If a picture is truly worth 1,000 words, then the collection of pictures below scream out one thing and one thing only: The Giudices are one big happy family!!!! As previously detailed, Teresa and her four daughters have touched down in Italy, reuniting overseas with husband/father Joe, who has been banished to his native country while he waits to find out if he'll be deported forever from the United States. The odds are heavily in favor of this ruling. This would mean Joe will never live in the United States again — as a consequence of him commiting a felony while residing here as a foreign citizen — and it would seemingly mean he'll get divorced from Teresa . So keep that in mind while you toggle through the following images. And also keep another saying in mind, one that seems especially apt as you look at all these smiling faces: Looks can be deceiving. 1. Soaking Up the Italian Sun We can’t say we love the Giudices very much. But this is a rather gorgeous photo of everyone, even their harshest critics must admit. 2. Out with His Daughters Wrote Joe of this photo: “had the best night with my girls. so happy you guys are here my heart is filled.. audriana was too tired.” 3. Buddies! “My buddy.” That’s what Joe wrote as a caption to this sweet and simple photo of him and his teenage daughter. 4. Important Daddy-Daughter Time We make a lot of fun of Joe — because he seems like an entitled jerk who absolutely broke the law and only seems to regret getting caught. But we are happy for his daughters, that they got a chance to see their dad in Italty. 5. Saying Cheeese! This was the first photo of the trip to Italy shared online, the one that initially made all the Internet rounds. 6. Totes Twinning The Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared this photo of her and Joe’s daughter, Milania, looking eerily similar. We just hope she and Joe keep her and her sisters’ best interests in mind at all times. View Slideshow
Source: Image Press/Splash News / Splash News 21 Savage is currently caught in the middle of an immigration case that is putting a sizeable dent in his touring career. The Atlanta-based rapper is currently awaiting a court date to resolve his status and ability to travel abroad but at the moment isn’t allowed to leave the United States to do one of the more financially significant portions of his profession. TMZ reports : As TMZ reported … Savage was arrested in Atlanta back in February and placed in ICE custody. Turns out he entered the U.S. legally from the UK back in 2005, but his visa expired and he’s been here illegally for years. The rapper wasn’t even able to get a work permit for 8 months, which meant he couldn’t work domestically. He finally got one last month, so at least now he can work in the U.S. … but traveling out of the country is out of the question until he gets things cleared up with immigration. The outlet adds that immigration courts in Atlanta have been besieged by a record number of cases, causing an effectual logjam of sorts. It might be years before the 27-year-old star will have his case heard and he still faces potential deportation as well. — Photo: Splash News
Last week, much of the Duggar family traveled west to visit Jinger Duggar in Los Angeles . It was the Duggars’ first pilgrimage to the City of Angels, and the entire Counting On clan made the trip — with two important exceptions. Jill Duggar stayed home with her kids, and her younger sister Joy-Anna embarked on a different kind of journey. Joy was curiously quiet on social media for most of the time that her family was in California, which led to rumors of a falling out. But now, we know she had simply set out on an adventure — one that made it very difficult to update her social media pages. Earlier this week, Joy posted the photo below to the joint Instagram account she shares with Austin. “Colorado,” the mother of one captioned the pic. “Y’all! I got to come with the guys this year on their Elk hunting trip! It’s freezing cold and we have already done a ton of hiking, but we’re excited cuz we’ve already spotted some elk!” she added. “Can’t wait for opening morning! It is absolutely GORGEOUS here!” While it’s unclear if Joy actually wielded a weapon herself, the revelation that she participated in an elk hunt didn’t sit well with some fans. “Why do you like to kill animals?I could not!” commented one such follower. Several others voiced their displeasure with Joy’s heavily-armed camping trip, but in the end, she seemed to have more supporters than detractors. “From one Colorado hunting woman to another, I appreciate you!” wrote one fan. ”I have lived here my whole life but my husband and I began hunting together 3 years ago,” the commenter continued. “Such an amazing experience and there’s just something about being surrounded by the beauty of Gods creation that really relaxes you! Cannot wait to get out there for deer season in just a few weeks! Good luck!!” Another fan pushed back against Joy’s critics, pointing out that raising one’s own food — by any means — generally cuts back on environmental waste: “If anything hunting is better for the world. Less packaging, zero plastic waste, zero machines for processing,” the follower commented. “As long as they’re eating what they hunt, what’s the problem. You can’t be against killing animals but not against destroying the environment.” One person who didn’t feel the need to weigh in on the debate was Joy. While she posted several updates on the trip she kept her comments apolitical, preferring instead to gush about her doting husband: “This Man! He has tucked me in every night, given me his blanket so I’d be warm, took my heavy backpack when I was getting tired, encouraged me when I was struggling to finish hiking up the steep trail, he is such a gentleman and helps encourage me to achieve me goals and dreams!” wrote Joy-Anna. “I love you so much, Austin Martyn!” As fans know, Joy-Anna suffered a miscarriage back in July, and she’s reportedly struggled with depression in the months since. So we’re in favor of whatever puts a smile on her face, be it hiking, hunting, or just spending quality time with Austin. View Slideshow: Joy-Anna Duggar & Austin Forsyth: Lying About Courtship? The worst kept rumor in Bravo history is officially a reality: Teresa Giudice totally cheated on her husband. We first reported that the embattled housewife was messing around behind her incarcerated husband’s back in February of this year. We later confirmed that Teresa and some dude named Blake Shreck held hands and swapped spit in Miami several months ago. This romantic interlude took place, of course, while the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was still married to Joe Giudice. Juicy Joe, of course, was serving time in jail at that point in time following his conviction in the couple’s bankruptcy scheme. Shortly after this report went viral, Teresa’s attorney tried to run damage control and shoot it down … with mixed results. “Teresa was in Miami for a charity event with a large group of friends, both men and women,” this lawyer said in a statement. Her attorney added, pleading Giudice’s case: “The photos show one of those friends helping Teresa out of the venue and to her car. She had some wine and she was wearing heels.” “There is no cheating, no divorce. End of story.” Except that Teresa has now reopened the book. On Tuesday, Bravo released the first few minutes of the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 10 premiere (to their Bravo Insiders fan club). The revealing scenes feature the 47-year-old mother of four at a crossroads in her marriage. Asked by co-star Jennifer Aydin if she’s still in love with Joe, Teresa says simply: “I don’t know.” “I haven’t been happy in so long,” she then tells sister-in-law Melissa Gorga. “And,” she adds, “I just want to be happy again.” You want more from Teresa? You got it. “I feel like I’m living the worst nightmare ever,” Giudice confesses, telling Danielle Staub that she feels like “drinking a bottle of tequila every night.” This is about when Teresa admits to having exploried her options, showing her fellow Jersey Housewives a photo of a shirtless guy and saying: “He’s the one I hooked up with.” BOOM! There it is. Teresa has made no secret of her desire to end her marriage, although a recent report alleged that Joe also wants out due to this cheating instance . The latter, of course, is on the verge of being deported to Italy. A judge sentenced him to live in the nation of his birth after Joe admited to committing a felony while NOT being a United States citizen. He just landed in this country while he awaits the results of his latest appeal, opting to wait it out there rather than in ICE custody. Joe has been away from the home he shares with Teresa and their four daughters –Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10 — since he began a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud in March 2016. A final ruling on his aforementioned appeal is expected to come down in November. And it is not expected to go his way. Teresa, who clearly can’t wait to be rid of her husband , will be a focal point of The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 10. “Teresa’s a mess,” Dolores Catania says in a trailer for upcoming episodes. “There is so much stress in that house.” Margaret Josephs, however, sees it a little differently. She has far less sympathy for her colleague. The Real Housewives of New Jersey Trailer (Season 10) “Teresa is cocktailing it up all night while her husband is sitting in an ICE facility,” Josephs says. “That is shameful.” “You are not the person I met,” she tells the OG of the RHONJ, before the two get into what looks like a huge fight. The Real Housewives of New Jersey premieres Nov. 6 at 8/7c on Bravo… grab a hat and hold TF onto it.
Source: Bernard Smalls / @PhotosByBeanz It looks like fans won’t be streaming “Sorry” anytime soon. According to The Blast , Nicki Minaj and Tracy Chapman have failed to reach an agreement during court-ordered mediation in the copyright infringement case. Chapman is accusing Minaj of unlawfully sampling her song “Baby Can I Hold You” for the track “Sorry,” but Minaj reportedly confirmed in court documents that the song never made it to her album because Chapman didn’t approve the sample. Chapman and her attorneys, however, accuse Minaj of leaking the record to Funkmaster Flex who debuted the song on his show, which Minaj denies. The publication reports that documents from the attempted mediation note that on October 2 the parties tried to privately hash out their issues; citing “the mediation was unsuccessful, and no settlement was reached. The settlement is not imminent,” after the “Fendi” rapper denied committing copyright infringement, and reportedly claimed fair use as her defense. Minaj also allegedly argued that Chapman doesn’t own the copyright herself, and is asking for the lawsuit to be dismissed. It seems that lawsuits, lackluster sales, and Twitter jabs have gotten to the Queen Radio host, which is what many fans speculate led to her abrupt retirement announcement. As previously reported , Nicki Minaj recently announced her retirement from Rap to “focus on building her family” back in August before recanting the decision one week later in early September. Nicki did give insight into the decision while responding to a fan saying: “I’m still right here. Still madly in love with you guys & you know that. In hindsight, this should’ve been a Queen Radio discussion & it will be. I promise u guys will be happy. No guests, just us talking about everything. The tweet was abrupt & insensitive, I apologize babe.” The copyright lawsuit is slated to go to forward to court.

As per his social media posts he plans on extracting a shameful form of vengeance. “All the leaks is cute I don’t care for real ’cause once music is old to me, it doesn’t matter…but I promise you this, if I find out who is leaking it, I will make a decent example out of you…and no one can stop it, no Kanye, nobody! In addition, two unfinished Kanye records named “All Dreams Real” and “Selah” also leaked this weekend. This is not the first time the “Numbers On The Board” rapper has dealt with leaks. His scrapped “Maybach Music VI” verse suddenly appeared after the release of Rick Ross’ Port Of Miami 2. Previously his “Sociopath” song hit message boards in June 2018 minus the Kash Doll verse. — Photo: WENN.com
Joe Giudice is on his way to Italy. But the reality star is still holding out hope that it’s just a vacation. Scroll down to see what we mean… Judges have granted Giudice‘s request to be released from ICE custody and move to Italy, which is the country where he was born and where he may be forced to relocate on a permanent basis. But Giudice will continue to appeal his deportation order for as long as possible. “He will be OK,” said Jerard Gonzalez, one of Joe’s immigration attorneys. “I just don’t like having families taken apart like this.” Giudice had previously been denied his original request to be released to the New Jersey home he shares with wife Teresa Giudice and their four daughters: Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10. As most Real Housewives of New Jersey fans are likely aware, Joe was sentenced to 41 months in jail for his role in a bankruptcy scheme. Joe and his estranged wife admitted in 2016 to lying to the government about their income and their assets, defrauding the government in the process. A federal judge decreed awhile back that Joe, who never became a United States citizen, must be deported back to Italy because he’s an immigrant who committed a serious crime. After being released from prison, Giudice was taken into custody by immigration officials and was only just now set free — but only if he lives in Italy while his appeals case is heard. The next court date regarding Joe’s appeal is in November. Teresa, for her part, has not yet commented on Joe having to move to Italy while his legal argument goes through the system. She has said on numerous occasions that she will leave her husband regardless of the outcome ; she seems so very over this relationship. Last week, when asked how the family has come together and supported each other, she told E! News: “We just do. I mean, we’ve come a long way and I’m happy I have four beautiful daughters. “They’re strong and I’m happy to have them. I’m their rock, they’re my rock and I’m glad we have each other.” Teresa also wrote a letter to the judge several months ago, pleading to have Joe remain in America. “I cannot bear the thought of my daughters losing their father, I am fearful that it will break them and that I alone will not be able to fix them,” the 47-year-old wrote. She added at the time: “Judge Ellington, this is my greatest fear and it keeps me up at night. The fear that if I lose my husband, I will also lose my children, as they will never ever be the same.” Sounds heartfelt. But, as you can see below, it also looks like Bravo is pretty darn excited to milk this scandal for all it’s worth: View Slideshow: The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Everything We Know About Season 10
Source: @JustInMyView / R1 Digital It’s no secret that Tekashi 6ix9ine has become the most famous snitch in pop culture since Salvatore “Sammy The Bull” Gravano flipped on J ohn Gotti and the Gambino crime family back in the late 90’s. With countless memes having been made comedically highlighting his dime dropping ways, Tekashi’s name has become synonymous with snitching across the Hip-Hop world with little to no sympathy for the troll turned government informant. But what will become of the rainbow-haired rapper once he gets out of prison and presumably thrown into the witness protection program? Will he still have a career in rap? Would artists and producers be willing to work with him as he walks around with that bright as his hair scarlet “S” on his person? Could he even live a normal life in the age of social media? The New York Times recently published a piece exploring what could await Daniel Hernandez once he gets out of prison and possibly leaves his Tekashi 6ix9ine days behind him. Minya Oh, best known as Miss Info, the founder of the hip-hop news website MissInfo.tv and a former host on the rap radio station Hot 97 in New York, called the 6ix9ine saga a “Greek telenovela tragicomedy,” and predicted that he would face a complex conundrum upon being released: curiosity would be at an all-time high, but within the hip-hop community, so would animus. “In the attention economy, just knowing that 6ix9ine might open his mouth somewhere is like shipping platinum,” she said. “But nobody with any of their own value will ever stand next to him. So he has to exist in a vacuum and can’t leave his house. All doable things for an artist in 2019 and beyond.” Labels would be reticent to allow their artists to work with him, Ms. Oh added, “But they all think when he gets out of jail, he will be a big draw.” But at what cost to the reputation of the label or the artist they pair with Hip-Hop’s “Henry Hill” ? Should Tekashi try and find that there is no path for him to get back into the rap game on the monumental scale he was at the height of his pre-snitch career, he can always go about the life of an everyday civilian getting by on a 9 to 5. Such a path would not be unprecedented. The government has successfully relocated and protected high-profile witnesses in the past; mobsters have started over as bakery owners, and reformed assassins have found new careers as doll salesmen, two former federal law enforcement officials said. “Despite how connected we are, and the appetite for social media content in this country, there are places where, if this kid gets a haircut and wears normal clothes, no one would know or care who he is,” said Jay Kramer, a former F.B.I. official who worked on organized crime cases. He might have to come out of pocket to get rid of his very recognizable face tattoos though as it doesn’t seem like the US is going to be coming out of pocket for cosmetic purposes. There is almost nothing in Mr. Hernandez’s background that suggests a capacity for discretion, and it is unlikely the United States Marshals Service, which runs the witness protection program, would pay for the removal of Mr. Hernandez’s signature face tattoos. If Tekashi decides to keep his facial features intact he might as well be signing his own death warrant because that alone is that visible scarlet letter that the world has become familiar with.
Source: JOSEPH PREZIOSO / Getty Felicity Huffman Could Get Jail Time For College Bribery If the feds have any say in the matter, Felicity Huffman is going to jail. On Friday, prosecutors outlined their sentencing recommendations in documents filed in the United States District Court of Massachusetts. This comes months after the actress admitted to paying $15,000 to a college counselor to inflate her daughter’s SAT scores. According to the sentencing memo, prosecutors are shooting for the 56-year-old to serve one month in jail, followed by 12 months of supervised release and a $20,000 fine. They are arguing for jail time while emphasizing that Huffman being confined to her large Hollywood Hills home wouldn’t be too much of a punishment. The former Desperate Housewives star who was previously facing up to four months in jail before pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud earlier this year. In response to prosecutors’ sentencing recommendations, Huffman’s legal team requested one year of probation, 250 hours of community service, and a $20,000 fine. The actress asked for leniency in a letter submitted to the court. Felicity Huffman: “When my daughter looked at me and asked with tears streaming down her face, 'Why didn't you believe in me? Why didn't you think I could do it on my own?' I had no adequate answer for her. I could only say, 'I am sorry. I was frightened and I was stupid.'” pic.twitter.com/Ffq9qpvjkL — Aaron Leibowitz (@aaron_leib) September 6, 2019 “I honestly didn’t and don’t care about my daughter going to a prestigious college. I just wanted to give her a shot at being considered for a program where her acting talent would be the deciding factor,” the letter read. “This sounds hollow now, but, in my mind, I knew that her success of failure in theater or film wouldn’t depend on her math skills.” Felicity’s lawyers also submitted Letters in Aid of Testimony written by her friends and family, including her husband, William H. Macy and her former Desperate Housewives co-star Eva Longoria . Felicity Huffman is set to be sentenced on September 13.
