Scott Disick and Sofia Richie: Totes Ready to Get Engaged!

Despite Scott Disick’s latest birthday making their relationship numerically creepier , he and Sofia Richie are going strong. They’ve been together for two years and she’s already bonded with his three children. So what’s next? According to a new report, they’ve had serious discussions about getting engaged. Us Weekly reports that Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have really talked about taking things to the next level. According to an insider, Scott and Sofia “have talked seriously about getting engaged.” “It’s a real possibility,” confirms a second source. But it doesn’t sound like there’s a real sense of urgency between the two. “As it is now,” that second insider continues. “Sofia and Scott look at each other as life partners.” Scott recently turned 36, meaning that the pair of them have a 16-year age gap. They’re both consenting adults, of course, but many wondered how long they could really last even if they are, technically, both Millennials. But now they’ve been dating for two years. According to an insider, Scott and Sofia “are in a great place.” “And,” the source adds, the pair are “stronger than ever.” If Scott and Sofia do decide to take things to the next level, will that make things awkward — or worse — with Scott’s baby mama? That first insider says that Kourtney is “not only unbothered by the idea of them getting engaged.” The source announces that “they’d [even] have her full support.” It sounds like Kourtney is astonishingly chill about Scott’s relationship getting even more serious. Keep in mind that she and Scott were together for many years and had three kids without taking that step. So why exaclty is Kourtney reportedly not just okay with, but happy about the idea of Scott proposing to Sofia? “Sofia is really so good with his kids,” the insider explains. We’ve heard as much. Sofia probably wasn’t planning on becoming basically a stepmom at 20, but she’s said to have bonded with the Disick kids. “And,” the source notes. “She has a good friendship and relationship with Kourtney.” Those group vacations and potentially awkward coparenting dinners have really paid off, huh? Kourtney must feel relieved that Sofia is getting along so well with her kids. No worries about a “wicked stepmom” here! Mason Disick is 9 years old, meaning that Sophia is only a little over twice his age. Penelope Disick is 6 years old. Reigh Disick, the youngest, is 4 years old. But it must also be a comfort to her that Scott and Sofia have found real love and companionship. Because that didn’t seem to be where Scott was headed in 2017. In 2017, Scott Disick was spiraling. He was seen with every hot 19-year-old model he could come across, from big-name hotties like Bella Thorne to the relatively unknown. Reports said that friends were in fear for his life after his alleged drinking binges. He and Kourtney were over, and Kourt had to work overtime to shield her kids from stories about Scott’s behavior. Anyone is welcome to thot around the world all that they like, but if you have kids, your first responsibility is to be a parent. But against all odds, Scott and Sofia — yet another young, outrageously hot young model — seemed to forge a connection. Maybe Scott was done buring his weird man-feelings in the bodies of random women. But maybe Sofia and Scott just click. Despite arguments that they’ve had, they’re still together. An engagement would be amazing news, but let’s not hold our breath. Sofia is so young and marriage is a huge milestone. Bill Cosby Pervs Out to Pics of Meghan Markle, Kris Jenner In Prison

With all the bad news being reported by the press on a minute-to-minute basis these days, it can be easy to lose sight of all the good things that are happening in our world. For example, climate scientists now believe our planet won’t become an uninhabitable hellscape until 2050, and Bill Cosby is still in prison ! Cosby is behind bars for the sexual assault of Andrea Constand . Of course, he’s been accused by more than 60 women, and he should be locked up for a very, very long time, but instead, he was sentenced to just 10 years behind bars. And since he’s old and rich and famous, he’ll probably only serve a fraction of that time. But on the plus side, the Cos is 81, so there’s still a good chance he’ll die in prison. That means he may never again get to do the things he does best — hock pudding pops, wear hideous sweaters, impart unsolicited advice to young people, and of course, creep on unsuspecting women in the entertainment industry. But while Cosby’s predator days may be behind him, he’s reportedly making the most of his time behind bars. “Mr. Cosby asked one of his inmate assistants to help him obtain photographs or art to bring life to his ‘dorm,’ ” a recently released inmate tells Radar Online. “Typically, inmates ask for weapons, electronics or drugs — so his request was quite easy.” Yes, it seems Cosby has buddied up to a fellow inmate named Bugs, who provides him with decor for his cell. And what sort of visual stimuli does Cosby prefer?  Why, photos of famous women, of course! “Bugs gave him magazine clippings of icons like Beyoncé, Meghan Markle and Kris Jenner,” the tipster claims. Yes, it seems Dr. Huxtable is a big fan of the Duchess of Sussex — but he wishes she were still just an actress on a basic cable legal drama. “He really likes Meghan, but he’s mad at her for marrying Harry,” says the source. “What a waste of a beautiful woman to go off and marry a rotten royal,” Cosby has reportedly said. “It’s a real shame.” We’re sure Harry is really broken up about that one. Between that and snubbing Donald Trump during his visit to the UK, the man is having a great week in terms of pissing of sexual predators. Speaking of the Trump-Cosby connection, can someone hurry up and invent a time machine so we can go back to the Eighties and ask random people to predict which one ends up in the White House and which one’s in jail? The answer would probably blow their minds even more than smartphones. View Slideshow: Bill Cosby: A Look at His Life Behind Bars

Knifed Up Klepto: Man Allegedly Stole An Inmate’s Identity To Finance His Own Plastic Surgery

Source: asiseeit / Getty Man Allegedly Stole An Inmate’s Identity in Order To Pay For Plastic Surgery   According to The AJC , an Atlanta man has been arrested after being accused of stealing another man’s identity (who is currently serving a life sentence) in order to take out a $16,000 line of credit for a little plastic surgery. Christopher Jones will reportedly face financial identity fraud charges for the crime. Authorities got hip to the scam after the bank alerted them of two “bogus” lines of credit that he took out “in the name of someone serving a life sentence in Florida,” said Johns Creek police Capt. Chris Byers. Jones stated that he bought the inmate’s information in hopes of financing his cosmetic surgery. “Basically what the law says in any of these cases (is) that you knew or should have known,” Byers told reporters, “and when you’re paying $2,000 to a third party for $16,000 worth of care, that definitely falls under known or should have known.” Jones is out on a $15,000 bond, Fulton County jail records show.

Gen Pop-Pop: Bill Cosby Moved To General Unit In Pennsylvania Prison

Source: Splash News / Splash News Bill Cosby Moved To General Population Contrary to popular belief, Bill Cosby is not bicking back and booling in a special area of the Pennsylvania prison where he’s currently serving three to ten years for sexual assault. According to reports, the legally blind 81-year old has been moved to general population and is now in a single cell without a cell mate. State corrections spokeswoman Amy Worden told CNN that Cosby is being “treated just the same as any other inmate. Worden added that inmates there can spend several hours a day in the gym library, class or day room and that Cosby has inmates assigned to help him at times, given his age and disability. The fallen legend has already spent about four months in special housing as he adjusted to the SCI-Phoenix prison in suburban Pennsylvania. Welp.

A Broken Promise & Game 7 Of The 2016 NBA Finals Led This Young Man To Start A Mini-Revolution On Rikers Island

View original post here:

Source: Courtesy of Isiah (IG: @_callme_zay) Conversation surrounding criminal justice reform is gaining traction as world leaders like President Barack Obama and business moguls like Jay-Z call out widespread racial disparities in the prison system. Obama took a ton of important steps toward change, including being the first president to (very publicly) visit a prison and spend time with convicts, banning juvenile solitary confinement, and commuting a total of 1,175 sentences (330 in a single day). Jay-Z brought to light the devastating story of Kalief Browder , a young man from the Bronx who spent three terrible years in jail even though he was never convicted of a crime. After all he’d been through, Browder tragically committed suicide. And of course we can’t forget about Meek Mill getting politically active, as he calls out the injustices he, himself, has faced at the hands of the justice system. Meek’s stories give those who can’t relate to being locked up an insider’s look at how young black men are targeted and kept behind bars for extended periods of time. The movement is beginning to mobilize and more and more people are beginning to do their part to create the change we’d all like to see. Cue a young man from Harlem who’s sharing an incredible story of resistance this week. His name is Isiah , he’d been locked up on Rikers Island in 2016 when the warden broke a promise she’d made regarding game 7 in the NBA Finals and all hell broke loose. How he handled the escalating dispute and what he has to say about it today will give you chills. Isiah told Humans Of NY , “Every month in prison they had something called Inmate Council, where you get to meet with the prison administration and make suggestions. I volunteered to be the representative for my housing unit. And toward the end of the meeting, the warden asked if anyone had questions or concerns.” At the time, the Cleveland Cavaliers were going against the Golden State Warriors and the fellas just wanted to be able to tune in. “The NBA finals were going on at the time. So I raised my hand and asked: ‘If the Cavs force a game seven, can we keep the TV on past lock up time?’ And she agreed. She agreed in front of everyone,” Isiah explained. But things didn’t go as planned. “So when game seven came around, all of us were excited. We gathered around the TV in the dayroom to watch the game. But right as the second quarter was starting, the television clicked off. The CO came down and tried to kick everybody out. I told her the warden gave us permission, but she said it didn’t matter. And that’s when things began to go downhill. We refused to leave. The CO went behind a protected gate and pulled the silent alarm. We grabbed all the tables and chairs and stacked them up against the door. We covered the floor in shampoo and water. The security team came back with riot gear and huge cans of pepper spray, but we kept the door closed for over two hours. When they finally got inside, they were slipping all over the place. We just laid down on the floor and put our hands behind our back. I was given thirty days in solitary confinement. But I had to do the right thing,” he told Humans Of NY. Reflecting on his decision at the time, he added “Women are allowed to vote because some woman wanted to vote. The Civil Rights Movement started because Rosa Parks didn’t want to get out of her seat. And next time there’s a game seven of the NBA Finals, I bet they’re going to leave the TV on in Building Six at Rikers Island.” When Global Grind reached out for more details about that scary day, Isiah said since he was removed from the housing area he isn’t sure what the warden had to say for herself after the fact. However, he told us that at his Disciplinary Action meeting it’d been pretty obvious the guards turned off all the cameras at the time of the inmates’ sit-in. “When I asked them to show the cameras, they said they were ‘off’ and not working because they are new. But I know they weren’t telling the truth because they’d recently installed a camera they could control remotely. One night the camera was facing the front, the next morning the camera was facing the back of the housing area—and  Rikers cameras are recording constantly to precent inmate on inmate violence.” Isiah mentioned, “This is what they do when they want to get away with assaulting you.” Today, the Game Design major has one semester left at Hostos Community College before he graduates. He tells Global Grind, “All I want to do is show my peers that it’s never too late to turn your life around and get on the right path.” [ione_media_gallery src=”https://globalgrind.cassiuslife.com” id=”3882098″ overlay=”true”]

Gia Giudice Makes Desperate Plea to Inmate Father

We often mock Teresa Giudice and members of her family. It’s typically for good reason, too. Teresa is just so self-centered and spoiled and she lacks any semblance of self-awareness and she broke the law awhile back by lying about her finances and has never really shown a hint of remorse. This is all true. But it can all be true and we can still feel very badly for her kids. Earlier this week, it was revealed that Joe Giudice really will face deportation after he completes his current prison sentence. This had been rumored ever since Joe entered jail on tax evasion charges, but a judge dropped the deportation hammer once and for all in immigration court on Wednesday morning. “Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief,” the judge said at the hearing, according to various sources, adding: “Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law.” This is obviously quite a blow to Teresa and her four kids. Joe is due for release next year, at which time, unless something significant changes, he will be sent back to his native country of Italy. While various members of The Real Housewives community have reacted in sadness to this development, 17-year old daughter Gia Giudice is now here to speak out for the first time since the decision was handed down. The oldest child of Joe and Teresa, Gia has shared a video created by a man named Fred Rubino. In this footage, he called for an appeal of Joe’s impending deportation, alleging that the ruling on Giudice’s case was “racist” and “political” because Joe is Italian.  That seems like quite the unverified leap, but Gia appears to concur. “Spread the word, could’ve said it better myself.” Gia wrote in the caption. “I love you daddy, let’s fight this! @fredrubino.” The despondent and angry teenager also shared a throwback photo on her Instagram Story of herself as a little girl holding onto Joe’s shoulders, and wrote on the image: “New post!!!! Spread the word, let’s fight.” It’s quite the image, that much is certain: For whatever it’s worth, Teresa was not in the courtroom Wednesday when the judge made his ruling. Joe now has 30 days to file an appeal; which we’d have to imagine he will do. For those wondering… Yes, Giudice has lived in America since he was a child. However, he never obtained American citizenship , and immigrants can be deported from the United States if they are convicted of “a crime of moral turpitude” or an “aggravated felony,” according to U.S. law. Does that seem unfair? Not to Donald Trump, probably. View Slideshow: Teresa Giudice: Filing For Divorce Once Joe Gets Deported?! Although Teresa has thus far remained silent on the ruling, a source told People Magazine that she “never imaged Joe would really get deported.” Adds this insider: “This is going to break her. She always knew that this was a possibility, but she put it out of her head. That’s the only way she could go on living day to day.” In this one instance, we actually do feel badly for her.

Bill Cosby Called ‘Serial Rapist’ As Walk Of Fame Star Is Vandalized, Again

Source: RB/Bauer-Griffin / Getty C rews worked to restore Bill Cosby ‘s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame after it was vandalized this week, according to a new report. The individual or people responsible for defacing the star left two separate notes scrawled in all-caps in what appeared to be marker: “SERIAL RAPIST” and “#METOO.” TMZ was the first to report the news. While Cosby was sent to prison because of Andrea Constand ‘s claims, hers was among at least 60 others from women making similar allegations against the disgraced comedian. This week’s vandalism was the second instance of Cosby’s Walk of Fame star being defaced in nearly four years. The celebrity memorial was given similar treatment in December of 2014, when someone wrote “rapist” on it. At the time, Cosby was in the throes of dozens of women coming forward with reports that he secretly gave them powerful drugs so that he could take advantage of them sexually without any resistance. Source: Chris Weeks / Getty “Hollywood Walk of Fame bosses at the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce have refused to remove the fallen funnyman’s star,” the World Entertainment News Network reported . The news of his star being vandalized capped off a busy week for Cosby, who was forced to listen to multiple accusers confront him during a two-day sentencing hearing before Judge Steven O’Neill delivered his sentence. Since Cosby began serving time in state prison, he has reportedly been attacked by another inmate and sued by lawyers for outstanding legal fees. While Cosby started off his new prison life in a local corrections facility in eastern Pennsylvania, he was expected to ultimately be transferred to a different prison on the western side of the state closer to Pittsburgh that caters to older inmates with health problems. Cosby is legally blind and reportedly has other health ailments. Cosby’s spokesperson vowed the comedian would appeal and insisted that the prosecution put forth “the most racist and sexist trial in the history of the United States” in a lengthy statement that sounded a lot like he was supporting rape culture . #BlackLivesMatter Natasha McKenna Was Cuffed & Shackled When She Was Fatally Tased

Natasha McKenna’s Hands Were Cuffed & Legs Shackled During Tasing As officers argue that unarmed Natasha McKenna died from “excited delirium” more questions are being asked about what really happened to the Virginia woman who was fatally tased. McKenna who was 5’3 130 pounds and mentally ill, was handcuffed and shackled when she was shot four times with a stun gun in February. She also allegedly had a mask over her face and her last words were “You promised you wouldn’t hurt me,” as six officers left her permanently incapacitated for not bending her knees to be strapped into a chair. S…M…F…H… The Washington Post reports: IT’S BEEN more than three months since a mentally ill woman, Natasha McKenna, died after she was shot four times with a Taser stun gun by a guard in the Fairfax County jail. Since her death on Feb. 8, county officials have offered repeated assurances that a full investigation is underway, and that the facts surrounding the guards’ struggle with Ms. McKenna — which was recorded in full on video — will be laid bare. To date, however, it’s remarkable how little discernible progress authorities have made in providing an accounting of the circumstances leading to her death. A new report by Human Rights Watch — “Callous and Cruel: Use of Force against Inmates with Mental Disabilities in U.S. Jails and Prisons” — documents the routine brutality exercised by guards who are untrained and ill-equipped to deal with mentally ill people, who make up enormous proportions of jail and prison populations. Jail and prison staff use “force in the absence of any emergency, and without first making serious attempts to secure the inmate’s compliance through other means,” according to the report, which details cases similar to Ms. McKenna’s, which unfolded when she resisted the guards’ attempts to remove her from her cell. In Ms. McKenna’s case, she had already been fully restrained — her hands and feet shackled — when a guard, frustrated that she would not bend her knees to be strapped into a chair, shot her repeatedly with his Taser. Ms. McKenna was not physically imposing. At the time she was shocked, she posed no threat to the guards, nor was there any risk she could flee. Taser’s user manual warns several times that repeated use of the weapon against a subject “could increase the risk of death or serious injury.” Despite that, she was shot three times in the weapon’s “drive-stun” mode, which the manual says is “for pain compliance only.” And she was shot once with the weapon’s electrical prongs, designed to incapacitate a subject. Ms. McKenna was incapacitated — permanently. She never regained consciousness after the struggle in the jail on Feb. 3 and died five days later. This news is absolutely terrible. There’s no way Natasha “crazied herself” to death, this was FAR from an accident.
