J udge Greg Mathis is furthering his efforts to help individuals impacted by the water crisis in Flint, Michigan. According to NBC News , the Detroit native recently donated 50,000 bottles of water to the city’s students. The 50,000 bottles of water will be dispersed to schools throughout Flint on Monday. Mathis has also teamed up with AquaTru to provide nine water filtration systems to charter schools in the city. He believes that no parent should be put in a position to risk their child’s health due to the lack of accessibility to clean water. He added that if government officials aren’t going to rectify the situation, then individuals like himself will step up. “It’s difficult to win the confidence of the citizens that you have allowed to be harmed,” he said. “If you wouldn’t risk it for your children, don’t ask these parents to risk it for theirs.” This isn’t the first donation that Mathis has made. Last year, he sent thousands of cases of water to Flint residents. News about Mathis’ donation comes after 12-year-old activist Amariyanna Copeny —who is known Little Miss Flint—raised over $130,000 to create a long-term sustainable solution to the water crisis by bringing state-of-the-art water filters to underserved communities. The implementation of the water filters would give individuals the ability to have safe running water within their households. Earlier this year, rapper and actor Jaden Smith ’s eco-friendly natural spring water brand JUST Goods Inc. teamed up with Flint’s First Trinity Missionary Baptist Church to implement a system called “The Water Box” which reduces lead and other toxic chemicals in contaminated water. Jeweler Guven’s Fine Jewelry has asked a judge to grant them permission to hire a special process server to go after the Migos’ rapper and husband of Cardi B in order to have their day in court. We exclusively revealed that Guven’s sued the “Clout” rapper earlier this year , accusing him of making off with pricey bling like a platinum diamond necklace with emerald cut diamonds that was appraised at nearly $95,000. According to court papers obtained by BOSSIP, Guven’s said it had an agreement with the Migos member and husband of Cardi B to sell him high-end jewelry. They sent over several pieces, including an 18 karat gold tennis bracelet with 27 round shaped diamonds worth $140,000 and another tennis bracelet – this one platinum – with an emerald cut diamond valued at nearly $40,000. But the jeweler said that although Offset kept the jewels in question, he never paid for them. Source: Hot 97 / Hot 97 Guven said its reps contacted Offset in June to demand payment, but he apparently ignored its demands. The business said it sent a second letter to Offset, but he refused service. In total, Guven says Offset owes it $359,490. The jeweler also included what it said were letters to Offset demanding the jewelry as well as certificates of appraisal made out to him to prove the allegedly pilfered ice was legit. The case has languished as the jeweler has struggled to locate Offset in Georgia in order to serve him with the court papers. Guven’s wants the jewelry back, plus punitive damages and their lawyer’s fees paid. Offset has not yet responded to the suit – likely because he has yet to be served. The judge has yet to rule on Guven’s motion.

Everyone is focused on Apryl Jones dating her exes co-worker Fizz , but she says it would be remiss to forget that Omarion literally abandoned their family. He gave her the silent treatment for over a month and asked for a ‘break’ until she got fed up and left. Not only that, Apryl says O is unreasonably angry with her since after their breakup…even before she was friends with Fizz. He makes faces at her when they exchange the children. Even currently, Omarion is fighting Apryl in court over custody issues she says could be solved amicably. When she tried to reach out to her baby daddy, there’s no communication she alleges. To make matters worse, Omarion is allegedly hitting Apryl in her pockets. She says he lies about his income so that he has to only pay $350 in child support for each of their kids. He’s also claimed she worked for his company to the IRS, she says that’s a complete lie. He’s just trying to get her to pay taxes on his money. Yikes! It seems almost impossible to remember at this point, but Teresa Giudice was once in prison. It’s true! She was behind bars for admitting to her role in a bankruptcy scheme and her future on The Real Housewives of New Jersey was in doubt. Now, however? She isn’t merely back on the show – this ex-convict and her family are the show! This was made very clear on Wednesday night’s Season 10 premiere. When this opening episode was filmed, Joe Giudice had a week remaining of his 41-month prison sentence for bank, wire and mail fraud. Bravo cameras therefore captured the heartbreaking and bittersweet moments among his wife and four daughters, as well as the cruel things that were being said about these same folks behind their backs. In the end, everything came back to the Giudices, Joe’s situation in particular. Just consider the following scene: We had Teresa, Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana cooking dinner with Teresa’s dad, Giacinto, and discussing Gia’s decision to attend Rutgers University in the fall. The 18-year old said she wanted to be an attorney. Milania then accused Gia of copying her desired profession, but everyone laughed because they had never heard Milania express interest in law before. “I’ve been saying I want to be a lawyer for a while because it gets me so mad that our dad is in jail and might be getting deported,” Milania said, as Gia added: “Yeah, but I mean, he’s fighting the battle.” As a very quick refresher: Joe was ordered by a judge to be deported in the fall of 2018 because he broke federal law as a non-U.S. citizen. He is appealing the ruling, but most reside in Italy while he does so… and no matter what Teresa says here, she’s totally gonna divorce him . “I just don’t know how the whole thing’s gonna go,” Teresa said sadly on the premiere. It’s hard to feel badly for Teresa or Joe because they’re entitled criminals who suck on, like, every level. But there are four young girls involved here, as Gia said on the premiere that she’d end her relationship with her father if he refused to fight the deportation. “I’m going to prom, I’m going to graduation, I’m going to college. Those are three big things I want my father here for,” she added, but Milania interjected: “No one cares.” The sisters then argued some more before Milania simply walked away. Teresa later opened up to her brother, Joe Gorga, saying: “I hate that my kids have to go through all this. Like, he’s done his time! And now, I’m fighting to keep him in the country.” Joe then conferred with wife Melissa about this conversation and cited the “cheating allegations” that are also following Teresa around. Joe claims Teresa told him she and the younger man with whom she was photographed several months ago are mere friends. “Friends it is,” Melissa reiterated. “I just feel like everything that’s gone on in her life always gets in the way of our relationship. It is what it is. I’m not one to hold a grudge.” In a confessional, Melissa explained there were “a lot of pictures out there, but if Teresa says she is not cheating then I go with what my family says.” She added: “There was a lot of tension between Teresa and I, but she called me and apologized.” Other Housewives also touched on this chatter. “There’s tons of cheating rumors going around about Teresa. There’s photos of her with some 20-something-year-old guy,” Margaret Josephs told the camera. “If she’s stepping out on Joe, who can blame her? He’s about to get deported, and he’s been gone for three years. She’s been through enough. “It doesn’t matter to me if the rumors about Teresa are true or not. In another scene, Jackie Goldschneider, came across a video Teresa posted to Instagram of Jennifer Aydin doing her best impression of Jackie. It was far from flattering. “Teresa, to me, she’s broken,” Jackie fumed to the ladies. “She should be home with her children instead of sitting in a restaurant and making fun of me.” Melissa attemped to defend Teresa by saying she had “a lot going on” and wasn’t “thinking about what she’s doing,” but Jackie felt that was “such an easy excuse.” Jackie also said she believed that Teresa cheated on Joe. Teresa focused on the financial aspects of the process at first, but then elaborated as follows: “This appeal is costing me so much money, but I don’t care. I’ll spend the money. I don’t care. And then at least I’ll know I did everything I could.” Dolores left with the impression, however, that Teresa was over her husband and only doing this for her kids, namely Gia. Finally, the premiere ended the way nearly all Real Housewives episode end: With tension between the co-stars. Dolores told Teresa that she spoke to Margaret after Margaret’s dinner with Jackie and told her what Jackie said about the cheating rumors. Teresa was mightly peeved over it. “F-ck Jackie,” she replied. Meanwhile, Teresa went off to Melissa about the rumors she felt Jackie was continuing to perpetuate. And when she saw Jennifer had walked away from Jackie, Teresa swooped in to confront her. Jackie claimed someone had asked her a question about Teresa, but Teresa didn’t want to hear it. “Just keep my name out of your mouth?” she asked, as Jackie asked the same from Teresa. The two agreed to not talk about each other, yet Melissa said she knew the truce wouldn’t last. The episode wrapped up with Joe’s release from prison. He called Teresa from what is believed to be the ICE facility. “Everything is like lock down over here,” he said, concluding: “I’m telling you, it’s bad. My time is done, and I’m wasting my life away in this freaking crap. Late this summer, Kourtney Kardashian flaunted her stretch marks on social media, turning heads and earning praise. Kourt notices that her followers approved, and came up with a plan. Now, she’s showing off her “tiger stripes” again, and this time, it’s for a very savvy purpose. Kourtney Kardashian posted this mouth-watering photo to Instagram. Notably, she didn’t share it on her personal Instagram — but on her Poosh side account. While it’s hard to make out in the photo, Kourt does actually have stretch marks. The hot bikini pic was accompanied by a message. “Stretch marks: we’ve all got them,” the caption begins. The Poosh caption then asks: “Looking to minimize the appearance of yours?” Naturally, Poosh being her lifestyle brand and all, the caption then directs followers to click a link to learn how. Most models use their perfections to sell products, so it’s a bit of a change for Kourtney to use her “flaws.” There are a number of modes of thinking about stretch marks. The first is that they are unsightly, and though they can arise from a growth spurt, pregnancy, or exercise, are associated with unwanted weight gain. People of this line of thinking want to do their best to prevent stretch marks from appearing in the first place. When they do get stretch marks, they want to try whatever solutions — Poosh or otherwise — that will mask these marks. Another line of thinking, of course, is that Kourtney and anyone else shouldn’t want to hide these marks. They are, after all, part of your body. Nobody picks their flesh prison. Since there is nothing unhealthy about stretch marks, many feel that the stigma should end. Along with that stigma, people should therefore lose the desire to hide them, as they’re just part of one’s skin. However, both of these diametrically opposed viewpoints kind of … miss the point. Yes, of course there shouldn’t be any stigma about stretch marks. it’s just something that happens to human skin. But that doesn’t mean that Kourtney, or people who take advice from Poosh, are doing anything wrong. Some people embrace their marks while others want to minimize them. Everybody gets to control what they do to their own meatsuit. Kourtney is very clearly not shaming anyone who has stretch marks with this ad. When last she shared her marks, she wrote: “I love my little stripes.” Also, the ad both affirms that everyone has them and then asks if the reader is looking for a change. That’s it. If you’re not looking to change your looks, then the ad is not saying anything about you. That’s an improvement over a lot of beauty ads. Kourtney turned 40 this past April. Compared to some of her siblings, she’s getting into the “personal brand” business a little late. Sure, she hada brand, but she wasn’t profiting from it as aggressively as Kim or Kylie. Kim’s array of products range from makeup to a mobile game, and have led her to have a net worth of a third of a billion dollars. Kylie Cosmetics, of course, is worth a full billion. Kylie became a mother and a billionaire at a shockingly young age. Now that Kourtney’s dipping her toes into the world, her fans hope that Poosh will do something similar for her. Well, it seems the baseless contempt for Meghan Markle — a woman who’s worst crimes appear to be marrying the man she loves and devoting her life to humanitarian work — has reached the level of a global epidemic. At this point, no one in Meghan’s orbit is safe from the barrage of criticism and disparagement that endlessly issues forth from both the media and a distressingly large army of online trolls. Prince Harry, so recently beloved by the British press as “the Fun Royal” must now contend with bullying and harassment that seems to be motivated by nothing more than bigoted antipathy directed at his wife. Given that his mother was killed while fleeing a relentless band of paparazzi, it should come as no surprise that Harry has decided to take action by speaking out against the media’s mistreatment of Meghan and filing lawsuits against the worst offenders. Unfortunately, internet commenters are not bound by the same rules as the British tabloids (lax as those rules are). And Meghan’s most committed haters have figured out how to target her indirectly by taking shots at her friends and family. That’s how you wind up with idiot trolls swarming a photo of Meghan’s best friend, Jessica Mulroney. Jessica is a 39-year-old Canadian stylist who first befriended Meghan on the set of Suits . She posted the below photo while vacationing in the Carribean with her family this week. “Brings ten bathing suits… only gets to wear one on a balcony. All work no play in Cayman. I WILL BE BACK to play in the water with the kiddies,” she captioned the pic. Seems innocent enough, right? Well, normally it would be — but because Jessica is Meghan’s best friend , the pic attracted haters like flies to honey. “Does silicone float easily?” said one critic. “If so, no need for your kids to wear life jackets. The silicone on your chest should do that job just fine for them.” “You look amazing. No question. But how is this helping women …if they can simply never achieve the picture of beauty you are selling?” another commented. And believe it or not, some of the responses were even more rude and ridiculous than that. Thankfully, Jessica did not bow to the pressure. The pic remains on her Instagram page, and she added a little message for her most fervent haters: “Note to self. Never ever post another picture of myself in a bathing suit. Only wear parkas by the beach,” Mulroney wrote. “Apparently a picture in a bathing suit is offensive to my career, some followers, the charities I work with and my children,” she continued. “But guess what… I don’t care. Thank you to my supportive followers who stand up to body shaming. Everyone else, get a clue.” Fortunately, Jess also received a good deal of support from fans: “Thank you for not taking this picture down despite the criticism. Women should be empowered to own their bodies no matter what shape and size they are,” wrote one commenter. “You look amazing and should be damn proud of it!” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. Music Vet Dame Grease Says Rasheed “ Ralo” Harrison Screwed Him Out Of Royalties The co-writer for DMX’ s hit “Stop Being Greedy” wants a man he believes stole his royalties to do just that. One of hip hop’ most prolific songwriter/producers – who helped to hone the Ruff Ryders’ sound – has sued a fellow music industry veteran for orchestrating a music royalty theft scam. Dame Grease has filed a $2 million lawsuit against Wonder Boy Publishing head Rasheed “Ralo” Harrison for tortious interference with contract, alleging he straight up stole Grease’s extensive publishing catalog from right under his and the record label’s nose. According to court papers obtained by BOSSIP, Grease said he inked a publishing deal with Sony 20 years ago where the company would oversee his catalog and he would retain 50 percent of his copyrights. But the writer said he believes Harrison forged his signature and illegally took over ownership of the catalog, and Grease said Sony hasn’t provided an accounting of his royalties for seven years. Sony/ATV Music Publishing and BMG Rights Management are also named as defendants for breach of contract, Grease’s amended complaint, which was filed Nov. 4, states. Grease is being represented by Lita Rosario, who also litigated Big Pun’s widow’s back royalty case against Fat Joe a few years back. “Actually, my first thought was to get on some street s**t,” Grease told BOSSIP about when he learned of the alleged fraud. “With selling 60 million records, I knew the residuals weren’t coming back. I was seeing royalty statements for a couple of hundred dollars.” The ghostwriter, who helped pen and produce classics from the late 1990s including Nore and Nas’ “Body In The Trunk,” The Lox’s “We’ll Always Love Big Poppa,” and most of DMX’s debut album, “It’s Dark And Hell Is Hot,” said he believes he’s not Harrison’s only alleged victim and wouldn’t be surprised if other big names sue him for compensation in the future. Grease, who is supporting two of his children in college, said he wants his catalog back, an accounting from Sony on how they allegedly dropped the ball and his back royalties plus punitive damages. We’ve reached out to Harrison’s lawyer, who said he was not involved in the case declined to comment.
As you've no doubt heard by now, Jenelle Evans has filed for divorce from David Eason. Now, this is Jenelle we're talking about, so there's a good chance she's lying, and this is all just a last-ditch effort to save her career. In fact, it seems she reportedly has no problem with allowing David to remain on the property they obnoxiously dubbed “The Land” — but only if he grants of custody of the couple's 2-year-old daughter, Ensley. Meghan King Edmonds is fighting back. The former Real Housewives of Orange County cast member, who left the franchise in 2017, has sat down for her very first interview since her husband filed for divorce late last month. Jim Edmonds didn’t merely file for divorce, either. He did so after he and his wife got into a vicious argument over rumors that he had been sleeping with the family nanny. This rumor followed a scandal-plagued summer in which both Jim and Meghan responded to the former having had an explicit relationship with another woman . Jim has claimed this relationship never went beyond inappropriate text messages, but still: Damage had been done to the relationship long before the divorce filing and nanny chatter. With the whole Internet buzzing over his alleged new affair (again, with THe NANNY!), Jim has spoken out on numerous occasions; first trashing Meghan for spreading such a lie and then calming down and saying some kind things about her . To kick off her chat with Us Weekly, Meghan referenced this change of tone from her estranged huband. “I have to say that when he gave the ‘nice’ interview a few days ago, he was completely speaking for me. At that time I had not exchanged one text message with him and I have still not spoken to him on the phone,” Meghan explained to Us , adding that since the split, she has kept things “calm, consistent, routine-based and light” at her home. “I have endured prolific controlling by Jim and it isn’t slowing down. “Even when I make an unassuming post on Instagram, he hurls insults at me for a battery of made-up indiscretions. “I’m sick of the abuse and I won’t engage anymore — and I don’t have to.” It’s been a confusing whirlwind for the ex-couple. In a lengthy blog entry written on October 29, Meghan detailed how she felt Jim had gotten far too close to Carly Wilson, the 22-year old nanny at the center of this scandal. But she came right out and admitted the two probably did not sleep together. Does this means she forgives Jim and all is now good between them? No. Far from it. “I believe the facade he presented is false and manipulative to the public while using and taking advantage of me,” she now tells Us Weekly. In the former Major League Baseball player’s most recent message, he said that he was “hoping for some peace, normalcy, and the ability to move forward in a healthy, happy direction for every single person involved,” noting that he loves his family “and will make it right again.” But this won’t be easy, considering Meghan was blindsided by the divorce filing and had to find out about it online. She’s been through far too much with Jim and various situations with other women to simply move on from it; not now. Maybe not ever. “Divorce had been discussed as something that could be possible but I truly thought he could change and work through his demons,” she says here, continuing: “Divorce never really crossed my mind. I had to find a divorce lawyer in a matter of hours. “He filed so quickly that it seems to me (and others) it had been ready to go and he just was waiting for an event to happen so he could pull the trigger.” The couple got married in 2014. They share 2-year-old daughter Aspen and 16-month-old twins Hayes and Hart, the latter of whom has tragically been diagnosed with brain damage. Here’s a quick rundown of what else Meghan said in this extensive Q&A: Does she have money problems? “It saddens me that the father of my children would so hostilely and haughtily say I should be worried about money, even during a time of anger. I don’t see that as putting our children first which has and always will be my first priority.” Did they sign a prenuptial agreement? “I did sign a prenup but it doesn’t pertain to child support or custody.” How did this whole affair rumor blow up? “I only ever privately alleged that Carly and my husband had an inappropriate relationship. “It was Carly, Jim, and Jim’s daughter Hayley who repeated references such ‘allegations’ in the media and blew up this story. This is the very first time I have spoken to the media in the wake of this devastating scandal. “Also, is it kind to secretly hang out with your boss’ husband at a bar until 1:30 a.m. and then delete all texts between the two of you? It's 5 o'clock somewhere! That's something your alcoholic friend might say when he's looking to pound some tequila shots on his lunch break. But even that maniac would probably look down his nose at the sort of person who gets passed-out drunk before most folks are even out of work — on a weekday, no less! Nathan Griffith, on the other hand has no qualms about getting absolutely sh-thoused on a random Thursday while the sun's still out. As we reported earlier today, Griffith was arrested on DUI charges last night. Now we know the details of his latest brush with the law, and frankly — we're a little worried for the guy. Take a look: 1. Not on His Best Behavior Griffith was booked and held on $10,000 bond after being arrested on DUI charges near his home in North Carolina yesterday. 2. A Very Bad Habit Troublingly, this was not Griffith’s first DWI. In fact, it’s not his second, either. The 32-year-old been arrested for the offense on at least THREE prior occasions. 3. The Bright Side Thankfully, Griffith hasn’t killed anyone with his reckless behavior. But that doesn’t mean he’ll walk away from this latest situation consequence-free. 4. Kaiser In the Middle Not only is Nathan facing jail time, he’s set to square off against Jenelle Evans in a battle for custody of his son, Kaiser. Needless to say, this brush with the law won’t improve his chances of winning. 5. A Rare Victory Jenelle hasn’t done a whole lot of winning lately (or ever?), but Nathan just made it much more likely that she’ll be granted full custody of Kaiser — especially once the judge finds out the details of Griffith’s latest arrest. 6.
