Harry How/Getty Images LeBron James Lakers Debut Marred By Fight Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you probably already know that the Lakers home opener — LeBron’s debut with the team — was interrupted by a huge on court brawl during the 4th quarter. You can see most of this pretty clearly in the video but TMZ is reporting that the 4th quarter catch fade began when Lakers Center, Brandon Ingram, shoved Rockets Guard, James Harden. Ingram received a technical foul for his actions but soon after Houston PG, Chris Paul and Lakers PG Rajon Rondo started throwing punches at each other. You can see Chris Paul poking Rondo in the face with a finger before Rondo threw a punch but Chris Paul and several teammates say Rondo was to blame and he spit in Paul’s face. The NBA hasn’t yet doled out punishments for those involved but stay tuned because there are likely to be some suspensions. In a new filing, the Bad Boy rapper faced a new judgment and will have to pay Anteyjust over $2 million. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Antney’s company, Mizay Entertainment, filed for a sister state judgment stemming from a $1,999,588.41 judgment she won against French last year. Mizay won the judgment in Georgia and the sister state judgment allows the company to collect in California. Antney won her lawsuit against French in 2017 (and no one noticed) for $1,864,012.50 and was subsequently awarded $135,140.91 more for interest when the final judgment was entered in January 2018. He fooled everyone into thinking he was a (hilariously bad) rapper, but is actually British comedian named Michael Dapaah playing a character. His freestyle went viral back in early September when his “The Ting Goes” meme completely popped off, following his appearance on BBC Radio 1Xtra’s “Fire in the Booth.” That same freestyle was also the result of the ever-quotable “Mans Not Hot,” a song that showed up on iTunes very shortly after it took place. A few weeks after the song dropped, the real-deal Shaquille O’Neal heard about it, and decided to release a diss track aimed at the man calling himself Big Shaq. In the track, he declares that there is “only one Big Shaq” and then proceeded to throw some more jabs in the British rapper’s direction. He also collaborated on the song with a rapper from Toronto named ShaqIsDope , making things all the more confusing in this Shaq v. Shaq beef. The diss track against him only fueled Big Shaq’s momentum. He turned right back around and released a video for his viral track “Mans Not Hot” nearly 2 weeks after Shaq’s diss track hit the internet, which quickly gained millions of views. The music video created even more longevity for a viral sensation that wasn’t going to die any time soon. One day following the release of his music video, Big Shaq then responded to Shaq by performing a remix of “Mans Not Hot” for Bleacher Report, which is also labeled as a diss to the former Laker. And for the latest in beef news, it seems like Mr. O’Neal caught wind of the track aimed at him. On Monday night, he took to Instagram to address Big Shaq for a second time. He called the rapper a fraud and referred to him as “fake Shaq,” also telling him to “#learnhowtorap.” That’s the end of the beef, for now, but who knows what will happen later on. Maybe all Shaqs can live together happily ever after and release a song together.
Lil Uzi Vert proved a long time ago that he was about the rock star lifestyle — now he has a rock legend co-signing his talent. In a recent interview with Consequence of Sound , Uzi’s idol and rock icon Marilyn Manson revealed that he’s been in talks with the Philly rapper and plans to work with him on a new album. He told the site, “[Uzi] wants to do a rock album next, and I would love to see that happen because I think that he could make a new thing. Not some rock/rap type of thing, something special and new that I think needs to be created just to f*** the world up more.” Manson added, “I think that if I had to pick what Lil Uzi Vert should be, if he’s involved in rock, it’s an early Bad Brains or Faith No More, but with a catchier element. I think he has punk rock in him. He’s a lil’ crazy m*therf*cker. And good. Smart as f*ck. He has an attitude like I did, and I like that about him.” Uzi has never been quiet about his love for the rock legend and his desire to create a more authentic sound. You may recall that at the 2017 Video Music Awards, he performed a mashup of his hit record “XO ToUR Llif3” with Ed Sheeran on guitar and singing the hook. Kenneka’s name trended on Twitter yesterday after the story went viral, spawning numerous citizen journalists who pieced together their own respective theories. MUST READ: Mother Of Teen Found Dead In Freezer: ‘Someone In This Hotel Killed My Child’ Here’s all we know about the tragic case so far: 1.Kenneka Jenkins left home around 11:30 pm on September 9 to attend a kickback with friends at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel & Conference Center. 2. She was reportedly last seen by her friends in the early hours of the morning. Kenneka’s sister last spoke to her at 1:30 am around the alleged time she went missing. 3. The friends called Kenneka’s mother, Teresa Martin, around 4:30 am to inform her they couldn’t find Kenneka. Martin rushed to the hospital and asked hotel staff to see surveillance video, but was referred to police, who instructed her to wait. 4. 19-year-old Kenneka Jenkins was found dead in a walk-in freezer in a vacant area of the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel & Conference Center. 5. Irene Roberts appeared to be live streaming the “kickback” on Kenneka friend’s Monifa Shelton’s FB page. Kenneka can allegedly be seen in the reflection of camerawoman’s sunglasses in the final moments before she went missing. The video and other social media posts are being investigated by police. 6. Kenneka’s alleged voice can be heard in the background of the video. 7. One of the girls on the live Facebook video reportedly works at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel & Conference Center where Kenneka partied and eventually died. 8. Martin claims police told her Kenneka drunkenly stumbled into the freezer, fell asleep and died. 9. Investigators have access to surveillance footage and have been questioning witnesses, however, they have not released information about how Kenneka died or got into the freezer. 10. During a recent Facebook live protest and press conference, the mother said, she’s been getting different stories from both the police and friends. “I’m getting a bunch of different stories from friends and police.” 11. A video of Kenneka and her friend, who was reportedly with her before she disappeared, appear in this video on Monifah Shelton’s Facebook page. 12. Citizen journalists have pieced together different theories and timelines in an attempt to solve Kenneka’s mysterious death. 13.
