The family aims to confront Kelly at his Chicago Trump Tower residence, but they hope law enforcement officials will provide protection. TMZ reports : Gerald Griggs — an attorney who reps Joycelyn Savage’s family — tells TMZ he and the family are actively working with prosecutors in Illinois to conduct a new welfare check on Joycelyn at Kelly’s Trump Tower pad. Griggs says the Savages believe Joycelyn is living there, too, along with Azriel Clary. Both women were at R. Kelly’s court hearing over the weekend, supporting him. Griggs says Chicago PD conducted a welfare check in January, but he doesn’t trust they did a thorough job. He says the fam wants one done when they can be there to witness it. The Savages ultimate goal hasn’t changed — they’re hoping they can somehow get through to Joycelyn and convince her to leave Kelly. Source: Splash News / Splash News Bill Cosby Moved To General Population Contrary to popular belief, Bill Cosby is not bicking back and booling in a special area of the Pennsylvania prison where he’s currently serving three to ten years for sexual assault. According to reports, the legally blind 81-year old has been moved to general population and is now in a single cell without a cell mate. State corrections spokeswoman Amy Worden told CNN that Cosby is being “treated just the same as any other inmate. Worden added that inmates there can spend several hours a day in the gym library, class or day room and that Cosby has inmates assigned to help him at times, given his age and disability. The fallen legend has already spent about four months in special housing as he adjusted to the SCI-Phoenix prison in suburban Pennsylvania. Welp.

The woman, known only as Jane Doe, says a motion filed by Nelly in order to get her to reveal her identity is a tactic to have her drop a connected lawsuit. The Blast reports : The woman suing Nelly (who filed the case under the pseudonym Jane Doe) is responding to the rapper’s request to dismiss the case unless she reveals her identity. “Nelly is attempting to intimidate his sexual assault victim into dropping her case by publicly ‘outing’ her,” Doe’s attorney writes in a new filing. “There is no other reason.” She is demanding his motion to force her to reveal her true identity be denied by the court. The woman says Nelly and his lawyers were already informed privately of her identity last year before this lawsuit was filed. They claim, “There is no prejudice to the Defense in allowing Plaintiff to stay out of the public eye such that her identity remains known only to the Court and to the parties here.” She points out courts have repeatedly ruled that allegations of “sexual assault and rape, as in this case, concern highly sensitive and personal subjects, and that forcing the victims to identify themselves publicly would deter those victims and others from reporting their assaults.” The lawsuit is connected to a November 2017 event in England where Jane Doe claims Nelly masturbated in front of her backstage and forced his penis into her mouth. The woman is also filing a defamation lawsuit against Nelly’s girlfriend, who blasted Jane Doe’s claims on social media. — Photo: WENN

Dominique Williams, 34, turned himself in Tuesday after Atlanta Police Special Victims Unit investigators secured a warrant against him for aggravated sodomy, reports The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The arrest comes after a woman live streamed the incident on Jan. 20 while celebrating her birthday at Atlanta’s Club Opera nightclub. The latest movie was super producer Will Packer that stars Taraji P Henson tells the story of Ali Davis, a successful black woman trying to make partner at a big sports agency in Atlanta that has clients like Lisa Leslie , Shaquille O’Neal and more. When she gets passed up for a big promotion to someone who isn’t as good as she is, Ali starts wonders what else she needs to do to succeed in a man’s world. Hoping to find answers from a psychic who makes her drink a weird concoction that suddenly allows her to hear what men are thinking. Using her newfound ability, Ali starts to turn the tables on her obnoxious male colleagues while racing to sign the next basketball superstar. This movie highlights a strong woman who isn’t afraid to make the first move on a guy, puts her career first and is willing to stop at nothing to get to the top. While watching this hilarious tale of Ali Davis I drew a parallel to some of my successful Black female friends who haven’t been able to find love. So I asked Taraji her thoughts on why men are cautious when approaching successful Black women. Taraji thinks when Black women label themselves as strong it can scar potential dates away. Taraji explained that “A lot of men feel like they don’t have anything to offer,” a successful Black woman but they need to, “Stop thinking of it in terms of material things. Usually, when a woman is successful and she’s made her way in the world and she’s got her money, she’s financially stable — What she needs and what’s often missing is the emotional support. Sometimes that’s literally what we need from a man. We need emotional support and to feel loved unconditionally.” That What Men Want star goes on to explain that when she has to go out in the world and fight her battles and prove her worth she needs a man at home who is saying, ‘Baby you can do it.’ Taraji goes on to explain how calling yourself a strong black woman can scare potential men you want to date away. In What Men Want Taraji’s ambition does come into play with her relationship interest in the film, which is played by former Underground star Aldis Hodge. The ups and downs of their relationship journey lead to some really funny on camera moments that make What Men Want extremely funny helping 2019 continue Hollywood’s run at some extremely great films. So on February 8th so see What Men Want if you want to see a funny movie that pushes gender norms while entertaining to the masses.

We’re gonna be favored nations, and we’re gonna make the same thing.’ Fast forward to last week, we’re making five times what we asked for.” While it’s incredible that both men and women have aligned themselves to help the actress get paid what she deserves, it’s still disturbing that without these allies, Black women would continually be left behind in the race for equality. “I think my goal is to make sure that all women of color get equal pay, and all women get equal pay,” Spencer told audiences at the Sundance panel. “The only way to do it is to have these conversations, to talk numbers with your costars.
