Iggy Azalea-Snoop Dogg Feud Heats Up; Snoop’s Crew Threatens to Sic Nicki Minaj on Iggy!

It’s gettin’ real. Earlier today we reported that  Iggy Azalea is pissed at Snoop Dogg as the result of a weird Instagram diss that Snoop is now refusing to delete from his personal page. The post shows what appears to be an albino woman with cornrows, along with a caption reading “Iggy Azalea no make up.” Iggy responded to Snoop online, tweeting, “I’m disappointed you would be such an ass for no reason.” She later accused the legendary West Coast rapper of hypocrisy, claiming that he sends his bodyguards to ask for photo ops any time she and Snoop perform together. But it was a different  accusation that Snoop’s crew caught wind of today that’s really caused the the feud to get ugly. Iggy has allegedly claimed that one of her bodyguards once saved the life of Snoop’s friend during a hotel fire in Canada. Veteran Dogg Pound member Daz Dillinger claims that  he  was the one who saved the man’s life, and he’s now going off on Iggy to anyone who will listen. Dillinger told TMZ today that Snoop doesn’t “give a f-ck about Iggy because she’s nowhere near his level.” Daz also threatened to bring another female hip hop artist into the beef, saying: “B-tch needs to stay in her place before we get Nicki Minaj, the real rapper on her ass!” Nicki and Iggy feuded for several months but seemed to squash things at the VMAs back in August. This is shaping up to be a one-sided war, as Iggy has deleted all of her beef tweets and claims she’s “not mad at anyone.” Even so, we’d be careful if we were Daz Dillinger. Gotham Season 2 Episode 2 Recap: The Kids Are Not Alright

We met the mother on  Gotham Season 2 Episode 2 . Veteran actress Carol Kane stopped by the new Fox hit as the mother of The Penguin Oswald Cobblepot, making the character every bit as eccentric as one would expect from the woman who brought this young villain into the world. We also watched as Cobblepot hitched a ride into the country with a couple unfortunate teenagers who made the mistake of referring to him by a certain nickname, but make no mistake: he isn’t running away from Gotham. He’s settling into a trailer (for $100 per month) and plotting his return and his revenge against all who have wronged him. And that’s a very long list. But the crux of this installment was on a different villain-to-be, as Selina Kyle and the kids of Gotham took center stage. Mostly ignored by the adults in this decaying city, many homeless youth are being snatched up by those involved in some kind of child-trafficking plot, as they pack up the kidnapped children and ship them off to… who knows where?!? Who wants to know where, really. Kyle exerts her independence and her maturity throughout the episode, as Gordon and Bullock eventually track down the culprits (after literally coming to blows inside the police station) and the Mayor shows some dark colors of his own. In order to clean up the streets, he orders the kids to be sent upstate to juvenile detention. Gordon confronts him about this decision, but he gets nowhere. To close the episode, however, Kyle gets somewhere with Gordon: she beckons him over and asks for a deal. Will he help her NOT be sent upstate in exchange for the information she can provide? That information? Selina says she witnessed the murders of the Wayne parents and can pick out the shooter. The episode cut to black on that statement, but also worth noting is an earlier scene between Fish Mooney and Carmine Falcone. The latter clearly is hip to the former’s plan to try and take him down, beating up Mooney’s lover as a way of proving his dominance. We later see Fish complaining to Butch, still intent on rising to the top rank at some point. She wants to kill Falcone with her bare bands. Isn’t it always fun when the bad guys themselves don’t get along? It adds some layers and some shades of grey to the overall product. What did everyone else think of this follow-up episode? Stick and stones… Luol Deng Forgives Danny Ferry For Racist Comments Via ESPN Heat forward Luol Deng has forgiven Atlanta Hawks general manager Danny Ferry, who is on indefinite leave for making racially insensitive comments about the veteran forward in June. Deng was born in what is now South Sudan in Africa. Deng, speaking at the Heat’s media day, said he recently talked to Ferry and hopes they can make something positive of the situation. “I think one of the hardest things to do as a human being, and it’s something we should do more often, is forgive,” Deng said. “I really do forgive Danny. It’s not something I want to hold onto for the rest of my career or the rest of my life.” Deng said the Hawks were one of the few teams he considered this offseason. In July, Deng signed a two-year, $20 million deal with Miami before the comments became public earlier this month. “I really believe that he’s really sorry for what he said,” Deng said. “And whether it came from him or wherever it came from, the main focus really should be on how we move on going forward. What are we going to do about it?” Luol believes that this incident may just result in something positive for his people. “We could really turn this into a positive thing where people can benefit from,” Deng said. “It’s something we’d like to start, working together with Danny and helping people back home in Africa or working with an organization. Just so that one day we could look back and say this happened and it was something negative, but look at how it turned around and how it became something positive. “I’m not the type of person to hold on and be angry at somebody or be angry at Danny. I don’t think Danny is racist. I really don’t. I really don’t know Danny to describe him as a person. I just know who he is. That’s just what I believe in. I would like to put it behind me and just move forward. Rosie O’Donnell Stands Up for Frozen, Slams Mayim Bialik

It didn’t take long for Rosie O’Donnell to stir things up on The View. But who would have guessed her first feud would be with… Mayim Bialik?!? Earlier this week, The Big Bang Theory star blasted Frozen , arguing that the highest-animated movie of all-time focuses far too much on a young woman’s search for a man. And then that man turns out to be evil, no less! Overall, Bialik’s biggest beef with Frozen is “the way the female characters are drawn and animated,” specifically the “Barbie doll proportions of their bodies in general: tiny waists, ample busts, and huge heads.” A mother of five, O’Donnell did not care for the veteran actress’ criticism. “I feel that Frozen is the best Disney movie ever made,” she said on The View, surrounded by her new co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie Perez, and Nicolle Wallace. “I’ve seen it 250 times. I can say it, I have every word memorized, [and] I love it like the rest of America.” That much is definitely true. Everyone loves Frozen, most adorably this mother and daughter . O’Donnell went on to detail each point of Bialik’s insults, shooting down every assertion made by the former child star and concluding about one of them: “Princes sometimes suck!” So sad and so true. O’Donnell’s fellow panelists on The View cracked up as she offered her diatribe on Frozen, which ended with her handing out DVDs of the film to everyone in the audience.  “Do you feel better?” Wallace asked O’Donnell when she caught her breath. “I feel better,” Rosie replied. 18 Celebrity Feuds We Never Saw Coming 1. Armed Black Army Veteran Gunned Down By Police In His Home via Breaking Brown An Oklahoma man was gunned down by police after he called 911 to report a crime. Daniel Martin Jr., 41, called police to report vandals in his driveway, but when police arrived, they fatally shot Martin, reports News Oklahoma. “They’re still at my front door,” the decorated Army veteran told a 911 dispatcher. He also advised the dispatcher that he was holding a gun just in case the vandals broke into his home. “I’m inside with my weapon,” he said. Still, when Martin opened his door, someone yelled “gun!” and police officers Elijah Garcia and Anthony Edwards opened fire on Martin. Drugs were found in Martin’s system and police say he was hallucinating and had also fired a shot into a closet, convinced that someone was hiding inside. Police also say a gun was fired from inside the home as they approached, although it is not clear why the shot was fired. Tina Martin said her husband suffered from post traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD) and “had been struggling with it for some time.” Anti-depressants were also found in his system. He served in the Army from 1998 to 2004. The police have been cleared of any wrongdoing.

SMH… Talk about ignorance is bliss . NY Post Columnist Calls Politician A “Spear Chucker” This guy needs to face some serious repercussions for his careless choice of words. According to NY Daily News reports: New York Post political columnist Fred Dicker called an upstate senator a “spear chucker” for the predominantly black New York City Democratic delegation in a controversial on-air comment Thursday. A listener to Dicker’s radio show immediately called him out for the racially offensive comment. Dicker insisted he didn’t know the phrase was a racist slur. “There was NEVER any racial suggestion at all,” Dicker told the Daily News in an email. “I said on the air that I was referring to a political ‘spear carrier’ and thought that the other phrase meant the same thing,” Dicker said. “As soon as a listener called a possible misinterpretation to my attention, I quickly explained my position.” During his radio show on WGDJ Talk AM 1300, the veteran columnist, who is white, criticized state Sen. Neil Breslin (D-Albany), who is also white. “Has anyone heard anything from Neil Breslin in the last few years? He’s just like a spear carrier, spear chucker, for these New York City Democrats, but he doesn’t say anything about what’s going on around here,” Dicker said. Following a commercial break, Dicker clarified his statement after receiving the email from a listener. “I didn’t think it was a slur,” Dicker said on air. A spokeswoman for Rep. Charles Rangel said Dicker should apologize, saying, “Fred Dicker’s use of an unacceptable racial term on his radio program was highly insensitive and offensive.” The blunder comes after another on-air gaffe in January in which Dicker called the Newtown school shooting a “little convenient massacre.” Do you think they should take him off the air? This is a damn shame. Men Beat Army Veteran For Liking Black People SMH. According to Raw Story: Police in Michigan arrested three men who are accused of viciously beating an Army veteran who objected to their racist remarks. According to the Westland Police Department, United States Army veteran Adam Wagner went to a 7-11 convenience store at 2 a.m. Saturday morning to purchase a pack of cigarettes. Once inside, he noticed three men harassing the female clerk, and he told them to stop. When he walked outside, the trio followed him. At this point, Wagner told police, they noticed the Army insignia on Wagner’s car and began to taunt him about the military. “They were saying, ‘How can you be in the military when they let black people in the military?’ They used the ‘n word’, saying [he] was an ‘n-word’ lover,” Wagner’s girlfriend told WJBK. “I took pretty, pretty good offense to that because my best friend in the army was black. He saved my life,” Wagner added. The suspects — all of whom had shaved heads — then began to assault Wagner, punching and kicking him until he was on the ground. “I got to ground and I went straight to the fetal position, covering my ear drums and as much as I could of my face,” said Wagner. He was taken to the hospital, where doctors discovered he had a broken nose, a concussion, and lacerations on his face. The suspects were apprehended late Saturday night after a tipster recognized one of them in security footage aired on a local news station. It’s terrible that this man protected and served his country, yet he still has to deal with this ignorance.
