The Blast is reporting that the 26-year-old’s felony theft charges, stemming from a failure to perform in Liberty County, Georgia have been dropped. Court documents show that officials in the city dropped the charges sharing that the District Attorney rejected the charges. 21 originally surrendered to the Liberty County Sheriff’s Department on February 15 but was later released. The club promoter alleged that the rapper was given a $9,500 advance for a 2016 show but never hit the stage. The promoter also alleges that the rapper was given the remaining $7,500 balance, resulting in a believed loss of $17,000. Authorities were originally notified of the allegations in October 2016 with a warrant issued at that time. The promoter notified authorities once more of the outstanding warrant once 21 was picked up by ICE agents the morning of Super Bowl Sunday. A member of 21’s legal team predicted an agreement will be reached between both parties. “[21 Savage] has committed no criminal offense,” attorney Abby Taylor told TMZ on Feb. 15. “We look forward to an amicable resolution between the parties in the near future with no criminal implications whatsoever.” RELATED: Jay-Z And Roc Nation Are Joining 21 Savage’s Legal Battle Against ICE

These days, there's a lot of crazy stuff going on The Land — that patch of sinking prefab outbuildings that Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans and her husband, David Eason, weirdly take a tremendous amount of pride in. We know, there's always crazy stuff going on in Jenelle and David's lives, but lately, these two have really been outdoing themselves. There have been assault accusations, use of heavy artillery, and visits from the Secret Service . But just when we think Jenelle and David have participated in every kind of bonkers behavior imaginable, they go and surprise us with something completely out of left field. Something like this week's bizarre video in which David spanks Jenelle while the two of them get soused in broad daylight. Take a look: 1. The Easons Saying that Jenelle and David are a bit of an odd couple would be putting it very, very mildly. 2. Strange Times on The Land The Easons have always attracted the attention of CPS, local law enforcement, and millions of TM2 fans who think MTV subsidizing an abusive situation. 3. Too Much Time on His Hands These days, Eason is creeping up on a year of unemployment, having been canned by MTV following a homophobic social media tirade back in February of 2018. 4. Acting Out And unfortunately, during that time, he’s devoted himself to two main pursuits — spending Jenelle’s money and thirsting for attention on social media. 5. The Theory Some folks think David resents Jenelle’s role as the household’s sole breadwinner and that he’s trying to get her fired from Teen Mom 2. 6. Too Much Credit We don’t think there’s that much going on in David’s skull, however. In fact, we’re pretty sure he’s just doing whatever he can to score the attention of the masses. Case in point … View Slideshow
Tommie Lee is in major trouble with the law. And we mean MAJOR trouble with the law. The former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta cast member, whose real name is Atasha Chizaah Jefferson, was indicted in Cobb County last Thursday on multiple felony charges. According to court documents, these charges include: Aggravated assault Child cruelty Battery Aggravated stalking Disrupting a public school And the details behind the charges only paint an even more horrific picture for Lee. She’s accused of going to her daughter’s middle school in October, walking into this child’s classroom unannounced and slapping her daughter on the hands with her purse strap. She’s also accused of slapping her across the face… dragging her down the hall by her hair… and throwing her into a metal locker. These alleged events took place on October 16 at Griffin Middle School in Smyrna, Georgia. Jefferson was arrested at the scene and made bail — but then she was then arrested again the very next day for violating a court order to stay away from this daughter. (As part of making bond, Lee was ordered to stay away from her daughter for an unknown period of time.) Per these same legal documents, Lee went home after leaving jail following the first arrest and the young girl was there. The cops then found Lee in the attic of this residence and took her into custody once more. Known for stirring up quite a bit of drama during her run on, the mother of two was arrested in July of 2018 after striking a valet operator outside of Atlanta hotspot Royal Peacock. She said previously that she had been arrested over a dozen times. And she also seemed proud of this fact. Just one day ago, on her most recent post on Instagram (where she has 3.5 million followers), Lee shared a picture of herself along with the caption: “Been through A storm and it turned me Into Ah G.” This is the photo affiliated with those inspiring words: “Half the time I’ve been on probation without going to prison,” Lee told VH1 upon joining the Love & Hip Hop cast in 2016, adding at the time: “Half the time I was put on probation but I was still a badass. I still would violate probation. I wouldn’t do community service, so [I] guess that you get booked again and [then] you got a whole new mug shot.” Lee’s next court date was not immediately available online. But if convicted on all seven charges she faces, the ex-reality star could face up to 54 years behind bars.
Cops arrested 22-year old Christopher Precopia while he was working at a lumberyard in Williamson County, TX, and accused him of burglary with intent to commit other crimes. Christopher had no idea what he was being taken to jail for, then later found out that his ex-girlfriend from high school had fabricated a story to the cops. The KVUE reports: The accuser said Precopia broke into her home in Temple and sliced an X into her chest with a box cutter. Her identity is not being made public because she is not being charged with a crime. She would later admit to Temple police that she reported Precopia because she had a rocky relationship with him several years earlier. On the night of the alleged attack, Precopia was actually 65 miles away at a hotel in Austin with his mom, Erin Precopia. Luckily, he decided to take a selfie of himself with his family that evening, which he posted on social media. Police have finally dropped the charges against Precopia nine months after his arrest. Thank God for selfies.
George Lopez has officially been charged with battery after getting into a fight with an alleged Trump supporter at a New Mexico Hooters last month. Las Cruces Sun New s reports: Lopez will be receiving a criminal summons to Las Cruces Municipal Court for the misdemeanor count. He’ll either have to appear in person or hire an attorney to appear for him for his court hearing. You may recall that back in October, cell phone footage surfaced of the comedian trying to snatch the phone and grab the back of the man’s neck after he put his arms on Lopez’s shoulder and said, “MAGA,” referring to Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” slogan that has clearly targeted Mexican-Americans. Lopez hasn’t responded to the charges.
Photo by Steven Hirsch-Pool/Getty Images Harvey Weinstein had a little bit of a luck and a lot of White privilege on his side Thursday morning when a New York judge dismissed one of the six sex assault charges against him. BBC reports: Prosecutors said actress Lucia Evans had given a witness a different version of the alleged sex assault from the one she had given them. Ms. Evans has told US media that Mr Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him in 2004. Five charges involving alleged sex assaults on two women remain. Mr Weinstein has denied all the charges. Mr Weinstein’s lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, said he would seek to have the remaining charges dismissed as well. The 21-year-old rapper was released from Broward County Jail early Saturday morning. A camera crew on the scene tried to ask him how he was feeling about his release, but he was too focused on getting the hell out of there. As The Blast first reported, Kodak’s first post-jail stop will be to see his mother and young son. Back in April, the rapper was sentenced to one year in county jail even though he was facing up to 12 years behind bars. Kodak Black pled guilty to two probation violations, including driving on a suspended license and “associating with people committing crimes.” As The Blast previously reported, police witnessed the rapper in the presence of cannabis and ammunition during an Instagram Live stream. His powerhouse attorney, Bradford Cohen , argued that there was no way to prove that the weed and ammo from the video could be determined to be authentic, and the charges should be dropped. The violation charges were dropped and other charges, including child neglect, that were connected to a police raid on his home, were also dropped.
It was only last October when Naya Rivera and Ryan Dorsey’s divorce was called off . Things looked bright for the couple. Fast forward less than two months, and Naya got arrested after allegedly hitting her husband — in front of their young son, no less. But it looks like Naya has somehow managed to get out of the domestic battery charges. Naya Rivera was once a celebrated Glee star. She also wrote a book and spoke up about her experience with having an abortion. While no medical procedure is anybody’s business, it was good that she chose to share her story, because every time that someone speaks up, it helps to ease society’s stigma about abortion. Compared to some of her fellow Glee stars, after Corey Monteith’s tragic death and Mark Salling pleading guilty for child porn , she was doing pretty well just living her best life for a while there. And then she went and got herself arrested. Late last November (it was the wee hours of Saturday night, in fact), news broke that Naya Rivera had been arrested for domestic battery. Reportedly, she and Ryan Dorsey were out on a walk with their two-year-old son, Josey. Apparently, during an argument about their son, Naya struck her husband more than once. Enough that police could see signs of the alleged strikes later, which included a busted lip, Ryan declined medical attention. (Domestic violence is still domestic violence when a woman does it, folks) Ryan called the police, who arrested and charged Naya before releasing her. She was picked up from the police station by her father-in-law, which sounds awkward as hell. Though Ryan Dorsey and Naya Rivera asked for privacy , there were further reports. Among them, a claim that police believe that Naya was intoxicated when the alleged violence took place. Additionally, Ryan Dorsey’s 911 call described Naya as “out of control.” On its own, that’s all very worrisome and inexcusable. The fact that it took place in front of their son makes it even worse. Suffice it to say that the couple’s divorce is back on. However, TMZ reports that Naya Rivera’s domestic battery charge has been dropped . Prosecutors say that it was Ryan Dorsey who was ultimately unwilling to go through with pressing charges. We don’t know if this was part of a deal for their divorce (over alimony or custody or whatever). Last month, Ryan and Naya agreed that they would share custody of Josey. This isn’t the same as reconciliation, but some are concerned about Naya’s allegedly violent behavior. They wonder what happens the next time that she gets “out of control.” It sounded like Big Sean suggested that Naya Rivera’s behavior isn’t unprecedented. As always, what’s most important is Josey’s safety and well-being. We hope that whatever Ryan and Naya work out, it’s in Josey’s best interests. But … it’s never a good feeling to see an accused domestic batterer face zero legal consequences for their alleged violence. View Slideshow: Celebrity Break-Ups: Who Called It Quits in 2017?
