As you’ve likely heard by now, A$AP was arrested on assault charges , and he’s spent the past month in jail awaiting trial. According to TMZ, Rocky appeared in court today and was set free following testimony from two witnesses who say he did not strike the alleged victim with a champagne bottle, as the plaintiff had claimed. Today’s court date was only a preliminary hearing, and Rocky is still scheduled to stand trial on August 14. But considering he was released from jail and granted permission to leave the country, it’s been widely assumed that he’ll be found not guilty in absentia. After all, extraditing him would be a nightmare, given the fact that Rocky has the full support of President Trump. Trump took up A$AP’s cause last month and he has repeatedly called for his release in recent weeks. “Give A$AP Rocky his FREEDOM,” Trump tweeted on July 25. “We do so much for Sweden but it doesn’t seem to work the other way around. According to the paperwork filed in a Massachusetts Federal Court: “Plaintiffs’ claims against Defendant William H. Cosby, Jr. have been settled. Each Plaintiff is satisfied with the settlement. The woman, known only as Jane Doe, says a motion filed by Nelly in order to get her to reveal her identity is a tactic to have her drop a connected lawsuit. The Blast reports : The woman suing Nelly (who filed the case under the pseudonym Jane Doe) is responding to the rapper’s request to dismiss the case unless she reveals her identity. “Nelly is attempting to intimidate his sexual assault victim into dropping her case by publicly ‘outing’ her,” Doe’s attorney writes in a new filing. “There is no other reason.” She is demanding his motion to force her to reveal her true identity be denied by the court. The woman says Nelly and his lawyers were already informed privately of her identity last year before this lawsuit was filed. They claim, “There is no prejudice to the Defense in allowing Plaintiff to stay out of the public eye such that her identity remains known only to the Court and to the parties here.” She points out courts have repeatedly ruled that allegations of “sexual assault and rape, as in this case, concern highly sensitive and personal subjects, and that forcing the victims to identify themselves publicly would deter those victims and others from reporting their assaults.” The lawsuit is connected to a November 2017 event in England where Jane Doe claims Nelly masturbated in front of her backstage and forced his penis into her mouth. Busta is suing Rasheem “Bubba” Barker for $1.5 million after it’s come out he’s been pretending to be the manager of the Conglomerate caption. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Busta says he had a working relationship with Rasheem “Bubba” Barker. But Busta claims, “At no time did those duties include the authority to negotiate and/or enter into agreements with third party promoters binding Plaintiffs to render the professional services of Plaintiff Smith.” But in 2016, Busta claims Barker collected $20k for a gig he negotiated on his own and claims he did the same thing again in 2018 for $40k for a show in New Zealand. Things got so bad, Busta claims he got hit with a $22,478.40 judgment in a lawsuit he knew nothing about and believes other lawsuits might be coming … all because of Barker’s actions. In the wee hours of Thursday morning, 90 Day Fiance star Larissa accused her husband Colt of cheating . Many had hoped that she was simply upset or perhaps being trolled by someone. But Larissa has even more evidence of Colt’s infidelity, and now “the other woman” is facing a barrage of death threats. “Colt is cheating [on] me with this girl!” Larissa has announced to her followers. Distressed, Larissa writes: “And have plans to use me until he finish Happily Ever After!” She shares snaps of private conversations between Colt and this unnamed woman. “We need to stop talking for a bit,” Colt can be seen telling her. “Why?” the other woman asks. “Because she’s violent,” Colt claims, referring to Larissa’s domestic battery arrest . “I just need to deal with her,” Colt says vaguely, asking: “Can you just not talk to her?” “Yeah that’s fine,” the other woman agrees. “Talk to you whenever.” “I’m sorry honey,” Colt says. Ugh. “I just have to deal with her then I’ll be free.” While no one is accusing Colt of planning anything violent, those are some ominous-looking words. Yikes. “You are gorgeous,” he gushes to this other woman in another message. In another, Colt appears to say: “I like what I see.” As we mentioned on Thursday, some 90 Day Fiance scenes had made Larissa seem paranoid that Colt was a cheater. (Remember when she called him an “attention whore” because he complimented a woman’s glasses?) A lot of fans who have been following this meltdown on social media had hoped that the messages were fake. It is incredibly easy to fabricate text messages, tweets, article headlines, and yes, DMs, and claim they’re from anyone you like. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be the case here. Because the woman with whom Colt was allegedly flirting online has been bombarded with a slew of vicious death threats. “A B-list reality TV star has accused me of flirting with her husband while knowing they were together,” the other woman writes. (Honestly, referring to Colt or Larissa as “B-List” may be overly generous) “He said they were separated,” the woman shares. “And I stupidly believed him.” “I have had 100s of people send me death threats in the last few hours,” she reveals. It’s truly terrifying to see the kind of vitriol that people can hurl, en masse, when they feel motivated. Larissa disputes the woman’s claim. “Colt is wrong and she is wrong!” Larissa announces. “She was following me,” Larissa points out. “She was seeing us together 24 hours!” Larissa says that her followers saw them “going to gym and doing things, plus he had pictures of us one week ago.” It would be easy for a reality star to convince someone that what goes on Instagram is all just for show. “She’s playing and like the game,” Larissa concludes. “Both are wrong.” We can remember a time, just weeks ago, when it looked like Larissa was the real villain in this relationship. Now, it’s looking like Colt has been stringing her along for fame so that he can use that to “upgrade” to some other woman. Was this his plan all along, or is he just insufferably horny? (A woman claiming to be Colt’s ex-girlfriend has claimed online that he’s a sex addict with a lot of weird fetishes, but we cannot confirm any of that) Either way, it looks like Larissa and Colt are headed for divorce. About three months after Jenni Farley filed for divorce from Roger Mathews , and about two months after the two sparked rumors of a reconciliation by going out to celebrate their anniversary , the Jersey Shore star has filed for a restraining order. We don't know exactly why. But Mathews himself has given his side of the story through a number of Instagram videos, alleging that some sort of confrontation took place and placing the blame squarely on his estranged wife. We're still sorting through all the details ourselves, but one thing is evident: This $hit is ugly. Read all about what allegedly transpired below… 1. Let’s Set the Stage Here Farley and Mathews got married in October of 2015 and are the parents to Meilani Alexandra, 3, and Greyson Valor, 2. 2. Jenni Filed for Divorce in September 2018 Read the legal complaint from Farley at the time: “The Plaintiff and the Defendant have irreconcilable differences which have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of at least six months which make it appear that the marriage should be dissolved and that there is no prospect of reconciliation.” 3. But Mathews Wasn’t Having It “I am going to win my wife back,” Roger says in the video above, which he recorded the day after Jenni’s filing, adding: “I have no intentions on being a single dad. We’re in counseling so there is hope. It ain’t over ’till the fat lady sings.” 4. Look at Us, Being All Mature and Amicable! Weeks after Jenni requested her divorce, the couple went out to dinner (as pictured above) in honor of their three-year wedding anniversary. Last month, Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis filed to amend custody of her two children following the arrest of baby daddy Thomas Ravenel. Though Thomas is facing a criminal trial , he’s also making time to fight this custody filing. Thomas is alleging that Kathryn is only making this move to get better ratings — and that Bravo put her up to it. RadarOnline got their hands on some documents from Charleston Family Court. Thomas is suing, but he’s not aiming directly at Kathryn. Instead, the disgraced former politician is suing Bravo and production company Haymaker Media, Inc. Thomas claims that they “encouraged, condoned and/or gave Plaintiff express or implied consent to initiate a lawsuit against the Third Party Plaintiff.” This suit being, of course, “for custody of Plaintiff’s and Third Party Plaintiff’s minor children.” “The Plaintiff filed and was encouraged to file this lawsuit,” Thomas’ team alleges. And they say it was done “for the express or implied purpose of providing material for the filming of Season 6 of Southern Charm. ” Thomas is trying to stop Bravo from airing any footage of Kathryn’s kids. Even though it’s a reality show and she’s their mom. “The Third Party Plaintiff requests that this Court enjoin the Third Party Defendants,” the suit says. The papers continue: “from disseminating and/or airing any Season 6 and/or otherwise unaired video footage which features the minor children.” Thomas wants no footage relating “in this matter and/or which directly or indirectly concerns the minor children, this litigation, and/or the custody dispute.” He specifies that the dispute is: “between the Plaintiff and the Third Party Plaintiff.” “And,” the papers say, he wants this footage to remain unaired on Bravo “permanently.” Thomas is also asking the court to force the defendants to pay all attorney fees. “Defendant is informed,” the suit claims. “And believes it is not coincidental that Plaintiff initiated this litigation during the filming of the next season of Southern Charm ,” the documents conclude. Kathryn Dennis is a reality star. While she’s not literally always filming, she does spend a lot of her life during periods when she’s filming. That is how the reality business usually works. Thomas should know that — he spent five years on the show that he’s now suing. If there is a special component to Kathryn’s timing, it probably has less to do with reality television. It probably has more to do with Thomas Ravenel’s arrest in September for assault and battery. The arrest stems from harrowing accusations from Nanny Dawn, one of two women who have come forward to accuse Ravenel of rape. Kathryn insisted that she was going to avoid directly commenting on the allegations at first. (She did manage to get a 50/50 custody split around that time, very quietly) But an arrest is much more difficult to gloss over for the sake of one’s shared children. Kathryn very likely seeks to limit how much her very young children are exposed to what’s sure to be a highly publicized trial. It was the month following Thomas’ arrest that Kathryn filed to amend their custody arrangement. There is doubt that Thomas’ team’s argument that Kathryn’s sinister plot to have custody of her own children is a ploy for ratings. It seems more likely that, at “worst,” she cynically figured that right now — while he’s facing trial — may be her best shot at getting custody. If Thomas ends up going to prison, she’s a shoe-in for custody anyway. But if Thomas avoids prison time or is acquitted, she may never have this good of a chance in court again. And again, how much of their father’s trial do Kensie and Saint really need to be exposed to? We’re no legal scholars, but some wonder if perhaps Thomas doesn’t believe that he has a real chance of blocking Bravo from filming. It may be that he hopes to instead plant a seed of doubt in family court about Kathryn’s intentions. If he can successfully portray his ex as an opportunistic glutton for fame, the court may be less inclined to see things Kathryn’s way. But the guy who’s about to face trial for rape is going to have an uphill battle to convince anyone that he’s the good parent. Courtesy of Fulton County Court Delicia Cordon Blames Ex LeSean McCoy For Robbery & Beatdown The ex-partner of NFL star LeSean McCoy has revealed photos of her severe injuries from a July home invasion that she believes her former lover orchestrated. Delicia Cordon included the gruesome photos in a new court filing where she pleads with the judge not to dismiss her case against McCoy, where she alleges that he wanted her out of his mansion so badly that he set her up to be robbed and jumped at the home. The photos, obtained by BOSSIP, show the mother of two with two black eyes, a swollen jaw, mottled bruises and a gash across her forehead. Cordon said in court papers that it took her weeks to heal after the attack and she continues to suffer from stress and anxiety. In the new filing, Cordon blasts McCoy’s claims that her case doesn’t have a leg to stand on because she was essentially squatting in his house. She said McCoy bought the house for them to live in together, and she and her kids lived there year-round while he visited every now and then. She said he put her at severe risk when he abruptly changed the locks, disabled the home’s camera and got a new security system but wouldn’t share the new info with Cordon. “…A reasonable person clearly understands that preventing access to the home security system to those who live in the house leaves said individuals, and the home, vulnerable and within the range of any dangerous act being done on the premises,” Cordon’s filing, which was obtained by BOSSIP, states. “Such a dangerous act is precisely what was planned and what occurred in the instant matter.” Delicia Cordon’s injuries. Meanwhile, McCoy’s baby mama Stephanie Maisonet also submitted a statement to bolster Cordon’s case, alleging that she overheard McCoy tell someone on the phone “I need to get this b*tch out of my house,” and convinced her to let McCoy’s assistant publish a post on her Instagram saying that he was a great dad right after the home invasion. In exchange, McCoy promised to roll over on their child custody agreement and allow their son to attend school in Miami. McCoy hadn’t responded to either Maisonet nor Cordon’s court filings as of Sept. 19. A judge has yet to rule on the case.

According to ESPN , the unnamed driver is asking for $75,000 for damages in the nature of emotional distress and future therapy expenses.” The groping incident occured back in 2016, which ultimately led to his three-game suspension by the NFL. According to reports, the lawsuit alleges that while waiting in the drive-thru line of Los Betos restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona, in March 2016, Winston was “belligerent” and “leaned toward [her] and placed his fingers between her legs and pressed them firmly against her vagina over her yoga pants.” She looked at Winston, down at his hand, and responded, “What’s up with that?” before Winston withdrew his hand, the suit says. She then immediately tried calling her boyfriend before sending him a series of text messages. In one of the texts, she wrote, “I just got semi-molested by the Tampa Bay Buc QB,” and that she was “pretty shaken up …” The woman did not file a report with police but had discussed it with her boyfriend. She did report the incident to Uber the next day. Uber contacted Winston, who told the ride-share service that there were other passengers in the vehicle that night. In the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the plaintiff, identified as “Kate P.”, states that despite Winston’s three-game suspension, he “issued a hollow apology” in July and “has a history of sexually hostile behavior and appears to be no closer to understanding the impact of his conduct.” Yikes! An eight-month NFL investigation concluded that Winston engaged in detrimental conduct that night by “touching the driver in an inappropriate and sexual manner without her consent and that disciplinary action was necessary and appropriate.” Sounds pretty straightforward to us! Time for Winston to pay up for being pervy!
