According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Atlanta prosecutors struck a deal with the rapper last week. Ty will have to participate in a drug prevention program and stop smoking weed and doing prescription drugs. If you remember, Ty was indicted on 2 felonies and misdemeanor charges after cops found pot and cocaine in his bag back in September 2018. Let’s hope all goes well for the next 13 weeks. David Eason Admits to Drug Use in Shocking New Video

We've all known for a long time now that something is not right with David Eason. Well-adjusted people just don't behave the way he does. As his time in the Teen Mom spotlight drags on, he keeps getting worse and worse, and there really seems to be no limit for how low he can go. Many fans of the show have expressed concerns that one of the issues with him is that he's a drug user, though we've seen little evidence of that. Until now, that is. 1. Real Talk David Eason is a menace to society. 2. The Biggest Downward Spiral Before he got with Jenelle, he was arrested several times for things like DUIs, breaking and entering, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was even once jailed with her first husband, Courtland Rogers! 3. Accusations He was also accused of domestic violence by his ex-girlfriend, who claimed in court documents that he pushed her around and threatened to kill her while she was pregnant with their son. 4. Heartbreaking Her story was so sad that a judge granted a restraining order against David for her and their son, which was only recently lifted. 5. So Sad And the abuse accusations have obviously continued — just a few months ago, Jenelle called 911 for help after David allegedly pinned her to the ground so hard she thought he’d broken her collarbone. 6. Source: David Livingston / Getty Salim Akil Thinks Alleged Mistress’ Lawsuit Is Too Little, Too Late Salim Akil has finally responded to a lawsuit that alleged he abused and stole a script from a former mistress, Amber Dixon Brenner . According to The Blast , the producer/director is demanding his alleged mistress’ lawsuit accusing him of domestic violence be dismissed. In court documents, Akil claims the statute of limitations on Amber Brenner’s claims has passed. He also says Brenner is barred from bringing claims against him due to her own “negligent, intentional or bad faith conduct.” Additionally, Akil is demanding her lawsuit be thrown out and she be made to pay his attorney fees. Yikes! Amber Dixon Brenner initially filed a lawsuit against Akil on November 20th, 2018 that detailed explicit sexual abuse she allegedly endured from him for over a period of TEN YEARS. She also claimed in the lawsuit that she shared a script with him, which he shopped around on her behalf. After months of failed communication, Akil’s show “Love Is____” was picked up by OWN, bearing similarities. Brenner is suing for compensatory damages, emotional distress, attorney fees, and punitive damages. The amount she is asking for is not disclosed in her complaint. Thoughts?

SMH: Lamar Odom Gets Sued For Allegedly Failing To Pay His American Express Bill

Source: Power Sport Images / Getty Lamar Odom Sued Over Unpaid AMEX Bill Even though Lamar Odom seems to be living a much healthier lifestyle than he has in the past, the ball player still has some issues to take care of. According to court documents obtained by The Blast , American Express is suing Odom for allegedly failing to pay up on his bill. The credit card company is claiming that the former Los Angeles Lakers player owes them a whopping $17,050.83. Lamar  has been talking about joining Ice Cube’s BIG3 basketball league, and he might have to use his first paycheck to help pay off that big AMEX bill. Maybe this debt–or other money issues of the same nature–will be something that we hear about when Lamar releases his highly-anticipated memoir in 2019. From Odom’s Instagram page, it also looks like he’s getting into the business of vaping with some “big things coming soon!” Regardless of this alleged debt, it’s good to see Odom trying to get into some other revenue streams besides basketball.

In fact, Rob says he can't afford to pay child support to his baby mama, Blac Chyna  As you may have guessed, Chyna's not interested in hearing his excuses. Take a look: 1. Better Days Blac and Rob’s relationship was very brief and very volatile. But because it resulted in the birth of daughter Dream Kardashian, these two are bonded for life. 2. Bitter Breakup Rob and Blac parted ways in ugly fashion. There were allegations of assault and infidelity, and Rob even posted intimate photos as “revenge porn.” 3. Living the Dream But something beautiful came out of all that ugliness. Rob became a dad, and Blac became a mother of two when little Dream entered the world in 2016. 4. The Settlement It was initially agreed that Rob would pay Dream $20,000 per month for child support — chump change in the Kardashians’ world. 5. Rob Claps Back Of course, we suppose it was only a matter of time before Rob’s lawyers petitioned to “modify” that agreement. 6. Source: Kevin Mazur / Getty Beyoncé launched a copyright infringement lawsuit two years ago against a Texas clothing line that used her name to hawk products. It appears now that both sides are working on a settlement in the matter. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Beyoncé is requesting a hearing scheduled for November 1 to be adjourned. The singer explains, “The parties have met and conferred regarding settlement and are currently involved in advanced negotiations that the parties anticipate will resolve this matter shortly.” Beyoncé says she does not expect the case with the owners of Feyonce to go to trial after all. The settlement talks come just weeks after a federal judge shut down the pop superstar by denying her motion for an injunction against Feyonce, in the case that has dragged on for years. The outlet adds that the judge in the matter does not freely accept Beyoncé’s assertion that people buying Feyonce products would be confused by the two brands and assume she has anything to do with endorsing those products. The Feyonce owners say they never once used images of the singer, nor have they attempted to frame themselves as connected to that brand. I remember my father doing this exercise every single election.” Seeing her dad vote made Obama think about what a “special responsibility” it was — a right that African-American groups fought for during the civil rights era. Aretha Franklin Died Without A Will

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the singer died “intestate” — meaning she had no will at the time of death. It’s especially surprising given that she has a special needs son named Clarence who needs financial and other forms of support for his entire life. Aretha was ill for several years, but apparently did not see the end coming … or possibly a will was low on the priority list. Chris Bosh Wins Court Battle With Mom Over Home Eviction

Bosh was countersued by his mother for forcing the eviction, but a judge sided with the former Miami Heats star in the matter. The Blast reports : As The Blast first reported, Freida Bosh sued her son Chris accusing him of backing out of his promise to keep a roof over her head for life. She accused him of having her sign away the deed without her knowledge. Freida sued to stop Chris from evicting her and sought unspecified damages. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the judge in the case came back with his decision and sided with the NBA star. After hearing arguments from sides, the judge granted Bosh’s motion to dismiss the entire case. French Montana Ordered To Pay Waka Flocka’s Mom $2 Million

In a new filing, the Bad Boy rapper faced a new judgment and will have to pay Anteyjust over $2 million. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Antney’s company, Mizay Entertainment, filed for a sister state judgment stemming from a $1,999,588.41 judgment she won against French last year. Mizay won the judgment in Georgia and the sister state judgment allows the company to collect in California. Antney won her lawsuit against French in 2017 (and no one noticed) for $1,864,012.50 and was subsequently awarded $135,140.91 more for interest when the final judgment was entered in January 2018.
