It’s official – Kelly Osbourne is no longer one of the co-hosts of the long-running E! series Fashion Police. TMZ is reporting that Kelly quit the show today amidst escalating tensions with producers. The recent controversy surrounding Giuliana Rancic’s comments about Zendaya’s hair may have been the final straw for Osbourne, but sources say she’s been butting heads with her co-hosts and crew for quite some time. Earlier this week, Osbourne said that she would quit unless Rancic apologized to Zendaya . Rancic did so (twice), Zendaya accepted the apology, but Osbourne decided to walk anyway. Apparently, the 30-year-old daughter of Ozzy had been dissatisfied with the way the show was being produced ever since it was revamped following the death of Joan Rivers . While the news of her departure broke just minutes ago, rumors about who might replace Osbourne on the show have already begun to circulate. Insiders say it looks as though Khloe Kardashian may join Fashion Police in Osbourne’s absence. Khloe has worked on the show as a “special correspondent” in the past, and she apparently gets along well producers. Back in 1993, a little-known author named George R.R. Martin wrote a three-page letter to his publisher outlining a planned trilogy (Ha!) entitled A Song of Ice and Fire. Twenty-two years later, those books have captivated millions of fans, inspired the most-watched show in HBO history , and swelled into a seven-part series that might not be completed before the sun explodes and engulfs the earth. Recently, a British bookseller tweeted and deleted Martin’s letter, which includes some major differences between the original outline and the eventual completed books, but also some clues as to where the story might be headed from here. Of course, Game of Thrones spoilers pop up online every day and they often turn out to be bogus, but this latest round comes straight from the raven’s mouth. The outline mainly describes events that have already taken place (or have been drastically changed), but there’s a major reveal in the letter that could answer the question of which characters will survive until the end of the story. They are: Tyrion, Daenerys, Jon Snow, Arya Stark, and Bran Stark – fan favorites, all. So maybe Martin doesn’t hate his readers? Ultimately, much of this could prove meaningless, as the last two books are not yet completed and the GoT showrunners have already demonstrated a willingness to stray from their source material. In case you’re not already aware: Dan Bilzerian is an Instagram celebrity . But that description doesn’t quite do him justice. He’s more like a walking caricature of manliness – a bearded brute who’s primary interests are firearms, stacks of cash and scantily-clad women. Rosie O’Donnell is out. Again! For the second time in just a few years, the talk show host has announced she’s leaving The View earlier than expected. According to O’Donnell’s publicist, she will exit the ABC gabfest next week to concentrate on her family, following a split from wife Michelle Rounds. “I can confirm that Rosie and her wife Michelle split in November. Rosie has teens and an infant at home that need her attention,” O’Donnell’s rep, Cindi Berger, said in a statement. “This has been a very stressful situation. She is putting her personal health and family first. ABC has been wonderfully understanding and supportive of her personal decision to leave ‘The View.’ Next week will be her last.” O’Donnell did break from Rounds in the last few months, but chatter around Rosie’s View departure has been growing stronger in recent weeks. At one point, insiders said she was unhappy that Whoopi Goldberg was the lead panelist on a daily basis. The colleagues got into a pretty big fight just a few weeks after they started working together in September. But Variety reports that O’Donnell was peeved when allegations surfaced of Rosie Perez leaving the program , despite the fact that she was only taking a leave of temporary absence. Perez and O’Donnell – who left the show in 2007 and just returned this past fall – are good friends. In general, it’s clear there’s a lack of communication (and professionalism?) backstage at The View. “Rosie is an immensely talented star who comes in each and every morning brimming with ideas, excitement and passion for the show,” ABC said in a statement, adding: “When she told us she wanted to exit ‘The View,’ we respected and understood her desire to put her well-being and her family first. Earlier today, we reported that Bruce Jenner would reveal his sex change plans in an upcoming interview, and that the entire transition process would be documented for an upcoming E! reality show. Now, TMZ is confirming that Bruce has begun filming a “docuseries” that will chronicle his decision to begin living his life as a woman. Kim Kardashian discussed Bruce’s “journey” in her latest interview, and she seemed to be hinting at the fact that Bruce would soon “come out” with regard to his gender identity. The series has reportedly been filming for several months and includes the dramatic scenes that followed when Bruce told his ex-wife, kids, and step-children of his plans to begin presenting himself as a woman. Insiders say the Jenner and Kardashian kids have all been “extremely supportive” of Bruce, but his ex had a more difficult time coping with the news. Apparently, the rumors of Kris Jenner being “outraged” about Bruce’s transition are at least partially true, as sources close to the production say the show will include a scene in which Kris “loses it.” There’s no word on how long the series will film or when it will air. In case you were blissfully unaware (like most of the television viewing public), Glee is still a show that’s on a major network somehow. While most of the series’ formerly obsessed fans abandoned Glee after one of the many times it jumped the shark, Fox granted the long-slumping ex-hit a stay of execution so that it could properly wrap things up…and, of course, cash in on the popularity of Frozen. Lea Michele: “Let It Go” Yes, we’ve known for months that Lea Michele would sing “Let It Go” during the Glee’s sixth and final season, and unlike so much of what the show’s writers have done in recent years, it makes perfect sense. Not only does the Broadway-show-stopper style of the tune make it a perfect fit for both Glee and Michele’s singing voice, but “Let It Go” was originally sung by Idina Menzel , who plays Lea’s mom on the show. At the very least, it makes a lot more sense than Once Upon a Time’s co-opting of Frozen’s characters , which was an idea that seemed to spring from a writer’s meeting in which someone pointed out that Disney owns ABC and people really like Frozen. Glee has a talented cast, and depending on what you look for in a show, that might be reason enough to tune into the final season. Last month, a petition to have 19 Kids and Counting canceled by TLC made the rounds online, eventually amassing more than 180,000 signatures. The Duggars responded with a counter-petition to save the show, but in all likelihood, their efforts were unnecessary, as 19 Kids remains TLC’s most popular series. As a result, it was probably never in any danger of being canceled. So perhaps Duggar patriarch Jim Bob can’t be blamed for doing a victory lap, but many have complained that his online gloating is in poor taste just the same. Critics say his defiant reaction suggests a callous insensitivity toward the groups that he initially offended, merely reinforcing his thinly-veiled disdain for them. In an interview with Christian website The Pathway, Jim Bob addressed the efforts to have his show removed from the airwaves shortly after the petition began to circulate: “All it has done is give us more exposure,” Jim Bob said. “We gained 50,000 Facebook fans last week. God is expanding our borders through the national media.” Of course, the whole dust-up provided a passed-up opportunity for Jim Bob to clarify his family’s stance on LGBT rights and defend himself against accusations of bigotry.
