition of always meeting Christmas Eve,” she says, “and doing a big family lunch or dinner — so we always do that.” “Family plans — other than being with each other and spending quality time, that’s what really matters.” Dear Farrah also recalls a childhood Christmas of her own, one when her mother bought her every single Beanie Baby. “We had so many gifts that year, it was nuts,” she recalls. But alas, Farrah says that “I have yet to fully immerse myself in the Christmas spirit like that, we just did the lights up everywhere in the yard the house.” “Sophia wanted to do her Christmas tree this year, so I let Sophia decorate.” Well, hope she likes that little horse, Farrah. As you’ve likely heard by now, former 16 and Pregnant star Valerie Fairman passed away yesterday at the age of 23. Fairman’s cause of death has been revealed by those close to her as an overdose, though no autopsy has been conducted as of yet. In the hours after news of her death went public, Fairman’s former MTV colleagues took to social media to express their condolences. Not surprisingly, the strangest tribute belonged to Farrah Abraham, who lamented Fairman’s death in rambling, nonsensical fashion on Instagram: “I feel so heartfelt with sadness of the struggles Valerie was going through I deeply am saddened by this tragedy and I wish that others around Valerie could have helped her and I pray nothing but protection, love and peace to her daughter through this very confusing holiday time,” Farrah wrote. “Only 23 we lost a very beautiful young mom with the world ahead of her. Surround yourself with other who will truly care and be a great influence be careful.” We’re used to baffling word salads from Ms. Abraham, but unfortunately, in this case, she seems to have been encouraged by the response to her message, as she’s still offering her two cents on Fairman’s passing. And like everything else about Farrah, her insights are only getting more ridiculous with time. Asked by TMZ today if she feels that Valerie’s reality TV stardom exacerbated her substance abuse issues, Farrah bit the hand that feeds her in a big way, pointing the finger sqaurely at her MTV bosses: “I think that played a part,” Farrah told the website. “From jail to drug addiction to whatever else that was said, I really wish she was supported in a better way.” It’s worth noting that Farrah and Valerie were not friends, and she her speculation about what may have triggered Fairman’s overdose is completely baseless, but if you thought that would stop her from running her mout, you don’t know Farrah: “I honestly feel like it’s not a positive thing,” said of the reality TV franchise that made her famous. “I don’t think it helps the economy further. It really adds a lot of more unplanned pregnancies and a lot of failed relationships, and that’s not really what we’re trying to show. And it’s not really done in a positive, effective way that I think we all started out doing. “And that’s just the honest to God’s truth. Fort Worth Officer Arrests Distraught Black Mother Who Called Him For Help A Fort Worth mother, disturbed by her neighbor’s actions toward her 7-year-old son, called an officer to help her properly confront the neighbor about his actions. Instead, she was spoken down to, antagonized, and ultimately arrested herself. The mother needed assistance as a white man allegedly choked her seven-year-old son after he supposedly littered. The man ordered him to pick up the paper he dropped, and assaulted the little boy when he wouldn’t comply. The child immediately told his mother what happened, at which point she called the police to confront the man. The cop’s response? “Well why didn’t you teach your son not to litter?” UNBELIEVABLE. The mother naturally got upset with the officer’s line of questioning and expressed as much, at which point the officer escalated the situation and ended up arresting the mother for getting too “Mouthy” with him. Meanwhile the grown man who chokes first-graders over trash hasn’t been asked a single thing. The Fort Worth Police Department addressed the issue , since it went viral on social media, and say that the clearly racist officer has been put on “restricted duty” while they continue the investigation into what happened. We guess the video clearly showing what happened isn’t quite clear enough… We doubt their “findings” will conclude much more than “officers get to do whatever they want.” SMH. At least no one was shot or killed this time… According to CBS , the executive director of the ACLU of Texas, Terri Burke released the following statement on the matter: “We regret that the FWPD is giving the officer 48 hours to prepare his report on the incident. That leaves us with only the video on which to rely for information. When the mother of a seven-year-old boy calls the police to report an assault on her son, the responding officer should expect to find her distraught. In this instance, the officer ignored basic community policing standards and his own responsibility to de-escalate the confrontation. This incident and countless others like them demonstrate that for people of color, showing anything less than absolute deference to police officers —regardless of the circumstances — can have unjust and often tragic consequences. This fundamental injustice is also a threat to public safety. If a Black woman in Fort Worth can’t call the cops after her son is allegedly choked by a neighbor without getting arrested, why would she ever call the cops again?” Ridiculous. SMH. Facebook

Maci Bookout’s former lover Ryan Edwards is engaged to Mackenzie Standifer , but it turns out his fiancee has some baggage of her own. If and when they walk down the aisle … it won’t be the first time! Mackenzie Standifer, 20, got married to her own baby daddy, Zachary Stephens, in September 2013, when she was five months pregnant. She filed for divorce on July 13, 2016, according to Radar. “Plaintiff is entitled to an absolute divorce on the grounds of inappropriate marital conduct ,” the final decree of couple’s divorce read. “Mackenzie Stephens is hereby granted an absolute divorce from [Zachary] and the parties restored to all rights and privileges of unmarried persons.” All of that is pretty standard … but does Ryan know?! Standifer maintained ownership of her 2015 Ford Mustang in the divorce, while her ex was awarded his 1994 Jeep Wrangler. Even trade. The parties were both responsible for individual debts. Mackenzie’s divorce was finalized on November 10 of this year, and as for the most important takeaway from this revelation by far? Standifer was granted primary custody of their son. Stephens was ordered to pay $503 monthly in child support for Hudson; Ryan Edwards of course, is dad to Maci’s first child Bentley. Ryan had only been with his girlfriend for a couple of months, but things went great from the start, and he proposed to her this month. “Getting married,” he captioned a photo of her engagement ring at Waffle House (that’s where the photo was posted, not where he asked). You can’t help who your parents are, but you do have a say in who you help get elected president, which may be why the sight of Donald Trump’s children elicits such a visceral reaction of disgust from so many Americans. Ivanka Trump may not be looked down upon with the sort of disdain reserved for noted Patrick Bateman look-alikes Donald Trump, Jr. and Eric Trump, but she’s not exactly beloved at the moment. So while it’s not all that surprising that Ivanka got an earful when she deigned to fly commercial this morning. Several media outlets are claiming that Ivanka was “attacked” aboard a Jet Blue flight this morning. Now, before you get too upset, you should know that this was a “verbal attack,” and later reports clarified that Ivanka was “harassed” by an “out of control passenger.” Still decidedly not cool, especially since Ivanka was with her kids, and everything is approximately 800 times scarier aboard an airplane. But obviously, nowhere near as severe as we were initially led to believe. The passenger was removed from the plane, but not before giving Ivanka an unwelcome piece of his mind. And what did the guy have to say? Well, nothing Ivanka hasn’t heard before. “Your father is ruining the country,” he reportedly shouted. He followed that (valid) observation with another solid point, asking: “Why is she on our flight? She should be riding private.: Yeah – why is Ivanka on a Jet Blue flight? Like, no offense to JB – we dig the seat-back TVs and the on-brand blue tortilla chips – but did Ivanka forget her last name when she booked this flight? Not only does Donald Trump own a private jet and talk it about freakin’ constantly, one of his first duties as president-elect was to brag about his insider knowledge of the air travel industry. So the news that his daughter and her kids are sipping Dunkin’ Donuts coffee aboard a discount airline flight is more surprising than the news that other passengers aren’t crazy about Ivanka. Interestingly, this isn’t even the first Trump-related midair kerfuffle since the election. Last month Delta banned a Trump supporter for life after he was caught on video berating female passengers for voting for Hillary Clinton. Fortunately, Ivanka is moving to Washington, D.C. , despite her earlier promise to remain in New York City, so she won’t have to get harassed by airborne plebes every time she wants to participate in the upcoming 4-year sh-tshow of a presidency.
