NBC News reports that Orlando Moore and his girlfriend, Portia Ravenelle, never returned from their Caribbean vacation on March 27. There’s also a car that was found in the Caribbean Sea that was rented to the couple, they add. A man’s body in “advanced stages of decomposition” was found in the car and recovered on March 31. Local fishermen told police they found a woman in serious condition. That woman was hospitalized but died on April 4.
