Her arrest came less than a week after Autry appeared in a New Jersey courtroom to answer charges in a different incident of allegedly shoplifting in New Jersey.
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has seemingly come up with an explanation for why he allegedly assaulted Jen Harley several weeks ago. In a new social media post, the polarizing Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star appears to address his violent ex-girlfriend and he appears to justify his recent behavior by basically saying the following: Hey, you did it first! As loyal readers likely know at this point, Ronnie was arrested in early October after he reportedly threatened Harley with a knife. He supposedly did this after the two got into an explosive argument and right before he swiped the occasional couple’s young daughter, Ariana, out of Harley hands. According to the police report filed at the time, Ronnie then locked himself inside of a home he and Harley were renting, refusing to open the door when the police arrived. The authorities therefore had to knock said door down and tase Ronnie in order to take him into custody. The reality star now faces one full year in prison after he was hit with seven misdemeanors , which include the following charges: One count of domestic violence. One count of brandishing a weapon. One count of child endangerment. One count of resisting arrest. Another count of resisting arrest. One count of willful and unlawful criminal threats. One count of false imprisonment. Ronnie has said very little in the wake of this scandal, although insiders close to the muscle-bound father claim he was just protecting Ariana and that Harley was actually the drunk one placing the toddler in danger. Now, however, it certainly appears as if Ronnie has something to say. Something very immature to say, we should emphasize. “First I treat you how I want to be treated. But then I treat you how you treat me,” Ronnie wrote this week, managing to both confuse followers and stir up a great deal of concern as well. Is Ronnie really trying to justify his behavior by stating that Harley abused him first? We mean, that is sort of accurate. Harley was arrested last year for dragging Ortiz-Magro down the street by her car and then also hurled a glass ashtray at his head this past New Year’s Eve. She was never charged with any crime, however, and obviously didn’t serve any jail time as a result. But still: You did it first is the kind of defense made by a second-grader, and certainly not something that should ever be said in the wake of an assault charge. Ronnie, meanwhile, seemed far more at peace with everything not long before writing out the above quote, writing: At some point you have to let go of what you think should happen and live in what’s happening. Every moment matters. Wherever you are, be all there. Enjoy it all. The point of power’s always in the present moment. Amen, Ronnie. Now go leave Harley alone and just be there for your kid, dude. David Eason is dangerous and violent and capable of practically anything. This should not exactly read as a shocking statement to anyone familiar with the Teen Mom universe, considering the former reality star has admitted to SHOOTING AND KILLING HIS FAMILY’S BULLDOG . And yet: A new photo released by Eason himself perhaps drives this frightening point home as strongly as ever. The controversial homophobe shared a picture (above) on Thursday of himself and 11-year old daughter Maryssa at a local fair, captioning the image with the very basic: “It’s the fair!” It’s something, alright. Eason was obviously trying to paint himself as a responsible father by posting the snapshot, attempting to combat all the negative rumors that continue to float around the Internet about him, his attitude and his overall behavior. But the dude totally failed. “SHE LOOKS UNCOMFORTABLE,” one person commented,” while another simply left a one-word response we’re all thinking: “Scary.” “Drop her off at the fair,” read a third message from a concerned commenter. “Don’t go with her and her friend!!!” (If only.) And yet another Instagram user studied the expression on the young girl’s face and wrote: “Her eyes say it all.” “She’s not a happy young lady.” This comment actually prompted a response from Eason, who clapped back in his typically abhorrent fashion: “Are you speaking for yourself oooor does someone need to show you a mirror?” Eason, of course, is right smack dab back in the news these days. Jenelle Evans finally filed for divorce from her awful husband. Or, to be more specific, she finally told followers that she plans to file for divorce. “With time away from Teen Mom, I’ve started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make changes. I’m starting that now,” the former MTV star wrote on Instagram on October 31. Fans were left to wonder what she meant by this. But then Jenelle clarified: The kids and I have moved away from David. Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that’s what is best for me, and for my kids. Today I’ve filed papers to start that process. I appreciate the support from everybody who has asked how I am. Me and the kids are doing great. We need some time to be together, but you’ll hear from us again soon. We haven’t heard much from Evans since, with the major exception of her having just obtained a restraining order against Eason. For the time being, Davis is banned from getting close to either his estranged wife or any of Jenelle’s three kids, the youngest of whom she shares with Eason. Maryssa, for those wondering, if Eason’s child from a previous relationship. She’s often forgotten about when websites report on all this drama – but she’s only 11 years old and is stuck with Eason as her dad and is deserving of our sympathy and attention. On Tuesday, meanwhile, Eason wrote on Facebook that he would be filing a missing persons report with the police because Evans and daughter Ensley “disappeared,” prompting Jenelle to seek this temporary restraining order against Eason. She was granted the order, and the filings revealed that Eason’s threats have against her “escalated” over the past few days. It takes a lot for us to feel bad for Jenelle Evans, but Eason has managed to pull it off of late with his general terribleless. “Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children’s well-being,” Jenelle wrote in her recent legal papers. Not exactly the best way to jog everyone’s memory about your rap career. According to TMZ , Zoe got popped early Sunday morning (Nov. 3) in Monroe County, Florida after cops were summoned to La Siesta Resort by security. They say Zoe got into a physical altercation with a woman on his hotel room balcony. According to the police report, the former Boyz N Da Hood rapper was seen trying to shove the woman back into the hotel room, eventually knocking her to the ground. However, she managed to lock him out on the balcony while she was in the room. But this is only the start of the struggle. Zoe reportedly began kicking and punching the door, and the woman eventually let him back in. By this time the police arrived and witnessed the rapper “pinning his girlfriend” to the ground. And this is where the struggle expands exponentially. After the cops separated the not so happy couple, she reportedly began defending Zoe. She allegedly claimed they always argue when they drink. Abbott To Stop His Execution Amid New Evidence Rodney Reed is scheduled to be executed in Texas on November 20th. He’s been on death row for 21 years for the 1996 murder of Stacey Stites in Bastrop, Texas. Police claim Reed assaulted, raped and strangled Stites, but he has ALWAYS maintained his innocence . The case has drawn significant media attention, with Reed gaining support from a number of public figures including Kim Kardashian , Dr. Phil and Shaun King all rallying for his execution to be stopped and another suspect to be thoroughly investigated. A post shared by Shaun King (@shaunking) on Nov 3, 2019 at 7:28am PST Much of the support for Reed comes on the heels of former inmate Arthur Snow Jr. filing an affidavit in court earlier this week saying Stites’ fiancé, Jimmy Fennell, confessed to the murder years ago. In 2010, while Snow was serving a sentence for forgery at a DeWitt County, TX prison when he made a deal with Fennell, who was seeking protection from other prisoners, according to the affidavit. At the time Snow was a member of the Aryan Brotherhood gang. According to CNN reports, Snow’s affidavit states he was in the prison yard with Fennell when he began bragging about killing Stites: “Jimmy said his fiancé had been sleeping around with a black man behind his back,” Snow wrote. “Toward the end of the conversation Jimmy said confidently, ‘I had to kill my n*****- loving fiancé,’” he added. “My impression was the Jimmy felt safe, even proud, sharing this information with me because I was a member of the Aryan Brotherhood. I think Jimmy assumed that his confession would impress me and earn him credibility with the Aryan Brotherhood.” SMH. Snow claims he didn’t know about Reed’s case until a few years ago when he saw a photo of Fennell along with an article about Reed while he was jailed in Texas’ Hays County for a different offense. He says in his affidavit that that is when he realized Reed had been imprisoned for the murder Fennell confessed to him. In the meantime, Fennell’s attorney, Robert Phillips, said Snow is a career criminal and his claim is not credible nor in the “world of reality.” It’s worth noting that Jimmy Fennell served time in prison for rape years after Stites murder, but his attorney notes he’s since been released and has converted to Christianity and been helping people with drug addictions, Phillips said. Fennell, who is a former police officer, was identified as a suspect during the police investigation into Stites’ killing, but he was never formerly charged. Reed’s attorneys filed an application for clemency last week as they attempt to block his execution. According to CNN reports , Bryce Benjet, a senior staff attorney at the Innocence Project and Reed’s lead counsel, said evidence clearly shows that Reed did not kill Stites. “Mr. Reed’s execution is less than one month away, meaning Texas is frighteningly close to executing an innocent man,” Benjet said in a statement. Between the medical and scientific evidence, and multiple new, credible witnesses, the original case trial has been completely deconstructed and disproven.” In the meantime, Reed’s supporters are asking for Texas Gov. Greg Abbott to intervene and stop his execution.

The actor is accused of a pattern of aggressive behavior after drinking in a number of Manhattan bars. As reported by Page Six , Gooding’s actions date back to 2008 and a source told the outlet that the actions alleged are part of an ongoing pattern. Back in June, a woman who accused Gooding of grabbing her breast in a Manhattan bar inspired other accusers to come forth and slam the actor for his actions. Gooding has since maintained his innocence in the matter despite video evidence in one case that seems to illustrate that he was indeed out of bounds in encroaching upon one woman’s personal space. Along with the woman accusing him in the June incident of this year, a woman also said that he did something similar to her in 2018, with the three other women coming forth to say that Gooding inappropriately touched them as well. — Photo: WENN

Atatiana Koquice Jefferson, 28, died Saturday after a Forth Worth, Texas officer opened fire on her inside her house. NBC Dallas-Forth Worth reports that a neighbor called the police to report that Jefferson’s door was open. An officer who arrived on the scene peered into Atatiana’s window and spotted her and yelled, “Put your hands up — show me your hands,” before opening fire and shooting her. The young woman was shot once and although aid was rendered she was pronounced dead. The officer who killed Atatiana has yet to be identified but authorities tell NBC he’s on administrative leave pending an investigation. He’s also been confirmed as white. Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price released a statement on the shooting. “Writing a statement like this is tragic and something that should never be necessary. A young woman has lost her life, leaving her family in unbelievable grief. All of Fort Worth must surround Atatiana Jefferson’s family with prayers, love and support,” Price said. Mayor Price has promised a “complete and thorough investigation” to be conducted by Police Chief Ed Kraus, which will then be forwarded to the Tarrant County District Attorney Law Enforcement Incident Team. This is so incredibly tragic and sad. We’re thinking of the family and friends of Atatiana who lost their loved one for absolutely no reason.

They even included their government names so there isn’t any confusion as to who needs to leave. This weekend, the reason for the demands from the police department are cited as a concern for safety, as the acts listed reportedly have a “history of violence”. According to The Smoking Gun , a 19-year-old Memphis boy has been arrested for forcibly reaching into his grandmother’s panties and stealing $10. You read every single word of that correctly. Jared Otte’s grandmother refused to give him the money he was demanding, so Jared pushed her down on the bed, held her down, raiser her dress and removed $10 from her undergarments according to the police report. The elderly woman was bruised during the struggle. Jared has been charged with felony robbery and is being held on $10,000 bail. People. Ain’t S#!T.
