The outspoken comic has gotten public praise from everyone from Oprah to Jada Pinkett. Despite the adoration, the 39-year-old recently announced in a tweet that she’s cutting folks off she thought were friends. “Yesterday I learned that people that say “they care about you or they got your back” only mean that when they think it benefits them, I am done with a lot of y’all.” Although Tiffany didn’t specify exactly why she was feeling alone during this time, it’s easy to guess why. She’s been the subject of public scrutiny after she allegedly showed up tipsy to perform standup to a sold-out crowd in Miami on NYE and bombed. On Friday, the finance management app released an interactive music video starring 2 Chainz and comedian Adam Scott. Scott plays the head of finance for a record label who encourages Chainz to save his receipts. The rapper then proceeds to dive into a song about his expensive lifestyle and extravagant purchases, like 2 Chainz is known to do. “EXPENSIFY TH!$” is part of the company’s new campaign, “You Weren’t Born To Do Expenses.” The campaign will consist of digital, social, and TV content, including a 30-second ad that will debut on Super Bowl Sunday.
Source: David Livingston / Getty Salim Akil Thinks Alleged Mistress’ Lawsuit Is Too Little, Too Late Salim Akil has finally responded to a lawsuit that alleged he abused and stole a script from a former mistress, Amber Dixon Brenner . According to The Blast , the producer/director is demanding his alleged mistress’ lawsuit accusing him of domestic violence be dismissed. In court documents, Akil claims the statute of limitations on Amber Brenner’s claims has passed. He also says Brenner is barred from bringing claims against him due to her own “negligent, intentional or bad faith conduct.” Additionally, Akil is demanding her lawsuit be thrown out and she be made to pay his attorney fees. Yikes! Amber Dixon Brenner initially filed a lawsuit against Akil on November 20th, 2018 that detailed explicit sexual abuse she allegedly endured from him for over a period of TEN YEARS. She also claimed in the lawsuit that she shared a script with him, which he shopped around on her behalf. After months of failed communication, Akil’s show “Love Is____” was picked up by OWN, bearing similarities. Brenner is suing for compensatory damages, emotional distress, attorney fees, and punitive damages. The amount she is asking for is not disclosed in her complaint. Thoughts?

According to the Associated Press , Cardi is going to takeover the new Las Vegas club. KAOS is an amphitheater-style dayclub and a nightclub that is slated to open its doors in April as part of Palms Casino Resort’s $690 million renovation. The redevelopment of the site will feature brand new state-of-the-art technology performers can use to improve their performances, including a rotating 360-degree DJ booth. Cardi is set to join the likes of KAOS alum including G-Eazy, Kaskade, and Skrillex. Bardi snagging her first Las Vegas residency comes on the heels of the rapper picking up a whopping five Grammy nominations, including one for album of the year for her debut, Invasion of Privacy . The Las Vegas residency isn’t the only first performance-wise Cardi will be experiencing, either. In addition to her nominations, Belcalis will perform at the Grammy Awards for the first time this year. Congratulations to Bardi on all the major success!

Source: Joe Raedle / Getty Man Shoots And Kills Five People Inside Of SunTrust Five people were shot and killed by a 21-year-old man inside of a Sebring, Florida SunTrust bank on Wednesday. Police are calling the crime “senseless”. According to NY Daily News , the man barricaded himself inside the building before surrendering to a SWAT team, authorities said. Zephen Xaver, 21, called 911 just after noon to report that he’d fired shots inside the SunTrust Bank. Unfortunately, negotiations failed to persuade the barricaded man to leave the building. The identities of the victims weren’t immediately released, and investigators didn’t offer an official motive. The SWAT team then entered the bank, and the gunman eventually gave up, police said. He was arrested without injury. “Today’s been a tragic day in our community,” Sebring Police Chief Karl Hoglund told a news conference. “We’ve suffered significant loss at the hands of a senseless criminal doing a senseless crime.” In case you’re curious, here’s a link to his mugshot . According to TMZ , the Tennessee spitter has filed a lawsuit against Epic Games, the company behind Fortnite , saying they stole his “Shoot” dance. The popular leg and hand-chopping move was featured in BlocBoy’s music video for “Shoot,” and Drake made it even more popular when he performed it at parties and in his “Look Alive” music video with BlocBoy. Fortnite has an identical dance that players can acquire called the “Hype” dance. BlocBoy is calling BS, saying Fortnite didn’t get permission to use a dance he created in their video game. Granted, BlocBoy never copyrighted the dance when Fortnite used it, but he says he’s in the process of getting that done. He’s being repped by Sandy Lal and David L. Hecht , who’s repping other artists and dancers accusing Fortnite of theft , including Alfonso Ribeiro . Ribeiro, who’s forever treasured as Carlton from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, filed his lawsuit against Fortnite back in December 2018. He accuses the game of stealing his “Carlton dance” for use in the game. Backpack Kid , who’s behind “The Floss” dance, and 2 Milly , who ushered in the Milly Rock, are also coming for Fortnite ‘s coins. Smh, they better stop playing with these dancers.

According to NYPost , Virgil Abloh and the folks at Louis Vuitton are planning to sell a $2400 Jenga set emblazoned with LV logos and their signature stars. The game is made up of 54 LV monogrammed plexiglass cubes. For $2400 those blocks better reassemble themselves when the game is over.
