Ed Hartwell Files Court Response To Keshia Knight Pulliam’s Abuse Claims “Heartless” Ed Hartwell isn’t here for Keshia Knight Pulliam’s claims that he’s on a mission to stress her into miscarriage of their unborn child. The former football star filed counter claims in court against his soon-to-be-ex-wife to squash the story she’s putting out about his intentions. Via UsWeekly : Ed Hartwell filed a response on Wednesday, August 17, to estranged wife Keshia Knight Pulliam’s claims that he is “plotting to harm” her unborn child. The former NFL linebacker, 38, said in court documents filed to the Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia that he “emphatically denies that he has ‘purposefully misled’ anyone about [Pulliam]’s pregnancy,” as Pulliam had claimed in her August 9 filings. On Tuesday, August 9, the former child star, 37, stated in court documents that Hartwell had been finding ways to “obstruct [her] pregnancy,” including engaging in “certain underhanded and unusual conduct that [Pulliam] believes to be designed to cause [Pulliam] to miscarry her unborn child.” In his response, the athlete states that the Cosby Show alum “should be ashamed of herself for ever making such false and offensive allegations.” Hartwell additionally shut down any suggestions that he has been using the situation to gain media attention. Yikes…if things weren’t messy enough…

Hiker Rescued After Falling 100 Feet Off Cliff And Writing Goodbye Notes To Family The NYDailyNews is reporting on helluva story about a young adventure-seeker who almost lost her life in the Arizona desert… A 25-year-old hiker who fell 100 feet from an Arizona cliff wrote goodbye notes to her family while severely injured and stranded over 24 hours, she said Monday. Rescuers found Amber Kohnhorst on May 21 below the Rose Cliffs Trail in the Arizona Strip of northwestern Arizona after a search helicopter woke her up around 7 p.m., according to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office. Kohnhorst, a nurse from Minnesota, had left the bed and breakfast where she was staying on a sunset hike around 4:30 p.m. a day earlier. She suffered three fractures in her back, a crushed pelvis, a broken nose and multiple other injuries in her fall but survived thanks to her rescuers. Kohnhorst, an experienced hiker who had brought a whistle with her, spoke from her hospital bed Monday in an interview with KSTU-TV about the hours she spent languishing. “I couldn’t lie flat, and every time I moved, I screamed. And with that, I blew my whistle thinking maybe somebody would hear me. But I was in the middle of nowhere,” Kohnhorst said. “I wrote letters to my parents, ‘I’m sorry, I’m trying to blow my whistle, I’ve fallen.’ And that was going to be my goodbye.” Can you even IMAGINE?!? Kohnhorst was saved when owners of the bed and breakfast she was staying at alerted authorities that she was missing. A search team heard her blowing a whistle she carried with her. Per usual these days… The GoFundMe page had raised over $11,500 by Tuesday night. Kohnhorst expressed thanks even as she showed the TV station where doctors stitched one of her ears back into her head. “This week has been hard but I have to remember I’m alive,” she said. Freakazoid Middle School Teacher On The Run For Getting Pregnant With Student’s Child “She Is In Love” [Video]

She look kinda fly…why would she mess with a boy? She could surely find a man with the qualities she is sprung on…right? A middle school teacher is wanted by authorities, accused of sexually abusing a child. There’s a warrant out for her arrest. Alexandria Vera was an English teacher at Aldine ISD’s Stovall Middle School. According to court documents, last summer Vera met a 13-year-old boy who was a student in her 8th grade English class during summer school. A sexual relationship reportedly developed. Vera claims she and the teen are in love, and she’s been introduced to his family as his girlfriend, court documents state. The boy’s parents are reportedly accepting of the relationship, including Vera in family gatherings. Parents at the middle school are sounding off about the accusations. “I have chills just because of this — just think that the teacher would even do something like this,” parent Mary Claycomb said. One student told Eyewitness News that other students would talk about Vera’s suspicious behavior with the teen boy. “He like grabbed her butt, and everybody saw it,” the student said. “And then they were talking about it.” Court documents go on to detail the fact that Vera allegedly became pregnant with the boy’s baby in January, and his family was said to be excited and supportive about the baby. But after an unexpected visit to the school by Child Protective Services in February, when Vera and the boy were questioned about their relationship, she reportedly became nervous and terminated the pregnancy. Vera is charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child, and is currently wanted for arrest. Aldine ISD issued the following statement: “Aldine ISD has been made aware that charges have been filed against a former Stovall Middle School teacher involved in inappropriate behavior with a male student. When the allegation was made in April, the teacher was immediately removed from the school and placed on administrative leave. Aldine ISD Police investigated the incident and turned their findings over to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. The safety and security of Aldine ISD’s students and staff remains a priority of the school district.” ABC13

Josh Duggar: Danica Dillon Admits to Lying, Then Takes it Back!

As we reported yesterday, adult film star Danica Dillon dropped her $500,000 lawsuit against 19 Kids and Counting star Josh Duggar . As part of the agreement, Dillon promised never to refile the case while Duggar agreed not to file documents “which the parties agree would conclusively prove that [Dillon’s] claims are fabricated,” according to court documents obtained by Radar Online.  This basically means this case is closed for good, but it also means that Dillon admitted to the courts that at least part of her story was made up. However, Dillon is singing a different tune on social media.  Yesterday, she tweeted, “Just because something was dropped doesn’t mean it was a lie. #justsaying #thinkbeforeyoutweet.” After being called a liar by members of the Twitterverse, she wrote a second tweet saying their words mean nothing, then attached an Instagram pic of herself flipping off the camera. Naturally, the admission to the courts versus what she is now saying online has left fans confused. Many have speculated that the Duggars paid her off to drop the case, while others are calling her an extortionist.  The court documents said nothing about Dillon staying hush on social media, so it looks like she’s sticking to her original story outside the courtroom. Dillon had accused Duggar of physical and verbal abuse during two paid sexual encounters that took place last year. She said she suffered PTSD and loss of wages as a result of the incidents. Josh claimed he had an alibi, receipts and flight records to prove he was in a different state at the time of the alleged trysts, however, we have not yet seen them. We may never know exactly what happened between these two, but Dillon provided her side of the story in disturbing, graphic detail during an interview last month with Hustler magazine.

Texas Couple Arrested After 1-Year-Old Baby Girl Is Burned Alive In Oven A Texas mother and her boyfriend are behind bars after police say the woman’s toddler was baked to death inside an oven after being left home alone with her older siblings according to HuffPo reports : That horrifying nightmare led to Racqual Thompson, 25, and Cornell Malone, 21, being booked Tuesday into a Harris County jail, each on four counts of endangering a child. Houston police say the couple left 19-month-old J’Zyra and Thompson’s three other children, all under the age of 5, alone on Nov. 16 when they went to get pizza. They said they were gone for about two hours before they returned to find three of Thompson’s children hysterically crying inside and pointing toward the kitchen. That’s where they said they found the tipped-over oven turned on “all the way” and little J’Zyra suffering fatal burns after allegedly being placed inside, according to court documents obtained by KTRK. The documents also describe Thompson as being seven-months pregnant with Malone’s child. Neighbors told the station the mother would regularly leave her children home alone. KPRC also said that there were previous reports made to Child Protective Services concerning the mother, and that her surviving three children have since been taken into the agency’s custody. SMH!!!!!!

With the number of Bill Cosby supporters rapidly shrinking, all eyes are turning to his most steadfast ally, his wife of 50 years, Camille. When allegations of sexual assault accumulated against the comedian last year, Camille O. Cosby came to his defense with a statement assuring the public her husband “is the man you thought you knew.” But after the release of previously sealed court documents in which Cosby acknowledges having multiple extramarital affairs, using drugs with women and attempting to conceal his behavior to protect “Mrs. Cosby,” the question now becomes whether Camille will continue to stand by those words. A source tells PEOPLE that little has changed in the Cosby marriage since the documents were revealed, and Camille, who celebrated her 50th wedding anniversary with Cosby in January, will almost certainly stand by the embattled legend. “I met my husband, Bill Cosby, in 1963, and we were married in 1964,” the philanthropist, now 71, said in her 2014 statement. “The man I met, and fell in love with, and whom I continue to love, is the man you all knew through his work.” Well, that’s some strong Black matrimony-dom, if nothing else…right?

Glory Johnson Seeking $20,000 Per Month In Spousal Support Fron Brittney Griner Time to get petty ! Via NYDailyNews After getting dumped by Brittney Griner, Glory Johnson is now looking to get paid. The jilted wife of the WNBA superstar, who last month filed to annul their 28-day marriage, wants $20,000 a month in temporary spousal support and an additional $10,000 in attorney fees, according to court documents presented on June 29 in Maricopa County, Arizona. ESPN reported Tuesday that an evidentiary hearing will be heard in August, allowing both sides to present their case in front of a judge. An attorney for Johnson, also a WNBA player who is pregnant with twins via in vitro fertilization, claims that Griner has “far superior control over the family’s financial resources.” Johnson is “without the necessary financial means to pay for legal representation in this matter,” lawyer Stasy Click also wrote in the court petition. The former basketball power couple wed on May 8, just weeks after Griner and Johnson were arrested on domestic violence charges. Things appeared to be on the up and up between the two, with Johnson announcing her pregnancy on Instagram on June 4 – only for Griner to seek the annulment a day later. 28 day marriage and she STILL wants spousal support???
