Source: Scott Dudelson / Getty Kodak Black will soon learn exactly how much time he will be receiving. The Florida rapper pleaded guilty to firearm charges and he will be sentenced this week. Per XXL , Black will learn his fate Wednesday, Nov. 13. Back in May, Kodak got pinched when he was on the way to the 2019 Rolling Loud Miami Festival. The Feds accused Kodak of falsifying info on the federal forms he had to fill out to purchase four guns in a Miami-area gun shop on a pair of occasions. Per the Associated Press , Black was able to cop three weapons—a 9 mm handgun, a .380-caliber handgun and a semi-automatic Mini Draco weapon—but one was found at the scene of a March shooting in Pompano Beach. Initially, he pleaded not guilty, but he changed it to guilty when he surely realized the Feds had him dead to rights . Kodak Black is reportedly facing 4 – 20 years per the sentencing guidelines but part of his deal includes prosecutors recommending he get the lower end of the spectrum. This is where we mention that this case has nothing to do with the sexual assault case the rapper is facing in South Carolina .
Source: ERIC BARADAT / Getty A white woman at a Tennessee Popeyes was bodyslammed by an employee after getting into an argument with staff and allegedly using the n-word. The bodyslam was caught on video and a 29-year-old man was arrested. KABC reports that the incident took place inside a Popeyes in the town of Columbia last week. According to witnesses, the 55-year-old woman was angry over a charge on her bill and got into with staff when she let the slur go. While one of the employees reportedly warned her that her language could have consequences, Deriance Hughes apparently followed the woman out of the store and proceeded to body slam her to the concrete. The woman’s attorney says that the woman suffered broken ribs and a broken knee. Hughes was slapped with aggravated assault charges. This comes after a white man caught the universal beatdow n inside a Popeyes for vigorously yelling the n-word five times in the restaurant that was full of Black people not having it. It's been a very, very busy time for Jenelle Evans these past few weeks. You know, what with filing for divorce from David Eason and all. She's left all her belongings behind to move herself and the two children she has custody of to a whole new state, she's gathered proof of David's abuse and filed a restraining order against him. All that sounds like a ton of work, even when you don't consider how taxing it all must have been emotionally for the Teen Mom 2 firebrand – whatever you think of her personally. But still, even though Jenelle's been doing all of that, she still found some time to spend with Nathan Griffith, the father of her middle child, Kaiser, and sworn enemy of David. Yes, really. Let's get into it. 1. Jenelle and Nathan Okay, so yeah, this isn’t a current picture of Jenelle and Nathan … because there aren’t many. They haven’t had the opportunity to take a photo together for the past few years because their breakup was pretty messy, and because David is the worst. 2. Gross Jenelle and David first started dating like a month after she and Nathan broke off their engagement and relationship, and it seems like David’s always been super insecure about that, to the point where Jenelle simply wasn’t allowed to speak with him. 3. Ridiculous and Terrifying We’ll never forget an early appearance of David Eason on Teen Mom 2 where he went with Jenelle to meet with Nathan to discuss custody stuff … he was so mad that he threatened to “fill this whole street with uppercut.” Yes, that happened. 4. So Immature Shortly after that, he decided that Jenelle wasn’t allowed to communicate directly with Nathan, even though she shared a small child with him. Instead, he’d be the one to deal with Nathan when it came to Kaiser. 5. We’re very sorry to all those Jim Edmonds and Meghan King Edmonds true believers. We hate to break this to all the folks out there who thought these two would fight through their issues and find eternal happiness together. Because, SPOILER ALERT, they will not. In case this wasn’t obvious based on the recent statements made by the former Major League Baseball player and former Real Housewife of Orange County, consider the following: Jim has now moved out. On his Instagram page this weekend, Jim showed off his children playing around in his new residence — and gave a mini-tour of the home — amid his split from Meghan. Meghan and Jim are the parents of two-year-old daughter Aspen and 17-month-old twins, Hayes and Hart. The latter is also dad to Sutton and Landon Edmonds, his two older kids who he shares with his ex-wife Allison Edmonds. In one clip from his father’s social media page, Hayes looks around his new playroom in awe while big sister, Aspen, runs over to grab some toys. “Hayes doesn’t know what to do,” Jim captioned the footage. He also filmed the entire family as they gather around to look at a Jack-in-the-box toy. And in another clip, Aspen throws baseballs just like her dad in what appears to be an in-house baseball training facility. Jim, of course, filed for divorce from Meghan on October 25. This wasn’t wholly unexpected, consideirng Jim admitted to (at minimum) sexting with another woman during the couple’s five-year marriage. But the Internet then exploded with chatter that Jim had been sleeping with the family’s nanny, a 22-year old woman named Carly Wilson. The ex-outfielder strongly denied this rumor, trashing Meghan for playing any role at all in spreading it around in public. In an exclusive statement to Us weekly, Jim called the claims, “ dangerous, irresponsible and hurtful .” He also addressed the controversy in an Instagram post on October 28, writing: “It’s one thing to be accused of something. It’s another thing to be so negligent and so careless, and ruin the lives of innocent young people.” In her own blog entry later on, however, Meghan admitted that Jim and Carly probably never had sex… but did state that she thought the two had an inappropriate relationship. “I am broken,” she added at the time . “I have endured prolific controlling by Jim and it isn’t slowing down,” the ex-Bravo star said on November 4. “ She added back then: Even when I make an unassuming post on Instagram, he hurls insults at me for a battery of made-up indiscretions. I’m sick of the abuse and I won’t engage anymore — and I don’t have to.” Just when everything appeared to have calmed down between the pair, however, Jim called the cops on Meghan just this week and accused her of being a neglient parent. Things went left (of course) when (our girl) Joy Behar ran down a nice list of horrible things Deranged Dorito has said and done and Donny Jr. clapped back that “We’ve all done things that we regret” while trying to accuse Joy of donning blackface and bringing up alleged comments made about Roman Polanski. “We’ve all done things that we regret. Joy, you have worn blackface,” Trump Jr. said at one point during the contentious segment. “Whoopi, you said that Roman Polanski… it wasn’t ‘rape-rape,’ when he raped a child.” Goldberg snapped back: “Now that you’ve broken this piece of ice, because I guess it is the fight you wanted…are you questioning my character?” “I’m not questioning your character. I’m talking about, you’re questioning my father’s character and I say we all have done and said things,” Trump Jr. said before being interrupted by Goldberg. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the whole taping was “chaotic” and some audience members shouted at the roundtable and argued with specific hosts during commercial breaks. Whoopi allegedly told the audience that their constant booing was “f***g them up” and she snapped on an audience member who tried to chime in on DTJ Jr.’s Polanksi comments. “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” the woman said to Goldberg. “Then be quiet and listen to me,” the co-host responded. According to WJLA , Kevin Tyrell Davis of Oxon Hill, Maryland was the victim of the stabbing, which occurred after an altercation over the restaurant’s popular chicken sandwich . The argument then transitioned outside on the street where the victim was stabbed. Davis was pronounced dead about an hour later at a local hospital. “Our homicide detectives are hard at work on this one, but we have been able to determine preliminarily that this is related to the release of the sandwich here at this restaurant,” explained Jennifer Donelan , the Prince George’s County Police Department’s media relations director. Investigators believe the argument came about because Davis cut the line. “It’s something we have to question in terms of how we’re interacting with one another as a society, is how does a confrontation over cutting line lead to a death,” Chief Hank Stawinski said at a press conference on Tuesday. “What bothers me about this…is that there are families and children in this restaurant as this is unfolding and they’ve been exposed to this now as well. This is pointless. This is disrespectful.” The suspect for the crime is still at large, and cops are asking witnesses to come forward to assist with identifying him. They released store photos shortly before 3 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, tributes have already started pouring in for Davis, who was known as Oside KD, according to the DailyMail.com. “I failed you. I’m sorry #longlive KD,” one person shared on Instagram, who claimed to be his cousin. “LongLiveKD Another Bro From the Lawd. Senseless,” another friend added. On Tuesday, friends of Davis stopped by the Oxon Hill Popeyes location to lay out candles that spelled his name and to put up flowers as a makeshift memorial. Although Popeyes hasn’t made a statement on social media regarding the incident, a representative for the restaurant chain told DailyMail.com, “What happened in Maryland last night is a tragedy and we are saddened to hear about this senseless act of violence. Our thoughts are with the victim’s family and friends. Not exactly the best way to jog everyone’s memory about your rap career. According to TMZ , Zoe got popped early Sunday morning (Nov. 3) in Monroe County, Florida after cops were summoned to La Siesta Resort by security. They say Zoe got into a physical altercation with a woman on his hotel room balcony. According to the police report, the former Boyz N Da Hood rapper was seen trying to shove the woman back into the hotel room, eventually knocking her to the ground. However, she managed to lock him out on the balcony while she was in the room. But this is only the start of the struggle. Zoe reportedly began kicking and punching the door, and the woman eventually let him back in. By this time the police arrived and witnessed the rapper “pinning his girlfriend” to the ground. And this is where the struggle expands exponentially. After the cops separated the not so happy couple, she reportedly began defending Zoe. She allegedly claimed they always argue when they drink.
