A call came in about the fight over the chicken sandwich around 7 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man in the parking lot suffering from stab wounds. He was taken to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Detectives are working to establish a suspect and a motive. We’re here on scene. The chicken sandwich ad is right in the window. It's 5 o'clock somewhere! That's something your alcoholic friend might say when he's looking to pound some tequila shots on his lunch break. But even that maniac would probably look down his nose at the sort of person who gets passed-out drunk before most folks are even out of work — on a weekday, no less! As we reported earlier today, Griffith was arrested on DUI charges last night. Now we know the details of his latest brush with the law, and frankly — we're a little worried for the guy. Take a look: 1. Not on His Best Behavior Griffith was booked and held on $10,000 bond after being arrested on DUI charges near his home in North Carolina yesterday. 2. A Very Bad Habit Troublingly, this was not Griffith’s first DWI. In fact, it’s not his second, either. The 32-year-old been arrested for the offense on at least THREE prior occasions. 3. The Bright Side Thankfully, Griffith hasn’t killed anyone with his reckless behavior. But that doesn’t mean he’ll walk away from this latest situation consequence-free. 4. Kaiser In the Middle Not only is Nathan facing jail time, he’s set to square off against Jenelle Evans in a battle for custody of his son, Kaiser. Needless to say, this brush with the law won’t improve his chances of winning. 5. A Rare Victory Jenelle hasn’t done a whole lot of winning lately (or ever?), but Nathan just made it much more likely that she’ll be granted full custody of Kaiser — especially once the judge finds out the details of Griffith’s latest arrest. 6. On last week’s episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacatio n , most of the focus was on Mike Sorrentino’s ongoing legal issues. That makes sense, of course — after all, reality TV doesn’t get much more intense than a major cast member getting sentenced to 24 months in prison. ( Mike’s sentence was later reduced, and he’ll probably be released in September, having served just 8 months.) But there was drama to be found elsewhere in the two-part Shore season premiere, as well. For starters, Jenni Farley opened up about her son Greyson’s medical issues with a heartbreaking story about his various struggles. And of course, it wouldn’t be an episode of Jersey Shore without at least a hint of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro relationship drama. This time, it happened off camera, and Ronnie changed the topic as quickly as possible, but it wasn’t hard to piece together what really happened. As you may recall, Ronnie was late meeting up with the rest of the crew for Mike’s sentencing, and when he finally showed up, he explained that he had gotten jumped in Secaucus, New Jersey the previous night. Magro told an unusual story about two men attacking him from behind, seemingly unprovoked. His injuries didn’t appear to align with his account of the attack, and the rest of the cast had questions from the very start. “I’m not trying to put any words in anybody’s mouth, but who knows? Maybe Ron and Jen got into a fight. He says he got jumped. Who knows?” Deena Nicole Cortese asked. “Who gets scratched by a guy? That doesn’t happen. You get scratched by a girl,” Pauly D seconded. “He says they hit him in the back of the head and he has a black eye. The story is fishy, but who really knows? He says that he didn’t see anybody. It just doesn’t add up.” Jen has assaulted Ronnie on numerous occasions, and the incidents have often resulted in injuries for him and handcuffs for her. So it makes sense that the guidos would take issue with his account. We might be inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt, were it not for the fact that Ron never filed a police report about the incident, and staff at the restaurant where he was allegedly attacked say his story is complete BS. According to Magro, he was attacked by a random group of haters in the parking lot of Lorenzo’s Italian Bar and Restaurant on October 4 of last year. An employee of the restaurant refutes Ronnie’s claim that he was there with two women (which apparently angered his attackers). The informant also claims Ron and Jen left the restaurant and walked to his car without incident: “They were there maybe 15, tops, 20 minutes. They both walked out together. Everybody watched them leave the establishment together,” says Lorenzo’s staffer Erin Kaye. “That story is completely fabricated that he said on TV. There was no one there to even jump him, the place was deserted that night,” the source continued in a conversation with Radar Online. So did Ronnie make up the part about having two girls with him just to look cool? If so, the fact that he has to lie to protect his abusive partner is still super sad, but the two women part is “you don’t know my model girlfriend because she goes to a different school”-level hilarious. All kidding aside, of course, if Ron feels the need to lie to his best friends to hide yet another assault at the hands of Harley then the situation is sad with the potential to become tragic. If this relationship is as unhealthy as it appears to be, we encourage Ronnie to end it as quickly as possible. Keeping Up with the Kardashians is getting pretty desperate for storylines in Season 16. It’s nothing to be ashamed over. It’s something that happens to all long-running television shows. On Sunday night, however, the reality star really scraped the bottom of the writing barrel, pretending that feuds existed between multiple family members who always get along. FIRST and FOREMOST, Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian continued to have beef… for really the dumbest of reasons. “Kourtney and I have been getting a bit closer over the past couple years and I love that she hangs out with me and my friends,” Kendall explained in a confessional. “But, to be honest, I felt like there were just some moments where she was a bit rude and it really started to get to me at a certain point.” She was referring here to Kourtney coming on a ski vacation with Kendall and allegedly “trying to be cool” by insulting her half-sister all over the place. For example, the oldest Kardashian put her “muddy” shoes all over Kendall’s car, Jenner told Khloe and also told her to “chill the f-ck out” when she was stressed about losing keys while skiing. Did Kourtney agree with this analysis? Of course not. She also confided in Khloe and said the thought Kendall was being “so f-cking annoying,” supposedly throwing a fit over adding potatoes to a grocery list and then getting mad when Kourtney said she would cover the cost. Yes, these were truly, reportedly topics of debate between the loved ones. “I definitely think it was unfair for Kendall to say I was bullying her,” Kourtney told Khloe in the car, adding: “We were just having a good time. She’s just way more uptight than I thought, because I wasn’t trying to make fun of her at all.” Kendall Jenner vs. Kourtney Kardashian: What’s Their Beef?!? The argument over the potato actually continued between Kendall and Kourtney later on because the former took major exception to how the latter was making her look. “Shut the f-ck up she said that,” Kendall snapped. “I did not say one thing about steering off of a f-cking list. This is gonna make me mad, right now. I hate that she’s like trying to make herself look better to make me look f-cking crazy. According to Kendall, she just wanted to avoid “wasting food.” Following her chat with Khloe, a peeved Kendall called up Kourtney to hash things out; that was NOT the end result, however. “Listen, I don’t have time to talk with a lunatic. We can talk when you’re ready to talk like an adult,” Kourtney told her. After Khloe tried to make peace, and got blamed herself for spreading so much gossip, this happened: Kendall Jenner Physically FIGHTS Kourtney Kardashian in New Promo! YIKES, right? Naturally, it was revealed that the two sisters were play fighting in order to punish Khloe. “We came to the conclusion that Khloe made this a little bit worse than it needed to be,” Kendall confessed later on. “So, we decided to stage a little fight to annoy Khloe and freak her out a bit for getting into our business.” This had to be the first time the stars admitted a storyline was fake, right? Progress! Elsewhere on the episode, Kris got into it with Kylie over… a parking spot? Over Kylie being a successful businesswoman? It was hard to really tell because this was also so stupid. “In front of everybody at the office she’s like, ‘Don’t ever park in my parking space again. It’s the one thing that means something to me. I’ve worked so hard,’” Kris told Kourtney over the phone at one point, stunned that Kylie talked down to her. And also seemingly stunned that Kylie does work, despite Kris often defending her in the past over this exact issue. “I’m important,” Kris added. “I’ve helped build this business with Kylie and I’m older. I’m the mom. I deserve a little bit of respect.” How did Kylie feel about her mom challenging her at work? Kourtney Kardashian is apparently sending a message to her siblings these days. And it goes something like this: No more Ms. Nice Gal! In a previous clips released from this Sunday's brand new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, we watched as Kourtney got into an actual fight with Kendall Jenner . But the mother of three isn't reserving her wrath for this half-sister alone. She goes after Kylie Jenner pretty hard in the teaser featured here. The latest sneak peek centers on Kris Jenner speaking to Kourtney and Kylie speaking to Khloe Kardashian. They're all talking about Kylie's new office space, with Kris complaining that her 21-year old daughter is being all “territorial” about it and Kylie complaining that Kris isn't respecting her business. Case in point? Kris parked in the space reserved for the company's CEO. “In front of everybody at the office she’s like, ‘Don’t ever park in my parking space again. It’s the one thing that means something to me. I’ve worked so hard,’” Kris recounts there o Kourtney over the phone. “I’m like, oh my goodness. I was on an important call and she locked me out of the office because she needed to do her work.” Well, yeah. Kylie does do work for her own company. Isn't that what the entire family has been trying to tell us for years? Kris herself semi-recently defended her daughter as a self-made billionaire . But Kourtney uses that title – which was awarded to Kylie by Forbes Magazine in March – against her in this scene. “She has this like, entitlement. No one says anything because she’s Kylie Billionaire Jenner,” Kourtney says of her sister, mocking Jenner for… we're not even sure what. For thinking she's important, we guess? Because she runs a beauty empire? “Definitely don’t let her boss you around,” Kourtney tells her mon in this video. “You’re Kris [mother-f-cking] Jenner. You are her mother.” “Yeah, I’m important,” Kris replies. “I’ve helped build this business with Kylie and I’m older. I’m the mom. I deserve a little bit of respect.” Khloe, however, is listening to Kylie's side of the story. Source: Adene Sanchez/ Getty Images / Getty All Whites Matter… Hoschton, GA Mayor Rejects Black Candidate We’d love to say this is unbelievable but we’ve long known that Georgia outside of Atlanta isn’t the friendliest of places for black people. The mayor of Hoschton, GA is currently the subject of an Atlanta Journal Constitution investigation because she allegedly withheld a job candidate from consideration for a city administrator role because he was black. According to documents obtained by the AJC and interviews with city officials, Mayor Theresa Kenerly told a member of the City Council she pulled Keith Henry’s resume from a packet of four finalists “because he is black, and the city isn’t ready for this.” The mayor’s comments were reportedly whispered to a member of the council during a closed-door session on March 4th, and were overheard. Councilwoman Hope Weeks said Kenerly repeated her comments in the parking lot after the meeting, according to a document released by the city in response to an open records request from the AJC. “She proceeded to tell me that the candidate was real good, but he was black and we don’t have a big black population and she just didn’t think Hoschton was ready for that,” Weeks wrote in an account dated March 4. Weeks shared Kenerly’s comments with Councilwoman Susan Powers and the two decided to take the issue to city attorney Thomas Mitchell. “Both of us were just appalled, so we thought we had to do something to stop it,” Powers said. Weeks declined to be interviewed on the record, but issued a statement saying she was disappointed in the mayor’s comments about the candidate. “Mr. Henry was a very professional and qualified candidate who was a finalist for the position of city administrator before withdrawing to accept another position,” she said. “I am thankful for the opportunity to serve the citizens of Hoschton, but this has been one of the most challenging seasons of my life.” According to emails obtained by the AJC, Mitchell and the city’s five elected officials opted to continue the hiring process, allowing Kenerly to attend but not participate. Mitchell also cautioned officials to cease sending emails about the issue. “I do not think it in the best interests of the city (or the individual elected officials) to continue emailing in this manner,” he wrote in a March 14 email. In emails, Powers protested the mayor’s continued involvement in the search for a city administrator. “Since she corrupted this entire process by trying to shield the application of Mr. Henry from Council members and then making the comment to the effect that while he is qualified he should not be considered because he is black and the city is not ready for this, she should not be a part of this hiring process,” Powers wrote. “I am appalled that in 2019 an applicant would not be hired based solely on the color of their skin.” Henry withdrew his candidacy not long after the March 4 meeting and a phone interview with council members. He told the AJC he chose to withdraw because the city asked that he pay his travel, room, and board to travel for an in-person interview with the promise of reimbursement at a later date. Two of the other candidates for the position were local, while the third was willing to drive from the Georgia coast at his own expense. Henry told the AJC he didn’t detect any bias after being interviewed by Kenerly over the phone but as a black man applying for executive government positions in small Southern towns, he wasn’t surprised that it may have existed. “It comes with the territory,” he said. “If you live in America as a minority you can’t be naïve that it is the reality that you face.” Kenerly refused to initially answer questions about her reported comments, saying she could not publicly talk about matters that occurred in executive session even though the law does not forbid that. “I can’t say I said it or not said it,” she said. Kenerly later issued a statement disputing accounts from other city officials. Kenerly was not without defenders. Councilman Jim Cleveland confirmed many aspects of the story, including his account that Kenerly made a tearful apology in another executive session on March 12, where council members say she claimed to be “looking out” for Henry because the city does not have a lot of minority residents. “I was there for that,” Cleveland said. “She cried. She had tears in her eyes. It was in my opinion a very sincere apology.” Cleveland also seemed to express understanding of Kenerly’s motives saying: “I understood where she was coming from,” he said. “I understand Theresa saying that, simply because we’re not Atlanta. Things are different here than they are 50 miles down the road.” Cleveland described Hoschton as “a predominantly white community” not in accord with urban sensibilities about race.“I don’t know how they would take it if we selected a black administrator. She might have been right,” he said. Cleveland said he ranked Henry fourth out of the candidates in any case because he’d elected not to come for the in-person interview. Councilman Cleveland also shared his not so enlightened views on race: “I’m a Christian and my Christian beliefs are you don’t do interracial marriage. That’s the way I was brought up and that’s the way I believe,” he said. “I have black friends, I hired black people. But when it comes to all this stuff you see on TV, when you see blacks and whites together, it makes my blood boil because that’s just not the way a Christian is supposed to live.” YIKES… Sounds like Hoschton has a loooooong way to go when it comes to race. Located just outside Gwinnett County, in Jackson County, adjacent to the larger city of Braselton, Hoschton has a population of less than 2,000 people and only 201 of that number identify as non-white according to U.S. Census data. Hoschton’s city code reads: “There shall be no discrimination exercised because of race, national origin, color, religion, creed, age, sex … All personnel actions shall be based solely on individual merit and fitness.” Looks like the code is a long way from being followed.

Tannae says she met K. in the parking lot of an Atlanta IKEA where she was with her triplet daughters. The singer went ga-ga over the identical baby girls and kept in touch with Tannae. Eventually, the 21-year-old mom agreed to be a surrogate for the star and she’s currently pregnant with twins. She says K. chose her because twins run in the young lady’s family. In the video, the mom and her boyfriend didn’t get into detail about how they went about getting pregnant for K. Michelle’s babies, but maybe she will in the future?
