Sabrina Parr and Lamar Odom: Engaged! After Just 3 Months of Dating!

Welp.  This is one way to make folks believe you’re totally and completely over Khloe Kardashian: Lamar Odom has proposed to girlfriend Sabrina Parr! And she has said yes, you guys! On Monday, Odom announced his unexpected engagement via a romantic Instagram photo of the soon-to-be married couple posing together inside Prime 112 Restaurant in Miami. “Introducing my new fiancée!! Soon to be Mrs. Parr-Odom,” Odom captioned the post adding very simply and sweetly: “She the ONE!!!!! @getuptoparr.” As you can see above, Parr is wearing her engagement ring in the picture, while Odom is wearing a surprisingly sullen expression, considering the occasion. For her part, Parr also shared a video on social media, coming across as rather excited about the entire development. “I SAID YES!!!!!!” she captioned this post on Instagram on Monday, showing off her ring in a video and two photos as they dined at this same restaurant. Parr added the hashtags #mrsparrodom and #lamarandsabrina. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Nene Leakes commented on the post, writing as a remark: “SO GLAD I COULD BE HERE WIT YOU! LOVE BOTH OF YOU AND PRAYING OVER THIS UNION.” Odom, of course, is a former professional basketball player who battled substance abuse problems throughout nearly his whole career. In celebrity gossip circles, he’s best known for having been married to Khloe Kardashian for four years, prior to a divorce mostly based on his infidelity and those same substance abuse problems. He nearly died from an overdose while partying with hookers in Nevada back in 2015. Odom made his relationship with Parr Instagram official in August, sharing a photo of his lady love sitting in his lap. “It’s just like when you’ve got some coffee that’s too black, which means it’s too strong, what do you do? You integrate it with cream… But if you pour too much cream in it, you won’t even know you ever had coffee,’” he wrote at the time, adding: “‘It used to be hot, it becomes cool. “It used to be strong, it becomes weak. It used to wake you up, now it puts you to sleep.’ – MALCOLM X @getuptoparr #blackroyalty.” That same month, Odom and Parr spoke out about their romance during an interview on Dish Nation. “I wasn’t attracted to the pain and the drama,” the health and life coach explained, continuing as follows: “You have to meet people where they are. “He was never in a position to be someone’s husband, you know? He was sick, he needed to heal, he needed to grieve. He experienced a lot of losses. And he never had time to go through that.” Just a few weeks ago, in the wake of constant questions about Khloe, Odom insisted he really did love Parr . “Outside of my daughter, this is the most serious and committed relationship I’ve ever been in with a woman,” he said toward the end of October. Vicki Gunvalson: I’m DONE with The Real Housewives of Orange County!

Vicki Gunvalson was a mainstay of The Real Housewives of Orange County , and of the entire franchise, for 13 seasons. Then, for Season 14, she accepted a demotion to “Friend” in order to stay on the show … as a guest star . Many had assumed that this meant that Vicki was desperate to remain on the show and would accept whatever Bravo wanted. That no longer appears to be the case. Vicki has announced that she's done filming for the Real Housewives and is moving on. Wow. 1. Vicki is done! As you’re about to see, Vicki is making it clear to her fans that she has no problem leaving RHOC in the dust. 2. It started on Friday On Friday, November 8, Andy Cohen snapped a selfie, announcing that the Season 14 Reunion special was about to be filmed. “About to start filming the Season 14 #RHOC reunion. FOURTEEN YEARS!!!!!” 3. Vicki was on the hype train Sharing a glimpse as she prepared for the special, she captioned her post: “Are you ready to Whoop it up? I’m getting ready for season 14 #rhoc Reunion. #keepitclassy #standmyground #ogoftheoc #bravo #woohoo” 4. It’s been a complicated season Vicki was one of the very first Housewives, ever, and she reigned for 13 seasons. Only this season was she demoted to a mere “Friend” of the Housewives, losing her Orange. 5. Fans say that it’s beneath her One commenter wrote to Vicki: “Vicki, you need to be done with that show. In my opinion, outside of Shannon, at times, you are so much better than the females on that show. I had to stop watching many season’s ago. Mainly because of Kelly and Tamra. Please let it go and look forward to the life you have long wanted with Steve!” 6. Farrah Abraham to Jenelle Evans: Girl, Your Life SUCKS!

You know things have gotten bad when even Farrah Abraham is looking at you with pity in her eyes. Granted, Farrah is delusional, and she thinks her life is awesome, so she might look down on a lot of people who are actually doing just fine. But when Abraham offers words of sympathy and support for Jenelle Evans, they're well-deserved. As you've likely heard, Jenelle has filed for divorce from David Eason amid abuse allegations. And now, it seems she's found an unlikely ally in fellow disgraced Teen Mom alum Farrah. Of course, Farrah being Farrah, she couldn't pass up the opportunity to throw a little shade at her ex-rival when commenting on the situation this week. Take a look: 1. Better Days It wasn’t all that long ago that Farrah and Jenelle were both raking in six-figure salaries thanks to their cushy gigs at MTV. Both ladies also supplemented their income with side ventures such as sponsored content partnerships. 2. Hard Times These days, however, both moms are out of work and increasingly desperate for cash. Farrah was the first to be let go, having been fired from the network back in December of 2017. 3. An Interesting Career Path MTV execs justified the decision by claiming that Farrah had violated her contract by continuing to perform in adult webcam shows. But in reality, they were probably just sick of dealing with her diva nonsense. 4. The Nugget Affair Jenelle was next to get canned. And her termination took place under even more bizarre circumstances. The situation involved the death of a beloved pet at the hands of Evans’ famously short-tempered husband. 5. Devastation David shot and killed Jenelle’s French bull dog, Nugget. The act of senseless violence led to a CPS investigation that caused her to temporarily lose custody of her children. 6. Not Great Jenelle helped David hide his crime from police, and she defending him in public, even claiming at one point that he was not involved with the dog’s death. View Slideshow

The Mandalorian Review: It’s Good Star Wars

Disney Plus launched in the wee hours of Tuesday morning! There were plenty of good reaosns to sign up for the streaming service. In my case, they had me at “new Clone Wars episodes.” Those aren't out yet, of course. What is out is The Mandalorian , whose first episode went live at launch. To say that the first episode was “good” does not do it justice. Check out our review (and carefully crafted gifs) below and see if Disney's live-action Star Wars series sounds like a hit or miss. We promise that we've only included minor spoilers. 1. It’s a Space Western Usually, that would be a critique, but Star Wars has always had strong Western vibes, though that has never been exclusive. Environments like the cantina at Mos Eisley Spaceport on Tattooine are basically saloons, and in his first scene, the titular Mandalorian might as well have pushed through a pair of saloon doors. 2. It FEELS like Star Wars We’ll talk about this more once we get into the gifs, but this show really feels like it’s part of the broader Star Wars canon in a way that the Sequel films, for many fans, have not. The vibe here is definitely more Rorgue One, and that’s exactly how it should be. 3. Aliens are back! Anyone else notice how there are almost no new Alien roles in the Sequel films? (Holdo should have been a Theelin; fight me, Rian Johnson) Well that last slide showed a Quarren, a classic Star Wars species who share a homeworld, Mon Cala, with Admiral Akbar’s species. And then there’s this dude, an Alien with an extended speaking role. 4. Yes, there are monsters A huge part of Star Wars has been the existence of terrestrial perils unrelated to evil generals or Sith Lords or whatever the heck a Ren is. From “Sand People” to wampas to giant worms that live in asteroids, sometimes planets just have monsters on them. The Mandalorian knows this and we wouldn’t have it any other way. 5. It’s a BEAUTIFUL show This particular beast looks like a blend of a walrus and a hippopotamus, and we learn that it’s attracted to the spaceport area because ships dump their gray cargo — that is, their organic waste — which attracts a whole food chain of critters. Also, it just looks great. Shows need good budgets to be viable, and we’re glad that this show delivers. 6. The Mandalorian isn’t all action The titular character has some serious childhood traumas — including an apparent aversion to droids, but one that is not absolute. He also has tremendous respect for Mandalorian culture and traditions, many of which were nearly lost when the Empire (at first, the Republic) invaded Mandalore to oppose Maul’s faction of Death Watch. It was many years before his people were free again. View Slideshow

Last week, the world learned the real, sinister reason Sean Spicer is still on Dancing With The Stars despite his abysmal dancing. Fans and judges alike are frustrated that the season has been effectively rigged when other, talented dancers have gone home. But one extremely talented dancer, former Bachelorette Hannah Brown, is actually defending the polarizing politician. Hannah Brown spoke to Us Weekly about her weakest competitor, Sean Spicer. “I think everybody works really hard,” Hannah characterizes. Oh, she’s being very diplomatic. She accurately describes: “and the fans vote for who they want to be in the competition.” Sticking to facts, Hannah adds: “and that is how this is going to go.” “We all just have to continue to work hard and do our best,” Hannah expresses. “And,” she adds. “I don’t think Sean is any different than that.” “I think he is working hard and doing his best as well,” Hannah politely says. We’re sure that he’s doing his best. it’s just that his best, you know, sucks. Fans and viewers have been left scratching their heads for weeks now. How in the world did Sean Spicer manage to stay afloat for so many episodes? Things came to a head on November 4, when one of the season’s most promising dancers, Kate Flannery, was eliminated. It was enough for Carrie Ann Inaba to say: “I’m absolutely confused and in fact a little irritated.” “It’s frustrating,” Inaba expressed. She continued: “There are really great dancers being sent home, but that is part of our show.” “It’s always been the audience and the judges’ perspective,” Inaba acknowledged. She admitted: “I can’t be so mad at it, but it’s frustrating” “I would like to beg the public to remember that this is a dance competition,” Inaba expressed. “Of course, vote with your heart,” she added. Inaba then suggested: “But also take a moment to consider everybody else in the competition.” She concluded: “And are you voting for the right person?” Fellow judge Bruno Tonioli had similar feelings. “They have to vote [and] make the vote based on actual achievement,” he said. “Know what people are giving to you within the competition,” Tonioli suggested. “‘Oh, he’s so nice, he’s just such a nice person.’ Well, yeah, I agree,” he said. “But come on.” Len Goodman chimed in and spoke about Sean Spicer directly. “He’s very popular with a certain element of the viewers, not the real dance fans,” Goodman correctly stated. He added: “You haven’t got to be a weatherman to see which way the wind blows.” “He should have gone three weeks ago before Sailor [Brinkley-Cook] went!” Goodman acknowledged. “But it is what it is.” He concluded: “The judges say this and the viewers say that and then it all comes out as it is.” Is Sean Spicer a good dancer? No. But is he a good person who deserves his time in the carefree spotlight of a dancing competition? Also no. Sean Spicer is a bad person who used his career to help a criminal administration harm the strength and reputation of the United States of America. He should never have been given this opportunity. We’re not crying, okay? YOU’RE the ones who are crying. Okay, fine, perhaps we can all just admit to the production of many tears, considering the amazing news that has now been confirmed about Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson: They are first-time parents! “After a long and difficult labor, our girl arrived,” the famous couple revealed to Us Weekly on Monday afternoon. They added in this special exclusive: “When we finally got to see and hold our precious Bella Milagro all the pain instantly went away. “We can’t believe she is ours – she is so perfect!” “She definitely has lived up to her name which means, ‘beautiful miracle.’ Today we are basking in God’s goodness!” In a subsequent Instagram post, Lauren and Josiah announced the news themselves, informing followers of their newborn’s full name, along with her date and time of birth: Look who’s here! Bella Milagro Duggar was born November 8th, 2019 at 4:24 pm, weighing 6lbs 5oz and 18.5 inches long. Our hearts are so full! We are so thankful for God blessings us with such a healthy baby girl! Oh, and they included this photo! Yup. She’s perfect. The little one came into this world at 6 pounds and 5 ounces, measuring 18.5 inches in length. Her arrivial would be a miracle and a blessing under any circumstance, of course. But the Counting On stars suffered a tragic miscarriage late last year. “A couple months ago, we found out that we were expecting, but suddenly thereafter, we lost our baby,” Lauren said in a clip posted by TLC in February 2019. Said Josh in this same piece of heartbreaking footage: “It really was a hard time for our family going through this right after we got married. And all the dreams of getting to see our little one and hold it in our hands dashed before our eyes.” The pair said they to tell their story because “nobody really talks about it,” Lauren explained. “We just wanted to let y’all know that you’re not alone.” Simply devastating. In May, though, the reality stars took fans by tremendous surprise when they announced Lauren was pregnant for the second time. “We are so excited to announce that baby No. 2 is on the way!!!!” they shared on Instagram, adding at the time: “It’s hard to fully express just how grateful we are for God blessing us again with another precious gift! “So, as we rejoice of the life of our second sweet baby, we also remember our other sweet baby, Asa, in heaven.” “God is so incredibly good!” As recently as October 10, Josiah and Lauren were still paying tribute to the child they lost and to all the other children that have been lost in this heartbreaking manner. “Sending love this month to any parent who has lost a baby,” they wrote on Instagram, continuing as follows: “Losing a little life at any stage is heartbreaking and devastating and should not go unnoticed.” “For all you mamas, yes, even you mamas who’s arms have never had the chance to hold your babies-you’re a Mama! Remember, that you are loved. “You are a warrior. You are not alone. You are not forgotten.” The TLC personalities, who got married in July of 2018, aren’t the only Duggars to have welcomed a baby girl this year. Jill Duggar Comes Clean: I Suck at Cooking! I Ruin My Kids’ Food!

With two kids at home and a husband in law school , we think it’s safe to say Jill Duggar has a lot on her plate these days. Unfortunately, her kids can’t say the same, because Jill keeps burning their meals! We kid Jill, of course. We’re sure that on her best days, she’s perfectly capable of conjuring one of those bizarre Duggar specialties like tater tot casserole or “the chickennetti,” which In Touch describes as “spaghetti, chicken, broth, canned tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, Velveeta cheese.” Perhaps not surprisingly, that particular atrocity is Josh’s favorite. Anyway, Jill was cooking a more traditional “meal” earlier this week when things went horribly awry in a hilarious way. According to her Instagram Story, Jill attempted to prepare a mac and cheese cup for her youngest son, Sam, but she missed a crucial step in the process. “Can’t really see it here but it’s a little bit smokey in here because yours truly was a little bit distracted while making mac ‘n’ cheese,” Jill said, while showing off the burned cup. “Those little mac ‘n’ cheese cups, this is what’s left of Sam’s mac ‘n’ cheese. I forgot to add water to it,” she added. “So it started smoking and I was like, standing there looking. I was like, ‘Oh that’s interesting.’” Interesting, indeed. To her credit, Jill is offering up this story as a relatable mom moment. Self-deprecation is not exactly the Duggars’ strong suit, and it took guts for Jill to break from the family norm like this. “I didn’t notice there was any kind of smoke, it must be really hot coming out of top of the thing here.’ I was like, ‘Oh it looks a little smokey up here like, pouring across the ceiling,’” the mother of two continued. “And I was like, ‘What’s that?’ And then I was like, ‘Uhhh,’ and I checked the microwave. I opened the microwave and I’m like ‘Ooh, I forgot to add water,’”  “Note to everyone … you have to add water to mac ‘n’ cheese or it will turn into a black noodle melted mess LOL.” Fortunatelly, the story had a happy ending, as it was later updated with a short clip of a very eager Sam accepting Jill’s successful second attempt — an un-burnt offering of mac and cheese. There’s a joke to be made here about the link between the Kraft corporation and happy endings , but it would be inappropriate for an article about a family so chaste as the Duggars. 90 Day Fiance Spoilers: Are Michael Jessen and Juliana Custodio Married?

We knew from the start of Season 7 of 90 Day Fiance that Michael and Juliana were going to stand out as a couple. But with their difference in ages and finances and a couple of rumors floating around, will these two make it? The answer may not be a shock, but the details are going to knock your socks off. Take a look: Juliana Custodio is a hot 23-year-old Brazilian. Michael Jessen is a rich 41-year-old American. Viewers were already skeptical of these two before they learned that the two had met at a Croatian yacht party. So it’s a shock to the 90 Day Fiance world to see that this couple didn’t go down in flames. Quite the opposite. Not only do we know that these two got married, but In Touch Weekly has confirmed the wedding date and plenty of details. “The wedding took place at Michael’s house in Greenwich on Saturday, October 12th,” an insider dishes. “It was a fairly big ceremony,” the source reveals. The insider adds that the wedding “was filmed and will air in the coming episodes.” One detail from the ceremony is absolutely stunning. “His ex-wife, Sarah, officiated the wedding,” the source announces. “Despite what’s reported about her not liking Juliana,” the insider states. “[She] and Juliana get along really well in real life.” Viewers have already seen some footage of her and Michael seeming to disagree about co-parenting. But it sounds like Michael’s ex clearly has zero hard feelings. “Sarah has moved on,” the source emphasizes. “And is engaged to be married.” So she has plenty of reasons to not hold a grudge over Michael finding love again. The insider characterizes her feelings: “She’s happy for Michael that he found love again with Juliana.” Obviously, sometimes the drama on 90 Day Fiance is set up by producers. They’ll prompt stars with a question or an awkward situation in order to see what happens next. (That’s not the same thing as a scripted interaction, but stars are expected to play along for the sake of drama) But sometimes, little things like Juliana being asked if she has been a sex worker by immigration officials, just happen organically. And there’s no denying that the age gap is a real issue. Many critics have viewed this as a one-sided issue, accusing Juliana by saying that if Michael were not rich, she wouldn’t be giving him the time of day. Well, for one thing, Michael’s kind of a DILF, and we can’t think of the last time that we saw anybody’s sugar daddy being legitimately handsome like this. For another, would Michael be paying this much attention to Juliana if she weren’t hot? That’s just as fair of a point as his money. The reality is that both Michael and Juliana seem to have compatible personalities and appear to be getting what they want out of this marriage. (Seriously, congratulations are in order to the two of them for finding each other and we wish them well with their happily wedded bliss) They are both consenting adults. And while there’s no evidence that Juliana was ever a sex worker, it shouldn’t matter if she was. Sex work is work. The most impressive part of all of this isn’t the money or the age difference, but the wedding itself. Imagine being on such good terms that your ex officiates your wedding? Absolutely wild.
