Source: Scott Dudelson / Getty Kodak Black will soon learn exactly how much time he will be receiving. The Florida rapper pleaded guilty to firearm charges and he will be sentenced this week. Per XXL , Black will learn his fate Wednesday, Nov. 13. Back in May, Kodak got pinched when he was on the way to the 2019 Rolling Loud Miami Festival. The Feds accused Kodak of falsifying info on the federal forms he had to fill out to purchase four guns in a Miami-area gun shop on a pair of occasions. Per the Associated Press , Black was able to cop three weapons—a 9 mm handgun, a .380-caliber handgun and a semi-automatic Mini Draco weapon—but one was found at the scene of a March shooting in Pompano Beach. Initially, he pleaded not guilty, but he changed it to guilty when he surely realized the Feds had him dead to rights . Kodak Black is reportedly facing 4 – 20 years per the sentencing guidelines but part of his deal includes prosecutors recommending he get the lower end of the spectrum. This is where we mention that this case has nothing to do with the sexual assault case the rapper is facing in South Carolina .

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has seemingly come up with an explanation for why he allegedly assaulted Jen Harley several weeks ago. In a new social media post, the polarizing Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star appears to address his violent ex-girlfriend and he appears to justify his recent behavior by basically saying the following: Hey, you did it first! As loyal readers likely know at this point, Ronnie was arrested in early October after he reportedly threatened Harley with a knife. He supposedly did this after the two got into an explosive argument and right before he swiped the occasional couple’s young daughter, Ariana, out of Harley hands. According to the police report filed at the time, Ronnie then locked himself inside of a home he and Harley were renting, refusing to open the door when the police arrived. The authorities therefore had to knock said door down and tase Ronnie in order to take him into custody. The reality star now faces one full year in prison after he was hit with seven misdemeanors , which include the following charges: One count of domestic violence. One count of brandishing a weapon. One count of child endangerment. One count of resisting arrest. Another count of resisting arrest. One count of willful and unlawful criminal threats. One count of false imprisonment. Ronnie has said very little in the wake of this scandal, although insiders close to the muscle-bound father claim he was just protecting Ariana and that Harley was actually the drunk one placing the toddler in danger. Now, however, it certainly appears as if Ronnie has something to say. Something very immature to say, we should emphasize. “First I treat you how I want to be treated. But then I treat you how you treat me,” Ronnie wrote this week, managing to both confuse followers and stir up a great deal of concern as well. Is Ronnie really trying to justify his behavior by stating that Harley abused him first? We mean, that is sort of accurate. Harley was arrested last year for dragging Ortiz-Magro down the street by her car and then also hurled a glass ashtray at his head this past New Year’s Eve. She was never charged with any crime, however, and obviously didn’t serve any jail time as a result. But still: You did it first is the kind of defense made by a second-grader, and certainly not something that should ever be said in the wake of an assault charge. Ronnie, meanwhile, seemed far more at peace with everything not long before writing out the above quote, writing: At some point you have to let go of what you think should happen and live in what’s happening. Every moment matters. Wherever you are, be all there. Enjoy it all. The point of power’s always in the present moment. Amen, Ronnie. Now go leave Harley alone and just be there for your kid, dude. Her biggest defense is that she has Black friends, particularly Alicia Keys and her producer husband Swizz Beatz . According to Page Six , Lisa Falcone is the wife of billionaire hedge funder Philip Falcone , and now she’s found herself in a lawsuit because her former personal chef accused her of racist language. The alleged incident occurred after Lisa met chef Brian Villanueva ‘s girlfriend, who is Black, according to the lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court. Villanueva said his girlfriend stopped by to help him cook for a Hamptons dinner party that the Falcones were hosting back in July. The event was attended by Keys and Swizz Beatz. The next morning, the suite says that Liza commented on how articulate Villanueva’s girlfriend was. “Your girlfriend speaks very well. She seems educated. I would describe her as a chocolate-covered marshmallow,” the chef accuses Lisa of saying. Despite Villanueva appearing visibly offended, the suit says that Lisa continued to say, “Do you use the word ‘ni**a’ at home with your girlfriend?” The suit explained, “Defendant Lisa Falcone noticed the shocked and offended expression on Plaintiff’s face, however, rather than apologize, she said defensively, ‘I’m Puerto Rican and grew up in Spanish Harlem so I can speak like that.’” The lawsuit then says that Villanueva challenged his boss to explain her comments, and she responded that neither Keys nor her husband were as well-spoken. “I meant she speaks really eloquently. Alicia [Keys] doesn’t speak that way. She didn’t have an education and was just discovered by Clive Davis when she was fifteen years old. Swizz [Beatz] definitely doesn’t speak that way either,” Lisa allegedly told Villanueva. Later in the day, Villanueva says that he delivered pizza to the Falcones on the beach, and revealed that he was quitting due to the racist remarks. “Rather than accepting Plaintiff’s resignation, Defendant Lisa Falcone asked Plaintiff not to resign and stated ‘talk to my Black friends’ (supposedly referring to Keys and Swizz Beatz — both of whom were at the beach with the Falcones during that time), and emphasized ‘they will tell you that I am not racist,’” the lawsuit states. Villanueva is suing Lisa and her husband for discrimination and violation of New York labor laws, saying he’s owed $4,230.76 in unpaid wages. The suit also claims that Philip said he would only compensate Villanueva if he and his girlfriend signed a confidentiality agreement promising to not repeat Lisa’s comments. They refused to sign. Keys nor Swizz Beatz have yet to make a public statement about the situation. The Duggar family apparently feels like Josh Duggar’s molestation scandal has blown over, folks, because Jed Duggar is running for office . Despite that being a deeply controversial move, his big sister Jana gave him a shout-out and a glowing endorsement. Now, fans are upset with Jana for endorsing someone with upsetting, oppressive platforms like Jed’s. “It was an honor to go to the Arkansas State Capitol today,” Jana’s Instagram post begins. She got “to watch my brother @jed_duggar file as a candidate for House District 89.” “I’m so proud of the man he is,” she gushes. “And,” Jana concludes, “the heart he has for serving the community of Springdale!” “I hope he doesn’t forget that humans, especially women, have rights,” one commenter begins. The comment continues: “Women have the right to many things and he better not take any of it away from them.” “Don’t punch your religious values on people,” the comment concludes. “We don’t want it.” “No offense he’s not going to win,” another follower cautions. “Janna has a better shot at winning than this guy.” “Oh yeah, because he totally understands separation of church and state,” another commenter derides. The follower observes; “He’s been raised to believe nobody other than Christian men have rights.” “And he has no life experience,” that same commenter concludes. Clearly, Jed’s run for office is a disappointment to many fans, and they don’t love Jana endorsing his move. “I’m a Conservative. Pro-Life. Pro Second Amendment. Pro Religious Liberty,” Jed announced alongside his candidacy. The chilling litany of his agenda was enough to alarm plenty of people, even though it is no surprise. He also wrote that he plans to “Combat the Opioid Crisis. Lower Taxes. More Jobs & Growth. Strong Economy.” Jed being 20 years old and lacking any life experience or opinions of his own could really hamper him in any political race. “I’m Jed Duggar. I have grown up in the Springdale area all my life,” he wrote on Instagram. Jed continued: “And as a local small-business owner, I understand the important issues facing the residents and businesses of District 89.” Yes, we’re sure that Jed can relate to all of the other small business owners whose daddies gave them businesses instead of a college education. Clearly, he is hoping that others will overlook his lack of qualifications or experience and simply side with his abhorrent views on human rights. “Northwest Arkansas is the economic engine of our state,” Jed continued. He wrote: our local jobs and state economy depend on elected officials that take a common-sense, business approach to legislative reforms.” “I will fight for sound fiscal policies and tax relief for all Arkansans,” he pledged. It sounds like Jim Bob is angling for a tax break for himself and his fellow millionaires. “I will unequivocally advocate for conservative values,” Jed warned. “I am a Christian and I will stand up for religious liberty,” he emphasized. Religious liberty is a favored euphemism meaning special rights for conservative Christians. At times, laws passed on these grounds directly oppose the rights and beliefs of religious minorities. “:I am pro-life and I will be an advocate for the unborn,” Jed’s grim announcement continued. He continued: “And I will always defend our Second Amendment.” In other words, he’s happy to see people forced to give birth, but once they’re born, it’s basically fine if they die in a hail of bullets. “With your support,” Jed tells his followers. “I will be a strong, conservative voice in Little Rock for District 89.” Some Duggar fans have noted that Jed’s campaign seems to link his address to an apartment. It wouldn’t normally be shocking for a 20-year-old to live on his own, but most 20-year-olds aren’t members of repressive cults. Jim Bob lets his children move out of the house only when married. This seems like a curious exception. Fans believe that Jim Bob wants to make Jed look independent. Who’s going to vote for a man who’s forbidden from having an orgasm? Of course Jana endorsed Jed. Not only did she likely have no choice in the matter, but he’s her brother! The reason that fans were upset is that Jed’s platform just … sucks. The other reason is that Jana endorsing him conflicts with the image of Jana that fans have constructed in their minds. If Jana is really a rebel against the horrible beliefs of her family, she’s really good at hiding it. Source: Brian To/WENN.com / WENN Dennis Rodman has been charged with battery for allegedly slapping fire out of a man back in May. Interestingly, it was the victim’s birthday. The former NBA star whose nickname is “The Worm” vehemently denies the claim, though. According to TMZ , the cops says Rodman was kicking it at the Buddha Sky Bar in Delray Beach when he “unprovokedly turned around and smacked” Jeff Soulouque, 30, on May 17. Soulouque says Rodman was apologetic, even offering up a dinner invitation. However, a trip to the hospital revealed a left corneal abrasion and Soulouque went to the cops the next day to file a report. Apparently, there’s a witness who says they saw Rodman slap Soulouque, twice. Rodman pleaded not guilty but is facing a max sentence of a year in jail if convicted. We gotta hear both sides.
