Chilleeeee: Nashville Woman Sues Cheating Ex-Boyfriend Who Gave Her Herpes After Sleeping With Another Man

Source: Tim Robberts / Getty Everyone screws up in relationships from time to time, but some things are just lawsuit worthy. One Nashville woman took her issues to court, claiming that she became infected with HSV-2 genital herpes after her boyfriend of four years had cheated on her. The woman, who filed the complaint under the pseudonym “PH”, says she was free of any sexually transmitted diseases before starting what she thought was a monogamous relationship in Nov. 2013. According to legal documents : “PH and Gregory Cole, of Brentwood, first met in 2010, and then reconnected in 2014, and formed a sexual relationship which lasted until 2018, and she believed Cole to be heterosexual, and monogamous, until April of 2018, when Gregory Cole accidentally called the woman from his cell phone during a sexual encounter with another man, and the phone call lasted one hour and twenty-eight minutes. The woman says she listened to the entire call, which included explicit sexual conversation and narrating various actions in which he and his male partner were engaging.” Following the shocking call, PH went to get tested for STDs, only to find out that she in fact had been infected with HSV-2, genital herpes, which is incurable. The woman says she hasn’t had any other sexual partners since hooking up with Cole. She is currently suing Cole for $1 million, siting battery, infliction of emotional distress, both intentional and neglect, negligence, and fraud. However, Cole has refused to speak with her about the incident. Guess she’ll see him in court.

Woman Says Nelly Is Trying To Intimidate Her In Sexual Assault Lawsuit Case

Source: Sakura/WENN.com / WENN The woman who accused Nelly of sexual assault is now claiming that the rapper is trying to intimidate her. The woman, known only as Jane Doe, says a motion filed by Nelly in order to get her to reveal her identity is a tactic to have her drop a connected lawsuit. The Blast reports : The woman suing Nelly (who filed the case under the pseudonym Jane Doe) is responding to the rapper’s request to dismiss the case unless she reveals her identity. “Nelly is attempting to intimidate his sexual assault victim into dropping her case by publicly ‘outing’ her,” Doe’s attorney writes in a new filing. “There is no other reason.” She is demanding his motion to force her to reveal her true identity be denied by the court. The woman says Nelly and his lawyers were already informed privately of her identity last year before this lawsuit was filed. They claim, “There is no prejudice to the Defense in allowing Plaintiff to stay out of the public eye such that her identity remains known only to the Court and to the parties here.” She points out courts have repeatedly ruled that allegations of “sexual assault and rape, as in this case, concern highly sensitive and personal subjects, and that forcing the victims to identify themselves publicly would deter those victims and others from reporting their assaults.” The lawsuit is connected to a November 2017 event in England where Jane Doe claims Nelly masturbated in front of her backstage and forced his penis into her mouth. The woman is also filing a defamation lawsuit against Nelly’s girlfriend, who blasted Jane Doe’s claims on social media. — Photo: WENN

Tamra Judge Is "Extremely Sorry" for Son’s Homophobic Rant

Tamra Judge wants to make something abundantly clear: She is a strong supporter of the LGBT community. What has driven The Real Housewives of Orange County star make this point as precisely as possible? Because not only did her son go on a homophobic rant last week that included the call for a transgender individual to be murdered… … but Judge also Liked one of the posts include by her son, Ryan, in this diatribe. Back on January 17, the 33-year old brought up someone who sued a Colorado baker for refusing to make a cake celebrating this person’s gender transition. “Hopefully this guy goes on a rampage and kills whatever transgendered f-ck head took him to court. Ooops did I just say that,” Ryan Tweeted in response to the story. Ryan later added that this “country needs to kill off this f-ckery bullshit” and said: “You want to be transgender cool that’s your life but don’t push your transgender bullsh-t on me or America.” View Slideshow: Tamra Judge’s Son Pushes for Murder of a “Transgendered F-ck Head” We recapped Ryan’s heinous words above, but his Tweet storm included a link to a story about a transgender couple in Great Britain who is transitioning its five-year old child. Judge Liked this post and wrote along with her button-push: “Wow, that’s sad. 5-year-old cannot make a decision like that.” Many social media users interpreted this Like and this remark as support for her son’s views, something the veteran Bravo star did NOT attend, she now explains. Tamra and son Ryan are pictured here in a scene from an old episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. “I’d like to address the many comments regarding my son Ryan’s posts on Instagram,” wrote Judge to open a lengthy caption, which she included along with the Martin Luther King Jr. photo/quote below. “I have been extremely upset my son would post such a thing. A post that I did NOT see because he took it down immediately knowing it was WRONG,” she added. Why did she remark on the story about that British couple? “Admittedly, I had a concerned “mom” moment when referring to a post about a 5-year-old making life altering decisions. My comment did not come from a place of hate,” she said on Instagram yesterday. Ryan is the 33-year old son of Tamra and ex-husband Darren Vieth. She gave birth to him at the age of 18 and has tried to stick by him through a handful of trying situations. For example: He was arrested in 2015 on a charge of domestic abuse against his girlfriend. “I’ve encouraged Ryan to make his own amends but in the meantime, I’m extremely sorry, His words were harsh & unacceptable,” Judge wrote here of her child, concluding: “I have nothing but love & respect for the LGBTQ community….always have always will. I will continue 2019 with a renewal of peace, wellness & love for all.” Tamra shares three other children with her ex, Simon Barney: daughters Sidney, 20, and Sophia, 13, and son Spencer, 18. The reality star married Eddie Judge in June of 2013. Do you accept her apology in this case? Or do you think Tamra is full of it and still deserving of scorn?

Amber Portwood to Jenelle Evans: I Made You, B-tch!

Jenelle Evans has a lot on her plate these days. Obviously, the controversial Teen Mom 2 star is no stranger to feuding with her castmates, but these days she's fighting a war on multiple fronts. In addition to her ongoing feud with Kailyn Lowry , Jenelle has now incurred the wrath of Amber Portwood. And thus far, the Teen Mom OG star has proven to be quite a formidable opponent. Amber already let loose on Jenelle in one epic Instagram rant, and now she's blessed us with another blistering tirade. Jenelle's responses have been so weak up to this point that we're beginning to suspect she knows she's outmatched. Take a look:  1. Going Off Last week, Amber shredded Jenelle in a rant that touched on everything from Evans’ attempts to act tough to her husband’s threats of violence against women. 2. Starting Off Strong Amber kicked things off last week by deriding David as a “disgusting clown.” Believe it or not, things only got worse from there. 3. Not Holding Back For more than 18 minutes, Amber unloaded on David, calling him “a punk, and you’re a p-ssy” and encouraging him to try and fight her husband. 4. Fightin’ Words And of course, Amber had some strong words for Jenelle, as well. 5. Jenelle Claps Back Not surprisingly, it wasn’t long before Jenelle responded to Amber’s taunts. 6. Yep, That’s What Happened “You’re over here making fun of my husband and calling him a clown and sh-t,” Jenelle ranted. View Slideshow

Chris Brown Victim Details Alleged Rape as "Brutal, Violent"

Chris Brown is once again in trouble with the law. And he may actually go to prison for his actions this time. We’re getting ahead of ourselves a bit, but Brown was arrested in Paris yesterday on charges of rape and drug possession. Along with two members of his entourage, the polarizing singer was detained by French authorities after a woman who met Brown on January 15 claims she went back to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel with him after a night of clubbing. Speaking to Closer Magazine about the alleged incident, this unnamed victim offered up a number of grisly details about what transpired. Once insider the artists’s suite, the woman says she got up and went to the bathroom … only for Brown to follow her and “catch me by the right arm,” continuing: “He makes me enter a sort of dressing room. He closed the door … it lasted 25 – 30 minutes.” The woman described the reported rape as “brutal and violent” and said she was then “abused” by one of Brown’s friends and a bodyguard. A 24-year old model who Closer refers to by the pseudonym “Karima,” she says she waited two days to go to the police because she was frightened. However, she eventually decided to report what happened because she didn’t want Brown to “be able to do the same things to other girls.” In its latest update, TMZ refers to a source tight with Brown who counters that the singer was never alone with Karima and that approximately 20 people were present at all times, including Brown’s girlfriend, someone with bad taste named Amika Harris. As for the legal side of things: Following a custody period of two days, Paris prosecutors will have the option of releasing Brown and his associates — or opening a criminal investigation. If they go with the latter, the lawyers can ask the judge to either keep Brown in custody pending trial or let him go free with “obligations.” If Brown is released with obligations, he could be required to surrender his passport to French authorities and would remain in Paris pending said trial, which typically takes a year. As for the drug charge: A police source has told Radar Online that “a number of suspects were carrying cocaine” after cops arrived on the scene in response to a complaint. That’s all the information we have on that part of the matter. We aren’t here to say whether Brown committed this act or not, but he has a history of violence. Especially violence against women. In 2009, of course, he assaulted Rihanna , leaving his then-girlfriend with wounds all over her face. In 2016, he was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon  after he allegedly pulled a gun on a woman named Baylee Curran. Neither Brown nor anyone from his legal team has commented on this latest incident. But IF it’s true that Chris Brown committed rape, would a single reader out there be surprised? Like, at all? UPDATE : Brown has very clearly now addressed the accusation via this photo: And this caption: I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR…… THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP! NNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!! FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISPRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!! Thirty Seconds To Mars’ Echelon Flock To New York For ‘Artifact’ Premiere, And Jared Leto

Fans of Jared Leto’s band Thirty Seconds to Mars like to refer to themselves as family, but ‘apostles’ might be a better term.  Thanks to their fervent support, Artifact , the Leto-directed (under the pseudonym Bartholomew Cubbins)  film about the band’s lengthy legal battle with its record label EMI, is making some noise on the indie circuit. In September, Artifact won the Toronto International Film Festival’s  People’s Choice Documentary Award in September, and earlier this month it was nominated for an IFP Gotham Audience Award even though the film didn’t premiere in the U.S. until Thursday night at the DOC NYC festival in New York City. The Echelon — the name that Leto has bestowed upon his band’s fan base — were out in force there, too, braving frigid temperatures and a Nor’Easter-snarled New York to gather by the dozens at the School of Visual Arts in Chelsea for the screening and a glimpse of their idol.  A spokeswoman for DOC NYC says that more than 500 people attended the two screenings of the documentary that were held on Thursday. Instead of the screaming hordes you might battle at a Justin Bieber appearance, however, the mostly female and surprisingly middle-aged crowd that gathered at the 6 p.m. screening of Artifact was well behaved and fairly quiet when it came to their reverence. (Somehow, they’d even organized a canned-food drive with local charity City Harvest to help the victims of Hurricane Sandy.) Photographer Jolene McMeans had traveled from Eugene, Ore. to see the film.  “I barely made it last night,” she told Movieline. Johana Ruano, who sat next to her and carried a bouquet of flowers, said that she had made it in from Miami despite having her first flight canceled Wednesday night due to the storm. DOC NYC Artistic Director Thom Powers told the crowd that Leto’s initial flight to New York had been canceled, too, but he had also found a way to the city and the Echelon gave him an enthusiastic welcome as he walked to the front of the theater dressed in black and wearing a hipster trapper’s hat. “I know half the people in this room,” he said, after which a male voice in the crowd shouted, “I love you.” “I love you, too!” Leto replied. The Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman was in the process of explaining that Artifact was a “really personal” film and a “labor of love” when he was interrupted by a mewling sound from the audience. “Is that a cat?” he asked. (Actually, it was a young child that one of the audience members had brought with her.) The actor and musical artist returned to describing Artifact : “It’s a film about a battle. It’s a film about an album. It’s a film about our lives,” Leto said. Artifact is also a film in need of an editor, but it does shine a sobering light on the vagaries of the major-label music business, which, the film’s participants point out, for instance, continues to charge bands de-rigeur breakage fees for records that are digitally downloaded. And that’s just one of the minor details. Although the band decided to stay with EMI after the lawsuit was dropped and the band was given a more favorable contract, the film claims that, despite selling millions of albums, Thirty Seconds to Mars has not made any money on the sale of those recordings. And what did the Echelon think? Though Leto did not return at the end of the screening, they stood to give the movie an extended standing ovation. On my way out of the theater, I asked Johana and Jolene why they were so loyal to Leto and Thirty Seconds to Mars. “He involves you. He answers your tweets,” said McMeans. “He makes us part of the band as well,” said Ruano. Follow Frank DiGiacomo on Twitter.  Follow Movieline on Twitter.

High And Low: Early Fritz Lang, Late John Carpenter

This week’s new DVD releases  make it easy to put a little Highbrow dark chocolate in your Lowbrow crunchy peanut butter and enjoy a satisfying double feature . Whether you’re in the mood for serious German cinema (that mixes in some genre tropes) or ass-kicking science fiction (flavored with pungent political satire), there’s plenty for all tastes this week. HIGH: Fritz Lang: The Early Works (Kino Classics; $39.95 DVD) WHO’S RESPONSIBLE: This trio of early works by legendary German director Fritz Lang includes an adaptation of the classic opera Madame Butterfly and two films Lang co-wrote with his then-wife Thea von Harbou  that feature actor Rudolf Klein-Rogge — two key collaborators on Lang’s masterpiece, Metropolis . WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT: 1919’s Harakiri , the Madame Butterfly adaptation, tells the story of a Japanese girl and her doomed romance with a European officer who abandons her.  The Wandering Shadow (1920), Lang and von Harbou’s first collaboration, follows a woman fleeing from a sex scandal and her eventual shot at redemption. Four Around the Woman , from 1921, sees a socialite falling victim to a crime…or is she involved in a blackmail plot? WHY IT’S SCHMANCY: Before he fled Nazi Germany, before M and Metropolis , even before Spies and the Dr. Mabuse movies, Fritz Lang was a successful filmmaker in Weimar-era Germany, when Expressionism was the happening thing. For scholars who wanted to explore the master’s entire oeuvre, however, many of Lang’s earliest films were difficult to access. Harakiri was one of four films Lang made in 1919, his first year as a director. And yes, the film has German actors performing in yellowface, but at least the filmmakers bothered to get genuine Japanese costumes and artifacts from the Hamburg Anthropological Museum. This DVD features restorations mastered from 35mm elements. WHY YOU SHOULD BUY IT:  Fritz Lang: The Early Works should appeal to more than just Lang completists. Anyone who cares about the roots of movies or just wants to check out silent cinema at its most vibrant should pick up this collection. LOW: They Live (Collector’s Edition) (Scream Factory; $19.93 DVD, $29.93 Blu-Ray) WHO’S RESPONSIBLE: Written (under the pseudonym “Frank Armitage”) and directed by John Carpenter; starring “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, Keith David, Meg Foster. WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT: A homeless drifter (Piper) finds a stash of special sunglasses that allow him to see the truth about the world around him: the rich and powerful are actually aliens who are destroying the planet and manipulating humans with subliminal messages in the media that induce people to consume mindlessly and to conform. WHY IT’S FUN: Released in 1988, Ronald Reagan’s last year in office, They Live is one of the most stinging satires of the Gipper’s era. Carpenter basically implied that yuppie-ism and the rest of the decade’s excesses were the product of cultural manipulation. (Okay, so extraterrestrials were behind the whole thing, but it’s an intriguing idea.) And if you’re not in the mood to look for political perspective, there are gross aliens and crazy shoot-outs and a fight scene between Piper and David that goes on…and on…and on…into cinema legend. WHY YOU SHOULD BUY IT (AGAIN): This new Collector’s Edition features great new goodies, including interviews with Foster (who’s still got Those Eyes), David and Carpenter, plus previously unseen footage from the original TV spots for the movie and a featurette on the visual style, scoring and stunts. (There’s also a Carpenter-Piper commentary track that’s been previously available.) Alonso Duralde has written about film for The Wrap, Salon and MSNBC.com. Man Caught Posing As A Pilot A La Catch Me If You Can

This is a case of life imitating art, or maybe just both going full circle. An Italian man took a cue from the 2002 Steven Spielberg film Catch Me if You Can starring Leonardo DiCaprio and donned a pilot’s uniform, fake identification and gained access to at least one flight in a cockpit. Apparently the age of intense airport security failed to initially discover the faux-pilot, who posed under the pseudonym of “Andrea Sirlo” before being arrested at a bar in Turin Airport. In Catch Me if You Can , DiCaprio played U.S. con-man Frank Abagnale, Jr. who, among many things, flew more than a million miles on over 250 fights to 26 countries in the 1950s after he gained access to a Pan Am uniform and forged a pilot’s license. Abagnale, of course, pulled off the feat at a time when air travel was still in its infancy and security detail at airports during the time were significantly lax compared to today’s post-9/11 era. “I saw that film and I wanted to be like Frank Abagnale,” the Italian man known as “Sirlo” told police, according to The Guardian . Police were first tipped off after a civil aviation lieutenant told police he had met a man who described himself as a captain, but appeared too young to be a pilot. He had apparently created an I.D. with Germany’s Lufthansa Airlines and flew on at least one flight operated by Air Dolomiti from Munich to Turin as a third pilot. Dolomiti is owned by Lufthansa. The suspect created Facebook and Twitter profiles and several photos show him in uniform and sunglasses posing in front of aircraft. Following his arrest Friday, officials found more fake I.D. cards, uniforms, training manuals, and an airport staff parking permit. He’s been charged with “attempting to threaten air security and assuming a false identity.” Lufthansa gave no comment. “Sirlo” is the name of a flight corridor over Turin. [Source: The Guardian ]

The American Face Of The Anti-Islam Innocence Of Muslims Speaks Out − And He’s Not Sorry

Steve Klein says there’s no blood on his hands. In the aftermath of violence in Libya over the virulently anti-Islam video Innocence of Muslims   initial media reports pointed to a Coptic Christian filmmaker named Sam Bacile, the pseudonym for Egyptian immigrant Nakoula Basseley Nakoula. But according to an A.P. report , Klein, a California insurance agent and Vietnam War veteran, has become the unrepentant public face of the crude video that has resulted in the deaths of four American diplomats, including America’s Ambassador to Libya,  J. Christopher Stevens. Nakoula contacted Klein several months ago asking for his input and advice before creating the video. He also asked the 61 year-old if he would act as a spokesperson if the project somehow succeeded. Now, as rage over the video — and anti-American violence — spreads through the Arab world, Nakoula has gone into hiding, leaving Klein to perform his duties as the brazen American face of the controversy. According to the A.P. investigation, is an outspoken critic of radical Islam and he’s piqued the attention of civil liberties groups including the Southern Poverty Law Center. Klein said he has pursued radical Muslims living in the U.S. since the 9/11 attacks eleven years ago. His son suffered an attack by a suicide bomber in 2007 while serving in Iraq, which encouraged his activities. [ Related: POLL: Should Google Have Blocked Access To Innocence of Muslims In Egypt And Libya? ] While sipping a beer on the front porch of his Hemet, CA home, told the A.P. that he has visited “every mosque in California” and  found “500 to 750 of these people who are future suicide bombers and murderers. “What do I get out of this? I get to die one of these days hoping my granddaughters and my grandsons will be safe from these monsters,” Klein also told the A.P. “Those are the guys I’m looking for. I’m not interested in mom and pop running a pizza store or running a smoky shop, a hookah shop.” Klein, who works as an insurance agent on the second floor of a downtown business complex in Hemet about 90 miles southwest of L.A. founded Courageous Christians United, which holds protests outside abortion clinics, Mormon temples and mosques. He also started Concerned Citizens for the First Amendment, which proselytizes against Muslims and produces anti-Muslim propaganda that Klein distributes. His activities led him to his contact with Nakoula about making Innocence of Muslims . Apparently, the title was meant as a trick to lure Muslim radicals to view the pic with the intention that after seeing it, they would convert. “I’m kind of an unsophisticated James Bond operative. I want to piss this guy off, I want to find out why does he want to kill me?” Klein explained to the A.P. “Why does he want to capture my daughter and granddaughter and rape them? Why does this guy want to act this way?” The YouTube video is blamed for inciting riots in Egypt and Libya where the U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens was killed along with three other American embassy personnel. Angry demonstrations have spread throughout the Muslim world Friday. “Do I have blood on my hands? No. Did I kill this guy? No,” said Klein. “Do I feel guilty that these people were incited? Guess what? I didn’t incite them. They’re pre-incited, they’re pre-programmed to do this.” [Source: A.P. ]
